Comment: This America tire is very busy at all times. I had an appointment on Thursday afternoon and their system was glitching and not working. I was not happy at the time however I end up showing up early on Friday morning to get it done. They services is fast and getting it done quicker than Costco. Make sure to make appointment so it save you a lot of time and money that you can do something else.

Comment: Normally when I go here, I don’t have problems. However, the most recent 2 times have been troublesome and have caused me to return to the store because of not properly patching my tire correctly and not replacing the tire (I have warranty) when I first asked them to. I ended up having to deal with 2 flats from the same tire in less than a week. The picture I included was their patch job. You can see the air bubbles coming out.So 2 visits to the shop and the second time I came to get my tire replaced, as I originally asked, they promised me that I wouldn’t wait too long since I was just at the shop a couple days prior. I waited Over 2 Hours and when I went back up to the desk to ask why my car was taking so long, they told me that my car hadn’t even been put up on the bay yet and my car was just sitting there. The salesman who originally promised me it wouldn’t take long avoided me after I asked about my car (past the 2 hour mark) and had another worker tell me that my car still hadn’t been serviced. I was extremely angry that they did this and no one even bothered to apologize. The multiple trips to the shop within a few days in addition to the long wait times was ridiculous. I’m really reconsidering coming back to this location.

Comment: Phenomenal customer excellence from the entire team at Americas Tire of Garden Grove, especially Ramon! (And much less from Sideshow Bob, just kidding! Hes alright. 🙄) Youll immediately notice the level of sincerity and wholesomeness of this crew. Being a woman, I felt that I was treated with the utmost respect and each team member was extremely patient as I was learning. The transparency and integrity is unparalleled! Youre given all relevant information to make informed decisions on purchases and...more importantly, youre given the time and space to decide. Each and every time I come in, they consistently demonstrate care by happily answering my many, many questions and giving me live tutorials so I can educate myself. 💪💪💪On a unrelated (but important note), I walked in super sensitive and on the verge of crying because my cat has cancer and is hurting. Comment: Ordered tires online from Americas Tire and scheduled appointment online. Tires installed in about an hour. Decent waiting area with some desks and power plugs. Tires have not fallen off yet. I can see myself coming back here.

Comment: Super long service. Even though I have an appointment for tire rotation. I still have to wait more than 2 hours and my car still not on the bay. They will priority someone who will purchase new tire first. I will never purchase tires from this store again.

Comment: Be warned this location DOES NOT HONOR the warranty they sell. I have gone here twice for warranty repairs or exchange and both times they told me I didnt understand the warranty and it did not cover the damage to my tire. One time I was pressured into buying a new tire with a warranty and the second time they tried to do the same. I went to another location and guess what its covered. Alejandro you are a liar.

Comment: I bought 4 Bridgestone tires from them, I drove them for two weeks but they were always shaking so I talked to Ramon and he said he will exchange them for me with a deferent set I wanted the same brand but he wanted to bring in a deferent brand Pirelli when they installed them they took away the $150 discount for the Bridgestone tires and $77 credit for opining a store credit card and tricked me into paying $269.55 extra on top of what I paid . Those tires were Luxury tires and did not run stable on my Mercedes Benz GLE then I talked to the manager of the store Kieth he said right away he will bring a new set of Bridgestone tires tomorrow, so I went the next day and installed the set of tires .they wanted to charge me again $277 extra and I refused to pay and wanted to talk to the manager Kieth from 2:00 until 5:00 three hours I waited and he was avoiding me and hiding in his office then I had to pay $172 to get my car and Ramon took care of the $ numbers with Kieth being a council to the operation. I felt I was tricked twice while making me think they were doing me a favor and trying to help me. The money they took from metwice is not fair ..also they both told me they sold the first set of Bridgestone for more money and I think the company should investigate this issue.

Comment: I wanted to share my good experience with Teslas owner about this shop. I got a hole on my tire today and it was closed to sidewall of the tire ( I have model y for 1 month exactly with 1667 miles). I stopped by Just Tires shop first since they are closest to my location and they said it can not be patched, it need to be replaced. I have no time so I accepted but fortunately they dont have the tire for my car in stock, so I had to get my car towed to this shop and they patched it for free. I highly recommend this shop.

This time, they were exceptional, not only well priced and efficient but this time they didnt try to upsell anything... Comment: Great crew at this location. Fast and easy pressure checks when the weather changes. It helps to have info about your car before you go. Calling ahead can save you time or make a appointment. They changed a tire that had a puncher just the other day.

Comment: On my way back home I noticed one of my tire looked under inflated. I called them in order to ask an estimate, Juan told me they can check the air... Long story short, they inflated, checked and repair my tire by FREE!!.. I couldnt believe it!!! In fact I asked 3 guys where is to pay and I got the same answer.. I have nothing to say but THANK YOU!!!. Please keep your outstanding and professional service. Next time Im back to the US definitely you will be my only choice.

If you are impatient do not come here why would you want someone to rush with your tires, one guy was upset because he Wanted Americas tire to rush why rush a important job. Great service...

Comment: I got my new tires from this location back in February, and I will always recommend Americas tires to anyone and everyone. Not only did I get a good deal, but the customer service was amazing. Keith helped me out tremendously from thread, to Americas tires services and certification.I recently went for a tire pressure check (which is just a drive up situation that takes about 5-10min) and the employee that helped me out was friendly and quick despite the summer heat beating down on him.You guys are doing amazing!
