Amin Realty helped us buy our first home in MI 4 years ago, we had such a great experience then that we contacted them again when we decided to sell our home. Afser Hussain was our main realtor and he was amazing. He was very patient with all my million questions during this process and provided guidance so we could sell to best offer possible and also helped us navigate some challenges that came up. We just closed on our house that went over asking with an offer that we got 24 hours after listing it. Amin’s marketing team is also incredible, and we had over 50 showings in one weekend. I had Shahid as an agent, and my house was the very first listing he worked on! Being new in to real estate at the time, we worked his butt off! I have worked closely with Zakir and Sahid. After a long search, they were able to help me land a spectacular home. I was really impressed with their work and their patience. They were able to go above and beyond to help me. They are really trustworthy and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
Amin and his team are experienced and knowledgeable. I recently purchased a property with them and had no issues from contract to closing. He provides the expertise that one would look for in an agent but is also friendly and communicative. I haven’t worked with his team for property management yet but will update this review after a year of management with his team. Still don’t understand the low rated reviews as there isn’t much concrete information as to why they rated his team in that manner.

Fahim Anwar was a big help for me. Specially because of the fact, I was buying a house from another State.Although I wasn’t present there, he helped me thru all the steps of house buying as If I was present there!! Fahim Anwar was very professional, honest, trustworthy, responsible guy and goes extra mile just to make sure his client is happy with their purchase!! Even after buying the house, I got all the help I needed from him!! He was being very patient and kind thru all the process!! If you are a first time house buyer like me, he is your go to guy!!
My Realtor was Mohammed Anwar and he was the absolute best. He worked hard to make sure the requirements I presented to him as a first time homebuyer was met. He knew what I wanted so when it came to looking at houses and he made it to a location before me he looked at it and knew if I would like it or not. He made sure that hot water tanks and furnaces where current and he also looked at foundation issues. We bid on 8 house and each offer was denied. I was ready to give up but he was determined to help me find my dream home. If you need a realtor go ask for Mohammed.
Would give zero stars if possible!! Most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. They do not care about anything but money. They are quick to demand but never follow through with their word. Never fix anything. I dont even think their rental properties are properly inspected or fit for habit. I have only been here 5 monthes and have already had to call the city on them 3 times. This place and these people are beyond awful. Theyre not to be trusted... buyers/ renters beware!!!!!!
As of yesterday, my agent had a verbal agreement with Saumik for a home in Sterling Heights. My agent called when we arrived and it had ZERO offers.I had left two offers, one for them to fix the AC and one if I had to fix the AC. The agent said both were good offers and he would speak with his client.He spoke with his client and called my agent and they had a verbal agreement on the $185,000 for the home, which was sitting for over 80 days.Last night I received a message from my agent after my offer was submitted that they now had two other offers but mine was the highest. He stated to my agent he did not know he was entering into a verbal agreement. Yet earlier in the day they solidified the $185,000 with them fixing the AC for the home on Memphis in Sterling Heights. Apparently now they accepted another offer!Absolutely DO NOT recommend dealing with this group of people.

Known Sahid for many years so was expecting a laid back, relaxed brother to walk me through this buying process with my family...NOPE, was professional all the way- from the attire, to the timeliness, to the honesty and the attention to detail over and over again. As many times as I wanted to see the house or however many houses I wanted to see, there was no cutting corners or lapse in Sahids judgement just because we knew each other, but yet went above and beyond despite knowing each other. I am certain Sahid would do the same for anyone. Fast response, excellent follow up, strong negotiations - knowing his business acumen and demeanor, I am confident we got the best offer submitted and, due to Sahids dealing, closed hassle free. But then again thats what youd expect of this brother. For any real estate purchases, will definitely be going back to Sahid!
Saumik Amin and the team at Amin Realty were great to work with. The team heard that I was ready to sell and did a fantastic job in presenting and marketing the condo we offered for sale in Warren. The portfolio of photographs was terrific and the team worked quickly to show the property and quickly secure a number of offers. Communication with me was always timely and efficient and my questions and concerns were answered promptly, including during the holiday season. The sale closed at a fair price and the whole process from my first call to the agent to closing, took just seven weeks. Amin Realty showed themselves to be an excellent partner to work with!
Theyre selling a house thats been listed 60+ days. My agent tried contacting them, I tried contacting them, their agent never responded and has a voicemail thats not set up. Their main number seems unmanned. Safe to assume their buyer never got the offer.Buyers do yourself a favor and contact the seller directly if they are the listing agent.
I have known Amin for years. He is very trustworthy. He knows the lay of the land very well. He is super accommodating. As an investor, I have bought and sold 5 houses with Amin all over Detroit. When he thinks a property is good and sellable, he is right on the money. It sells for the same or more. Investing with Amin simple, easy, hands off, and can be done from out of state (such as in my case). MI is a great market for rehabs and rentals. Amin can do it all. Highly recommend him for anyone looking to invest.
My boyfriend and I found a house in Warren to rent, we went and looked at it and immediately jumped on it. They said there would be a 40$ application fee (which in all rental properties I have seen that includes the background & credit check). We paid the 40$ for the application fee. We then waited a week with no response. We tried calling 3 times and no one picked up the phone. A week goes by and I get a text saying they would send us the screening link, which would be another 40$. They said after they receive the screening results they would send everything to the landlord for review. Once again, we waited over a week to hear anything back. We tried calling and once again no one answers the phone. I finally get a text after waiting over a week, and calling numerous times that someone else had paid the security deposit. Poor communication on their part, and will never be working with them again.
Shahid was outstanding from day 1. Thorough and diligent in doing all the research for listing our home and following up to get us an outstanding offer! highly recommend!
Got in touch with Mo and he was very flexible with us, showing us multiple properties on multiple days and always very responsive; for any questions we had that he didn’t already know the answer to he would find out for us abs always in a timely manner. I was truly disappointed when we moved into our rental residence on Marian ave in Warren. Being without heat or consistent hot water going into November 2018 in Michigan is not a good time. We have records of all maintenance calls and messages, we have proof of Amin realty breaking their contract through the entirety of our lease with them. And still they refuse to give us our full security deposit. We as a whole never broke contract and never did anything but be smarter than the con artist of Amin realty. I dont understand how a company can morally treat paying customers the way this company treated us. I know we can persue for losses, but the stress weve already gone through would not be worth the fight. Please! I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Most of the reviews on here are fake and the names of the employees on their website. Lets get the overall ratings below 4.
Amin has helped us acquire 25+ investment properties and has done an outstanding job. He has intrinsic knowledge of Macomb County and is well connected with handymen and other household specialists. He is trustworthy and treats every house we own as his. I highly recommend Amin!
I rented for around 5 years, in the last two months my lease was transferred to Amin Realty. Three days ago I called in regards to collecting my security deposit. I was told to come by today. After waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes I was told I wouldnt get any portion of the security deposit because the house needed a fresh coat of paint. $900 on paint in a 600 sq ft. house. They also failed to provide an itemized list of deductions on the security deposit. I tried calling them during their normal business hours but I reached an answering service, not the actual office. From my dealings with them, this company doesnt have it together.Run while you can! Do not use them for anything.Edit: The property they told me was sold is still listed by them. Theyll use any excuse to rob hard working people. Also, something to think about, all of their 5 star ratings are by people that have only one review....

This is single handedly the worst experience ive ever had renting from a company. I can guarantee all the reviews on here are fake from friends and family of the people who own it. These people are slum lords, will not fix anything (took almost a year to fix a leak in the ceiling) and will keep your security deposit no matter what you do. Absolutely under no circumstance is it worth to rent from this company, no matter how desperate you are or how much you like the house. Just dont do it.

Just want to say 1st that this is my first ever review, I had to make a new account just to share what I have been going through.. The name on this account is not the same on the lease so they don’t try do ruin my life any more they already have.. All I need to say is that anyone trying to buy/lease please please avoid this company. They do nothing to repair any issue or they just keep sending the incorrect person for the repair. They don’t listen and just keep coming up with new excuses. I do plan on going to the city and to file a complaint. From what I am told by a city manager there, that they have lots of issues with you guys. Along with the maintenance person who stopped by even said how disorganized you are and how many complaints they get a day is overwhelming. For a company with so many 5 stars something did not seem right for how wrong everything was going. Did a little research and came to find that most of the “good reviews” are just the company making them. Very disheartening they want to lie and deceive hard working people.. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE EVER!

I have a previous review on here that was last updated on 6/5/19. Unfortunately that review can’t be updated anymore since I ran out of room. (reached character limit) Please go to that review 1st before reading this one.. it’s under the same username.All I can say is I could not be happier that our 1 year lease has ended. This is by far the worst experience in my entire life. From the day we moved in we had multiple failed city inspections, we had zero heat for over a week, no hot water for over a month, several broken electrical outlets, broken tiles and mold in the basement, circuit breaker was not to code, broken dishwasher that flooded the kitchen many times, and AC unit did not work. And yes, we still have everything saved from the attempted calls, text, with dates and times saved.Like I said before, read my 1st review. It goes into much greater detail of each issue listed along with how many times we tried calling, texting, and showing up in person..Lastly, when our lease was over we attempted to get our security deposit. In the lease that they signed it stated they have 30 days to give us that money. We ended up texting and calling them many times wondering the status on this. We even have texts saved from them threatening us to take our money away from not giving them notice that out 1 year lease has ended. After the 30 day limit being passed, I showed up in person and saying that I’m filing a report to the city with my attorney. Within a few hours; I get a call saying the owner was “Out of the country” and that’s why they breached their own contract.Well as of today the check was fully deposited into our account. At this point we should take these people to court for what they did to us, but I think as of now the biggest reward is NEVER dealing with this company ever again!! Please please please do not sign a contact with them!

Awful experience. When I met the owners wife the day if signing i couldnt have been happier with her caring personality, unfortunately she was doing the rental managers job and not something she normally did. Maybe it would have been different had I received someone other than a Management Rep named Nabil.I would never allow such a person to represent my company. Thats giving Amin Realty the benefit of doubt here since he is the only person I dealt with after the initial signing - he is unprofessional, rude, and even lied to a city judge about damage I was constantly asking for repair since the day I moved in. Basement flooded over an inch - 2 inches throughout 3 days after moving in, he claimed there was a small leak from the window that he had a repair man already schedule to come fix. When it rains 3 days later he says he had no idea the basement became a baby pool. Yet 3 1/2 months later, when a basement guy came to give an estimate, he found mold, said its been flooding for a long time, and expressed how unsafe the home is and has been with both the mold and water running down the walls with live wires. He specifically told me that unless I absolutely have to go down there dont, but If I do to wear rubber sole shoes - he also asks me you are paying to live here? Do u have somewhere else to go? Yes and No. I held rent after the continued excuses not to have it fixed immediately and the safety of myself and 3 kids. And that was just one problem. My rent included appliances. My dishwasher was filled with nasty stagnant water that I had to rent a wet vac to clean, my fridge is broke, u can use a corner of the top shelf to keep milk or something food for a couple days. I had an extra fridge I brought that we have in the garage (basement unusable), the garage is not attached, no small entry door, so we had to go outside, walk about 50+ feet to use our Refrigerator!!! And the reason nothing was done immediately? The homeowner, who doesnt speak English, and lives I New York is very poor, so if I dont pay my rent...I get nothing fixed. Stalemate. That small of a man had me served in front of my children, court papers for an eviction and back due rent. Who does that? Again those were just some issues. They had the carpets cleaned right before we moved in, they need to be ripped up! No windows were opened (no screens were provided) and the house 4 months later smells like wer laundry u left in the wash for days that were still dirty. My daughter has a candle lit non stop in her room, an oil burner, and window crackled open. It barely covers the smell and I get a much bigger utility bill each month. The walls were disgusting, marker, crayon, dirt, food, blood maybe? Who knows, they are nasty. Every closet door is broken, one of the bedrooms overhead light has a electrical short that finally just stopped turning on. The pipes under main bath leak onto drop ceiling in basement. Numerous ceiling tiles are gone, including in the kitchen, kitchen faucet is broken. Outside gutters are broke allowing water to pour from them. What did the do for the summer? Oh well, the mosquitos got so bad I had to hire an exterminator, the gutter were also impacted with debris and flies decided to use it as a home. Never in my life have I seen such an infestation of flies EVER, and never mosquitos so bad unless Im north in the woods. I was embarrassed and constantly apologized to my neighbors and why I paid a ridiculous fee for a months treatment and to have the gutters cleaned. And Im told by good ol Nabil that my issues are small complaints, nothing enough to hold rent which will just make things worse. Did I mention he likes to harass me and make small threats such as that. After the pipes were repaired in basement, he also refused to replace the floor that was ripped up and the 2 feet of wall that was ripped out. In court I was able to get out of my lease without eviction and not pay. But the 10 day move that he harassed & threatened throughout forced me to have my children live with their dad until I could find a home for us.
So far i have know idea about their business and place. i was call one of their agent for some real estate metter and helping for buying house, very first time he answer my phone and told about the house . he take info for house and saying i will call you later with all detail . after 1 day i call him, text him than he call me back and said i am busy i will call you later . I waiting another day than i sent text message, until now he never replying me. Im still thinking with hopeless why he not answer or replying my message ! I was not call or sent message for giving me free of service.
So far we bought 13 properties with Saumik Amin. Amin Property Management which is a sister company of Amin Realty is now managing and renting these properties on behalf of Malik Estates LLC. All the fixing and upgrades to these properties was done through Amin Property Management. We highly recommend using Saumiks services.
I have been looking for a home for quite some time now for me and my family Mohammed Anwar has helped me and my family day and night without and hesitation, if you are looking for someone that is very great with people he is your guy he knows everything that you have questions about and has not problem when you need something.
I tried to set up an appointment to view a home, but I was never contacted like promised. Not even sure if this is a legit company. Called about a home and spoke with someone named Shuba. She gave me a 4 hour window time frame that someone would text me to view the home. A time frame...like a cable company. She couldnt even give me an exact time. Just like I expected I was never contacted. I even tried to confirm my appointment in the morning before time, and I could never reach anyone. Im not even sure if those other reviews are real. If this is a real business, theyre very unprofessional.
Saumik Amin handled everything wonderfully. I have absolutely no complaints, and have nothing but good things to say about him. He was always extremely prompt to response (with minutes, if not seconds), and always made sure I had all the documents and paperwork ready to go far in advance. he went out of his way to make everything, even unrelated to his role, as easy as possible for me.11/10. This was a great experience. I WILL call Saumik Amin again

Stay way from these guys, one of their agent lie to me just to sell the house, I was foolish to believe him because he’s from the same community as I’m. He agreed to provide me a one year home warranty which will be paid by the seller otherwise I wasn’t going to do the closing. The tricky part was that he gave me copy of Addendum singed by the seller, him self and I. After month of waiting when I didn’t receive anything in the mail I contacted the title office that’s when I realized he lied and didn’t put this on the closing disclosure and now the tile offices wants me contact him...but he won’t respond my calls nor anybody from Amin realty ..,,Name of the Agent is Taiyb Miah
I’m going to continue editing this review as more issues arise. Each update will start off with the current date I’m posting followed by the updated additional comments.Can’t get any worse.. The very day we moved in we had no heat or hot water.. After many calls we got the heat fixed after 7 days of zero heat.. It has now been 20 days and we still have no hot water.. We keep calling and nothing is getting done.. On top of that we had a failed inspection notice on the door when we moved in. This has yet to be fixed either. They really must not care at all if they let brand new tenants move in without hot water or heat for weeks!! I’m more than willing to gives these people a chance once more and change the star level on this review if they go above and beyond to fix this unacceptable issue..I’m updating this review.. 11/27/18..After a full 27 days with a broken water heater it was replaced and fixed today. This only after 42 calls emails, and texts (which has been saved and documented), we had to go to the city and report this. Within a day of making the city aware of this, it was fixed. I really do hope moving forward we can have positive business relationship with this business. I will keep an open mind and really try to have a positive outlook. This has been the most frustrating things we had to deal with and will be really hard to move past this..Another update.. 12/6/18..Once again another issue, on Nov 23 at 12:56pm we let this company become aware of our broken dishwasher that has standing water in it that will not drain. We have saved and documented this letter that was apart of the no hot water issue (which has now been fixed). We have called the maintenance line about the standing water in the dishwater with 5 phone calles, and 1 text. Never got any response from the text.. It’s now been 13 days with this issue and there has not been even 1 person out to come just look at it.. lastly just as a secondary update, the failed city inspection has yet to been fixed either.12/11/18...So I went to the city to report this company once again about the standing water that will not drain in the dishwasher. Within a few hours of reporting them, we get a call from them saying they are now going to be sending someone to replace it. I’m really not sure why I have to report this company every time to get anything done. With giving this company way to many chances, I’m just done and also filed a report to the better business bureau. What you guys are doing to people is unfair and in violation of renters law. There’s zero excuses for this.. All I can say if there is anyone considering using this company, DON’T.. And if you currently already signed, just go to the city and report them cause that seems to be the only way to get something done.1/19/19....Well we still don’t have a dishwasher, nor has anyone even come out look at it. Well this morning we come to find our kitchen flooded with the sink backed up. We did not run the dishwasher obviously. We called maintenance once again.. Its been over 2 months since the original maintenance request and not 1 person has even come out to look at this issue. And now we have a flooded kitchen once again.5/31/19...Time for a new updateWe gave up on the dishwasher. Never replaced or fixed. Now another issue. The AC unit is totally disconnected from an power going to or from the unit. We were told this was going to be fixed before spring starts. Well several weeks into spring no one ever called or came out to fix this. I’ve called 4 times. April 12, May 14th, May 23, and today May 31. Someone has came out 2 times to just look at it. Still not fixed and zero repairs have been made to reconnect the power to the unit. I’m going to these people office on Monday, if they once again try to screw me over, I’m going to the city to file a complaint once again.. I’ll have another update about these terrible people later next week.6/5/19...Well I went to their office. No one was their. Completely empty. Tried calling, and was on hold over 10 minutes. I just hung up.

I started with one property and i was having issues with the rentals. I have changed many real estate companys for the Property management. At last i found AMIN TEAM!! They have change the whole scenario. They are ON POINT and very PROFESSIONAL. Seeing that instand change i went to Michigan and had a metting with the C.O Mr AMIN. I bought few properties through him. He put the affort and the out come was great!!! Now they are managung my properties. I am very happy to met such a person like Mr Amin and his business partner/wife MRS Amin. They goes above and beyond for the clints satisfactory . MY BEST WISHES FOR AMIN TEAM always.
I highly recommend never using these people. On the day we moved in we had a broken washer, no heat, exposed electrical lines in garage, failed inspection from the city, mold, house was not cleaned, I would say about half of the electrical outlets are broken, and we have to manually light the stove to use it; after an excessive amount of attempts to have just 1 of these things fixed, we are now in talks with my lawyer on our options from just walking away from this house and to possibly start an investigation, since they are in violation of Michigan renters law and won’t fix these issues.. Very sad they have let this get to this point.
Worst company Ive ever dealt with. Moved my family into an illegal house full of black mold, advertised as a 4 bedroom but only 3 due to no egress window in the basement. They never did anything to fix what was wrong and they took us to court. These types are called slumlords. And they are the worst of the worst. THE Better Business Bureau will hear about your company. Good luck with the rest of your slumlives. Your company is trash and so are you Shuba.I bet theyll take this down too. Because its all true.

I have work with Amin Realty for about 3 years as an inspector and I have seen their progress over the years and Im very impressed I find them to be very professional some hiccups just as any company would have but overall a very good company that is moving forward with the times
Shuba is very nice and professional. She was very engaged with my husband and I. She also helped us move through the process rather quickly from the application and the back ground checks m. Other property managers never contacted us back but Shuba texted and called everytime. Im excited to moving into my new home and I know this will be pleasant situation because of Shuba.

This is a terrible property management company!I paid almost $3000 down to rent a house under their management that was filthy and needed TONS of work so I held back the second month of rent but paid all the rest so instead of getting the repairs done they take me to court, and didnt even show up.Now they taking me to court again instead of getting the repairs done. They send someone out they look around or do some small little thing and thats it they disappear for a month. They came to install porch railings, they put up the posts and 1 railing and left the rest unfinished and sitting on the porch.I could go on and on but it will take forever.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Awful service. Terrible communication. Do not sign any contract with this team. Teams are supposed to work with you not against, unless theyre on the other team. Which unfortunately amin realty will always be on the opposing side. Stealing money with no explanation, as well as breaking contract time and time again. Lying on Google and treating humans like trash is what this realty team does best.
Amin answered all my questions and stepped in when there were any issues. He replies pretty quickly which was very important for me. Whenever I asked for additional info, he always got back to me with more details on a property

I waited a week to see home. last day I was told they cant show. Unresponsive and unless your rich and a easy sell, they will ignore you And have you call them multiple times to get response. I would not recommend to anyone

2022-05-13Mohammed Anwar who works for Amin Realty was very helpful and informative about each house that I wanted to look at. He also introduced me to a great loan consultant by the name of Stephen Ferency from Caliber Home loans. Stephen helped me get a loan to purchase my home. Everyone is inside one building, the realtor, the loan consultant and even the title agency. They all made me feel very important. It’s a one stop shop inside of Amin Realty at 31912 Mound Road. Lastly, I can’t forget Shuba from Petra Title Agency, she was also very nice and helpful at my closing

2019-05-01We were looking to buy a home in Warren and looked into several agents. After some research and asking around we ended up contacting Saumik Amin. Looking back, we are very impressed and grateful we made this decision!During the process of buying our home, we never felt pressured or that we were a burden on him. (You know that feeling you get when talking to someone and they try to hint that they need to leave or that youre asking dumb questions...we never got that with Saumik Amin or any of his team members). He is an excellent listener and explains the process of home-buying in an easily understandable fashion. His knowledge of the area was superb and he steered us away from homes in not-so-good areas, something that other agents could have easily steered us into. (Some of those homes that we were initially interested in are still on the market 6 months later and had larger issues that we were totally unaware of).When we were ready to make an offer, he negotiated and we got the deal at an excellent price. We are happy with our home and will use Saumik Amin when its time to sell

2021-06-13Amin Realty was a dream to work with! An extremely professional and polished operation that puts customer service first. Not only did they give us numerous options for our home within the first 24 hours but we were already moving to set up showings within 48 hours. Amin went above and beyond the normal call for a realtor, answering questions, making phone calls on our behalf for extra things that didnt even fall under his responsibilities, and making himself available at any time of the day or night to answer questions and keep us updated and informed. My wife and I highly recommend looking nowhere else other than Amin realty when it comes to shopping for a new home or selling a home.
