Have been a State Farm client for over 20 years. 🤗Update: 11/13/23 Sidra Mitchell is very professional and is on top of every customer’s request. She checked in with me to make sure we have enough coverage for both our home and cars and gave us suggestions on what to do. No pressure at all to upsell coverage. I also bought a new vehicle and the dealer needed documents from State Farm and she was able to provide them to me in a timely manner. Even the dealer was impressed that we just had to make a phone call or send an email to request for coverage or to request for a copy of an insurance card for the trade in vehicle. We were skeptical with the retirement of our previous broker and him transferring us to another broker as he was a close friend and we always received exemplary service. However, with Amy Blackwell’s office, the turn over was seamless. It has been great customer service so far. Thank you very much Sidra. 🤗 We appreciate you!!!

Extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. We spoke for quite awhile. I had issues with the previous agent but Sitra corrected all the mistakes, updated me on the best policy items for my needs, and brought many things to my attention that I wasnt aware of before. He took the time to counsel me on my choices. This made for an easy decision on my part. He promptly sent order to his assisstant, Sidra, who then took care of it quickly. My property management company let me know that he got what he needed immediately. Sidra. also followed up by letting me know this order was completed. This last time I worked with Donna and she needs to change her first name to Awesome because thats what she was. She was quick and handled adding a new vehicle to my insurance like that (Im snapping). AND on top of the great service I have the lowest rates. I know because a friend was at a different company and I thought I would throw her my business. Their rates were double what I was pay. And thats why Im still with State Farm.I would like to recommend Amys office but if I do that I think youll go and be satisfied like I am, then youll tell people who will go and so on and then her office becomes the 405 West at 5pm on a Friday. How about this- you can use Amy but dont tell your friends.

About a year ago I made an inquiry about what it would take to add a motorcycle to my insurance plan and had the please of speaking with Jesus. Apart from being a rider himself Jesus was super understanding as to what my situation was and was the greatest help... fast forward a to about half a year later and I give them a call now that I’m ready to purchase a bike. Comment: My experience with StateFarm was amazing! They are NOT like any other insurance company that I’ve been with. The whole staff was willing to help in anyway and to make me feel comfortable and to work with me financially. During the times I was struggling financially, they did everything they could to help me save money and they did a tremendous job! I left my former car insurance because they kept raising the price on my car insurance that I could not afford. I was scared when that happened to me and didn’t know how I was going to be able to afford the payments. I’m so fortunate to have been referred to State Farm by a family member. I’m doing WAY BETTER now with StateFarm than any other car insurance I’ve been with. These guys are unique! I can come to them in office and get things taken care of when needed, call my insurance agent, and if I need to, meet with my insurance agent in person! I don’t have to speak to a random person over the phone as if I’m just another dollar sign to them. I feel like I’m part of a family and have a good relationship with them especially my insurance agent. I highly recommend StateFarm. Plus, my insurance goes down every 6 months. It can’t get better than that! I do not want to leave StateFarm after my great experience with them.😃
