Comment: Was great for years. Added a car on and they increased the price on it from $130 a month to $195 without informing me of the change. When I called to ask about it I was met with a very rude and hostile tone. She literally asked me if I knew what something meant in a condescending way like I am an insurance agent myself. I am currently looking for a new insurance provider as this has left a bad taste in mouth.

Comment: I have personally never been helped by ana herself. ive always been helped by Sherry or Carol & at first they were nice and welcoming. Sherry initially helped me with my policy and everything was good until we had an accident. Once we had an accident they made things complicated didnt communicate well any time we had questions they treated us like we were dumb and would say i dont know its the company not us and they never had answers for us. it made things really complicated and hard. I moved and made an address changed through my app they reached out to make sure everything was correct but no one let me know thered be an increase for the change which is fine but i wasnt informed. so when i got my new bill i was like wth is this and i called to ask and sherry was just like well yeah cause you moved it went up and i was like well someone reached out why wasnt i informed then & all she said was idk it wasnt me sorry. They do not communicate well and it is not the right fit for me so i will be switching agents.

Comment: I was ready to go to work and my car battery died. I contacted State Farm Roadside services on my phone through the State Farm app and it was very easy and fast to complete. They called me back right away and sent someone within 20 minutes to charge my battery. Ana Cruz had giving me the information about the Roadside services when I purchased my car insurance, but I never had to use it. My experience with them was amazing! I feel so comfortable now knowing that if something happens to my car in the future, I can count on State Farm Roadside services to help me without a doubt. Thank you Ana Cruz and Staff.

Ive received competitive quotes for my auto/homeowner/earthquake insurances that would save me money. But what keeps me with The Cruz agency is quite simply the service I receive. Comment: This above paragraph is in response to your response: I described my vehicle exactly as it is. You had signed me up for True Commercial at $99 a month. In order to be true commercial under state farm you must have a motorized piece of equipment permanently mounted in the back of the van or truck that receives its power from the vehicle. I never stated I had this in my van so no I did not describe a vehicle that qualified for the plan you put me under. After the underwriters reviewed the application they saw that this was the case and that the plan had been incorrectly categorized. That is when I was switched to private passenger for business use. Had you responded with any type of apology I would have removed the review. Instead you respond with a lie, unable to admit that you made a mistake. Thanks for caring about your wallet more than your clients.I can see why you are getting poor reviews. I had gotten a quote and it was great. You really hooked me.A month later I was told that it was going to be almost $60 more because my vehicle didnt qualify as true commercial. Why didnt you know this to begin with?I was told that first month would remain at the original rate and then I would pick up paying the higher fee from the next month on. The next month I paid the higher rate PLUS the difference. Why didnt you know this to begin with?I went to switch agents. In the process of switching, now Ive gotten my bill and it is another $60 higher again!Why am I paying over $120 more a month than what you originally quoted me?? I say avoid this office just like those before me. You have not once apologized for your mistake nor taken one ounce of responsibility.

Comment: Yes In response to Ann Mari, I actually did obtain car insurance and home owners through your office in 2016-2018 which was under my husband, also my uncle and I was the second driver at the time I was dealing with a young African American male in your office can’t recall his name, but when My family was going through our insurance claim for home owners claim, our experience was terrible with you guys, and regardless of whether you emailed me a quote or not is here nor there, at the end of the day, it wasn’t pleasant one way or another, I hope this has changed, but would I recommend this office No! I finally got some decent customer service after talking to the actual phone reps. That handled the claim.

Comment: Horrible ServiceWe signed up with them for an insurance policy and got a quote and honestly we were happy with the rate.Less than a month pass their underwriting team decides to double up our premiums due to a incident they found on the DMV reportI went to the DMV and nothing was foundI contacted Carolyn and Ana and multiple times I requested to terminate our policy.Us thinking our policy has already been canceled we received a collection email from their manager asking us to pay money. Yah right...... all they do is blame that they don’t have history for calls or texts or emailsWell guess what, I do!I will be forwarding my declaration page from AAA to them to prove I had insurance. This post will stay here posted until they dont ask me for a single penny and apologize that they were not on top of our cancellation request when we canceled it not even one month in the policy.... will send a report to appropriate agencies not only here
