Comment: In terms of the actual work performed 5/5, but the business tried to cop out myself by not putting on Toyota parts since they could not find the specific part anymore since we were going through insurance. However, we got it resolved and got some money from insurance for them not being able to put on those parts. Just found it a little shady that they didnt care too much to help us and just wanted to get the job done.

Robert Smith, President of the company, is great to work with. On our last visit my husbands car had been broken into, windows had to be replaced and two doors repainted. I asked Robert if there was any way he could have the car done by end of week. He was honest when he said he would try his best but couldnt promise. Early afternoon Friday, I received a call that the car could be picked up at 4:00 P.M. The car was washed and detailed and the work done looked amazing. Robert, you and your staff are simply the best!!!! If there were more stars, I would gladly give them to you.

I do understand theres a wait period for many parts, and I cant blame AHAB. As far a customer service, I give them 5 stars. They are patient and best of all they listen. Comment: I learned the hard way this morning from parking my car under a tree. After work I came out to it covered in a lot of bird excrement. After getting home and properly cleaning the spots, a stain was left in the clearcoat of my Audi that would not come out. I called Anaheim Hills Auto Body at 4pm and by 4:45pm one of the owners assessed the spot and was able to have a tech fix the issue. First time using them and Ill bring my car back for future work. They kept it for about a week, and when I got it back, you couldnt even see where the damage had been. It looked as good as new. They did a great job taking off the door, fixing the damage, and painting it to match the cars color. They are a AAA-approved facility and very professional. After some advice from family friends they recommended Anaheim Hills Auto body I sent my car in for repair hoping for the best 3 weeks later I receive my car back and they did an amazing job on top of the front end damage fixed plus my rims and headlights they even did some paint touch ups around the car . I hadnt even hit 2,500 miles yet on the odometer since purchasing the vehicle. The thought of having to have body work done on a new vehicle was daunting to say the least. Bradys team observed that the initial paint on the hood was not perfect from the factory and/or had been touched up in route to the dealership before I purchased the vehicle. They took it on their own to not only fix the scratches in the hood, but to fix the botched job from the manufacturer/dealer. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty, or at least what they were hired for! This is one of the places you hope not to visit, but will visit again should life throw a wrench your way! On 09/02/2020, my Mercedes ran over an errant car bumper on the 55 Freeway N, did alot of damage! SOOOO glad I called people I trusted first, they didnt hesitate, they said to have it towed to Anaheim Hills Auto Body and they did a spectacular job on my 2016 Mercedes E-350. Comment: Repair shops and insurance are usually a pain to deal with.This place honestly surprised me in a very good way.My adjuster was being a pain since I could never reach her, so I was already not too happy with my car situation.I brought my car into this shop due to its proximity to my home and was pleasantly treated throughout the whole process:-My calls were always picked up pretty fast, I had no issues waiting or reaching voice mails. The receptionist, (didnt get her name) always took my messages or did her best effort to reach out the person handling my case asap, even if he was busy.-Francisco J, was the person in charge of my car and was spectacular when doing his job. He explained every single thing he would do to my car and gave me realistic timelines as to how long it would take and which steps depended on other people.The minute he found something else wrong with my car, he called and explained the extra parts, costs, and process that would be required.In my particular case, he had to get approval for one extra part and I was really expecting the worst since my Adjuster was not reachable; however, Francisco got a quick hold of her and got the approval on a very timely manner.-The car was delivered to me one day after the estimated completion, and that not a problem due to the transparent communication. It was very clean (just washed) and the pieces and paint job were done perfectly.-Also, I needed a rental car and this shop manages to coordinate perfectly with the car rental so that you get picked up and even return the car in their premises. It really is an experience where you dont have to worry at all.In summary: Staff is courteous and fast; the actual repairs were done incredibly well and in a reasonable time. The shop looks professional.
