Comment: I just had to write this review! I live in Palmdale, California. That’s only an 1 hr 45 to Andres Piña’s office. In the morning I got a call from a Agent named Victoria. Who only first called to give me a quote. Beautiful voice, so I had to drive out there to get this insurance. She was amazing: 10s all across! So professional, including the other staff that was also there. I only wanted Car insurance, but that didn’t go as planned because of personal reasons lol but the way she helped me, she changed my life. I had life insurance through work but I feel like I was paying too much a month. The way she explained in detailed the 3 types of life policies State Farm had for me to choose from was perfect, I wasn’t confused about what I needed in my life, (State Farm)(I mean other than her beautiful smile)She had me definitely! I was interested in everything she said. Great conversation, amazing energy. I am so happy I came into the office, because I was offered more options than what I came in for. I dont feel that nothing is a scam. Its legit. Im happy for that. I can sleep at night and dont have to stress about issues I now pay monthly for lol (if you get what I mean).. Comment: I really appreciate the professionalism of everyone at this location. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Andres, Raquel and Leslie and all three of them were incredibly fast in their responses and went above and beyond in helping with any issues we were having. Finding owners insurance was extremely stressful while purchasing our house but everyone was extremely attentive and gave us customer service beyond what we have received anywhere else. Definitely recommend to check them out!

Comment: Today on December 14, 2020. I was in a car accident and the customer service that was given to me by Andres Piña was by far the best I have received. I wasn’t too sure on the steps that I had to take after my accident. I called Andres and he walked me through each step as I was in shock after my accident. He got me connected with the claims department and reserved me a car at a Hertz car rental with in minutes. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to walk me through my first accident. The commercial is literal when they say “like a good neighbor, State Farm is there”. Highly recommend.
