Food was good but service was terrible. Missing items from 3 of the 4 dinners served. Had to ask twice for a breadstick that was part of one of the meals, didnt receive it until after entire meal was eaten. After server got his tip, he was gone...without getting the drink refills and the to-go box requested.
I generally enjoy my food here and I was super excited to see that they added Impossible meat as some of the burger options. I ordered the Quesadilla Burger with Impossible Meat and when it was served I asked the person who brought it out (who wasnt out waitress) if it had Impossible Meat on it, just to double check, and she said no. So I explained that Im a vegetarian and I need her to make sure that theres no meat on it at all so she went to the kitchen, and when she came back, she confirmed that it had no meat on it. After taking about 3-4 bites, I realized there were pieces of bacon bits on it. Our waitress was great, and apologized and everything, but the person who served us our food was very rude and didnt care at all that I needed to make sure that there was no meat on it. This is the second time in the past year that an incident with bacon has happened. Only this time, I actually ate it. I havent eaten meat in years. Very upset about this, considering other people who have dietary restrictions may have allergies or can get sick if they eat the restricted food. I guess Ill just stick to salad to be safe.
April 23 was Prom. kids went, ate and for the last two weeks all 12 kids were sick, a few more than others. undercooked chicken, uncooked mozzarella sticks, and they were served raw chicken wings!! These poor kids ,pray this wont mess up their graduation. called restaurant twice, get run around about speaking to the manager. I also followed through on my threat to call the Health Dept.
Me and a friend brought our kids in, there was 7 of us total, 3 big kids and 2 babies, they got us sat right away. Another team member came up, and got our drink order started to help out the bartender who would be taking care of us. What an awesome team player! When the bartender came over, he was very professional and thorough taking our order. Their expo got us our kids meals first, which was very thoughtful. The food tasted absolutely amazing. The staff was so kind. Our server/bartender had a full bar, and still took great care of us! Great job Applebees! We appreciate you, and the great experience!
I do not recommend ordering your food curbside or online from here. More than half the time the food is missing sides or incorrect. Tonight I placed a doordash order around 10:30. It is now almost 11:20 and the doordasher has been at Applebees waiting on the food for 10 minutes. For the price of the food you are paying for the quality is not overwhelmingly good especially when you add a long wait and a dice roll at getting what you ordered.
Best Service I have ever been given. Spencer P was the best server I think I have ever had. He had a very large other party and 2 other small tables from what I could tell and still made sure everything was perfect for us. 10/10 service I will be asking for him again.
Tonight I had a terrible experience. Ordered over 40$ worth of food online for pick up. Received the order with the correct name written on the bag. Check the food while driving, noticed it’s only one meal and not two and it’s completely different than what I ordered. Not a problem I understand it’s closer to close for them it was 11 when we ordered and picked it up at 11:20 got home right around 11:25 called and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. Was told my food would not be remade tonight and given to me, I completely understand that too. My problem is when I was told over the phone I was going to be “comped” /“compensated” that tomorrow I would be able to pick up my food. When I asked about my refund I was told of you can have a refund and no credit. Being comped is a refund and the food remade. I find it very funny but at the same time Just disappointing. And disappointed in who ever is answering phones. Not very customer service friendly in the Togo area. Inside the restaurant is a different story very pleasant. But I do hope to see it turn around but that’s my last time for Togo’s here.
Food was good, but for as slow as they were, I would expect faster service and accuracy. I ordered a salad with my meal and asked for Bluecheese dressing, got Ranch. Even the waitress knew it was wrong. Honestly, I wish you could rate things separately on here. 4 for food, 3 for slow service(really wasnt busy), and 5 for waitress personality.
After going through a highly emotional day with a family member sick in the hospital, we finally decided we needed to eat .. In a snow storm .. well gratefully Applebees stayed open, we got a great waiter and the food was delicious. It really helped us during a sad day, so sometimes you never know what people are going through .. And Applebees did great!! Thank you!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Applebees is great in a pinch. The menu has so many options you might have trouble choosing, but if you stick to something simple like a good steak, burger, or chicken dish you cant go wrong! When I visited, they had a dollarita special which was a pretty nice surprise.
First time user for curbside pickup…disappointing 😞 I waited for over half an hour. The two meals were incomplete. Fries were missing with the prime rib sandwich and the dressing for my grilled oriental chicken salad was poured all over it. It was supposed to be on the side. Portions were small compared to what you would get if you were dining in. More than likely will not do pickup again.
First and foremost tip your servers well. the employees here work really hard to make sure that everyone gets their meals in a timely manner. if you go into this establishment expecting someone to bring you your food immediately when theyre short-staffed then dont go and order through DD, GH, UberEATS, or whatever and tip your driver well.
Horrible service from the curb pickup side. Waited over 30mons before I was able to get my food and the only reason I go my food is because I walked in. Food was clod and soggy. Over priced to substitute side and dont get a good portion size compared to original side.
We stopped for a quick meal after shopping in Jackson. Our server Cass was an awesome server. We were ready to order when we sat. She was very polite when my grandson yelled that he wanted his food. The food came quickly and we were all more than satisfied. We asked for boxes to take the leftovers because it tasted so good. She promptly got them and we were on our way in less than an hour!
The service wasnt great we had to wait a long time for our food. And one of the steaks we ordered was drippin blood. The waitresses didnt really know what they were doing. Nobody checked to see if everything was okay. Thanks to the waitress that did that was working the bar idk their name. She wasnt happy with our steak turned out either.
Place has gone downhill. Stopped in today was treated like a nuisance while other customers were warmly greeted and taken care ahead of me. Zero professionalism from the first bartender-who audibly complained many times about having too many customers, although the bartender that came in later was helpful. Loaded mashed potatoes were disgusting and steak was overcooked. Spend money elsewhere.
ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL! Saddest adult chicken tenders Ive ever seen for $11. They were 80 percent breading and pretty much no meat. Pepsi tasted like piss water. The wife ordered Cherry Pepsi that tasted like piss water with a cherry after taste. If I could leave negative stars I would. Needless to say but we will not be back!
Would have rated 0 stars if possible.Waited 45 minutes after they said the order would be done. They refuse to do their job and bring out carry out orders. I called and the manager said shed bring it right out but I had to go in 15 minutes later along with the 12 other people that also had to go in. Food was cold and i was missing sides and extra dips (that i payed extra for). There was small hairs in the desserts. Terrible service.
Dont doordash for this location. You will be forgotten about. Stood outside in the cold for 15 minutes just waiting to be handed my food that I could see, made eye contact with the employee 3 times and each time she looked away and walked away. When she decided to open the door 20 minutes later she made the comment of saying we shouldve just came inside, when our instructions for doordash say to wait by the door until we were helped, and I didnt see you, when she made eye contact with me. Contacted a manager and hopefully the issue is addressed but still a word of caution.
We ordered car side to go and the service was awful. We checked in snd waited 10 minutes outside and no one came out. We had to call to ask if it was ready to which the reply was “oh, I didn’t see you out there”. We got our food and it was cold and we were missing our appetizer. Awful service.
The food was amazing and the service was even better! Our server Cali G. was not only prompt and professional, but she was super friendly and a joy to speak with. It’s always a breath of fresh air to see that good service still exists. We will definitely be back to this Applebee’s location!!!!
This place is a clown show. Went in and I was told it would be a 20 min wait. The entire time while waiting there is over 10 tables empty and clean. Staff claimed they where short staffed, but had 3 hostesses just standing around kicking it. To add inst to injury there where friends of the staff walking in and being seated without waiting...
Been going here for 25 years+ and We went here tonight for dinner, curbside pickup. We ordered a build your own burger and two 6oz sirloin steak meals. Everything was absolutely delicious!! Also had very prompt service, our food was supposed to be done at 7:02 and it was in our car by 7:10! We are very satisfied! Keep it up Applebees
It was horrible and they kept getting orders wrong and the waitress made one person pay for all and took the money that was on our separate receipts too so my friend had to go back the next day and figure it out AND there was barely any Alfredo sauce on my food yeah i was disappointed for my homecoming dinner.
Ordered drinks and appetizers no problem. Delivered hot and quick. Had to ask for silverware. Had to ask for our order for dinner to be taken. Had to ask for butter. . Ordered extra meal to take with us to be brought to table as we finished our meal. Extra meal was brought with our meal so was good and cold by time it was taken home. Food was good but music was loud to carry on a conversation. Sounded like bar instead of some place to have nice comfortable meal and catch up. Food good. Service ok. Ambiance left a lot to be desired. With 25% capacity left a lot to be desired. Would hate to see at full capacity
12oz ribeye steak was thin (about a 1/2 inch thick at most) but juicy. Unfortunately I wanted it cooked medium. I dont know how they cooked it because half of the steak was rare and the other half was well done. I honestly dont think that I could do that if I tried. It has left me scratching my head trying to figure out how they did that. Other than that though the rest of the meal was very good. Oh yeah I was just talking to the wife and I forgot to mention that the mushrooms that I ordered were also undercooked. It really makes no sense because they are limited to 25% capacity and we definitely didnt get our food quickly.
When I go to apple bees I’m always welcomed with a warm smile and can never get enough of there four cheese macaroni with extra strips. So if your a Big Mac and cheese lover like me I would highly recommend it not only because the foods good but also because of the atmosphere it’s very welcoming
The staff here is great and the food is always very good. But today is a holiday so the orders are backed up. Been waiting here for over an hour in the cold rain and can’t leave because I have already paid with my credit card. I live 20 minutes away and I don’t have extra cash on me to go anywhere either. The orders should be halted after so many are placed. People are standing outside for an hour plus for door dash or their own orders. It’s not the staff fault. But this is ridiculous. The line hasn’t moved in a half an hour.
Ordered carryout online for lunch at work,ordered no pink in burger. Got back to work,cut burger in half and holy cow. I mean I dont mind a little pink but to see the entire burger was pink and red and under cooked was frustrating. Over $10 for a burger that I couldnt eat and enjoy,makes me sad!
Usual Order won ton tacos... The shells were so greasy they were foldable not crunchy and barely any slaw or sauce. Will not order curbside again. If I had been @ restaurant they would have been taken off my bill! Was looking forward to enjoying it and very disappointed
Thats especially just applebees but its good but I am really mad that they took away the blondie brownie. Please bring it back that Apple thing is nasty! But The hot maple topping and vanilla ice cream on a nice n warm blonde brownie was heaven. BRING IT BACK PLEAZE. It gave me a reason to go there.. I havent been to red lobster since they took the lobster rolls away theres no reason for me to go there so now I dont need to go to applebees anymore because my favorite thing is gone even though the foods good my favorite thing is gone.
Service was slow but the food was delicious and well priced. It was Valentines day. I took my daughter and her mother out. It was a great time. Laughs love and food. It felt like we hadnt missed a beat. Applebees always has that kinda environment. Eating good in the neighborhood! 🤷😁 Had to... My bad.
My Husband and I have ordered curb side from Applebees and the food has always been great till today. We ordered two baby back rib orders and the ribs were tough and dry not at all fall off the bone tender. Very disappointed will not be ordering ribs curb side again. The Akines Family
Applebee’s was always my family’s favorite for ribs till the last two times we went there.We went a few weeks ago and the rib dinner was to spicy,so i called and talked to the manager (Brandon)who made it right with us.He gave us a free rib dinner for another time.Well tonight we went for our free rib dinner and it was awesome.The problem tonight was sitting and never asked if we wanted drinks till i got up 2 times and the girl at the desk just rolled her eyes at me.Finely after 30 minutes and a lot of people passing us our waitress came.I will say she was the sweetest waitress i think i have ever had,she was 7 months pregnant and did cart wheels around all the other employees.Her name was CASSANDA T .When you go in a restaurant and the employees are all standing around tlking that’s a problem..Very disappointed for sure.
Good food, good service. Took my daughter here for daddy daughter dinner before the dance. Place was packed and they seem to not have an efficient waiting area for all the customers. Dont sit in the bar area during the weekends, as you will be encroached upon by the crowd of hungry patrons. Overall, good place to eat especially if you have Walmart shopping or, need something from the mall.
Rarely do I ever eat at Applebees. We were not sure what to have for dinner, so my wife said she had the wonton tacos for lunch and they were good. So we ordered. i got the southwest chicken bowl and applebees dropped the salt shaker on the chicken. The chicken was so salty, I could not eat it, so apparently applebees has yet to figure out how to season food. It will be another long time before we order from there again.
This Applebees has consistently the worst customer service Ive ever seen at a restaurant. We waited for 15 minutes just to have someone take our drink order and no one ever came even after we alerted the staff we hadnt been waited on yet. The restaurant was not that busy, so its not like they were swamped. If this was a one time incident I wouldnt leave such a negative review but this isnt the first time Ive had such bad service at this Applebees.
Rude manager around 7pm, we reserved a table and waited 2 hours or so and came back after the estimated wait time. I understand the covid situation amd limitations however the attitude given by the staff for me asking if our table was ready just to be angerly told off saying no one had left yet however while being nagged to 13 people of different tables left and I was told to wait 1 hour amd 17 minutes longer.
Bar tender was not good at her job at all. We waited 45 minutes for drinks in which mine came 20 more minutes after that. The food came an hour after that. It was wrong. While I understand on a busy day, it was not even close. There were maybe 12 to 15 people total in the entire place. Hope it gets better
When they came out with the food the waiter had no idea what was on the plate in front of him. The service was terrible. We felt bad so we gave a decent tip. I get home and my card was charged 60$ for a 30 dollar bill. I go back to the restaurant and the waiter made me pay for everyone else at our table. Meanwhile everyone else played cash. So the waiter walked off with the money supposed to be for their meal and the decent tip.
We went here twice last week and the first time was excellent. Customer service was through the roof, food tasted phenomenal. Fun and clean environment. The second time everything was the same except the customer service was disappointing. Ah well. You win some you lose some.
THE. BEST. RESTAURANT. EVER. The food was delicious, the deals were great, it was very neat and tidy, and the costumer service was amazing. When I ran out of my Shirley Temple, I didnt even ask for another and they still noticed it was gone and brought me more. Definitely the best restaurant I have ever been in.
May 9 we were ordering takeout from our Jackson Applebee’s over the phone and a very nice congenial young man I think his name is Dillon he was extremely polite very congenial took our order and very carefully read it back to us We arrived and picked up our order and proceeded home and to our surprise everything was there as expected and the food was very very delicious I give 10 stars to Jackson Appleby
Usually I love going here, but the one in Jackson, MI is absolutely terrible!! I just found green plastic cooked into my steaks, yes two different ones. Both 6oz and one of them is literally double the size. I called and was not apologized to once or treated nicely in any sort of manner. Will not be returning.
Ordered through Doordash....I was supposed to get 3 breadsticks and they supposedly ran out and didnt replace it with anything or call...My daughters ribs were extremely dry and the mozzarella sticks were all split in half and running everywhere...they also forgot a water and a blue cheese....very poor experience with Applebees and Doordash!!!!
Came here three nights apart and they had the B team in both times, service is friendly but beyond slow. The portion have almost been cut in half and the drinks are horrible, my girlfriend ordered a margarita and it was literally a bowl of sweet and sour mix with ice. I think this maybe our last trip and that’s sad because Applebee’s has been a favorite go to spot for many years.
Great food for in service dinning. But every once in a great while their take out (Car side to go) food isnt as great as it would be if you were to dine in. The set up for to go service is confusing its placed in the back by the bathrooms. Which leaves customers waiting in the bathroom hall way confused until a to go specialist finally sees someone standing alone. Other than that the beer prices are great. They have great food choices and prices. Would recommend for dine in anytime. Sometimes on Friday and Saturday nights they can get very busy where there is a wait but its worth it.
The only reason its a 2* is because of the awesome waitress. I had ordered a steak well done, first attempt came back to look cooked but when I went to cut it to check, it was barely put on the grill (very raw). I dont even think it had time to even start cooking the inside. Second attempt came back better cooked but not what I had wanted, looked very cooked on the outside but still very pink on the inside. I just gave up after that and didnt eat it. Husband ordered the breaded shrimp, he only ate about 3-4 but Im pretty sure they were under cooked too as he has been sick ALL NIGHT. Safe to say I think he got food poisoning. Worst $45 spent on food ever!!
Not good at all. Service has been slowly declining here, but we keep coming back cause the food is good! Tonight we went in and they were busy, so it was about 10-15 minutes before we were seated. Understandable, we see theyve got almost all the tables full, no big deal. When we were seated...... We sat there for 15 minutes with our menus closed waiting to order, or at least get drinks. Not one server stopped, and there was about 5 of them that kept walking by. Finally after 15 minutes we left and gave our menus back to the host. Its going to take a lot for us to come back here....
I ordered the strawberry balsamic grilled chicken salad- it was awful , the chicken was rubbery, the lettuce was chewy and tasted like pesticide!! Service was super slow, this applebees has gone down hill, it was 1 of my favorites, now its a place Ill NEVER return to ! Not happy with Applebees! I havent been in two years because twice in a row my husband and I were not happy with the food. We used to go 2 or 3 times a week. Today I called, while understand they would be very busy, and was told 45 min. wait on the food, did I still want to order. In this time I could hear others picking up the phones saying the same thing, but taking their orders right then. I kept yelling hello.... Finally 12 minutes later of hearing giggling and cussing about customers they picked up the phone and said ummm hello? May I help you? I asked, was I forgotten, not upset at all, understanding how busy they must be. She said no we put you on hold because we are busy, I said for over 12 minutes? While I listened to and explained....too late they were gone!!! Hung up!! I will not be back to Jacksons Applebees. They have gone way down hill!
Waitress started great and ended after our order was placed. Had to ask for coffee. She never checked on us. I had to take my own plate as her hands full with drinks for another table. We sat and waited for a box and the check as she just walked passed us several times. The place was not busy but i think she was only waitress. I saw two leave and another eating at a table.
I would say its pretty good. I have okay experiences, great experiences and bad ones too. All for different reason. Sometimes it was food, cleanliness, staff etc. So really it depends on how busy they are and how the staff is feeling that day but they always correct any problems you might have, not always in the best mood or way but they do correct problems when they arise. For the most part the staff has been great only a couple rude people who work there.
Amanda was our waitress.... We were seated in a booth by the hostess. We then waited 12 minutes thave Amanda come take our drink order, which by that time we had already decided on our food order. She only came by once for refills and then dropped off the check without asking if we wanted dessert. We wanted the apple fritter thing but she didnt seem friendly. Even though it was one of the worst services I have had we still tipped almost 15% being the wife and I have work food service and had to tip in the cooks and the hostess before. So didnt want her to have to pay in tomorrow if she was new.
Ordered through Doordash. We ordered 2 meals , they litterally couldnt count to 2. They sent half the order. What was sent were limp soggy fries and moist pretzels. When called about the missing meal the lack of care was grossly apparent, the person on the phone was rude and gave zero care about correcing the matter at all. Will never waste my money there again. We had a bad experience with a waiter on my daughters birthday. And ultimately he ended up changing the amount of tip that I left him on my card, because he was evidently not satisfied with the lower than 15% tip. We reported this to the supervisor (Skye) when I discovered the incorrect amount on my statement. Skye was great about it. She invited us back to actually celebrate my daughters birthday this time, and Applebees paid for our food. Waitress was wonderful. Therefore I give them a 4-star rating.
Ive been to this Applebees several times with friends from college (because they wanted to go), but I for one have never been impressed with this location. The food arrives quickly, but the staff is less than attentive after the food has been delivered, and the meals Ive ordered have been sub-par. At one point, after I talked with the store manager over the phone and she promised to send me a gift card to make up for an issue I had during a particular incident, I never ended up receiving it. Its not a bad place to go for a late-night meal, but its definitely not my first choice.
We ordered door dash from them because ya know corona and all and there was not a single dish that wasn’t dry. The boneless chicken had no sauce. The salmon was dry. My Alfredo, sauceless. The most sauce was on one lone piece of broccoli. I go to many Applebee’s and they are usually great, but this place underperforms
Coming from out of town, I hated applebees. We got a gift card so figured wed try it. Such a pleasant surprise! Flavorful sides, perfectly cooked steak, appetizers on point, and the kids ate ALL of their meals. The staff was fast and friendly, nothing negative to say. Thanks for making me like applebees, Jackson.
My experience was terrible I went with a party of 8 ,the waiter stole our money in cash and charged one of our cards with the bill. Even though his service wasn’t good we left him a large amount in tip. Our food was dry and cold, another waiter that helped didn’t even know what he was serving to us! Not my best experience.
Worst service I have experienced in years. It took two hours for our group to receive our food during which time we had to seek out random waitresses to get refills on our drinks. When we finally did receive our food it was cold. When our troubles where mentioned to the manager we where brushed off as though it did not matter. I will be warning friends and family to avoid this establishment.
As my friend and I were walking into the Jackson MI Applebee’s we witnessed a cook picking up his cigareete off of the ground. After ordering our food it took literally an hour to bring our food out and the place was not even busy.... after receiving our order, my friend found PAPER in her steak.... won’t be going back. Waitress was great tho!
I run my own restaurant and go out of way everyday to make sure the food is always correct but it seems like everyone nowadays only wants to work for money they don’t care about the customer experience I ordered a cheeseburger and added bacon, did it come with cheese nope did it come with bacon nope it’s just so sad nobody cares, I literally could have just gotten McDonald’s and been way happier.
Was told we had a 20 minute wait, we waited a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes, when we were seated our waiter took our drink order and when he came back for our food order he told us we would have another hour or longer wait on our food. I wouldnt have waited the first hour if I had known I was going to wait that long.
Drove 15 minuets out of our way to go here, sat down, waited 10 minuets to get our drinks and then another 45 (no exaggeration) for our food. My girlfriend got the wrong order, i got a steak it wasn’t bad honestly just cold. I for the most part really like applebee’s and assume it was a one time fluke, but this was flat out disappointing and i will never be going to the one in jackson again.
We are Applebees fans and go to them regularly in Midland and Mt. Pleasant. The experience at this location was laughable. Way to many issues to list from drink service to apps and entrees. Every portion of our visit was messed up some how. We were with a few others celebrating my nephews graduation from high school.
It took over 50 minutes for food to come out. So long my four year old fell asleep and didnt get to eat his meal. No lead, charge or manager came by to ask how things were. Waitress was apologetic, but didnt offer to get a manager. One of the meals was luke warm. Everybodys has stomache aches to top it off. I now remember why its been two years since the last time I stepped foot in a crapplebees.
Service was terrible waited 30 minutes just for our cheese sticks only for them to come out cold. Then at least another 15 -20 for our entrees. Not fine with 4 children under the age of 10. One child found a tylenol 3 on the floor, alerted the manager who seemed to think it wasnt a big deal.
Went to the one in Jackson waited 15 minutes to be seated, no one acknowledged us bartender was to busy talking about her kid to tell wait staff people were waiting. Customers already seated got up and left because of no service, this was early afternoon on a weekday so it wasnt like they were busy. Ended up just leaving

2022-04-15Service was a little slow but it was still such a great experience. We went late and I learned apps are 1/2 off so that was cool. The waitress was so nice! I really had a great time and they werent that busy so it was cool! My little sis didnt like her food so they let her pick out a different kids meal. The new mountain dew is absolutely delicious!

2022-04-18The waitress was absent minded. I asked for silverware 2 times from her someone else had to get it for me. Also I ordered the southwest bowl no rice extra lettuce. The first bowl had extra rice. When she picked up the 1st bowel I reminded her to get me a refill. Someone else had to remind her. I have never had this issue before. The food was great just wish I had a better waitress.

2022-06-16Jadie was our server. She was fun, sweet and did a great job taking care of us! She checked on us frequently, brought anything we needed quickly and with a smile! The food was wonderful. The 2 of us had a very enjoyable experience! 😊

2022-05-01Food was good but the service was EXTREMELY SLOW. I think our server forgot to put in our appetizer order as it came out right before our meal. He also forgot our straws and napkins. We had to flag him down twice for those. It took 50 minutes from the time we were seated until our meal came out. Much too long!

2022-06-19Good food, but Staff was definitely stretched a bit thin for Fathers day. We ended up having a mess up on our order, but they brought out the correct thing after we pointed it out. Our waitress was extremely friendly though and the restaurant was nice

2022-07-12Great service, good food, nice place for a late dinner. This was the first time I had been in a while. Interior was clean and food was quick. Service with a smile. Did not really have a complaint

2022-05-01Our first trip here after they reopened after the Rona closure. Service was exceptionally slow. To the point of having to set timers to remind us how long we were sitting at our table before we were even acknowledged. Food was definitely not as good and certainly more expensive than the last time we dined in. They were out of Diet Pepsi but did bring my wife a cup of ice so she could go out to our car and get her own bottle and bring it in. Needless to say, dining out, especially at this Applebees, will probably come to a screeching halt for us. I don’t see this improving any time soon based on the quality of the waitstaff. Very disappointed.Edited to add: Tried to pay by using the QR code on our receipt and it was not working. Gave my card to the waitress to run and she disappeared with it for about 20 minutes at which time I had to flag her down and ask what she did with my card. She said their internet was down and the general manager was trying to figure out what to do. I advised her the first thing to do was give me my card back. As if the writing of this edit, we are still waiting for a “to go” order and a way to pay for our dinner. I’m giving them another 15 minutes before we walk out without either of those completed.

2022-05-24Service by staff were nice, however it doesnt make up with how the cooks poorly treated the burgers. Recently we went there for dinner my mother and father ended up with the burgers and... To say the least they were raw and had to be changed. My father even had one that was still *bleeding* and ate some of it without realizing, eventually puking it up all later when we were home. Even on our previous dine there my mother had raw burger *again*. The severs were kind enough to give them more cooked ones each time thankfully.To say the least, please remember to check your burgers if theyre fully cooked! Rather not have anyone get sick from this.
