The people working in the store were really friendly and helpful with picking out furniture and they had great deals. But the delivery team came off kind of rude, most of the furniture is not properly assembled and missing a bunch of screws and one of our tables got a big chunk chipped out of it while they brought it in the house.
The best place to do any sort of rent-to-own with household items and furniture. Ruthie is very understanding and the entire staff is friendly and helpful, and they make it an easy choice when deciding to go back. Keep it up!

I recently ordered a TV stand through RentAll in Iron Mountain. Not only is the quality of the stand exceptional, the service outstanding, the prices are great! Our stand had to be ordered, and it only took about a week to come in! The workers were very helpful with helping us choose our TV stand. I will definitely going back for future furniture purchases!

Iron Mountains store manager was very helpful. The delivery personnel have a lot to be desired. Just put the couch inside and walked out. Not where I said I wanted it placed. Crooked and taking up half the living room. Extremely rude.
Awesome people. Willing to work with you as long as you are honest and communicate with them. Much better since Ruthie took over. Do a lot of business there and if not for Ruthie I probably wouldnt.

Beware if you live in a neighborhood where they are delivering furniture. They were delivering across the street from my home and backed their delivery truck into my driveway. Which they had no business doing and went over driveway into my landscape damaging my tree. When I phoned the local office the girl was quite rude and hung the phone up on me two times. I then called the cooperate headquarters and the man I spoke with had the same bad attitude. Very unprofessional both people I spoke with. Not a reliable store to do business.

Hadnt paid in awhile cause of covid had to go to a diffrent state for work had my brother call them to pay the balance seeing he has my credit card for him to be told my account was not accessible

2021-06-15Ive been dealing with rent all since July 2016. Ruthie will go above and beyond for her customers, and so easy to work with. Even the delivery staff are awesome, quick and efficient, I always tip for lunch, they never leave a mess, their friendly. Ive never went the full term of a rental from here, if Ruthie doesnt have something in stock, rest assured she will get it. You wont wait very long. Thank You Rent All Staff

2020-09-23Myself and my family have been doing business with rent-all for years. Weve never had a bad experience. My husband and i recently bought a house and needed a new fridge ASAP and they managed to get it to us the next day! Ruthie is wonderful and always a delight!
