My dryer (less than 2 years old) suddenly stopped working, so after researching the issue I found that the thermal fuse needed to be replaced. I called 3 places before choosing Appliance Repair USA. They were responsive and professional. I called Monday afternoon and they had a technician out Tuesday morning. Quick, polite and knowledgeable. Shocked by how reasonable they were for the part and labor. I will use them all the time and refer. Great local business!
I called them regarding our refrigerator not cooling and left a message on their voicemail. They did call back within a couple hours and after a brief conversation I was placed on hold.....after 10 minutes on hold, they did not pick up the call again, so I hung up and called back only to have to leave another message. They called back and apologize, and after a couple questions we scheduled an appointment for the next day between 10 and 2.....no one ever showed up, nor did I ever receive a call with an explanation!! Of course I called to follow up and guess what? I got their voicemail 😒 My recommendation would be to find a different appliance repair company!!07/08/2021 - I understand your response below, however, a courtesy call would have been greatly appreciated if your technician was running behind. I waited at my house until 2:30 pm as I personally could not wait any longer, and it was only after I called your business number and left a message, that your company attempted to contact me at all. There was still someone at the house waiting but again, no one showed up so we will be calling another appliance service company. I would suggest you work on your customer service skills.
They were able to respond to my request for service within a short time. They asked enough questions to determine that the fridge should be unplugged fir 24 hrs. Before service. The repair tech was prompt, professional and pleasant. Repair was completed satisfactorily and follow up was appreciated.
Everyone was great. The techs were on time, very professional, clean, and courteous. Instead of trying to fix a washer that would cost more than it was worth, they were honest and recommended that we purchase a new one. They provided proper evidence of what was wrong, and did not even charge for the service call. They were even generous enough to send us a follow up email for warranty claim purposes.Would recommend highly.
This company is the absolute worst!! Sears, Samsung as well as other major companies outsource to this company for appliance repairs. This company is completely unprofessional and unreliable. I am filing a complaint with BBB as well as the companies that outsource to them. They should not be getting contracts with these major companies with the manner in which they do business. DO NOT patronize with this company!!! They are a scam!! I can clearly see that this company is unprofessional with the illiterate and disrespectful responses they have to other disappointed customers who have complained about them on this platform. Save your time, money and energy and refrain from doing business with them!
Trying to work with this company was an absolute nightmare. After two and a half weeks my dishwasher is still broke. They have my money. They haven’t called me back. Their customer service is deplorable. He cut me off while speaking to me with his condescending tone. Will never use them again. Why would I when they didn’t fix my problem, kept my money, and won’t call back?
These folks were awesome! Samsung fridge broke and parts are very difficult to get right now. Terrible experience with another appliance repair company trying to source the parts but these guys saved the day. Scott was very knowledgeable and professional. Everything works great.Thanks guys!
The team at Appliance Repair USA was top notch! I called late in the afternoon and they set up a repair appointment for the next morning. It ended up that my refrigerator needed to be unplugged and defrosted for 24 hours before the problem (a faulty temperature switch) could be definitively diagnosed. Tim ordered the parts that he thought were the likely culprits after the first visit. They came back the second day (after the ice inside the fridge had melted away) and were able to confirm which switch was faulty. The part came in the following day and they came back and replaced it. That’s right, three trips to my house, but only one service fee of $80, which was credited toward the final bill. Now that’s service!

2022-03-29My appliance repair guy of 11 years is no longer able to do repairs on my multiple properties. I reached out to Appliance Repair USA after driving by the business. The phone staff was upfront about pricing and service. I was happy with what I heard and scheduled my first repair with them. They were on time, polite and the price was competitive to say the least. I used them again just a couple weeks later and will continue to do so.

2022-05-28I ran across this company looking for parts for my 30 year old dryer. It just so happened that they are only 1/2 Mile from my house. I wanted to repair it, as opposed to buying a new one, because they are all junk these days. I called for an appointment and the gal I spoke to asked for the model number so she could see if they had the parts. I was literally shocked at how knowledgeable she was. So the repairman came the next day and knew instantly what was wrong with it. He replaced 2 parts and was done in 1/2 hour. The repair was only $140. Then to top it all off, they made a follow up call to check and see how it was running. I have never had a company do that. I also gave them a great review on the Nextdoor App and someone who saw my post, called them to do a repair. They also told them that I had given them a great review. So low and behold, I received another call from them thanking me for the great review. I have never witnessed such great customer service in my life. Do not hesitate to give these guys a call. You won’t be sorry.

2022-03-17My service technician Mike is more precious then GOLDHe was timely, attentive, professional, thorough and most of all determined to get to the root cause of my issue.I have been a customer service manager for 25+ years; I know excellent customer service when I see it.I have to admit I wasone of those customers that hovered just a bit...but he took it in stride and talked me through everything he was doing.Give him a day off a gift card or something, because he was fantastic!!!Appliance Repair USA... Is the way to go!!!

2022-01-13I called this company last week and explained that my latch on my dishwasher broke and needed it replaced. The receptionist stated that they needed the model number and would be out this week. I asked for the cost of the repair and if there was a service charge. I explained that I would be in session when they arrive so please text and do not call. They did not text they called twice. Then they came told my partner the work could not be done and charged us $80 and did not even leave the part. I was told that there was no service charge and that they would be able to complete the job so for 30 seconds of no work they made $80 off of me. Go elsewhere

2022-04-18I highly recommend Appliance Repair USA for appliance repairs. They did an fantastic job repairing my refrigerator and diagnosing a replacement for my cooktop. Maddy and the folks in the office were professional and timely in calling me back, scheduling the repair, and submitting a claim to my home warranty company. The technician (Scott) was an expert…a true technician that was able to explain what needed to be repaired. He was able to diagnose why my stovetop either needed an entire rebuild or replacement in minutes…and explain it in a way that made sense to an accountant! After Scott diagnosed the issues, the office crew overnighted the parts for repair and had my refrigerator up and running days after my initial call. They will most certainly be my first phone call if I ever need appliance repair again, as I was extremely impressed and I am truly a satisfied customer. Thank you guys!

2022-07-06Scott and Tim were the best. I lost an earring in, what I thought was the washer. It wasnt, but it was in the dryer. Sad at first, but then they made my day. Would definitely use again. Maddie who answers the phone, is a pleasure and was a great help too.Thank you.

2022-06-14THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Called to have maintenance on a washing machine that was working properly. The specialist comes out to do the work and states he is 99 perc sure he can do the work. 2 hours later states he is unable too, leaves my home with my washer not in working order and now leaking! They say it will be 2weeks to service me again! Comes back the next day to storm out and refuse to work at my home! I called the office and they say it was THE OWNER! WOW! Clearly should not be in business!

2022-03-31My washing machine was tripping the electrical circuit. 3 repair companies came out and told me to take out the GFI. This would be outside of code and could cause serious danger. I refused and called Appliance Repair USA. They came out, Scott and Tim, ran the machine, tripped the circuit a few times and diagnosed the problem. It was the bearing on the spin cycle. Thank you for not asking me to burn down my house. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!
