Comment: This is my last time coming here. I get the Tidal Wave every time, which is their most expensive wash. Every time, they miss the mark. Its the closest to my home, but not even worth the convenience. Dirty wheels, doors, windows, center console, steering wheel... you name it. They always miss. They barely even try.

Comment: Same thing each time, I’m done. $21 usd not worth it. I’ve gone there 5 times, save your money and go else where. It’s just dust and it’s dirty and they don’t clean it. The manager does not care.

Comment: I could give them zero stars. Worst car wash I’ve been to. To begin, they leave your car filled with dust even after paying for full service, exterior and interior. They don’t notify you when your car is ready so if you’re not paying attention you could be sitting in the waiting room for quite a while. I took my car to wash there for the convenience of them doing all the job but let me tell you, you’re better off taking it somewhere else, vacuum and clean it yourself. Do not recommend this car wash. Save yourself the money and time.

Comment: Great place to get your a vehicle washed. Not a long wait and prices are fair. Plenty of room to sit while you want and snacks to eat. They offer discounts it you get the packages or full service (FS) . (Ext) is for exterior only.

Comment: I used to go to the La Mesa Aqua Clean Car Wash when I lived there. I moved to Eastlake and have brought my car to the Chula Vista location twice. First time I got the blue atlantic package and asked the guy up front if they wiped down the center console, and he informed me they do. When the car was returned, they did not and I had some dried up water spots on the front bumper which I let slide.Today was my second trip here. I got the tidal wave package this time and the photos attached are the aftermath of their service (or lack thereof). The front bumper and center console were not cleaned and to top it all off, the conveyor belt snapped the stem off one of my tires instantly deflating my driverside front. The employee who finished cleaning up my car informed me that my tire was flat, and it certainly was not on my way over. I immediately noticed the snapped stem, flagged down the closest worker (who turned out to be the manager) and told him what happened. He immediately took an accusatory tone saying that the cameras do not lie and said that I was being difficult despite giving me options. The options he provided me were to move my car about 15-20 feet on a complete flat, risking damaging my sidewall so I could change into the spare. I never once raised my voice or anything and had witnesses to prove it.The manager got an employee to change into my spare so another employee could take the damaged tire to first Pep Boys, then decided Costco was the more viable solution. After the employee jacked my car up, put the spare on, and hand tightened the lug nuts, I asked if he torqued the lug nuts to which he responded, yes. I was holding the lug nut wrench the entire time, so he lied.I waited 2.5 hours while waiting for that to be fixed. The tire was brought back fixed, the manager offered to run it through the wash again and detail it again, which I fully appreciated, however the center console was still dirty and the front bumper was still the same.When all was said and done, the manager never apologized for the accusatory tone he took with me, called it a misunderstanding, and that his machinery or employees would have never caused the damage. They had two opportunities to properly clean my vehicle to the standards which I paid for and failed. The acknowledgement of fault was in his actions to me but I will not be returning.

Comment: This is now my third time going to this car wash paying extra and they forget something EVERY time. Today, it was tire coating even though I picked a package that includes it. It doesn’t matter what package you get because they will clean your car the same every time. I just got home and inspected the car to find sand all over. Take a look at the pics. They didn’t even wipe the backseat car door holders. I’m now wiping down my own car after paying someone to do it. Time to look for a new place!

Comment: My car came out worse than when I went in!Every time I come, my truck is never attended to properly. I sit there and watch them dry it and literally only 1-2 people work on my lifted truck while other small cars have 3-4 people working on them. By the time they dry one side of my truck the other side is already dry!Look at this picture of my back window, they sprayed window cleaner and forgot to clean it off! I had to go back there and clean it myself.There was small pieces of trash on my dash, and the seats were not vacuumed.Not coming back here again.

Comment: Rented a small Ford EcoSport (tiny suv style car) and needed the fur vacuumed out after a road trip with my dog. The staff never informed me that vacuuming the trunk was not standard and, considering it was part of the interior seating area of the car (unlike a typical sedan), I didnt ask. The entire car was empty since it was a rental and needed to be turned back in after the cleaning so there was nothing precluding th from cleaning this area, either. I went straight from the car wash to the rental car agency and upon returning it, the rental staff told me they were charging me the cleaning fee ($30) since the trunk was not cleaned. They even said the same thing I was thinking - it would not have been an issue if it were were a standard, enclosed trunk but it is part of the passenger interior area and needed to be cleaned. At the rental agencys suggestion, I took the attached photo so I could try to get a refund from the car wash. On my way home, I called Aqua Clean and explained the situation and although the manager was kind enough, it does not excuse the oversight or lack of refund. What was an $18 charge to clean the car - and provide business to a local establishment - turned into a total of $48 because of their negligence. I even explicitly told the cleaning staff I needed the entire interior cleaned: No, I dont need ArmorAll. This is a rental and I just need the entire interior vacuumed. Though I have been here before, I likely wont be returning.

Comment: Javier aka the guy who checks your vehicle in is amazing. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and his unmatched memory of the vehicles and his suggestions of what I would need is far superior than any other people who’ve been in the position when he’s not at work. I am always in a great mood after talking to him and he sets the tone for the business and I’ve yet to be disappointed and I truly feel he doesn’t plan on disappointing anyone. He is the pinnacle of customer service and you should never let this guy go and surely compensate him for the level of excellence he brings to the table. Yes the other portion of the team is great but he is by far the gold star winner of the year.

Comment: Last time that I will go to this place for my car to be washed and vacuumed. First thing I noticed was the center console still had crumbs in it like it wasnt even touched so I demanded that theyd clean it since I paid for it. After I took car home and parked, I saw there was still trash in the back seat, floormats were not in place. Seems like they just want to take people in and quickly get them out. Wasnt even busy the time I went btw. Quantity over quality seems like. Theres alot of works but man, this place used to be good. Yall lost another customer ✌.

Comment: That is not foggy that is dirt still on the car. This was the worse car wash I have gotten. The guys were nice, but I would have liked a clean car after I paid $24.95 and they did not even clean the inside and the mats still had dirt on them. I will never go to this place again
