Excellent Morning staff that welcomes you while entering the place and the food was amazing
We went at about 3:30pm, it was a little suspicious that the drivethrough was empty and the Wendy’s next to it was poppin. Well after waiting at the speaker with no answer we found out they were closed, even though it’s well within opening hours and the sign said they close at 7pm that day.
They treat their employees terrible they did me so wrong they fired me because they lied and said that I fell asleep at the register but really they fired me because I could not catch on to the register and 45 minutes but they actually lied and said its an hour
Heavy set white guy at the window was super rude. I was very friendly and always am at drive thrus as a doordasher. As soon as he opened the window he said “31.11$” and I kindly responsed “I’m here for a DoorDash” I also mentioned at the speaker. He said “well you don’t have a blinker on your forehead so you have to announce that” after I said “I just got to the window” he said “well you’ve been here 10seconds..oh wait 54 seconds” after he looked at the screen. I was super friendly the entire encounter and it turns out he is the manager and was extremely rude when my mother called trying to get his name. Luckily I was able to catch the encounter on my dash cam and send it into corporate. Very rude.
Never open and takes 5 hours for you to order and get your food anyways, even if you’re the only one in the drive thru.
What is wrong with this world when fast food workers want $15/hr? A current worker admitted they couldnt do the math when asked by a customer if they were really being charged $1 a nugget for a 5 piece that costs $5, REALLY???? Not only did this happen at this particular Arbys location but the chicken tenders received were far from acceptable, a couple were very small with one not even edible and seemed like it was sitting under the heat lamps all day. With all the drastic price increases in fast food this year, you definitely dont get what you pay for!

We couldnt order. We had a truck and trailer so it was impossible to go through drive thru and it was raining so we didnt want to walk through and they wouldnt allow us inside out of the rain so we tried to call and order but no one would answer the phone so after a half a dozen times and several circles around the building we finally left as my children needed a bathroom too and being new in the area we didnt know where to go. I think you need to quit serving your fear of this covid scam and start serving the living God.
I enjoy it because I love Arby’s. But for whatever reason the food at this location doesn’t come off as good as the others. I’ve been to 4 different Arby’s the last few months, including this one twice, and the other 3 all tasted better. Fries seemed to be more flavorful than this one and the brisket especially. Chicken bacon Swiss here is very good though. Not sure why, it’s weird. But since the brisket and fries are my go to, gotta go 3

Okay so the food and employees were great, theanager on duty was having a bad day so that means all the orders that were parked were also having a bad day. We ordered $30 worth of food, she brings us out a bag hands it to us and runs back to the restaurant ignoring our shouts that this was not our order, then of course she shut the door because their inside was closed so the door would not open. Luckily we figured out which other car was waiting on food and handed them there order and waitied for the next food to exit the building and surprisingly enough the manager was not the carrier if said food, she allowed one of her workers to bring it out. So the not 5 raining is strictly because of the manager on duty!

Hello I didn’t want to do this but I feel like a have to. The date 05-01-2021 around 8 to 9pm I wanted to get some food and the line at Wendy’s was too long, and didn’t see any cars at this Arby’s so I told my wife let’s go support Arby’s lol. We had the worst Coustumer service, very rude and we didn’t get the right sandwich. I never care but maybe this can help the ownership to be involved and take care of their business.
Dining room still closed and the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. The wait wasnt horrible around 10 minutes but when we arrived at the window the employee wasnt too friendly. Didnt acknowledge us and just handed our food out the window without even looking in our direction.
Haven’t had Arby’s in quite awhile. Decided to introduce my kid to the roast beef and cheddar with curly fries. Went to the brown road location as we live near Lake Orion. I got to introduce my kid to a roast beef and cheddar with hair burger that will forever sit in her head. Trying to understand that this can happen but add the unfriendly service to it an we’re forever out. Thanks Arby’s Auburn Hills. 👍🏻
Not a bad fast food place. Orders are always correct and the staff is always friendly. Not much more to ask for when it comes to fast food.
I drive for grubhub. I pulled up to the window and they were immediately rude and very aggressive with their behavior. I said the customers name and they stated there was no food for them and for me to pull up. I contacted the customer and asked if she/he could contact arbys and see what was going on. When the older worker came to the window she immediately yelled at me staying I have her wrong information and that I called the customer and told her to tell arbys to hurry the order. Neither me nor the customer said either of this plus the lady had poor customer service ethics. I have no idea why she was so rude and yelling but I will never come here for grubhub nor for myself. Very unprofessional and rude.
We usually stop here if its gotten past my normal time to start a dinner during a busy day. But I have noticed that that last two weeks they look as if theyre not opened. I hope this isnt so.

Service is always great, very friendly staff. Ive never had a mistake with my order. Roast beef sandwiches are very good. Am not able to give 5 stars because many of the tables in the dining area needed to be wiped down on our last visit, but that wont stop my family and I from returning.

One of the worst customer service and the manager was rude. They forget to put my buffalo sandwich in the bag and the manager was unapologetic and annoyed that he was bothered. The girl at the drive thru order had an attitude because my husband didn’t say “thank you” so she says rudely “you’re welcome”.My husband took a 30 min round trip to get the sandwich and when he came home they still didn’t get it right and I got an Arby’s sandwich. What is wrong with the staff here? Poor management I assume judging from the mangers unprofessionalism.
The food is good. I should have checked the bag to make sure the entire order was there. This has happened more than once. I just tried to call but no answer.
It’s says closes at 9pm. But if you pull in their is a cone in the middle of the drive thru lane intentionally placed to prevent entry. Yet their are no sings prior to entry of the lane , indicating they closed early.
Disrespectful at the drive through. First told me to hurry up and order, then after ordering the first meal in the drive-through they immediately cut me off and gave me the total. I explained I still had more to order, and they said “you didn’t tell me that, buddy you need to tell me”
Ive been on a semi strict Keto diet for about 6-7 months, decided to have the1/2 lb. Beef -N- Cheddar. . . Very disappointed in the quality of the bun, as an avid bread consumer in the past I know what quality bread feels, smells and most importantly tastes like...sorry to say, that sandwich wasnt even close to satisfying.😔
I go here a lot. The staff is almost always rude and today they messed up my order. I wanted the Mediterranean chicken wrap and they gave me the chicken bacon ranch. I was disappointed when I got home and realized it was not what I ordered, after driving there and spending $18.
I had issues coming to this one because it was slow. Gave it a year and decided to give it another try, and didnt get what I ordered. Between this and the Lapeer location, either get all cheddar rbs or all classic rbs. Impossible to get an order of both. But... You have my money and ill just keep complaining because its a tasty mistake nonetheless.

Update: 11/26/21. Went thru drive-thru at apx 1930pm. All the lites on the building were brightly lit. Lobby lit, menu board- LIT. What am I to assume? 730pm....Friday nite..... pulled up to drive thru speaker. Was sort of curtly told were closed! All your lites are on! Our OPEN sign, Is off.... How the heck am I supposed to EVEN know, you have an OPEN sign? Never seen it before.... I am having serious doubts about this locations viability as a functioning, profitable business. If these stunted hours, incorrect online OPEN/Close times are incorrect. I forecast, theyll be shutting this location down before too long. Not going to survive, always being closed. Quite a shame too. I love Arbys, and usually, am quite pleased with the food & service I receive at this location.
This restaurant is kind of hidden in plain sight. There were only three cars in the parking lot when we arrived around 7:15 pm. There was one car in front of us in the drive thru. The lady that took and delivered our order was very polite, friendly, and efficient. She made both my wife and I smile after a long day with kids at Legoland and Sea Life Aquarium. The food was hot and fresh. My roast beef and curly fries really hit the spot. This stop set the mood for a two hour drive home after a very long day. 😀
Good food first order of a double roast beef had cheddar everywhere, but was half on, asked to remake got remarks of it was made right but sure didnt loom like the picture and wasnt able to be picked up to eat. This attitude is why the 3 stars if I wanted to argue with someone of why the sandwich was not visible to be picked up and eaten the way it was designed because they failed at their job I would of went to McDonalds and spent 3/4 less money.
Came here 8/15, sat in line for 20 minutes, no one was working, no signage was up saying so. Wonder how badly they mustve treated employees that they pulled this...
Pulled in the drive thru today, 07/28/19 at 7pm. Ordered a roast beef meal. Was very informed that they did not have any beef.... really Arbys? Get it together, thats just ridiculous. Not sure if they were really out or didnt want to serve anyone, the parking lot was completely empty. Will not be going back to this location ever again.
Asst manager was running drive thru. You would think it would go smoothly. Took twenty minutes to get my food with only two cars ahead of me. So much for eating on my lunch break

Jamoca shakes have always been the best, and Beef & cheddar is a dependable favorite. This location did not disappoint.
Slow is an understatement as it took nearly 25 minutes just to reach the counter to place my order. It took another 5 minutes to get the food as theyre understaffed but they get 2 stars for the great food.
Good food. Though the lines are super long and the wait is outrageous. I understand I went at lunch time but there is no reason I had to wait in line for almost an hour. It would be great if they opened their doors so people could order insdie instead of just go thru the drive thru.

Oh the beef and other meats you could only dream of in lake Orion (where I live) since there are none in my area, but I made a pilgrimage to the Arbys nearby and purchased nearly $50 worth of delicious beef and cheddar delites, after consuming a couple of pounds of that perfectly seasoned sliced Arbys goodness, bagged the remains and microwaved them over the next few days 🎃
Dont order to much food. Theyre not shy on letting you know how they feel about making your food. I ordered 7 sliders & the drive thru lady said word for word with a snotty attitude, Wow thats alot
No one else at counter. Looked like one person taking orders and going around back and making it.Ordered 2 pizza sliders 2 buffalo chicken.One of the pizza sliders was never even heated the pepperoni and cheese and bun were cold!No excuse.

I just had the best service Ive ever had in fast food at the drive of the Auburn Hills location. Goldie was our server super friendly polite and did her job great even stopped us to make sure the bagger put the ranch in our kids meal.. Food was fresh and 🔥
My experience was not that good they served me dry fish sandwich I went in saw them using microwaves they grab anything with their gloves and touch the food I brought that to the supervisors attention. Very slow need to hire more people..

I am part of a robotics team with a good sized number of hungry teenagers. When we got out of competition late and not even McDonlds or Wendy’s would take our orders. Arby’s worker Zeck 5 minuets before closing time waved us over. We got amazing coustomer service they where so happy to feed us with an amazing sense of humor. Thank you for creating a memory for me 17 hours away from home. I highly recommend the mozzarella sticks (that is where it is at)
Shady stuff going on here. Just went through the drive thru and my bank notified me of 2 charges. The manager claimed she fixed it, but offered nothing to compensate me for the inconvenience.

We had to repeat the order over 6 times. It was just a simple wrap and mozzerella sticks but they had to keep re checking with us to make sure they were right. AND THE STILL GOT IT WRONG. as well as we waiting in line for almost a half hour!

Unlike most places she had the greatest attitude and I can definitely say I will be coming back and hoping for her every time! She deserves a raise for her hard work and some recognization! 2022-09-09This place has always been pretty good up until about a couple weeks ago. Idk if all the ppl that have worked there quit or what but these new ppl have the worst attitude. Also I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap in the drive thru and it took them literally 15 minutes to give me my food when I was the only one in the drive thru. No apology or anything. I go to eat my food and it literally had one tiny piece of chicken in the whole wrap. The rest of it was just drowned in buffalo sauce. I just threw it out.i work right by this place and had eaten there almost everyday. Safe to say they wont get my business anymore.

2022-04-29Im upset because when I was in Ohio, they served breakfast and I couldn’t believe that this location dont offer the same. We love Arby’s in this Area. At least I do. Bring breakfast so I can change my review. At least give it a try for limited time. And we see how it goes. Add some turkey options as well.

2022-05-03The guy at the window literally snapped at us for asking for sauce at the window, which is how any other Arbys Ive ever been to does it. They ask you for sauce at the window. He literally scolded and lectured us about how short staffed they were and how badly we inconvenienced them. I understand being short staffed, but the verbal lashing we received over 2 ranches was unacceptable.

2022-06-12Closed? Doesnt have a neon OPEN/CLOSED sign in a window so impossible to tell. Maybe theyre not open on Sundays. Regardless, its bad form not to have some obvious sign that can be seen when driving by. Especially when youre operating on weird hours.

2022-05-27Love them poppers.This place always have staffing issues, more so than ever these days, like everywhere else, yet taste is always on par.Closing hours is hit and miss. Was just there at 8pm closed . Supposedly they close at 9pm...
