Service is sometimes slow and not always accurate at the drive through, but that is because this place is usually SLAMMED, even at off hours. Food is typically good quality. Pro tip: always check your order before you drive away to make sure you have everything you paid for!
Went to drive thru and placed order with no issues. Upon parking to eat I discovered my classic roast beef add cheddar had no cheddar. I went inside where most were busy. The lady doing expo ignored me until I spoke and asked for help. She listened and I presented my receipt showing the order was rung up correctly and then got the drive thru lady and said to her that I claimed my order was wrong. I told the rude expo lady that I didnt need to claim as the receipt was in one hand and the incorrect sandwich was in the other. The very nice black lady in drive thru got me a cup of cheddar and I was on my way. My hat is off to the very sweet DT lady and hope they can retrain the rude lady to be more pleasant in dealing with customer complaints. I fully understand that Covid has brought out rude customers in droves, but being in customer service myself, I try very hard to be cordial and considerate of all that food workers endure nowadays.
The food was okay. My only issue was with the staff. Told me they no longer sold the sliders yet it was on their menu and still available to order through the app. When I asked why they no longer sold them they just said it was not their choice. But I have went to other Arbys since and they have had them.
This is a new place, it was supper time and the line was very long. But I joined it any way. Was pleased that it kept moving right along and the pecan chicken salad was worth the wait. One thing, I got it in a wrap, and dont think Ill do that again. As a regular sandwich would be better. And of course you cant go wrong on cheese sticks. Another happy Arbys visit.
Drive thru worker was extremely rude and the 2 sandwiches that I waited like, 3 months for, were cold. The line is always way too long for me to wait in line with my crabby kids so we usually never go but line was short and I was like yes finally! Then....disappointment.
Although the line moves very slow for drive thru. We were happy that our food was nice and hot and prepared nicely. The only real disappointment was that I told the lady to times that I wanted horsey sauce when she asked if I wanted Arbys sauce. I said no to the Arbys sauce twice, and as we drove away having to eat in ark are reaching into the bag I got a handful of Arbys sauce so I was disappointed because I really love the horsey sauce on my roast beef sandwich and I had to eat it without sauce because I had no time to turn back around and go through that drive-through just for sauce
Around 2:30 the line was so long I was almost on m-139. I wanted to try yuh out crispy fish sandwich. So I decided to wait before you take it of the menu. I was in line for maybe 10 to 15 minutes before I got you the window but you guys was really fast we really appreciate the service thank you so much.
I was ignored as a customer. The drive through workers pretended to listen and repeated my order to me, but then put in something else. We sat in the drive thru for roughly 15 minutes, too.**If you go here, make sure you check the bag before driving away from the window.**We ordered a beef and cheddar with medium fry and medium mellow yellow with ranch and arbys sauce and honey mustard, and then a 3 pc chicken tenders with medium fries and medium Barqs. We paused each time, allowing the attendant to record it, too. We heard the total, figured okay, and continued. When we pulled up to the next window, the price changed. Turns out they thought it was a kids chicken tenders. After correcting that, one of the workers took our cups and added more soda to them before giving to us, I assume as an apology.When we got our order, we received a regular roast beef sandwich with a small fry and small mellow yellow, and a 3 pc chicken tenders with a small fry and small Barqs. No ranch, no honey mustard, and they ignored our request to upgrade to a medium meal. Not only this, but they gave us a regular roast beef rather than a beef and cheddar.Needless to say, we were not impressed. They didnt even appear to care that they missed up our order, as they never apologized. They kinda just casually shrugged it off. I will likely never return to the location, and do not suggest visiting until the lobby is open again.
Sat for 10 mins at drive-thru. Finally asked to take order. Then said just one second and 15 more minutes we just went to the window and they said they are closed. At 5 pm... Get more workers or better management. Couldve told us through the window instead of having us wait. Terrible service.
This is a new franchise. Our family has loved this chain for a long time, now we have one near us. :-) The owner/manager did a great job in hiring his initial staff. The service was warm, friendly, fast and accurate. The food was high quality and definitely up to the best of Arbys standards.
Ive always loved arbys... however my last visit, December 2020, was disappointing! My first bite included a hair! I called and spoke with the manager just for her to tell me that all her employees wore hair nets. Wasnt at all concerned that I had just spent $30+on food that no one wanted to eat.Bad management!
We went here on a very busy Saturday afternoon. I counted 30 people in the dining room and 10 more in line. we got our food in less than 5 minutes. It was hot and the order was correct. the young lady at cash register was confused about our coupon but another employee helped her right away. overall polite service, good food, clean restaurant - even the bathrooms. I think the complaints posted earlier were just because they were brand new and employees not familiar with the menu will struggle for a short time. give them a break. We will definitely return.
So I’m a manager at a McDonald’s so I know restaurants life, I’ll start there this place has the worst customer service in the world and if my workers ever screamed at customer the way the order taker screamed at me and my mom I would personally send them home. She wasn’t paying attention while taking the Order when we tried to fix what was wrong with the order even after my mom said a six piece tender three times she kept getting louder and taking over my mom so obviously she couldn’t here my mom then when we were at front window she was screaming about us with the window open… yeah no I will never be back.
I have to give management much credit at this location. The place is packed all the time....and very busy....but the staff is highly efficient....food is great and they ALWAYS get my order correct. So glad to have them back in the area and we appreciate the great service!
I work with Doordash. and I have never been more disrespected, Im guessing he was a manager, he was very rude about me cutting the line. which mind you, I had a conversation with doordash about cutting lines. and they said its FINE. and another thing to mention is that I had already talked to a employee they told us it wasnt ready so as we were about to pull away he comes up telling us that Im not allowed to do that. and I tried tell him that I just had talked to one of his employers and I dont need to know it from him. if it was a real issue then the other employee would of told me that.
Just went through drive though. Ordered Beef and Cheddar and Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. Beef and Cheddar had almost NOOOO cheddar and red sauce at all and for a sandwich costing 5.49 what a rip off! My brothr stated that his Buffalo Chicken was not hot and was over soggy . Even told staff that I would be rating my experience! Staff looked like they were lost in kitchen running around and there was little apparent structure! After my assertions of ratings, no one seemed to even care a little about this. Was way hoping on way home that very very fresh training would have gotten the best of that fresh info and standards! So disappointed in a staff that got it all so wrong. Have been trying to call into the manager for over an hour and phone is still busy. Phone disfunction or is staff on the phone doing other things?? Arbys is my favorite, Benton Harbor site made me disgusted all over again!!!! Will continue to drive to South Haven and Paw Paw for the decency of quality and service Shame on you!
Only day 3 of being open and although busy they are really kicking it into high gear! I ventured off to other menu items tonight - besides the beef and cheddar - and was very pleased. My ONLY complaint (and Im assuming this is jusy because of the weather outside) .... its SUPER COLD inside. Talk about GREAT A/C! Bring a jacket if youre going to eat inside. Lol
After a long day at work and no food, all I wanted was a plain Gyro with medium curly fries...PLAIN GYRO!!! I get home and the GYRO had everything on it and wasnt even the right meat. I live a distance away, so it wasnt like I could just go back. Now Im here tired and hungry. This type of service is why Benton Harbor is losing all its business.
I have never received such poor service! The food took a long time to come and when it finally did, the employees put the fries in a RIPPED bag which proceeded to spill fries everywhere! Instead of offering to make it right or replace the fries, the workers did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, nor did they apologize!! I am outraged and will not be visiting this establishment again.
Cashier was rude while taking our order, wrote down a completely wrong name, and then yelled at us for not picking up “Garret’s” (The name on that we gave her was “Charlie”) food. We are the third person I’ve heard that happen to. I could understand writing down a name wrong or misspelling it, but getting an attitude and huffing and yelling at us over the counter halfway across the restaurant that our food is ready is not the way to go.
Incredibly rude customer service here tonight. Between being eyeballed by the rude guy that took our order and being completely ignored by the lady that took my money. Food was mediocre at best. This place will go down hill if they have employees that act like they could care less.
Got in line for drive though at 4:45 got to the screen to Oder at 457 and Ordered 20$ in food and 2 shakes that should have been 50% off for happy hr but didn’t get them on sale because when I paid it was after 5and they couldn’t make my food right get home and my beef and cheddar has no chese

2022-06-21Second time ordering from here on Grubhub. 1st time was a disaster. Decided to give a second chance, but this time was no better. Food arrived cold. Gyro was over sauced & soggy (photo). French dip sandwich had almost like ground meat & bread was smushed (photo), & au jus dip sauce was forgotten. Only thing seemed to be okay were the drinks & chicken tenders. So disappointing.

2022-03-31Why are the order takers so rude?? For my Mac n cheese to be cold each time and they forget something each time they should be more humbled! As I waited for my order today,,, I didnt know this disturbed person had opened the drive thru window and was just standing there staring at me with a disgusted intolerable look on her face. When I tried to hand her my four dollars she wouldnt reach for it and started asking me what did I have and is this money for my order. These are the types of workers that will be mentally capable of working part time for shorter periods of time because they are socially and emotionally immature at this point. So, instead of getting upset I wont go back! By the way, this pic is disgusting. Im not eating this!

2022-07-25Customer service at drive through was absolutely horrible. Girls were mocking customers and being very rude. Even rolling their eyes at us. When they messed our order up, my daughter went inside, only for them to tell her.....You get what you get!! I sent in an email to their corporate office only to be blown off. The entire staff needs to be replaced! And maybe corporate needs to go in there and put their foot down!

2022-05-02Went thru drive view. Hubby got what he ordered but my order was supposed to be a double beef and cheddar but got a classic. Receipt showed a classic even though I specifically made it clear what was wanted. Drive through operator over talked us and it was a battle to give information.

2021-10-08I was very, very disappointed. i ordered a buffalo chicken slider and they gave me a chicken nugget on a bun. i have never experienced such unprofessionalism and carelessness. 1/10 recommended.

2022-01-30The girl at the speaker was rude. We had trouble hearing each other, and she was very mean and nasty when I asked her to repeat herself. I just drove away and did not order my mozzarella sticks. Arbys food is good, but not worth the mean employees. Teenage brats like her should not be working in customer service.Edit: Thank you Arbys for the make it right coupon. Ive had many bad experiences with this particular restaurant franchise, but thankfully I was able to redeem that coupon without an issue. The employees were kind and my order was perfect. Thank you!!

2022-03-03Staff too busy having fun that the food was made sloppily. They came to the window 3 times trying to give me other orders and pay again because of lack of leadership and direction. Missed food in bag didnt even realize til I got home tried to call back and no answer. Disappointing is a understatement. High priced meals that were put together like a toddler made them and missing food with less then professional service.
