Hats off to Aristocat Limousine located in the Detroit Area. I had scheduled a conference in Late January of 2018 with approximately 225 attendees. Aristocat was recommend to us by the hotel. The staff from the start to the finish of the conference was right on the money, from making Aristocat Limousine reservations to delivering the passengers to the hotel it was flawless and painless. The reservations staff took my manifest grouping those that could be grouped and scheduled single transfers for all the arrivals and departures. I did final confirmations with the staff on the morning of the move and they did the rest with the changes that were made due to weather. The chauffeurs were knowledgeable and very professional. The wide variety of vehicles was amazing.Can’t wait until next year!!! See you next year!!!!!

Aristocats dispatch and support staff are always professional and swift to provide assistance, whether via phone or email. Drivers are expert and courteous, and always take excellent care of all my travelers. Confirmation and Billing procedures very efficient. I could not ask for better service from start to finish than what Aristocat offers. Bonus is that this is a Woman-Owned Business, providing credit for those who track diversity in business relations.

I have used Aristocat for nearly all of my companys transportation needs for the past 3 years. Although they are based in Warren, MI, they serve worldwide and have provided me excellent service across the United States and even in Hong Kong and China.Their entire staff is friendly, organized, and ensures easy, seamless transitions from A to B wherever we have needed them. They monitor our guests flights or travel itineraries to watch for delays or early arrivals and always arrive early themselves when awaiting a pickup. I have been impressed time and time again with their outstanding customer service and highly recommend them to anyone.

I have used Aristocat Limo service for years now, I have never had a bad experience, the cars are clean and well maintained. All personal are so wonderful to work with, aiming to please all the time. They are always on time and very knowledgable about traffic and road work. We use them for airport transportation and we let them do the driving if we are going out with friends or to a friends for dinner, we like knowing our drivers instead of a stranger driving us. They are able to get us a car in short notice, they just make things happen. I would highly recommend them for your transportation needs.

Aristocat Transportation is excellent! They are always accommodating, on time, and very friendly. We use them for a business account and they have gone above and beyond all of our requests for services. Definitely a company we will continue to use in the future for all our transportation needs.

We hired Aristrocat for our wedding downtown Detroit, I had heard good things and they were accommodating when I needed to add an additional hour to the beginning of our service to pick up the mother of the groom from a different hotel and bring her to pictures before the ceremony. The chauffeur did not check with valet or front desk to see if there were waiting guests (who were sitting in front of the hotel) which he should have being that he needed to park on a side street. As a result, the party bus for the wedding party went to pick up the mother of the groom, this resulted in a 15 min delay for pictures which there is rarely extra time before the ceremony for weddings.The chauffeur then called the brides room at the other hotel asking when guests would be ready, and when she requested he make trips between hotels to check he said that it would be inconvenient with traffic and construction.Ultimately they were accommodating when booking but not as far as providing service, as they only provided portions of the service we hired them for. We were very thankful for Detroit Bus Company being so flexible during the mishap.

Comedy Castle has used Aristocat Transportation for many years and we are happy with their professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness of the drivers. No matter what time of day or night, the comedians are guaranteed to be picked up or drop off at DTW and make it to the show on time. Great service! Beautiful vehicles! I am a sales manager at luxury hotel property and we recently partnered with Aristocat Transportation to host a group of 16 clients for a familiarization tour. We received so many wonderful comments from our clients who I am sure will be utilizing Aristocat in the future.

I submitted a request to Aristocat Transportation for a bus rental so that we can shuttle guests to our event. I received the response Im so sorry but we are booked for your date. I was bummed, but as I scrolled down I see a comment from someone else at the company that says we are going to pass as it if for charity and they never ever book-they want the very lowest rate......Apparently this company doesnt want to work with charities. Good to know. I will definitely never use them in the future. Feel free to share and spread the word
