Really needs to go back to school to learn a better vocabulary than what she speaks. Her English is also not very proficient so it was hard for me to understand her. They are polite but could never give me a solid response to any question I had, always got the run around and never got any issues solved. Today Im pretty much being forced to switch Insurance companys because my Rate went up almost $100 a month and no one could do anything about it and no one even knew an exact reason of why it went up that much. Im leaving very disappointed and never coming back or referring anyone here.
