I switched my company AmeriTi Manufacturing Company to Arrow from Office Depot. They matched and still do match 96% of the office depot prices. I have had zero hassle with deliveries and all the office staff (Marc- Owner, Shelley, Kim & Tamara) I have chatted with have been Awesome! If you are thinking of switching Do it but make sure you choose Arrow you will not regret it. I know I have not regretted it! On top of that they are a local company we love helping our local companies grow,thrive and succeed!
Arrow Office Supply has exceeded my expectations! Theres a high level of professionalism, care, and accessibility that Arrow Office Supply offers that is, hands down, better than any other vendor Ive worked with in prior office settings. Working at our Corporate office, often times I needed hard-to-find items usually by the next day. Ive never been disappointed by the ease of ordering and turn around time with Arrow. Never missed a shipment, never missed a delivery. The 100+ person company I order supplies for switched to Arrow after using Office Depot for over a decade. Our experience with Arrow has been great and I cant recommend them enough. We have found the customer service, delivery, and cost are superior to Office Depot every single time. I recently priced an order using identical brands and Arrows cost was $130 less than Office Depot! Last week I was about to purchase some filing cabinets from an online vendor, but at the last minute picked up the phone and our contact at Arrow (Marc), who was able to beat the online price and had the cabinets delivered two weeks earlier. Finally, our delivery person, Anthony, is fantastic. I am only sorry we didnt make the change to Arrow years ago. This is a local company that really values their customers and goes above and beyond....plus, they have saved us so much money.
I LOVE Arrow! Alita is the BEST! She is always looking out and making sure everything is good with orders. Shes very customer service oriented and an absolute pleasure to work with. Every person I encountered at Arrow, from our sales person to accountants to our delivery person, was extremely polite, accommodating, and friendly. Arrow was our office supplier at my former company and they definitely go above and beyond for their customers. Whenever I needed help finding a product, I simply e-mailed our amazing sales rep, Marc, and he would respond immediately with several different options from what I had described. We purchased everything from them whether it was something as small as pencils or something as large as desks for executive offices and we never had any problems. Not to mention the appeal of their next day delivery and low, low prices. A great local company that I am happy to support!
Ive been utilizing Arrow Office Supply for our companys supply orders for the last few months and Ive been blown away by their amazing customer service. Former Staples Advantage customer and the differences between Arrow and Staples are vast. I have had the best experience from sales (Thanks Marc!!), to returns (Thanks Shelley!!), to ordering via their website. The prices are enough to make us switch, but the customer service is superb and will keep us loyal. I find even if the price is a bit higher (usually on odd items, and usually only a few cents) I prefer to order from Arrow as I know that the item will arrive as promised and it will be just as good quality (or better!). We couldnt be happier with our choice to switch vendors!

I am the office manager for a law firm in downtown Detroit and weve been using Arrow since I started working here. I have zero negative comments to say about this company. They have the most incredible customer service. They are faster than ordering from Amazon and have an amazing selection of products. If they are ever temporarily out of an item I receive a personal email where I can make a substitution (i.e if theyre out of grapefruit La Croix asking if berry or lime would be okay) and then that selection will come with my order as opposed to delaying the shipment. The face of their company for us is Rod Richardson, who always enters our office space with a smile on his face and is so incredibly helpful. He will always take the heavy boxes of paper we order to their designated spot so that we dont have to lug them around. I have never been more pleased with a company as a whole then I am with Arrow Supply. They truly go above and beyond, time after time. You will never be disappointed if you choose to work with them.

We use Arrow for all of our company snacks and office supplies. Everyone is very attentive to our needs, and always is there to answer questions, or help us out if any issue arises. Marc is always on top of things, and lets me know when to expect my order. If something is on back order, he goes out of his way to make sure I am aware before I receive my shipment. All of our orders arrive next day, without a doubt. It is extremely comforting having such a great company to work with, when supplying snacks and supplies for an office with over 100 people. I cant speak for the company, but the way this driver acted it deserves a hit. We were in a line to turn onto Coolidge and there was a car waiting to turn out of one of the businesses, so I waited to let them out, but what ends up happening is this arrow truck behind me, comes around and then cuts me off, not letting the other car out too. In such a hurry you cant be polite on the roads. For shame!

2021-10-14I really enjoy working with the employees of Arrow Office Supply. They have always been very friendly and courteous. In 2020, when offices were closed and people were working remotely, we needed to get paper. The owner met one of our employees at their office, so we could get the paper we needed. Having the personalized service of a locally owned business has been a big plus for my company. They are able to deliver quality service with a smile and truly care about their customers.

If they cannot supply something, they always contact me right away and give me suggestions for another product or try and get it for me as soon as possible. 2021-10-12Excellent service; customer and delivery. Always able to speak with a person when I need help. Deliveries are always within a reasonable time frame 24-48 hours. Last year I needed help ordering supplies and my rep (Alvita) was on the phone with me for quite some time helping me to pick and choose items that worked with the budget. My rep is great she is always calling to see if there is anything we need, always willing to search for items that I cant find anywhere else or offer alternatives. Arrow Office supply is my number one go to, especially if there is something that I cant find.

2021-06-07It doesnt matter if the order is called in or placed online, the same attention to detail and care is put into filling it. Never received a damaged item or box for that matter. And our deliveries are always delivered on time, with a smile and by conscientious, caring staff. We dealt with a lot of big box and specialized office stores, but ARROW Office Supply is the one for us! Excellent selection and if they dont have it, call one of their incredible customer service staff and theyll find it, expedite it and take it back if you arent happy with it! LOVE the products and the AMAZING staff at Arrow Office Supply!
