Comment: If i could give this place zero stars i would. I would not recomend this place to anyone. I had called and got a person answer the phone so rudely and i hung up later on got a call from omar the owner to say he appoligize and he will give me rental for free told him about my card and he said they accept EVERYTHING had hubby go get the rentals and nope they did not let us rent it out! Told husband PROMOTION is only good for today. No omar it is not a promotion .very disapointing. Dont say you accept everything if you do not. It wasted our time and gas .

Comment: Sam was very helpful and had I gotten him to help me the whole time, they would probably have a higher rating. Unfortunately, my husband did not double check my list (our bad) and they gave us an incorrect number of items. Once we realized what happened, it was too late. We had to not only pay for the rental still but pay a replacement fee on top of that. I understand it can be difficult to inventory all of your items but it might be worth it to keep customers. Word of mouth is huge. Make sure to check your entire order. I feel cheated.
