The reps were very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained things thoroughly and in a way that we could understand. Our family plan was with their competitor for YEARS and they showed little to no appreciation for our business. So far we are very happy with AT&T. Thanks Austin and Sydney!
I went in to the store completely overwhelmed and convinced I would not be able to find a plan. Luckily, I met an employee named Rain (I may be spelling that wrong) who was amazing. He was patient with me and did not allow me to feel frustrated. He normalized my feelings and made me feel like he actually cared about my experience. I have had helpful workers in the past, but nothing compared to this service. I would highly recommend AT&T to anyone, especially if they go to this location and meet the kind gentleman who helped me!
Ashlynne - was so helpful with getting us new phones.. she was super kind and very calm when we needed to ask all these question. Lmao. We got everything we needed. The store manager came in and said it was awesome that I got a discount for being a nursing aid . Which made me feel so much better about what I do for a job. I really appreciate everything they did for us tonight. Even with it being so late in the night .
I always dread going into phone stores because of the slow customer service and I feel like my issue is never fixed. I was pleasantly surprised today when i went into the Adrian AT&T store today. I was greeted by a girl named Rylee and she got my problem fixed right away. I was in and out the store within 5 minutes! Great customer service and the store was very clean :)
Went there to pay my Direct TV bill. The young man who waited on me was very polite and knowledgeable. It was my 1st payment and he set it up so it will be easier from now on. When I inquired about AT&T phone service he was very thoughtful in explaining it to me. My experience at The Adrian AT& T store was VERY positive.
I was honored enough to walk into the store and be helped by Ashlynn. She was able to help me with my account as the Jackson store had messed up everything they didn’t transfer over my two phones and I had the knowledge of learning how to put a safari website as to my Home Screen. She spent four hours of her time helping me where others had fallen short I will say this about the Adrian store if another store fails they store will pick up where they should’ve left off.
Customer service was the finest I have ever experienced. A nice young lad named Rane answered all of my questions with such passion and intelligence. His way with people is unmatched in my humble opinion. I will without doubt be returning because of this man. 10/10 experience. Thank you Rane.
Rien who helped us went above and beyond . Its amazing to me that the corporate office cared so little about the misinformation that they gave me or the fact that I was considering going to another carrier. The Adrian Store staff stepped up and came up with, and helped us with a solution that the entire staff at the corporate connection I had could.Again I have had nothing but problems with the corporate staff that answer the 611 number. Both the staff that answer the phone, and then the supervisor they transfer me to after an error has been made. The only reason I continue with this sub par company, that again displayedtheir inconstancy and incompetency over the weekend with all the incorrect information I was given.... Was simply the way that the local staff handled the situation.Thank you so much for dealing with my anger and frustration. You all were great, but hats off to Rein! I wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavors...
I was in the store yesterday and the manager Ricky, and our salesperson Justin were a big help! They were great and spent a lot of time helping us figure out what we needed. Justin even let me play his own Nintendo switch while I had to wait! Good service and great customer service! Highly recommend!
The place was smelling freshly nice when I walked in to find out the sprayed the store down just for me. I kid of course, but Rane Rylee were a duo from the get go, sold me on a TV awhile back and some phones. As well listen to a old mans story which was refreshing. Good luck guys hope you win!
Honestly I do not like at&t and was so irritated that I had to go into the store for my grandmother who had covid. So going into the store I was ready to have my day ruined until Rylee came and helped me. My grandma needed her plan changed after papa died and Rylee got her on the best plan. Much thanks to Rylee and only her :)
I have to edit my previous good review which was provided because of a promise of an account credit - which was never done. The staff does a good job while you are in the store, but are no help once you leave. I had issues with used equipment I was unknowingly sold and had to resolve the issue myself. I tried to get help porting my number over which I had to do myself. Might as well save time and skip the store and do things yourself.
Walked in the store on Wednesday evening June 26th at about 6 pm, A man said hi to me and started helping me. I told him I was interested in a Mobile Hot Spot Router, I started asking him a bunch of questions about the plan like can I cancel after I use it a month and restart it when I need it again for vacation. I told him I wanted to purchase the router and not lease it so that I had the option to cancel the plan if I wanted to. He said he did not want to sell to me because he would lose $20.00 if I canceled the plan. Really?? Are you kidding me? He said he had to call his manager and ask him? Again Really? He went to the back and started talking on the phone and left me in the lobby for 7-8 minutes. I started thinking that I did not want to buy from this store so I walked out. After I got in my car he came out waving me back in the store. NO WAY! I can get the same thing at Best Buy!! Horrible customer service. Its all about money. Since I did not want to lease and the store make more money he did not want to sell to me. BEWARE OF GOING TO THIS STORE
They make lots of promises about how much your plan will be. Six months ago we switched to different plans and added direct tv. We were paying an average of $600 a month for a plan they told us would about $250. They said theyd give us credits to make up for problem but pay the bill to keep your account current- otherwise credits cant be applied. Wed get credits but by the time we did wed overpaid ANOTHER month. They will not call you back when you leave messages. Were still getting bills for an account that was supposedly closed 6 months ago, and again about 3 months ago, and supposedly again last week. Well see ?!?!. Weve been more than patient through this and paid all our bills throughout but now feel like they really dont care at all about the customer. They say all the right things to your face but thats as far as it goes. They keep making promises everything will be taken care of but they never are. Im not sure if they just dont try or if the stories are true that every upper management person they need to fix this has either been transferred or been on vacation for the last six months. I wont ever go here again for anything but attempts to get this effed up mess done and behind us. I cant believe I still am using this company but stuck for the moment.
The rep Jake was very helpful. Although he couldnt personally figure out what was wrong with my phone he tried everything he possibly could. After realizing he couldnt fix it himself he asked his manager to assist and together they were able to solve the problem! Very satisfied!
I have a prepaid account with AT&T and needed to replace my prepaid phone. I came to this store and was told by Shawn the assistant manager that to get a phone I had to activate a new number as well as money for the plan. All I needed was to replace my phone ans had to drive an hour to buy a phone. This is blatent comission fraud and isnt ok.
I’m a widow who often come in to Adrian’s AT&T store. I bought an IPhone there. When ever I go in, it’s usually because I’m struggling with how to do something on my phone.The Manager Ricky is very professional, and and very helpful. Often Austin and Justin, have sat and directed me, sometimes it takes an 1/2 or more. They are kind, very patience, and have a great sense of humor.I’ll be getting my next phone there for sure!Mary Barrie
The staff had no knowledge about their cell plans and refused to amend their estimates even after I corrected them about what offers were listed online. I mentioned the $60 and $90 unlimited plans, yet they still kept quoting me over $125 (not including the price of the phone), and additional workers chimed in there were no such plans available (either a lie of ignorance or a lie of greed). I then had to drive to Toledo, Ohio and spoke with someone in training who was more knowledgeable on the cellular services AT&T offered than the entire staff inside the Adrian store. The staff also lacked proper hygiene and professional appearance; but that is an afterthought compared to a staff that has no knowledge of their services and no want to confirm that information. Truly a terrible experience.
Terrible service, just spent 10 minute waiting for a rep while two discussed a delinquent account with a couple. Not only could one of the reps excused themselves from that situation to help us cause their situation wasn’t going to be rectified today or in the near future. But they decided to continue their conversation about how they’ll contact Brandon from att to help ( they said this multiple times). This wasn’t my first bad experience there but it will definitely be my last!
They completely lied to me..promised discounts on my new phone if I would switch and I did..called every month bc I wasn’t getting any discount. Finally after 4 months of calling..they gave me a discount but it wasn’t what I was promised..will never do business with them again. Will be going back to Sprint.
Transferred from Sprint, 3 phones transferred successfully, no military discount, 1 phone not transferred, my daughters phone, when she figured it out they told us to call a 800 number, we did and a very angry lady told us that we had to go into the store, called the store and they assured us the 800 number was the answer. Now I have to drive the 30 minutes to the store for the discount and for the phone transfer.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! Spent 4 hours in the store for them to completely destroy our account, which resulted in multiple calls to AT&T customer service and a trip to the Jackson, MI store to get everything fixed and back to normal.The “manager” is a dishonest conartist, who has a way of twisting things to make you think you’re getting a deal, but instead he’s padding his pockets by requiring you to add additional lines “to get you the cheapest option”.STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
In regards to the review below the President of the company called me and corrected the issue Thank you!Told I would get a 650 dollar credit for switching over from Sprint. NOT! After hours of calls to ATT and the manager Rick from this store telling me for months that the district manager would be in contact with me still waiting.
My son wanted to take his phone off my account, he went to at&t he was told he owed nothing on the phone so he switched when i got my bill it was $900.03 he owed 497.97 on the phone and no one would do anything about no one even tried it was im sorry well that didnt help the $900.03 bill

2022-07-25Ramon was great when we went in on Saturday. But Lance on the other hand was very rude on the phone when I called and asked a question. He said he was too busy to wait on the phone and honestly made me feel stupid for the question I asked even though I told him Ive never had an iPhone. If it wasnt for Ramon I would switch services .

2021-12-18Very unprofessional my first visit I felt like I was being rushed now I just got a bill for 1000 cause they took two payments and then a month later reimbursed them back? I dont how that can even happen and supposedly neither does the staff now Im stuck having to pay 4000$ to get out of a plan I havent been on for 6 months I feel scammed

2020-08-27I had a great experience at AT&T Sean had helped meget a new iPhone 11 after running my old phone over with my car. He was very patient and friendly, helped set my phone up and answered any questions I had! He made everything less stressful! I am so happy I switched to AT&T!

2020-12-18I really dislike the wait when I have to go to any type of phone company. But I did not have that problem at the Adrian AT&T the customer service was GREAT! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped immediately by Rylee! It was an overall awesome experience with such a great employee that really helped the problem instead of the usual long wait times and other issues I had at my old carrier.

2020-09-25We were greeted by Sean and Austin. Sean helped us get new phones, gave us the best deal, guided us with the setup in less than 1 hour. He was very knowledgeable with the products and services. We were very pleased with the customer service he provided! The store was very tidy and clean as well.
