I would like to thank Dayne and the other gentleman in helping me with my mom’s phone issue they went above and beyond they’re an asset all people in customer service should have this calm demeanor, understanding, and willingness to assist others….the willingness to care makes a better customer service rep….thank you a million times over….
Spencer at the Battle Creek, MI store was very professional & courteous. He took excellent care of us & resolved all of our issues. I went there to pay my monthly bill and and was surprised to hear that the kiosk was actually working since it hadnt been since last November, after going through all of the security questions and promptes to then find out that it did not take cash.. This was a total waste of time the kiosk should be able to handle all types of transactions! Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.
The salesman was not very knowledgeable and did not try to up-sell me with a case or anything when I asked about that he said because we dont have any and when I tried to have him fix an issue for me he said I had to call customer service and customer service told me I had to go into a store!! So 3 visits and 5 phone calls and still no resolution!!
Horrible experience!!! The lady that sold me my phone would not even speak to me. I tried to ask questions and no response. She mumbled and was rude the entire experience. BTW I spent $900.00 I actually went to Walmart where they made the test call, to see if my phone worked. Helped me with everything I needed for my phone. Worst service I have ever had. I will not ever recommend the b drive store to anyone.
Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Would highly recommend this store for all of your AT&T!Scott was our rep and did an excellent job!My fiancee had an issue with her iPhone and they helped try to fix it. It was unfixable unfortunately but they helped her fill out the insurance information to get a replacement. Once the replacement arrived they helped get it switched over with all her information and media.
We worked with a very awesome representative for about a week to figure out getting our business plan setup with just the right options for us and we hit a few snags in the store when we finally made the transition to AT&T but they worked with us and got everything taken care of right away could not ask for better customer service!
We were in and out in under an hour with a new phone completely set up and transferred over from an old phone. Rasean (Sean) Robinson helped us out and did an amazing job. He wasn’t pushy and walked us through different options. I walked into the store stressed about having to get a new phone, completely exhausted and overwhelmed before we even started and Sean quickly set my mind at ease. He was easy to work with and patient when I took forever to make up my mind. Highly recommend!
I just want to say how impressed we are with the service at this AT&T store. We drove over 30 miles one way three separate times within a week to settle our phone upgrades. Both Nick and Sean (x2) were great to work with. When trying to deal with the Kalamazoo AT&T store on Westnedge they were not willing to help us in any way. We highly recommend this AT&T Battle Creek store. Thank you to all who helped us!
I had a AT&T hot spot- Netgear system i used for internet from my home for 3 years. Was very pleased. Cost me $98.00 per month with unlimited,service. AT&T would throttle it down when i went over 50gbts per month untill Covid. Then no more throttling. Hot spot worked great. I think much better then verison. Very satisfied with AT&T other then my last payment. I canceled them because i got a better cheaper service. My last payment i had to pay cash do to cancelling, they would not accept my credit card. Makes no sense to me. But over all AT&T worked for me very well. In East Leroy, Mich area. Sincerely, David Anthony.
We switched to AT&T from Verizon a little over a year ago and the service we have gotten from the people here is really what makes the difference. Every time we have an issue they help us out and fix whatever needs fixing. super nice, friendly and they tried to make it so you dont have to wait 72 hours to see a rep.
Best experience ever with a service provider! Between the manager Steve and my sales rep Erica I was beyond impressed! They took the time to help me all the way through the process which was daunting. I would recommend going to this At&t store even if its further away. Amazing service and attitude!!
My family and I usually try to go in the morning, and weve never had an issue with a wait. Weve been an AT&T customer and have going here for years. We recently upgraded our phones and dealt with Jason. He suggested a different plan that made more sense for us, sold us new phones, and got everything switched over painlessly. He was polite, friendly and had a great sense of humor.
Terrible experience. Waited 25 minutes just to buy a couple of pop sockets and had them in my hand asked a couple associates if they could just ring it up so I could leave as everyone else was setting up new phones or service I just needed literally 1 minute to get rung up. Needless to say it never happened so I left what I was going to buy and left after 3 other people left before me and I went next door to Verizon and they were even busier but they were smart enough to know they could ring me up and get me in and it while setting someone else up for service. No stars for this place.
It might be a good place. We walked in and waited for half an hour to discuss internet. I understand it was busy, and it was a Sunday, but I have worked in telecommunications sales for several years, myself. We were not even greeted the entire time we were there. I cant speak to how good or bad the service is, but I know I didnt feel welcome there, not in the least. We left and I can just speak to AT&T customer service on the phone to get my service installed.
Walk in experience was horrible, employees seems clueless, also I had a real basic question I asked over the phone and the store employee seemed totally clueless. Where the hell do they hire these people. Could not even answer a simple question over the phone. I try my best to stay clear from this store. Anytime I have needs I will drive to the Kalamazoo store where the employees have better knowledge, hell Ill even go to Best Buy before dealing with these people at this location. Bottom line in my humble opinion, THIS BATTLE CREEK LOCATION JUST PLAIN SUCKS and they seriously need to re-train some of their employees.
I love AT&T. Love the internet, love the price, love the convenience of it. I pay my bill online. When I first signed up on the Beckley Rd AT&T , I was impressed with how I was treated. I went back to Beckley Rd AT&T to just simple switch my internet from one apartment to another, what I got was an online number to call, (because apparently I didn’t qualify for direct TV, which wasn’t why I came into the store)I was led to the door with the online number and told to have a nice day, confused about what just happened, I went home called the number, frustratedbecause for one I had a hard time understanding the guy, but we got through it and I’m set up not only for my internet to be switched but he added universe TV for only 25.00 dollars moreBeckley Rd store really needs to pull it together and listen to what the customer is saying and provide them with what they came in for, and if they qualify for more then great, but 1st handle the situation at hand. I’m still blown away with how this gal treated me and how she tried to make me feel, for something I didn’t even ask for
Brought in my unlocked Verizon S4 to connect to my existing AT&T account, and after many attempts to get the data side working the employee gave up and told me that it wasnt possible. When I got home I googled the problem and found a 30second solution on youtube and was able to get it going myself. These people dont know squat. Today I called because the S4 ended up in the lake and I wanted to move the service back to the old phone, but they hung up on me 4 times in a row. Their phone rang around 6 times each time then they pick it up and immediately hang up on me. I guess you cant expect much from poorly paid reps.
I am puzzled to read so many poor reviews about them. My store rep Brandon took care of everything for me even when I made a mistake and ordered the wrong service. I called Brandon the next day told him that I made a mistake, he corrected everything and made sure that I had the correct service. Thanks Brandon!
This place has the best customer service so much better than taking to someone on the phone you go in they are more than happy to help we hooked up satellite tv and internet they did just about everything for the hook up they even showed us some new speakers no pressure to buy very good experience
I waited in the store for over almost an hour just to pay my bill for my phone there was two guys working one guy came out of the back room to help and all he did was stocked the sidewalls with merchandise ignoring the people that were waiting I had three people ahead of me and there were four people behind me and he never made an effort to help the people I think this is very rude if you have this problem then maybe you ought to contact people and see how they feel about it and I told the guy that finally when he waited on me that this wasnt right one guy after he got done waiting on some people he went in the back room and came out with a sunglasses and a bag and left also this is not a way to run a business

2022-08-16Very easy in and out hassle free experience. (Mario J) handle my order very professionally he answered any questioned I had right on the spot. I was on my lunch in a hurry and he had put everything together in such a quick and efficient manor I was rather impressed in how fast he got me out the door and that everything was correct. Very nice service at att store here

Very traumatic to have to replace a phone , but he made the process go so smoothly we couldn’t believe it! I would definitely come back here just for his customer service alone!

2022-08-19Jason was amazingly helpful and I would HIGHLY recommend him and AT&T! Couldnt be happier with our switch to ATT (and leaving Verizon!) Jason was incredibly patient and helped us through all of our questions. We kept going back and forth and he was nice and calm. Definitely a professional. Not only that, but our bill WITH a new phone bill is less than our old phone bill. We made the right switch.
