Today I decided to drive from Detroit to get assistance with porting my T-Mobile number. Boy am I glad I did! Forrest and Nikki (Nicole) helped me.They both had a urgency and willingness to assist attitude. Along with a yes before no. Meaning, they weee willing to give something a try before saying no to the idea. They cools average as a team. You can tell they are relationship driven not transaction driven by their attentiveness.I had issues transporting my number over. I had to go to the store 3 separate times and each time not a bit of attitude.I’ll go here everytime from now on. The service was beyond exceptional
I want to give a shout out to Anson at the Telegraph and Square Lake store. He is friendly, patient and competent. I needed assistance installing an Apple Watch and a problem with an iPad. Anson spent several hours with me making sure everything was working perfectly and he made certain I understood how to navigate my new devices. I know whenever I need assistance he’s the person to work with!!***** +
Forrest and Nicole were the best, great teamwork to take care of all my needs.
Phone switching/upgrading is among my least favorite activities. Invariably, something goes wrong and some of my stuff gets lost, plus the person helping me is often rushing to get to some other task and not the most pleasant of company. I’ve had an epiphany. Phone changeover can go well and can even be downright pleasant when you’re being helped by Anson (Square Lake and Telegraph store). He handled my changeover seamlessly, was very patient despite the busy time in the store, and answered questions I didn’t even know I had. Anson is a kind and personable young man with whom we enjoyed interesting conversation while waiting for the phone to do “stuff.” If you’re going to this store for help, I’d say it’s well worth your time to wait until Anson is available (which btw is weekdays only).
My phone has been terrible for quite some time, thankfully Nicole helped me get into a new phone. And she tried so hard to help me get all my information over. Great store with great people.

The entire staff was wonderful at this location, especially our salesperson Stephen. We purchased two new Samsung S21s recently. He helped both my wife and transfer the data and set up the new phones . He spent two plus hours doing so and was so efficient and patient with us. Answered all our questions. We would highly recommend this location and especially Stephen to our friends and family.

Alana was very nice professional and courteous to my many requests and able to show me a picture of my Apple Watch I ordered the day before through the phone. This store smells so good and you should see the beautiful scented hand sanitizer they provide. Just make the extra drive to Telegraph and Sq Lake for great customer service it’s worth it.
A few months ago, I switched over to AT&T. I decided to come to this location and have no regrets at all! Alana was the girl who helped me and took the time to lay out a plan after I told her what I was looking for. She was very helpful and took the time to describe my plan to me in detail along with the incentives I would be receiving. Everything she had told me has shown to be true over the past couple months. I highly recommend this location!
I bought a new i 12 last week and the associates were phenomenal! They helped me with transferring my old phone data(reason why I went there and not Costco) and they explained everything. Then I went back this week because I forgot to have my old phone unlocked and Stephan was a cut above with assistance and professionalism. Great staff

A while ago I went to another AT&T store that messed up my account and promised me promotions that I never received. I contacted the guy who worked on my account several times and he did nothing to fix the issues. I decided to go to a different location and came to this location where the girl, Alana helped me and I couldn’t be more thankful. Not only did she fix my issues in a short amount of time, but she thoroughly explained to us every detail of our bill and even switched us to a less expensive plan that offers more. I can now honestly say that I’m very satisfied with AT&T and am pleased with the service provided at this store.

I recently visited the store and had one of the best retail experiences I have had in years. Our sales associate, Alana Abro, was an absolute delight and so kind and helpful as we navigated buying our 12 year old daughter her first phone. At our firm we consistently preach the power of adding value by truly understanding your client’s priorities/objectives and providing service with the highest level of kindness and authenticity possible. Alana can easily teach a course on these topics. Congratulations to ATT for having such talented and thoughtful employees.
Both the manager and assistant manager, Alana were extremely helpful in assisting me with selecting a device and accessories. They made the process simple and fast and the cleanliness of the store was on another level!

After working with AT&T for 5 hours trying to select and activate a cell phone, I finally went to this store. I was helped expertly by Ms. Renee Kallabat. She was able to see the problem, get me a new phone number because somehow the one AT&T gave me couldnt be activated. She did all this in less than 45 minutes, in a most gracious, courteous, empathetic and professional manner. She managed all this while helping 3 other customers at the same time. I was ready to cancel my new service, but she was so efficient and courteous I stuck it out and Im glad I did. She found me a number that was better suited than the one that I got from AT&T originally. Her performance and execution was truly impressive and appreciated!! My best experience with a cellular consultant ever!!

This is not the closest At&T store to my house but it is the store I will be visiting when I need any further services. During this awkward and scary time in our state(country) Michelle along with Alana made us feel very safe and comfortable. They were as warm and engaging as you could possibly be through masks, gloves and disinfectant. I highly recommend this store and the staff.
Best customer service I’ve received in about a decade. Michelle was able to convert a flip phone to an iPhone, explained the available plans, how the balance would transfer etc. She transferred the contacts and even help set up the phone- email, fingerprint access, etc. She even gave a bit of a tutorial on use. She is amazing- along with her staff who helped us pick a case and screen protector- which they expertly applied. Honestly the experience vastly exceeded our expectations!
We stopped in for help with a phone issue - I didnt know what Do Not Disturb mode was, and although it was an embarrassingly easy fix Renee was very polite about it and didnt laugh at me. She also looked at our bill and found a way to save us over $200 a month. Needless to say, she is now my very favorite person. She is incredibly professional and helpful, making the process of changing our cable an easy one. Highly recommend going into this store rather than calling AT&Ts customer service line, especially if you want something to actually get fixed or improved!

This store is awesome! I originally went to a different AT&T store and they had 5 employees working and only 1 was helping customers, I was not even GREETED (I was in there for 15 min........) I went to the Bloomfield hills store and they were busy and had a couple people waiting but greeted everyone at the door and made sure everyone had a seat to sit. I will be passing by 3 AT&T stores to make it to this one. A1 customer service and super friendly! They also had a movie playing which helped the time pass. If you want an amazing experience come to Bloomfield hills AT&T! Lance and the Manager were awesome.
The best AT&T experience I’ve ever had. Renee and Michelle are awesome. They stayed late to ensure that all of my personal information transferred and made sure I was happy with my AT&T services. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants top of the line service. I appreciate the customer service I received, you don’t see this often.

Honestly, by far the best experience I have ever had at ATT. Mia helped me and she was so kind and patient the entire time. My situation required me to get ahold of other people so it took longer than usual. Mia was amazing, supportive, funny and made my not-so-awesome situation into an easy, fun and enjoyable one. She got everything taken care of for me, made me feel better about the whole thing. Mia is an angel and I would recommend this location to anyone.
I strongly recommend this store for everyone’s AT&T and cellular needs. I was wrongfully charged by a different store and Renee took care of almost a year long problem in a span of 24 hours. I am very thankful for her help and the help of her colleagues at this store - I am giving all 5 stars due to this circumstance and the service they have provided me on all of my family’s lines/cable/internet.

I went to this store 3 days in a row. My old phone was damaged and i brought in a old metro phone which i had unlocked. For 3 days Michelle, Renee, Jacob, and Mia worked hard in trying to figure out why my data wasnt working. Only my phone calls and text worked. They never gave up and worked extremely hard in figuring out why the data wasnt working. They did mention that it might take 72 hours, but metro said it should be working. 72 hours is what it took. I was exhausted and frustrated, not with the associates but just with my phone. They never gave up. And that made me satisfied. The atmosphere at this store was terrific. They made me feel like a friend and not just a customer. We talked, joked, laughed i felt i was out with friends. I cant thank u all enough. Thank u for your professionalism and your friendly attitude. You guys rock!!And i went there on a earlier occasion and Hussain helped me. Now he was full of information that i didnt know about my phone and my social media site. I learned so much from him. He went way above and beyond expectations. With out his knowledge and help i would still be in the dark on how my phone and social media works. He was friendly and super kind and the class he gave me was priceless. I think they are under new management from the last two reviews. I came here last night because I was having a problem with my iPhone, the manager EJ fixed my problem and saved me almost $65 a month on my cable. The employees were very professional and helpful. This definitely beats dealing with AT&T online or over the phone. My problems were solved in 10 minutes!

I started with att last week and all the staff were very helpful...tge only complaint that I have is with regional or the people that are in charge of scheduling I was trying to get an appointment for after 3 and that impossible maybe do one hour blocks
I have had absolutely the worst experience with this location in my life. I am still waiting to hear back from the owner directly after being assured by the staff I would be contacted 5 days ago. I plan on updating this review in a few days after the owner hopefully sees this as I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that the store employees didnt relay my desire to be contacted.
Found myself in an area with no AT&T signal avaible. Friend called and Steven patiently walked us through the steps of how to connect to friends hotspot. Gratitude & appreciation to Steven for quickly walking us through the process.
Easy location to find and parking. Up to date decor and spacious. Very friendly staff and attentive, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and directed to wear my needs were. Easy overall service just there to pay a bill. Highly recommend this location and the staff is amazing.

2022-06-25Hands down, the BEST customer service I have ever received from At&T. Forest and Nicole care about their customers. They take pride in their location and the people that they serve, day in, day out. I have been an At&T mobile customer for a long time. These two make it worth driving past other locations just to be take care by them. Whenever I walk in, I feel like Im greeted like an old friend, and not just another customer.

2022-03-11Came into this store to have my phone looked at because it wasnt working properly. I had the pleasure of having Nicole help me and she was wonderful, I got a new plan and a new phone and was stress free, best experience at an AT&T ever. Thank you Nicole for giving excellent customer service, everyone should be asking for her when they come to this location.

2022-02-18I had the pleasure of talking to Forrest last week, referring to purchasing a new cellphone he was the best customer service rep Ive ever had. He was nice, fast, efficient, and knowledgeable!!! I have never walked into a store to purchase a new cellphone and walked out within 20 mins tops!!! I will travel to West Bloomfield to see him and Michelle from now on!!!! And Forrest has a very cool BEARD!🤗🤗
