The store: best service Ive ever received, anywhere, ever, in 35+ years of cell phone ownership. Incredibly well informed staff.The staff: Joey and Drew are well trained & highly experienced. Theyve helped me figure out new accounts, a business account, and consolidating accounts after one of our parents deaths. You wont find more well informed and friendly staff than these two.Customer service: Joey solved something for me that AT&Ts corporate help desk could not. Excellent.Most recent product: a standalone AT&T WiFi hotspot. I bought the NetGear unit. Im in a rural area where there is no cable service on my street. If not for this hotspot, I probably couldnt remain employed during the pandemic. Literally a life-changing product for me.Thanks, Brighton AT&T. Im usually not into the brand loyalty thing, but youve got me for life!
Went to this store recently and was blown away with the service. Drew took the time to walk me through the details of my current plan, explain other options, compare and contrast various phone models and give me a tutorial around the Apple Watch. I got everything I needed in one easy stop with no wait and no hassle. Best experience I’ve ever had at a cellular store. Thanks, Drew!
I came in with my parents in the afternoon with a couple phone questions. We worked with Joey and Ryan and the knowledge and service quality was incredible. They answered all our questions with ease. Took time to show my parents how tot use their new phones and they genuinely seemed happy to be helping us. I would recommend coming to this store and seeing one of them for anything you need.
The Covid notices in the windows are very repetitive. All involve using your phone to get someone to open the doors. Example call this number and request an appt, or take a picture of this to open a webpage where you can request an appointment. Before I could even read through them all, an employee came to the door and unlocked it. I had my mask on and told him I just needed a replacement charger for my phone. Naturally they did not have thhad to buy the cube that plugged into the wall $24 and the cord to go from my phone into the wall $24. I was called by the district manager, and he explained their stocking error, which I thought was very conciderate, so I am chnaging my review to 3 stars.
After an awful experience at the Howell store location, we drove the extra time to come to Brighton’s location hoping we’d have better customer care, thankfully we did! We got greeted by Drew, who gave us masks that were actual masks and helped us out with all of our needs, and even got our bill lowered each month! He was working solo that day and killed it! No complaints here! I’ll never return to howells location again, but I’ll be coming back to Brighton’s thanks to Drew!
I had a very awesome visit Drew was dead on with every question and was very helpful I will never go back to the Howell store Drew saved me so much money compared to the Howell store ,I can’t say enough about Drew AWSOME person , and Ben was very informative also I highly recommend these two young men in a heartbeat A BIG THANK YOU TO THE BOTH OF THEM
Me and my wife just recently switched our phone plans, her from Verizon and me from my parents phone plan with at&t. The switch had a few hiccups and a few things we did not expect to happen. All that being said Brandi (I’m so sorry if I misspelled your name) was top notch. She worked with us literally for 3 and half hours to make sure everything was good to go. Now a few weeks later we had questions about our billing so we called Brandi again, she was as helpful as ever!Switching plans is never fun, but the staff here made it much more bearable and made me happy that I chose to go with AT&T. Thanks again for everything!
This store was super helpful setting a prepaid account for someone temporarily staying with my family. The sales associate Brandi did an awesome job explaining all the plan pricing and going over our options for my own plan with ATT and saved me $80.00 a month and my wireless bill. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and will be doing all my business here. thanks again brandi
Didn’t really have an experience. I wanted to buy a cell phone and plan. I walked in the store. There were two sales people with no visible customers. They were both doing something on the computer at different stations. I stood at the entrance for over ten minutes with no acknowledgement. I finally just walked out. Nice to see that they are happy to have new customers smh.
I would like to say a BIG HUGE Thank you to Joey Krancich his awesome work on my att tv box. My wife had been having problems with it she called att direct and they could not figure it out so she took it to the Fenton Att store and they could not figure it out...so she decided to try one more time and take it to the Brighton store and she had Joey and Drew helping her and they got it all done and handle in 30 min..when she called me and told me I was impressed...Thank you Joey and Drew for making my wife life so much easier...These guys are very knowledgeable...Att needs to higher more people at all their stores so people do not have to go through what my wife went through for service..Thank you to these two for getting it worked out..Thanks again Joey and Drew...
Poor customer service. Manager and employees dont know their product. They were not knowledgeable enough to switch phones. They wasted 3 hours of my time in 2 different appointments. They did an overall horrible job. They did not meet the standards expected from an AT&T store. I will not recommend this store to anyone. They were very unprepared. They did not have good stock of equipment. They attempted to put on a screen protector and ruined it they had to order a new one and still arent sure when it will come. They were also very rushed when the store wasnt even busy.
This particular store might not be to blame but DirecTV is factually a company that uses shady business tactics. My mother who is in her 60s called to cancel her account. They made her jump through several hoops and once she had given them all the information they asked for a password, which was never created. They at one point said they could verify her address to cancel it, she was told that the city she gave them was incorrect. Her bill comes to her address in the city she gave them. So they have the address to bill her but cannot find it in their system to cancel it. The solution they gave her was to go out at a time when we are supposed to be social distancing to the physical store. But even then the account cannot be canceled, she was told to come change her password at the store, and then go home to call the incompetent people on the phone. Lying to your customers seems like a horrible business practice. Coroporate greed is disgusting.
Love this place, switched phone services to at&t after using Metro PCS for so long. Had my reservations about switching to this company, but the GF insisted. Didnt want to get stuck with a high bill and spotty service. Well, my phone has NEVER not had service so far since Ive had it. The employees are fantastic and helpful. Gonna be a at&t user for life I think.
Joe the store manager was absolutely awful. He gave us completely inaccurate information on transferring lines and in the process lost our business as a company for good. If you are looking for an AT&T store go to the one in the Green Oak Plaza. Don’t waste your time or breath here.
Called the store and spoke with Nick. He was very polite and informative. I then went into the store and he helped me with everything I needed. Definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When I know of someone looking for quality customer service when it comes to wireless or home service, I’ll refer them to him! Thanks Nick for all the help!!!
I would like to give a BIG HUGE shout out for Drew Fechter...he did in 30 minutes what 4 people at the Fenton att store could not get done in 4 days..Drew was incredibly knowledgeable with how to fix everything on my att TV box...he was fast curtious...He handle all of the problems with my account and my box and I was so relieved...I had went 3 days without a TV during the pandemic and he got it all up and running in no time..I am extremely happy and relieved...If anyone is ever thinking of getting the att tv it is awesome...Thank you Drew for all of your fast dedicated work on my system...You are awesome and Att should be happy to have someone so knowledgeable....Thanks again keep up the fantastic work...I hope someone see this and gives you recognition and realizes how knowledgeable you really are...Thank you..

2022-05-07Chris was great: so funny and helpful. The Green Oak location has always been slow and….less helpful. But this location was fast, knowledgeable, and super-helpful. Thanks to Chris for the help and great service! I’ve never enjoyed a trip to AT&T more!Oh—and my daughter said Chris is Pog Champ.

2022-06-04Joey and Timothy were so helpful and patient in getting us set up. We had a complicated situation with a broke phone and wanting to change providers. They were very creative and resourceful in getting us set up when nobody else could. After many unsuccessful calls and chats with other people it was Joey and Timothy who saved the day! Friendly and professional they exceeded my expectations!

2021-04-14I stopped by this AT&T store to get a new sim card and switch over to AT&T. I was helped by Jacob and later Ben (after I got some needed information from my former carrier). Both employees were very helpful, welcoming, and informative. They both seemed to be that perfect balance between personable and professional that all employers look for! 😊Ben ended up being the primary service representative to help me and I could not be more grateful to him. I am a bit wary of technology and sales people in general, so his patience, understanding, and ability to answer (or find an answer) to all my questions was incredibly comforting.

2020-08-23We had one of the best customer service experiences ever! We worked with Drew from the Brighton AT&T store and he was kind, patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable about his product. This was the second time I’ve ever had to buy a cell phone and it couldn’t have been any easier! Thank you for providing great service Drew. We will definitely be back and we will definitely refer Drew to our friends and family!

2020-07-11Joey helped me set up my new S20 Ultra and wow is it a great phone! Service is great and free HBO Max definitely a plus. Setting up the new phone and trading in my old phone was super easy. I had some trouble bringing my number over from another carrier, but Joey got it resolved for me in a snap. Drew was also very helpful when assisting me in deciding which phone to get. Thanks guys!

2021-12-14I had a lot of account changes that I needed to make due to some life changes, and I must have gotten lucky because it was quiet and I was able to get in and out. Got everything sorted out plus Im now saving money on my bill. Thanks guys!
