The reps in this store made my very frustrating switch from Verizon as easy as it could go. The dedication and help from each rep I dealt with was amazing, and I would recommend this store to anyone. I have high praise for the amount of time and help these guys gave me. I get 5g service in the same exact spot Verizon would only give me 1 bar of 4g service. AMAZING! Im very optimistic about my future with the company. Thank you!
During a time of needing to upgrade my home phone service for improvements, many issues were in place to hurdle in order to make it happen. The AT&T Cadillac, Michigan Store representative never backed off the challenge. They also assisted in upgrading my Cell phone at the same time. Thank you Russ for your dedicated help and to other Store representatives who offered their past experiences to aid.in getting everything done.
There was not much of a selection there. Limited amount phones and hardly any cases. I dropped allot of money there would have been nice to get accessories that I really wanted. The associate was super nice though. Was a little misleading on the promotions. Told me I was gonna get $350 off my new phone and then said oh you dont qualify. Super bummed!! A little of an emotional roller-coaster. Still waiting on the rebate from my last purchase. Ugh very frustrating.
It was wonderful. Ross our sales associate was terrific. He helped us out with all our needs. He listened to all our questions and got the exact phone we needed. He was very helpful . He also took the time with us. He made us feel like he all the time in the world to help us. So if you need a new phone or AT&T issues go see Ross or one of the other staff at the store...
Just got back from a 2 week vacation out West. Went Kayaking and lost my phone in the lake. Of course I was upset. Husband called over to Cadillac and they were gonna be open til 7pm. We arrived in Cadillac 6:00pm, waited about 5 mins. I told the young man what happened and wanted a phone like my old one. He recommended the 11, which was like my old one.He was very professional, polite and quick to set up my phone. Needless to say I didn’t lose any pictures or contacts. I was very happy and relieved!!! I would recommend to anyone!!! Thank you again!
I have a business account through AT&T. Switched from Verizon due to a promotional incentive. I was guaranteed 200.00$ per line in which we had 7 lines 1400.00$ to offset cost of switching. I received 400.00$ and no customer service. They have told me on several different occasions that a super supervisor (that would be 1 step above a supervisor) would be handling this. I have had zero correspondence with AT&T. Hind sight is always 20/20 I would have never switched. Shame on you AT&T for not taking care of the people that take care of you.
I have been an AT&T customer for a while now and personally I think this company is by far the most inconvenient when it comes to being helped appropriately. However, the store mgr at this location is amazing! It’s not often you find HONEST sales people but there one is. She stuck through my return issue for three months and if it wasn’t for her honesty and her excellent customer service skills it would not be being resolved at all. Thank you att for hiring at least one decent hardworking individual!
The ladies at Cadillac Michigan AT&T store were great! They helped me deal with an old phone that had a pressure touch issue and it gave us issues transferring info from old phone to new, even causing them to call a tech and when they wanted them to hang up they told them “no” not till we get this figured out since we had dealt with it for over 2 hours. Very appreciative for their help and understanding for taking so long with one customer with the issues.
I had went in to AT&T store to check out their pricing and thinking about switching from Verizon to AT&T hear it I also have dish network. Samuel bundled a package for me to fit my budget. He was awesome in the Cadillac store. To make a long story short I Ended up switching my Internet and cable TV for the best price that I have seen in a long time. thank you AT&T for giving promotional savings.
They arnt that friendly or helpful unless you are buying a contract .There prepaid phones are cheaply made. And the contract phones are available online for much cheaper.much much much cheaper.If the quality of the signal itself wasnt so good I would have no reason to come to this store at all.
Let me start by saying I have been with AT&T Cell Service for many years now, they purchased Cellular One and I become their customer. We have 7 lines on a shared plan; I carry insurance with all the phones and have done so for many years. I have kids in college and due to them having phone issues away from Cadillac MI I have given them all rights to the account so they can have services done without me. My kids have all been into AT&T stores all over Michigan and received great help by all of the stores they visited, except the Cadillac MI store. One of my kids went into the Cadillac MI store because of a broken phone; he only wanted to check on how much the deductible would be. Once there a salesman tried to get him to switch our insurances to some other group plan. He came home with some information and told me the sales person wanted him to change our phones to this but he told him no my dad will need to do that. So the next day we started to get texts about changed to our plan, we needed to set up the new plan..........I called AT&T support talked to 5 different people over 1 1/2 hours, which got me no place on getting the insurances taken off by the Cadillac, MI store back on the phones without loosing the reduced deductibles on them. I stopped at the Cadillac, MI store with my son; calling ahead to set up a time to meet making sure the salesman & store manger was there. We did the meeting, the salesman would not try selling me that I needed the new plan (car salesman tactics just like you see in the movies), until the manager make him stop. The manager assured me she would deal with it and get back with me. The next day received a voice message stating she got the new added insurance plans off the account and she was just waiting for verification that everything was put back like it was and we would not loose the reduced deductibles. I logged into my account every day for a week and seen no insurances added for the phones that are effected. With still no call back from the manager in that week I went back to the Cadillac MI AT&T store and found she was no longer there, she got a promotion, and now is working out of Grand Rapids MI, so I left and called her, had to leave a voice message that never got a return call. So I went back to AT&T support, after a bunch of calls and talking to so many people, I found one person that got the insurances back on the phones that had it taken off, I had to start the insurance from day one, meaning the reduced deductible was gone and we have to pay full deductible on the phones. This is very very sad that a customer is treated like this; it showed the true colors of the Cadillac, MI AT&T store. If I did not have kids all over the place and if another carrier had the coverage in all the areas we needed I would switch in a minute.
Didnt greet me when I came in the store, they were upset that I didnt order threw them. They didnt have product in store. You could tell they didnt want to wait on me since wasnt buying instore. And when I had an issue with watch, they basically told me couldnt help me and to call tech support. I will be doing all future business online.
Very poor customer service..guy we talked to didnt seem to have knowledge of products we inquired about. Had to look up on internet to get information. I can do that from home. Please get some people that have knowledge about your inventory not just your phones but watches too.
Been misleading on service,contract,billing,nice people to your face just like a factory production line,had to get tech support on line at home to help set phone up.3 times visiting office for different issues not a happy camper used to be big fan of AT&T not to sure any more

2022-08-09The average person spends 5 to 6 hours on their phone... so you could understand our frustration when all of the sudden one phone was shut off. Thankfully Hunter was someone who was understanding and accepting of our situation. He was very helpful the first time we came in for an upgrade, And definitely very professional, understanding and involved for our second encounter. I have yet, to upgrade my phone (due to personal attachment) but when Im ready I can say we will definitely come pay him a visit for a new cell phone.

2022-06-21I switched from my old carrier to AT&T. We had to get new phones, and new numbers. We were working with Jason and let me tell you he was very friendly,patient and helpful through the whole process. We were there for quite a while due to getting the phones, transferring data over from old phones to new phones. My phone old phone just didn’t want to play nicely so we were there trying to figure it out. While we waited Jason helped others in the store but never gave up on trying to get us up and going. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. It does get busy but they try their best to keep it rolling so you don’t have a long wait. Just be patient if there is a wait though, they will get to you as fast as they can and they are very friendly!

2022-07-03The employees at this store are wonderful and fix what the supposed techs mess up when you call customer support. Customer support does not know what they are doing if you have a issue with your service go see the people in Cadillac and dont call 611.

2022-07-11Terrible experience, AT&T is a big joke, after spending hours of my time & gas traveling to talk reps. from AT&T as instructed yesterday by their tech support, I once again spent another 6 hours trying resolve my wireless house phone problem! Rotten service and support! I will never use their services again!

2022-05-05My daughter went in there 3 times in one day just to find out there was nothing they could do after her account was randomly shut down. She has been going through at&t for 10 years and loved it but now I wouldnt recommend it at all.

2022-03-23Wow. I dont know what to say really. Very disappointed. The website approved us for two phones but cancelled the order saying it couldnt verify identity and said we needed to print this page and take it and our I.D.s into the store to complete our order. So we go in with this paper and explain everything to the in-store reps who told us they couldnt help us and online approves people all the time that the store can not. They acted like we were nothing but an irritating waste of their time. So now we are customers of Verizon and very happy about it!

2022-04-13Phone didnt port over from Verizon properly but only took them a few minutes to fix it. Sadly a long wait but now my phone works so Im happy.

2022-01-22AT&T rep was patient. I did not know if they could help or not. I had bought a casting device online as my old one was not supported by my new phone. He checked the settings on my phone and then we came to the conclusion that the new cast device must have had a problem when it arrived. Then I purchased a new one from that AT&T store. I have not had a chance to hook up the new unit yet, but it does have a warranty. I expect it to work fine as my original one with the old phone had no problems streaming anything I wanted. Thanks.
