Kerri was very helpful with our purchase of our new iPhones. She took time to make sure everything transferred over and put our screen protectors on perfectly which we really appreciated! Kerri took time to make sure we understood each part of the process and gave us a good feeling about starting services at AT&T.
Shawna did an excellent job right from the very beginning. She greeted us promptly, answered all of our questions, gave us great advice, and was overall a perfect representative. Additionally, I had gone to a different phone store to do research, and no one in that store even bothered to acknowledge that I had walked in - so I appreciated the great service that I received at AT&T on Ford road in Canton.
Had the greatest customer service experience here, and it deserves to be recognized. Isaac hooked it up for me and really went above and beyond.I came in late with a damaged phone looking to file an att insurance claim. Rather than brushing me off because it was almost time to close or redirecting me, Isaac did everything he could to get my claim filed so I could get a new device the next day. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and worked around any obstacle I had - and most importantly he was friendly and patient, he even walked me out and held the door for me.This is what true customer service looks like, thanks Isaac!
I run a business and it’s important at times to be able to go in and out of the phone store with ease and confidence. This branch takes the cake in customer service. Andrea went above and beyond to help me with picking the perfect phone for me. Being a first time iPhone user she explained everything and made it easy for me to work. She also had the insurance people call me and they helped me transfer over my photos and apps. I’m happy with my switch and will be sending family and friends over to this store
Erica at at&t Ford Rd really took her time to educate me about my samsung 7, as old as it is. She showed me how toaccess my email using the app and how it worked. Her patience and knowledge solved a much needed problem. I really appreciate the ones who take the time to help a dinosaur like me. Thank you, Erica, for your professionalism and patience again. My rating for you is a resounding 10+.
Jordan and his co workers were great. Very helpful and caring to the customers. The manager , however, is highly disappointing. His attitude to my problem was not helpful when it was ATT who provided me with incorrect info TWICE. He did NOT try to help and acted like it was a bother that there was an issue when the issue was caused by HIS Company. Jordan was MUCH more customer service friendly and I will always recommend him and his co workers... just not that manager.
Cody was tremendously helpful. He patiently explained the differences, pros and cons of the different phones I was considering upgrading to. He made sure that I had the most cost effective plan and made some good suggestions for protection that I definitely needed. He did not make me feel rushed at all while he was helping me even though the store was very busy.
Brad was very efficient and considerate my time! Knowledgeable and professional, helping me solve home internet service and upgrading a phone for me. He did not try to “Sell” me which I greatly appreciated. Would recommend him for all of your ATT needs! I will be back for any future needs on my service because of the great experience Brad gave us today!
I generally make the drive past the Westland store to go here for better customer service. I came in here to grab 3 things that I needed; an iPhone, case and screen protector. I told the representative exactly what I wanted.The man did not listen to me at all and continuously attempted to sell me cable and internet. I understand there are goals to meet while in sales, but take care of your customers needs FIRST and then try to upsell. I left the store with a phone, the wrong case, and no screen protector. Thankfully when I returned to switched it out a nice young lady was able to assist me with getting the correct case.
This is my 3rd time dealing with Isaac at this AT&T Store. This guy should be giving lessons on customer service, he is THAT good. Every time I needed help, He came through with positive results, fast, efficient and.... with a big smile. What move can you ask for?? Go into the AT&T Store, ask for Isaac, you wont regret it. By the way, we have the unlimited family plan with 6 devices /SIM cards, all working flawlessly.
After countless hours of being on the phone with representatives, being passed off from department to department, trying to fix a fraudulent issue with my fiancé’s account, Isaac was the first person to fight for him to be heard and made sure to spend all the time we needed to get this taken care of. Excellent customer service here, we won’t go anywhere else for our AT&T needs after today. Thank you again!
Isaac is excellent and wish there were more than five stars to rate him. Today was the second time weve had him for service at AT&T on Ford Rd in Canton. He provided superior customer when I replaced my phone in the summer. Today we replaced my husbands phone. You couldnt have a better person take care of you.
Ahmad was great. Very professional, knowledgeable, and patient! We also got a great deal on our new cellphone package that we came to this store looking for. While we were there Ahmad offered us a terrific television, internet, and phone package/bundle that we could not refuse. So it was good bye Comcast and hello AT&T!
Isaac is AMAZING!!!! We got our phones a month ago and he went above and beyond with helping us choose the best phone and plan for us and for our daughter. I seriously couldnt of asked for a better representive. I will continue to visit this store and seek him out with any question or concern. Thank you for Rocking our ATT world!!!!
Isaac is THE GUY. Everyone has A GUY, your go-to expert in whatever field... Well in the phone world, Isaac is THAT GUY. Knowledgeable, easy to talk to and doesnt have any of that gimmicky sales guy you hope to avoid when going into a store. Isaac took time to explain things in such detail and with such care that it is obvious he is a person who truly enjoys what he does. Hands down my go‐to‐guy from now on!( To AT&T Corporate: this guy is a major asset to your team, and a diamond in the rough if you havent heard of him yet. Keep him at whatever cost.)
My wife and I have been with AT&T since our very first cell phones..... a very long time. We were pleased with the gal we talked with but not pleased with several things: 1. Lacked new product that we would be interested in to entice us to upgrade. 2. Discovered we could not pay for a new phone and just continue our service with AT&T (could only finance). 3. If we did commit to 2 new phones, the store would NOT help us change over information from our current phones to our new ones (very disappointed in that). Very disappointed in the DIRECTION AT&T is headed.
IPhone 7Plus was having some issues. Called up with some questions and ended up coming in to upgrade. Isaac was very helpful and was able to get me hooked up with the 11 Pro Max. All of my questions were answered and I walked away with a new phone, a smile and peace of mind. Thanks man!
I am totally limited intellectually unable to use a new phone & technology. Cody at this location was so very helpful & a great wealth of information & support. I had a great experience with the account manager Cody today. He assisted us in exchanging my wife’s iPhone for a different color and GB size. He also explained to me how we were missing out on the military discount that was supposed to be applied to our account on a monthly basis. Only if we switched to the unlimited plan. Needless to say, we made the switch today. Great job Cody.-DrFinance.
My wife and I needed to upgrade my fathers phone. We actually purchased a refurbished iPhone 5 off eBay and needed to transfer the service to AT&T. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Isaac Ibironke. Instead of adding the iPhone 5 to the account, Isaac was actually able to get us a brand new iPhone 7 by using a current promotion. I was ecstatic. But wait.....there’s more. Not only did we get a brand new iPhone 7, but he was able to sign me up for First Net and saved us an additional $40 a month! But wait.....there’s even more. Isaac wasn’t done saving us money there. He even checked our cable and internet to make sure we were saving money there as well.I’ve never received such amazing service from this store. I’m not saying this simply because Isaac saved us money. Isaac never once pressured either of us to buy anything we didn’t need or to upgrade our phones. Isaac was extremely personable and took the time to make sure we had a very pleasant experience. I will certainly return in the near further to upgrade our phones. When I do, I will certainly ask for Isaac. Anyone reading this review do yourself a favor and seek out Isaac when visiting this store. You won’t regret it. Thank you Isaac for amazing service. I will certainly return thanks to you!
Had a very pleasant experience here. Issac is truly an exceptional customer care rep, he genuinely cared about my internet problems and helped me hook up with best quality fiber internet. In fact he would follow up at every step of this installation/transfer process to make sure my experience was great. Highly recommend their services
Its rare that I write a review, but was extremely bothered with my experience at this store. When walking in I was met with a very nice (new) sales associate and a couple others who couldnt help due to my account being commercial. She walked over to the Manager (I believe her name was Ashley). The Manager sat there with a disgusted/annoyed look on her face while pulling up the account and wouldnt address me directly, she simply relayed to the associate that I couldnt pick up the phone because I wasnt on the list.. Mind you I was the ONLY customer in the store and was standing 2 feet in front of her face yet she couldnt look my way or politely address the situation. Turned out I couldnt pick up the phone due to not being an authorized company rep, which I can totally understand, except for the fact that the email I received simply stated Id need to bring an ID in to pick up the phone and that Id be allowed to pick it up. When questioning her about the email she continued to increase her annoyance with me and was very condescending. Continued to very rudely say youre not on the list and shrugged her shoulders with the same disgusted look on her face. Luckily a nice gentleman stepped in and thoroughly explained the situation to me in a professional manner and treated me like an actual human being. I thanked him for his courtesy and sent an authorized Rep from our company back to pick up the phone. Managers probably should be the people that set the example of how good customer service works. In this case it was quite the opposite. Not sure how this lady is a manager. If you choose to go to this store steer clear of this lady. I sure hope she isnt responsible for training others in this store. Hopefully she reads this and learns how not to treat customers in the future. Again, cant say enough about the others working in the store at the same time as they were very friendly and professional.
Went there for a phone upgrade but only left with a receipt for charges - nothing confirming that my plan was staying the same. I received a service summary in my email stating that I would be paying an additional $40 per month for a brand new unlimited plan that I didnt ask for (in addition to my old plan). I went back to the store to inquire about this, and was told that I must have made the change myself and I would have to call AT&T directly in order to get it looked at. The representative that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and said that the store must have made an error when generatingthe customer service report. My advice is to triple check your bill after visiting here just to make sure everything is still in order.
My husband was shopping for a new phone. He called another Att store around 4 pm today, they said they were closing soon and asked him to come in tomorrow. My husband has appointments all day tomorrow so after stopping at one other place he called ATT Canton. Nabeel Salemassi answered the phone. My husband asked him about the phone he wanted to buy. By this time it was about 5:50pm, Nabeel Said he would wait for my husband to come in today. My husband said he wasn’t sure he could even get there before 6 pm which is the closing time. Nabeel, was very customer service oriented and told my husband he would wait. We have to give Nabeel a great review because he was so nice and helpful. My husband bought the Samsung Galaxy ultra 20 and some accessories because of Nabeels wonderful customer service. Also, another co worker Isaac Ibironke was at the store and he waited with Nabeel. He was also very friendly and welcoming.
Was unsure about where to get my internet service from and who could charge the least for the best service until I stumbled upon AT&T just to look at the rates. Ran into Nabeel.S and couldn’t be happier with both internet and customer service. I’m now paying 30 dollars less for faster internet than my previous plan after Nabeel helped me find the right plan for me and my family. Would recommend him to anyone who isn’t too sure about internet and cell plans his friendly and straight forward service will make you feel safe and confident you’re making the right choice. Couldn’t thank him enough!
We came into the store to activate a used iPhone 5 that we bought and Isaac told us about the promotion for a free iPhone 7 that we could do instead of older phone we had brought in. He also helped my husband with FirstNet for first responders. Isaac then told us that he could check our internet and cable account to make sure that we were getting all the promotions and best prices that were out there. WOW! He made everything so easy and went above and beyond to help us. AT&T is lucky to have you, Issac! Thank you for all your help!
I would like to share that Devante gave the best customer service Ive received in at least a year from anyone. I think it was the method that he walked me through my problem and showed me how to eliminate future problems. It causes me to tell all my friends about his service and to come to this location to see him for their AT&T needs...thank you Devante
This store is a joke. I went in and talked to a representative named Ken. He promised me credits and said things would be simple and easy. I did not receive any paperwork because apparently the printer was not working. The representative and the store refused to answer any calls despite calling the location over 5 times total in 2 weeks. Associates refuse to let you talk to a manager and lie directly to your face. When you call online to get situation rectified they play the blame game. I would highly recommend avoiding this store. At&t is no longer a service i recommend to anyone.
It amazes me how bad customer service is turning for so many companies. Walked in at 1130ish, stopped and looked at the samsung products. 6 people, all working with someone. Okay, fine. Two representatives looked at me, then went back to working with customers they were with. Walked around store. Stood at the samsung phones 4 more minutes. Not one person greeted me, took a second to check me in while i waited. I walked out. Livonia store on 6 mile is much better. Companies downfall will begin with poor customer service.
Went there twice and both visits were unpleasant. The sales representatives ignored me for 15 minutes while I was walking around their store. There was maybe one pleasant woman in there who knew how to smile, but everyone else looked angry and inconvenienced. They were not rude but were very unwelcoming. Come to this store only if you do not care for real customer service and have a thick skin.
Worst customer experience. Went in to add a third line to our plan. Registered with the lady at the entrance when I walked in. Thirty minutes later get called. Sales person introduced herself and said, Oh, I dont have a table and left to go to the back room. 5 minutes later returned. Pulled up my account and said I couldnt add a line since it was in my wifes name. Then compared AT&T to a bank. Started lecturing me. In the past they have called my wife, verified her SSN etc. and was able to do it. Not this time and I got a lecture too.42 minutes of my life wasted and rude. They could have caught it at the entrance when getting why I was there, be prepared, and be nice and professional during the discussion. After 22 years as a loyal customer, one horrible experience and I am switching to Verizon. If you like AT&T, go to a different store because they may actually get you to leave the store to go a mile away and switch providers.
This is worse At&t store EVER!!! When you have an Area Manager ( which I didnt know at the time) to hang up on you for asking for the store manager because of the horrible service that was rendered the day before.Isaiah A.M didnt even know the reason for my call and when I requested an store manger Isaiah kept asking What can I help you with? I then asked Are you the store manager? he Isaiah said no. I then said I need to speak with the Store Manager that when Isaiah hung up on me. That was sooooo unprofessional of an Area Manager!!!So I called back CSR Fannie answered I then ask to speak to the SM and she proceeded to ask how may she help and can I ask what happen? I told Fannie no I rather keep her out of it and speak to the SM.Thats when Nathan SM came to the phone and I found out that Isaiah was an Area Manager. I explained to Nathan what happened and he apologized for Isaiah rude behavior in which I told Nathan thank you but Isaiah needs to apologize not him.So dont go to the Canton At&t store for good customer service because your not going to get it!!
Most horrible store ever! I am done with at&t for good. Canceling my contract with them today! People in the store are rude and not helpful. They think people are stupid and going to pay full price of a new phone when signing up for a 2 yr contract again. I have been a loyal customer with them for 10 years....its so sad they treat people like that!
First I must say that -- in two visits in a weeks time -- I was able to accomplish what I came in for both times. BUT it was done WITHOUT any courtesy or professionalism WHATSOEVER. The staff is sullen and unfriendly. The men dress in saggy-baggy pants and ill-fitting t-shirts. Next time I need the services of an AT&T Store, Ill find another one.
According to the reviews, Im not the only one that have had issues with this AT&T store. The manager here (Brandon) in awful towards customers. Very rude and condescending. When it comes to sales, they will push you to buy and upgrade. However, if youre looking for support, there willingness changes if they cant make a buck on you. Very disappointed in Brandon and this unprofessional behavior.
When walking in your met at the door with someone to help. This time it was the manager and told us we are #3 to be waited on. As we waited we had to listen to employees screaming some type of noise and loud behavior while they waited on people. When help came to us (Kerri) couldnt have been nicer and very knowledgeable about the product. She was great and how she put up with this circus like enviornment I dont know. Her poise was outstanding. With all the other employees making noise (as a group sometimes) it was at times we couldnt hear her from across the table and the manager didnt do nothing to calm the childness behavior. Other then Kerri most employees dress code was lacking. They looked like (male/female) they just came in from a softball game and put on name badge. Kerri was dressed to meet the pubilc and it showed. After of 50 years of dealing with the public as a supervisor, manager and Executive Director most of this staff would have been sent home and Id have locked the door and put a sign on it until they came back dressed to meet customers. Thank goodness Kerri waited on us for had it been anyone else with this type of display wed have walked out. Kerri just might be the saving grace for this store. Thanks Kerri your tops.
I would highly recommend anybody to use the Canton ATT store on Ford Road. Isaac ibironke, was very outstanding with his customer service. he approached me and acknowledge me, and told me he will be with me soon . when he did service me he was excellent very polite smile courteous and very helpful, and at the end of the service he even walk me to the door and opened it for me, I have not had service like that in a very long time I hope to get that type of service everywhere I go , thank you deitra crawford
EXTREMELY horrible place! Avoid at all costs!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!! The deals offered by AT&T were great so we wanted to make a switch and were VERY excited to get it done today! The closest one to our home was this AT&T location. We went in and had to wait for 2 hours to speak with a rep; 2 hours for in-person??? Its not even a 30mins wait via phone!! Its also not even a 15mins wait at Verizon be it in-person or via phone!! And when the wait was over, the rep said the server is down, please come back tomorrow. SERIOUSLY???!?!?!?! Just IGNORANT staff!!If the server was down they could have told us or announced it so we and others wouldnt be waiting all that long for nothing!! Its their responsibility to inform everyone of any such problems!!! 2 hours wait time is a lot and a lot of actual useful efficient work can be done instead!! If after the wait we got helped out, then that wouldnt have been an issue, but NOTHING after a long wait is just RIDICULOUS!!!There are many other better AT&T locations around Canton and vicinity so I would HIGHLY recommend yall to go to any of those!!! JUST AVOID THIS PLACE!!
This establishment has horrific customer service, both from a quality customer interaction perspective and a knowledge of product and procedures standpoint.I had the rep supply me with exact instructions on what he needed me to have ATTs national customer service do so my wife could add a line, and after we followed exactly what he said to do, and even had nation customer service talk to them, he still couldnt help.Im fine if you cant do it, but dont be ignorant and send me on a goose chase to tell me that your own instructions arent valid less than 15 min later. And to top it off, do it in a irrate way. Way to go.
This store uses shady selling method to make their new plans look cheaper than what it really costs.Heres what happened:Sales associate tried to sell me the Next plan, and showed me how much Next will cost with equivalent/better service plan. Little did I know that he removed my legacy World Connect plan, which makes the monthly fee look cheaper, but ends up costing hundreds when I make international calls. I got a surprise bill showing international calls at the full rate on my bill. Now, I owe AT&T hundreds on international calls, and lost out on the legacy World Connect cost.If you go to this AT&T store, watch out for the old, fat hippie pushing the Next plan.
Absolutely one of the best experiences I have had at att. Mike was quick, friendly and knowledgable. He took his time explaining everything so that we understood what was going on. This was refreshing since I did have a poor experience the day before with another att store. Thanks Mike for your awesomeness.
Do not go here they lie to there customers. I went in to upgrade my mothers phone and they tried to sneak a new number and phone on the account telling me it would be cheaper and it was not on top of that I didn’t need another phone so why would I have it just there. Beware orf this store management is in on it too.
Went att to buy iPhone 8 Plus had me waiting there for 45 to 50 minutes. Very unprofessional and rude the lady to told me to go to Walmart or target. Went to Apple store next day got waited about 10 minutes got my phone and activated and very professional and nice. Do not got to this att.
Idiots work here. The employees will question what you want to buy like your stupid. Told me I could put ATT sim inside Sprint phone and it will put att number on it; WRONG. Wasted money.Came in with a weird iOS install, things with Apple happen once in blue moon, reps weren’t knowable on past software tech failures and assumed it was damage to internals when it was bad software that controls iPhone.Reps wanted me to BUY a new phone instead of walking out with my prepaid time card. They will push you on new equipment. Buy your stuff online so you know your word is true and not some BS rep.
I hate the customer service at this store. The staff doesnt pay attention to the details and you will end up wasting hours at this store.Over all the att customer service has gone down from a scale of 10 to 3 from my experience with Uverse tv and wireless.I would never go with att in the future.
I never write reviews! But I had a simple question in regards to my phone and I felt like I was being rushed off the phone and that they didnt properly answer all my questions he just kept telling me I had to come into the store- like thats theyre only form of communication.
Staff dont know what theyre selling with regards to internet service, was sold a 50 megabit connection under the guise that it was a 50 megabyte connection, I even asked for clarification, worst $100 install and $300 service fee Ive ever been charged, dont even bother.

2022-07-03I have only good things to say about the AT&T store. From my first encounter with Zachary to update my plan and upgrade one of my phones. I did however encounter a few technical issues in the process which were addressed and corrected quickly and professionally by Zachary, Ashley, and Shauna. Special shout out to Shauna, for restoring my voicemail and the very special messages that I had saved from my mom.

2022-03-26I have been through Hell and back for 5 days and over 6 hours of listening to customer support tell me they cant help, have no clue what theyre doing, or simply just get hung up on. I came to this store cause I was literally only trying to get my trade in processed and they didnt send me the return agreement. I was greeted by brad and he said he could help. I doubted it at this point cause I had invested so much time with such terrible customer service and resolution. After 20 mins brad said ok sir youre all set. I was like wait what? No kidding he fixed it all. If youre ever at this store ask for brad. Ive been with at&t for over 5 years and this is the best customer service Ive experienced thus far. If youre reading this brad thanks again. Probably save me another 6 hours of waiting on hold and being told we dont know anything about our job. At&t fix your call stations cause they suck. But brad. Keep doing you man.

2022-03-29Later, same day (Tuesday, March 29, 2022)There was nothing wrong with the phone. It was just my ignorance (call it inexperience if you want to be nice), and I apologize to the entire staff, and in particular to Kevin Watson, for my suspicions. The phone did not work because I had turned it OFF accidentally (it can only have been me; there was no one else around).Anyhow, if you have the same phone: pressing the red button and keeping it down for three seconds turns it off. (This is what I plan to do: turn off the phone unless I want to make a call: it will save battery power, and I wont have to answer robocalls. Great!)Again, my apologies to the ATT staff, and when I get used to that phone I will go see you again, to give up my landline while keeping the internet.------------------{Initial review, the one for which I apologize. I leave it though, to help others who may have the same problem.)I went there two weeks ago (March 14 or 150) to get a cell phone. Back home, I called my land line to make sure the phone worked. It did. Yesterday, however, when I tried to use it, I could not. The battery was dead, so I recharged it. Even with a full battery, I could not make a call.I paid $ 62.99 for the phone, plus $15 for the activation fee, and was enrolled in Auto-Pay (I paid $30.00, as the fee for the first month).Now, is it that I just am too old or too ignorant; or was I sold a defective device? All comments welcome. The store opens at 10am; I will be there.

2022-01-31The option for a 0 star review should be available. This store and the employees would deserve it.I went to the store to swap a Samsung phone for an IPhone. 13. Pretty simple request. I even paid the restocking fee and taxes for the new phone. The new phone was promised to be at my home within two days. After not receiving the phone, I called the store back to inquire about my order. Brittany told me that they were busy and I needed to call 611. Whoa boy....calling 611 is an ordeal! After 5 hours on hold and transfers to 6 different people, I was told that they cant help me because I bought from a Corporate store (Canton, MI; Ford rd) and I had to drive back there, Soooo I drove back to the store to fix the problem.Not so fast, fella.Ashley, the store manager, told me that she was not Gonna spend much time trying to help me. But she did look me up in her computer and told me that the order was canceled and could not tell me why. She promised to help get me the phone that I paid for.Well, I still have not received the phone AND now shes on vacation. SO, apparently, there is no one that can help me.If you are reading this and thinking about getting an ATT account, Id definitely go somewhere else, like maybe get a root canal, itd be less aggravating.

2022-01-06Not very helpful. They were behaving as if they were in some kind of rush. Went in to transfer family plan but did not receive proper instruction. In the end had to call customer care to do the transfer

2020-10-01Erica was extremely helpful to me today. I have had an issue with my voicemail for years with little success in resolving it over the phone with tech support. She spent almost two hours with me working with the Applemaster, her manager, and tech support at headquarters to ensure that my problem finally get resolved. It was not an intuitive problem and I was so grateful that she was willing to go the extra mile, not give up, and advocate for me.Everyone at the store was very courteous today and following safe social distancing guidelines.
