I went just for a new charger and was working with a young lady named liz! she was great! She offered to go over my bill with me and even saved me some money and got me a new phone! very happy with the service i received! all the ladies were very pleasant and helpful! even held the door open for me :)
If I could give a 0 I would. Worst customer service I have ever had. More worried about a launch then helping a customer. There was nobody in the store and the lady was very rude and didn’t want to help me. I left and went to a different at&t store and got 5 star service. I will never step foot back in that store.
Christian was wonderful. She helped me transfer my content from phone to phone. She was patient, respectful, & professional. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the store & the observing of theCovid precautions. I am completely satisfied with the service! I recommend you do business here!
First off let me say that i have had AT&T in the past and was very happy with my service but today i was treated very unprofessionally. I took a friend to Wayne store to get new service and activate her new G6 which she purchased by mail and the man who greeted us was very rude and wouldnt listen to either of us. He only tried to sell her another $700 phone dismissing all her concerns and not listening at all. He was short with us and unprofessional. Long story short they lost her as a customer and MetoPCS on Wayne got a new customer.
Christian, Domonique and Elizabeth are dynamite AT&T representatives and sales persons. They are extremely professional and very knowledgeable with regards to all technical devices and information associated with AT&T. I have never felt pressured to purchase anything. What impressed me the most is how well they work together and support one another. I recently upgraded from the iPhone X to the Samsung Galaxy. Domonique and Elizabeth went well beyond the call of duty by programming my phone and new galaxy watch.Wonderful team on Michigan Avenue...
I have encountered the worse AT&T experience these past couple of days! They do not know how to treat their loyal, longtime customers a good quality customer service. I was recently told by my providers that I was being charged for about 4 months for a phone I never had! After what took days and long phone conversations with about 5 different people from AT&T and even customer relations, I was finally told why I was being charged for something I never had in my possession. Apparently they lied to me, they gave me false information, and charged me for something I dont have. I guess they had a old manager that knew nothing about the place she worked and screwed me over. I was told that if I turned in my IPhone (gold) and paid what I had to upfront, I could be done and over with that phone, and can get a new phone which was a IPhone 6s. Apparently the old manager they had lost my trade in phone. I was told they do not know where it currently is and that somebody is currently using it! So I am paying for a phone that somebody else has, which is ridiculous. I then was told that they had also lied to me about my upgrade. They told me that I was eligible for an upgrade on my phone, but than was told my upgrade was actually for a different phone and was charged for it, they never even cared to share that information with me, and charge me for it anyway. This has been by far the worse encounter with them, and sad to say this was not the only bad encounter I have had with them. I am now in the process of trying to switch my companies. It truly is sad when you are lied to and disrespected for trying to figure out why you are paying for something you dont have in your possession. I repeat this has been the breaking point for me!!!! They have lost all my current and future services with them...
Yesterday I had to get my girlfriend a phone and I wanna say I had the best experience at a phone store the young beautiful ladies where so much help Christian Russell and Dominique Garrett was so much help they will be the reason I keep my phone I refer that everyone go to the AT&T store in Wayne will be happy Thank you again for the help much needed she is so happy
Super duper awesomeI was helped by 2 phenomenal women on Thursday(Dominique and Christian ) they were extremely helpful to me helping me switch carriers to AT&T (awesome decision)They were also sooooo super helpful to my mom who struggles with technology in general.🤷🏾♀️I really appreciate their teamwork and effort to make sure ME as the customer is super satisfiedThank you sooo muchI will be returning for any of my wireless needs ❤️
The store only had one salesperson when I entered which was with another customer that seemed to be wrapping up the sale, Within minutes another salesperson, Chris (female) hope I’m recalling her name correctly, entered the store, quickly put her things away and asked if she could help. She was attentive and helped compare some of the specs and price differences. Once I made a decision she completely set up my phone, including making sure the transfer of phones old to new was fully complete without any flaws, also added and set up some accessories with me while I waited. The only reason 4* instead of 5* I went in to upgrade my phone and home internet, phone 👍 home internet service 👎🚫No service available in my area?Thanks again! Hope all is well!!

2022-03-05Best store ever!!!!! My daughter went to a different at&t store a few days ago and they gave her a major run around. After stopping at this store we were completely amazed. They updated our phones and made the process so easy. They were able to do everything the other store said they could not do. Make sure you ask for Liz or Dominique. Thay are wonderful and take the time to answer all your questions. I highly recommend this AT&T store.

2020-11-08Supreme customer service! The ladies, were very patient as they provided guided instruction for setting up my new phone. I did not feel rushed & all questions I had at the time were informatively addressed. Moreover, they kindly listened as I shared my grief journey. Their gesture was greatly appreciated.

2020-12-07Liz was absolutely wonderful. I spent 4 hours on the phone with apple before I came into the store and she figured everything I needed done and got everything working. Great customer service and will be coming back for internet.
