Kory did an amazing job tending to the customers desires and needs, i witnessed a few people come into the store at once and he did a great job keeping his focus on the task at hand and tended to all customers in a timely and respectful manner. This AT&T store has representatives that are far more respectful and enthusiastic then other local stores. I would 10/10 Recommend coming into the Cheboygan AT&T store for all your phone/electronic needs.

Went in to see about switching from my current cell carrier to ATT was greeted by Teresa and Katelyn, who helped answer every question I had. Decided ATT is definitely the better way to go. Friendly service and very communicative, will be back to shop again soon. 5 star rating for 5 star service.

Hannah was very helpful and patient and even waited on the phone with me until Billing helped resolve my issue. My family has had a hospitalization and other things going on recently during the Covid Pandemic, so this was very helpful in making that all a little less stressful, which goes a long way during these times.
Very helpful employees, had a problem with my service and was told by another store they couldnt help me. so glad i went in to ATT, they took care of my issue and made sure it was fixed before i left. 10/10 recommend.

I talked with one of the representatives, Bradley, and he was just an absolute joy to talk to. So kind and cheerful. He really broke things down and took the time to explain things in detail. This is the best AT&T store I have ever been in. It is so clean & shiny and you are warmly greeted when you walk in the door. The staff, particularly Desiree and Erik, are so helpful and knowledgeable. I use them for personal and business matters and dont have any plans to go anywhere else.

I was at this store here in cheboygan they sold me a plan of 75 to be renewed and it didnt take. well after hours of customer service with this stores workers even they got no where and seemed i had to eat 83.25. i then left to take care of my bed ridden father and no phone service well this cheboygans at&t syore team they pushed and pushed for hours without me thier then called me and said they got me fixed and now my phone works again so im writing this to say thanks and give the cheboygan team a hell ya

2021-12-20I went in to start a new wireless plan and was courteously greeted by Hannah and Korey. They were both very helpful and eager to answer any questions I had. After less than an hour I walked out with the phone I wanted and a great wireless plan.

2022-02-07While on a trip up north my phone stopped charging. Drove to the Cheboygan ATT store and Kory B was a lifesaver. Ended up needing a new phone. Not only did he transfer everything over for me, he saved me $40 a month by switching my plan around! Could not be happier with the service I received.

She easily configured our devices and account and overcame multiple obstacles along the way. Very technically proficient and exceedingly pleasant. Chanelle was also involved and helped brainstorm what worked best. These two gals are a great team and put Verizons customer service to shame.
