Had a fantastic experience working with Abdul and his team ! They were very helpful in providing us with all the possible discounts, including ones that werent advertised in the store. We were given a very clear explanation of all our charges (upfront and recurring). They also offered us great combo protection packages to get our phones fully setup. Id very highly recommend this store to anyone !
Abdul is awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. He made suggestions that would best suit us each personally. Abdul assisted us in transferring data from older phones to our new phones. Devon was exceedingly wonderful. He spent hours with myself and my parents setting up our new phones after some difficulties. He was exceptionally patient and friendly. He answered all of our questions and made the process as smooth as possible. Definitely recommend him if you’re heading to this location!
I am a new customer just porting my service from Sprint. The transition and installation of my new phone was perfect. The integrated sales expert Abdul B. was very professional and helpful in all aspects of my new phone including help with new case. I will definitely recommend this young man to my friends and family.
Recently switched from Verizon and the customer service was excellent while visiting this AT&T location. Mark worked with us to ensure we were getting the best deal possible that AT&T was offering at the time and pulled through. He went above and beyond with opening the store on his off day, going to another store to get us another phone to make the deal happen, and ensure that everything was backed up to our new phones from our old ones before we left. He was very honest with us throughout the process and made getting a phone pain free.
I went in because my iPhone unexpectedly crapped out on me. When I walked in there was no other customers which was a huge relief. The man working was excited to help me and looked up my insurance plan. I ended up upgrading to an XR and he was very helpful as I weighed my options, even staying another 15-20 minutes past close. He applied my screen protector (though you should be sure to know there are liquid glass and then actual glass screen protectors). One of the managers came in at the end and he was super friendly as well! Overall, it was a really positive experience, especially because phone stores are usually not.
Went into this story yesterday to get an idea of what my bill might be if I switched from the other carrier. Moe was awesome to work with. He took care of me and we switched everything over, including porting numbers. Thanks Moe! So glad you could help us out. Very professional. Highly recommend this store on 12 Mile and Farmington Rd. Came in looking for a good phone and great service. Troy and Jamel gave me great service and exactly what I was looking for!I was having such a hard time with my other phone and they made it so easy. I was having such a rough day and these gentlemen turned it all around. I now can do what I need to on a phone.Thank you!

Experience was not as I had hoped. Was given wrong promotion which ended up costing me money, stress, and huge headaches.I paid dearly in restocking fees with phone and accessory returns from their mistake. It was ahard lesson. I returned to Verizon after one week (was even advised to by 2 AT&T Customer Service Reps during calls to try to clear issues up). Yes, Devin did offer to “fix it” and change my promotion to a lesser one, however, after the hours, calls and aggravation created, I just wanted to be out in the 14 day window.
Devin was super helpful! I came in because I couldn’t get my new iPhone to work and he was very knowledgeable, patient and professional! I would definitely recommend this location based on his customer service alone. Thank you, Devin! I’ll be back anytime I need assistance!
Previous store couldnt transfer my data. That was 6 mile and Northville are the worst. Came here and my information transferred in 3 minutes. Wow. Great service and went beyond what waa expected, the man got me a discount through my insurance. Highly recommend this store to anyne
Going to any phone store can be trying and leave you wishing you had had a tooth pulled. Though it took some time, it take time to set up two phones a watch and save tons of money on TV internet and phone services. The team at this store was on point when it came to knowing how to care for a long time customer. I have spent hours on the phone and owed more money, so it was a breathe of fresh air to talk to someone face to face and feel like I mattered. Maddy Jamal’s and Fontaine are rockstars!!!!!Sitting here as my data transfers from my old phone to my new phone, watching the three of them work with each customers gives me hope that customer serbvice is not dead in todays day and age. Hearing how they are caring for an elderly lady who is asking many questions that most people would breeze over is amazingly beautiful and heart warming. Making sure she is cared for and explaining why AT&T would want to give a new customer a $100 visa gift card is something I hope someone does for me when I get a little slower to understand an ever changing fast past world.These three need to be praised and lifted up on a national level!!!! The very best in the business 100%!!!!!!
I came in here on a Friday, a few weeks back expecting for there to be a wait, but I was helped immediately. The guys were so nice, and helped me transfer all of my data from my old phone to my new one, after the store up the street told me it couldnt be done. This is now my go-to At&t store!

2022-07-30The new manager, Alyssa, has been incredibly helpful and has truly gone above and beyond. When she took over the store, she inherited an ongoing issue I had related to my bill, and she not only immediately addressed it with AT & T, she followed up multiple times with me to update me on the process. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future for my cell phone needs.

2022-03-07I am an authorized user on my grandmothers ATT account. When I placed the order online for in store pick up I was greeted by one of the employees. The employee refused to upgrade my phone because I wasnt the owner of the account. Every upgrade I have been able to pick up my phone.This was an upgrade and not a new order. According to online, authorized users are able to upgrade and pick up their phone. I had to go out of my way to find another ATT store to upgrade my phone. He offered to look at stores in ANN ARBOR. Which is roughly a hour drive. He then lied and said he had no more blue iPhone when it stated online that there were two available. He was nosey about why I wanted to update my phone so bad Because its the phone I ORDERED and drove out of my way to PICK UP! Id recommend you to go to the ATT on Orchard lake. Plus this store smells like FISH!

2021-12-16Even though we werent able to resolve the issue, the store manager was very helpful and responsive to questions. I had brought my 10 year old daughter with me, and he was great with her questions and non sequiters as well. Will definitely go back to this store the next time I need help or a new device.

From the minute I entered (fully expecting the usual phone store torture) I was instantly greeted by James and Charles and they proceeded to listen, find out what I needed and give me my options and the best deal they could find for a new phone and lower cost plan! I’d honestly give them TEN stars and can’t recommend this location any more for an EXCEPTIONAL experience! Go there today and tell them ‘Mary Carleton sent you’ as you won’t be sorry!
