Great ATT reps at this store. U might/might not have to wait for service but thats prob due to understaffing, etc. The reps are awesome tho... very knowledgeable, and they tell u about the deals but dont try to oversell you either.
Terrible. Was in the store for 2 1/2 hours and couldn’t get my phone switched. Went back today. Still didn’t work. They were supposed to save a white one. They didn’t. Ready to back to Verizon
I just want to say that Mariah was fabulous with my 80 year old mother. Mariah had such wonderful patience and kindness to share with her. At 80, technology is a bit difficult and Maria was very patient and teaching my mother how to fix her phone. Mow helped me with a case and he also was very kind and got me a great deal. Thank you to both of you!
Jason and his co-workers were bombarded with people around 2 hours before closing and they met each person with consideration and kindness. I only had to convert the information between two phones and Jason was patient with helping me figure it out. Great service and information provided.

Jared Davis was great! He explained everything in depth because I wanted to upgrade and purchase the new Samsung s21 and trade in my Galaxy Note. I was confused when I first came into the store on how the trade in process worked but was comfortable and understood after his full explanation. Cant wait to pick up my new phone!
Marcus and Al were very pleasant. Marcus went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue and made sure I left completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this store. Overall great customer service from the staff as well as the store manager and they are all very helpful.
Customer service is excellent! Dawn greeted me when I entered the store and helped me with my transfers of both phones and recommended products that I needed. Also, she explained and gave me the military discount!!

She resolved a problem for me that wasnt even this stores fault...but an issue I was dealing with from ordering a phone online. She was a tremendous help and provides exceptional customer service. The new Samsung Z Flip 3 5g is an incredibly beautiful phone with a lot more easy functions in settings. Was not too difficult to set up. Try it out for a few days.
The salesman at this store were incredibly helpful! They made an awful day turn into a happy customer! Jason personally helped me first thing in the morning to transfer my data onto a new phone. He went above and beyond.. seriously!! I left my phone with the guys because I had to work. I came back and it was ready to go.. Pete and Martin were also very understanding with my situation and helped me to the highest level of their abilities. So let’s start off with att always give me a headache online over the phone etc. So I ordered a phone online with in store pick up thinking all fees etc had been paid online I get to the store only to discover I still owe 60 something dollars and change. Now mind you att and I have it out literally every month for mistakes they do! And I only stick with the cellphone service because my husband and I are locked in. But all other services I had with them tv internet cancelled because of mistakes or att just not listening or a sales rep doing what they wanted instead of what was ask. The young man who work here named jerred was my sales person was so sweet kind and patient even when I was having a melt down. He listened solved the problems and went above and beyond what most people wouldn’t done or felt was they job.
Having to replace a lost phone was not something I was looking forward to. Dawn was so helpful and was able to provide me with what I was looking for. I am not tech savvy and Dawn was very helpful and patient with me. Thank you, Dawn for the excellent service.
I stopped in there on 2-15-20 right before closing. I had a home setup for a new iPhone coming from Android. After the guy left my home the transfer over from Android to new phone suddenly stopped. I went to the store right before closing. I believe the young man helping me was named Yamaji. He spent almost an hour trying to transfer my contacts and pictures to my new phone. He was very patient and nice. We still couldn’t get it to work. He gave some tips on what I could do and if that didn’t work I could come back the next day. Once I got home I did some research and it finally worked! 30 minutes later I was up and running. The 3 employees left were all busy and they all worked as a team. Great job everyone
This store has completely blown my mind. I went in because I was having some issues with my AT&T bill and Jason and Marcus were more than willing to help. We sat down discussed my problems and next thing they were on the phone taking control of the situation while I sat and relaxed. The staff here is exceptional and highly recommend. I won’t ever be taking my business to any other store and I recommend you don’t either.
Very Disappointed !!!!My son wanted to Upgrade My phone and my husbands for my birthday 12/29/20. The store was out of the phone that was on a promotion for $1 x30mos, A51 5G. He had to return the following day. When one phone came in (the other was ordered), Matt changed my plan, added two additional lines to my plan, added insurance on the phones ~ ALL WITHOUT PERMISSION~ Three days latter I receive an email with my next expected bill will be $969.60, with a monthly bills $603.57. When I called AT&T to get explanation, they changed my plan back to the original, cancelled the 2 new lines, cancelled the phone order, and told me to return the phone.On the Return Receipt I see that the phones were Financed at $16.67x30mos, The PROMO Description as Applied, but NOT APPLIED. I would like an explanation as to how can they have a Promotion of $1x30mos, and instead they Finance the phones? :(
This has been a fabulous experience. I love my new phone. I am so appreciative of the great service I received and the manager, Steve Coronado, met and exceeded All of my expectations.
Jason was so helpful switching my mom and I’s Verizon plan over. My mom is out of town and made the process simple and efficient. We were very satisfied with our service. If we have any questions or issues we will be sure to stop back and ask Jason. Highly recommend!
The other day I was robbed and had everything taken from me. Dawn McGavin spent literal hours traversing multiple downed systems in order to help me replace my phone and start to be able to secure my accounts and reach out to the people I hadn’t been able to get ahold of. After working to get everything set up and running into countless unavoidable problems, finding solutions for each one, it was time to pay for the new phone. This is when I realized my bank account had also been drained using my stolen phone. Dawn promptly offered to pay for my phone for me and I’d then be able to get into my new phone and reimburse her. I was honestly shocked because this was so above and beyond the great service I was already given and I couldn’t appreciate her more. One of those things that’s so nice and considerate you almost can’t accept it. Dawn is an amazing person and I would encourage anyone to come into this store. A true example of paying it forward
This is an awesome location everyone is very friendly an very helpful. I worked with Nicole an she assisted me with my upgrades. She was very informative she made it a very fast an overall a great experience. She went over my new plan step by step since I was changing my plan. I will continue to be a loyal customer to this location.
I visit this location on January 23 2020. I trade in my Galaxy note 9 for a Galaxy note 10 plus. and the sales man name yimaj sherif promise me to give me 400 dollars credit within 24 month period of time. I decided to pay my phone off with in a year. out that 400 dollars I was supposed get half of that 400 dollars since I pay it a year early. I went back to the same store because it didnt make no sense how much money I still owed. Still pay it off. I ask the lady the work there to see if I got credit for the phone I trade in. and she tell me the on their system doesnt even show I got credit for my phone or any record the I have trade in any phone on their location. be careful make sure they give you some type of paperwork The said you trade in whatever device you are trading. the reason I say that is because I make that mistake didnt know the proper paperwork I was supposed to get and the guy at the end of the sale he only gave me a receipt for the phone I purchased the Galaxy note 10 plus and nothing that says that I trade in my Galaxy note 9 for the galaxy10 plus
Ryan, Pete, & Jason. Were so helpful & patience ... I needed major help with storage issues. Not only did they fix my storage issues, they took the time to set up my HBO account & sold me a new phone. Awesome Team.

I had a an extremely pleasant experience working with Matt when buying a new phone yesterday. Usually buying a phone is a long and painful process for me but he was super efficient and very patient when I couldn’t remember my passwords...haha! I used to go to a different store closer to my house but I will probably come back to this location in the future!
The most positive experience I have ever had especially compared the my first. Pete was what customer service should be and knows job and does it well. And his mentor Martin has out done himself. Very pleased. I Highly recommend these guys!

This Att store is by far a Great place to shop for your TV and phone needs! My daughter and I went in to purchase internet for me and new phones for us both. Dawn helped us with these purchases. She is Amazing!! I felt so comfortable with her professionalizm and great knowledge for the products and services! Overall Super Awesome ecperience!!
I visited the store on Middlebelt and 96, i was serviced by Maurice and could not be happier. From the moment I walked in the door, i received nothing but excellent customer service and i truly appreciate that. He assisted me in the process of upgrading my current phone as well getting a new line set up for my daughter. He guided me through my new billing process as well as helped me receive all new accessories without any additional cost for my new devices. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and customer service friendly environment of this location. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION!

I was in the store on Sunday (6-2-19) to get a new iPhone and I got my dad his very first iPhone. Ryan was more than helpful. He was so friendly and it was honestly the best experience Ive ever had at an AT&T store.He transferred everything to my new phone and was just so nice and helpful about everything. I would highly suggest anyone looking for a new phone to go see Ryan at this store.
The staff here was amazing. They all worked together to get me the phone I wanted and the plan I needed. The bathroom was clean, the sales areas clean, even the employees were clean. I would definitely come back here in the future and recommend it to everybody. Martin, Nikki and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. Class acts all around.
Went to upgrade my daughters phone. Noah was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He made an effort to review my bill, both wireless and Uverse, to see if he could lower it. He found a 25% military discount. Highly recommend this store.

Moe helped me seamlessly transfer over from my old sprint plan that I have been over paying on for way to long. To AT&T plan I got a great deal and I love my new phone Moe was very friendly and patient . I don’t write many reviews but I was very impressed by the customer service I received.
Pete (and Martin!) made sure I got my new fancy iPhone and accessories for a great deal! And all with honest advice and making sure all my questions were answered, even staying past closing to make sure I was 100% happy! 10 out of 10 would come back for their fabulous customer service and price!
Awesome customer service the gentleman that hepled me ( i forget his name) He knew that I had a tight time frame and he got me in and out with a new Iphone 11. The staff here was NOTHING BUT HELPFUL! I couldnt believe how easy it was to purchase a new phone. They helped me set it up, they were quick and very personable! They had a great deal going, if you buy a phone case you get a screen protector for free! I seriously appreciate how they made me feel like part of the fam!
Ryan and Martin where extremely helpful and fun. I came in to check insurance on my Apple Watch and they helped me with screen protectors I needed for my phone as well as helped me get a great wireless charger. I recommend all my friends to come to this art thanks again guys!!!! Love this store

Store was very clean well lets I wish there would have been more than one person there to help because I was getting busy but all at all the service wasnt too bad meaning you had to wait a little bit it would have been nice to know that I could have paid my AT&t bill cable internet at an AT&t store Thats the only bummer
This store was a politely interesting encounter. Martin Hanna, the store manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made the experience better, due to the fact this store is about 85 degrees no mater the day! I would say if they could fix this, the store would be a 100% comfortable place!

Stopped in with my boyfriend yestersay to switch him onto mine and my sisters phone plan. Moe was very informative and helpful with getting him into the new note 10+. I switched from Android to iPhone and Jason at this store made me very comfortable switching. Martin helped me really understand my new phone but It’s takes some getti used to. They gave me and Offered me water and made me feel like family. I came to get afradavid for insurance. I was here for 3 hours because of the problems I had with the old phone. He was so patient and I’m blessed with this amazing store and the staff
Today I went into the AT&T store on middlebelt and was greeted with enthusiasm and excitement which set the tone for the rest of our experience that day. Jason, Ryan, and Pete were all excellent and knowledgeable I highly recommend all 3 of the reps and the store. 10 out of 10 will shop there again.

My mom sister and I came in thinking about switching to at&t and Noah answered all of our questions, explained everything, got us the phones we wanted and even stayed after closing hours to finish the transaction. The best costumer service at a phone service center that we have ever received.

I had issues with my phone and was completely locked out. THE STAFF ON MIDDLEBELT IS PHENIMONAL. all of the guys had interest in my issue especially Jason and Martin. They figured it out. It felt impossible and caused me so much anxiety. I thought this would cost me to buy a new phone but they made sure I left happy. This is the store to d o your business

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Ive had to buy 3 different chargers for my phone in a matter of a month. The last time I went in to this store, not only did they NOT give me my money back for a FAULTY PRODUCT, but the customer serice rep put the broken charger back in the box to re-sell!! Contacting the B.B.B.!!

Was convinced to purchase 2 iPads for only 50.00. Sounded like a good deal. Was told there would be a 10.00 a month charge. Still sounded good. Little did I know that only came with 1gb of data per iPad 45.00 activation fees per iPad. They are scammers and did nothing to help. Called multiple times to speak to a manager and never was called back. Will never go to that store again and as soon as my contract is up I am gone.

The store was awesome! Very clean and well operated. I ran my phone over and thought all of my information was gonna be gone. I ended up getting a great deal on a new phone instead of replacing it thru insurence AND Rabih was somehow able to restore all of my information so quickly. They have a great new staff here that puts customer service above making a big sale. Once they identified my problem, they saved me money on my bill and I have a new phone!

I am writing this review to make sure. He gets recognized for the outstanding customer and tech service we received from him. His commitment for customer service is priority number one.He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional while helping us. He made us aware of all the phone features and also handled the advanced tech support needed for transferring data, upgrading the newsecurity and made sure we were trained with all the necessary time needed to use and enjoy our new phones before leaving the store. 2022-08-06Terrible customer service. Three representatives assisting three customers. When other customers entered store we were never acknowledged. After a few minutes of walking and looking around the store I and two other customer left. Staff still never acknowledged we were leaving .

2022-04-05SHADY SHADY SHADY staff!!!! They added phone lines of service with iPhone 11s that I do not own and without me ever consenting and then took my ford discount off and put a nurse discount on there when I’m not a nurse!!!!! ATT needs to get new staff in here right away because another customer left without buying and I heard one of them said “add a line they won’t ever know” then they laughed!!!! I MOVED MY SIX LINES OF FAMILY PLAN OVER TO VERIZON AFTER THIS NIGHTMARE.

2021-07-17Today my daughter and I went to replace a brand new iPhone. I was a bit irritated at being there as the phone that needed replacing was new - fresh out of the box!My AT&T rep was Jared! He was wonderfully amazing. Excellent customer service skills, calm demeanor, presentation awesome and truly connected to us. We had a few things in common which enhanced the exchange. He even inquired as to my place of employment and signed me up for a discount on my monthly services through my place of employment. Talk about knocking the ball out of the park.This young man is an excellent representative of AT&T as well as his manager, Jason. Both were fantastic. Thank you, Jared! 😊
