Management and staff provided a great experience in switching carriers. Helped picked a plan that is comparable or better from what I currently have. Explained step by step what would show up on the bill. Basically, answered all my concerns with switching over. When coming back for help with transferring the phones they were happy to help. This team was great with resolving my questions/problems.
I had the absolute BEST experience I’ve ever had at any phone store today! Ethan And Kyle were extremely helpful with getting me into a new phone. Everything I asked for was received and more. I have a fantastic new phone and case that I love! It is so nice to have quality customer service! I will definitely recommend this location and these two gentlemen specifically to everyone I know. Their employer should feel very happy to have them on their team! Thanks guys!
Honestly the best experience I have ever had at an phone store. Won’t be going any where else. Came in because my phone went through the washing machine and I needed a phone. I thought they were going to stick it to me on the price since I had no room to negotiate since they knew I needed a phone immediately. The exact opposite! The manager Brayden was the most helpful phone sales man on the planet and got us the best possible deal he could find. Overall a great experience and ATT should be really proud of the customer service this store produces for them!
Ethan provided me with exceptional customer service and was able to answer any question that I had for him regarding my daughter’s cell phone.Back to AT&T New Hudson yesterday to get new phones for me and my daughter. Store manager Branden was outstanding in getting us set up with our new i-phones. Branden took the time to review my data plan to make sure I was getting the best value for my buck. Really appreciate the effort and time in doing that for me. Great store!!!
Came into the New Hudson AT&T store last week and Drew was super helpful and ordered us the phone we needed because it was out of stock. Received our new phone in the mail and brought it in to the store today to be sure we set it up properly and David was awesome, as well! Walked us through every step and helped us learn along the way. Excellent customer service!
Hey I dont normally give 5 stars but will today. These guys did a great job. Even though we mostly knew what we wanted for phone replacements they took the time to look to see if there were any incentives / deals, they made sure everything was set up and all phones worked before we left the store. They were friendly and profession and never once pushed for up sells. They did let us know what was available but did it in a non-pushy way. Keep up the good work guys! The new phones are fantastic.
On June 19th I came into this store to upgrade my iPhone 8 Plus. I was assisted by David. He was very friendly and helpful. He told me that that was a promotion for turning in my current phone. That I would receive $10.00 off for 30 months of my payment plan. I chose to upgrade to an iPhone 11 Pro Max because of this promotion. I was told by David that I would receive a package in the mail from AT&T to mail back my old phone. I told David that the store has always taken my old phone in the past. He told me that they no longer do this. I also expressed that I have had issues in the past when it came to promotions like this. He told me not to worry. Two weeks went by and I received nothing. I called the store and the was told they would look into it and call me back. No one ever called back. This time I called AT&T customer service. The rep I spoke to told me that the store never even requested the return package and that she would get one out to me. I finally received it and mailed my old iPhone 8 Plus back. It was received to the mailing address on July 27th. On August 14th I receive a gift card in the mail for $29.70. I knew that AT&T was trying to tell me that was for the phone I turned in. I called customer service again and after an hour was transferred to a department that was closed. On August 18th I called customer service again and was told that only the store manager could fix the promotion issue. So I called the store again. Spoke to Kendall, she told me that the store manager Branden was on vacation. She sent him an email and copied me on it. By Friday August 28th I had not heard back from Branden so I emailed him myself. By Tuesday September 1st I still had not heard from anyone so I emailed again and then ended up calling. Branden was in, he told me that according to my account I had turned in a broken iPhone 6 which was completely false. I mailed back on iPhone * Plus in great condition. Even David at the store comment on how new my phone still looked. Branden basically told me that there was nothing that he could do for me and that I had to call the loyalty department. There wasnt even let me try this or I can maybe do that It seems like everyone at AT&T just wants to blame the other person and pass the buck without helping the customer. As a manager I am positive there is something that he could do, like calling in himself and getting this straightened out. So now I call the loyalty department and after an hour on the phone I was still not taken care of. They told me that it didnt look like I even mailed a phone back. So which is it I mailed a broken phone back that I do not even own or I didnt at all? Either way the customer service at this store and at AT&T is literally a zero. No calls back, no follow up, nothing. I am far beyond frustrated and disappointed. I have been with this company for 25 years and this is how they treat customers? No one wants to help, no one want to resolve this and go the extra mile for the customer. All I want is the promotion I was promised by David. It is really that simple. Take your business elsewhere and when I mean elsewhere I mean another carrier all together. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau prior to this review and after this I am looking into filing with the Attorney General. I am feed up with lies and very poor customer service. If I could give zero stars I would.

We had a very positive experience with the AT&T store team in New Hudson, MI! I really liked Dave’s supportive management style, Nathan went out of his way to get a specific cell phone for my Mother from another store for us, & Ethan was exceedingly patient in explaining the use of Mom’s new cell to her + loading her contacts & speed dial as well; Thank you very much to each of them!
Customer service is a priority at this AT&T center. The store manager, David, is pleasant and professional. His attention and adjustment to my billing issues convinced me that he cares about his customers concerns and most beneficial phone usage, and I left with a lower monthly fee!bill.
If you have to chose which AT&T store to go to, New Hudson should be the one. Store manager David, and staff, are excellent. Our business has been using this location since day 1 and we are never disappointed. We recently took them about 8 devices for upgrading. Not only did they switch all of our stuff from the old devices to new, they made sure we received any discounts and promotions without asking. Thanks guys!
Kyle and Dave took extra time to go over the new phones and plans with us. They also were able to to save us money on the new plans and phones. Also learned about the first responders plan. They totally helped us with everything and all my crazy questions. Thank you for everything and for taking the extra time to help out! Ill be back for sure. Thank you!
Stopped in the store to pay my cell phone bill and wanted to see why it was over $200 each month for a single line. Kyle and Dave pulled my account up and immediately noticed that I had been paying double the amount I should have. After dealing with AT&T corporate for a short period of time they were able to get my monthly payment cut in half AND my account credited for the 2years I had been overpaying! Definitely will be going back when adding a line or getting new phones!

I had spent numerous hours on the phone with att tech support and had several different Sim cards mailed to me, None of which worked ! Kyle helped point us in the right direction and gave us great advice on a great deal for a iPhone 6s! We are very appreciative of all the wonderful help he provided!!!!
DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE. They will lie to your face, they will have you mail your old phone in for their trade in promos rather than handling it themselves (which goes against their own corporate policy) and they will not help you with any problems. Ive spent 12+ hours on the phone with corporate and theyre also looking into the practices of this particular New Hudson location calling it truly baffling and shady to say the least I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, and am willing to do whatever it takes to make sure this doesnt happen to anyone else.
Don and Kyle repeatly impress us with their problem solving skills. This was the 3rd location we visited trying to solve problems that were about to send us to another provider. They also are kind and respectful to those of us with limited technology knowledge and gray hair. Thank you gentlemen, we continue to be AT&T bundle customers because of you.
At first I didnt like going into cell phone stores but now I stop by and visit because it was such a great experience. Thanks to Kyle he made it a very easy and fast experience I have never had. I would recommend this store to anyone as they are good at helping you with all youe products and needs.

We have always had good service at this store but unfortunately things have changed. From the moment we walked in the person who waited on us, Kyle, seemed apathetic and put out. When trying to discuss adding an SD card to my phone I had to ask him Are you having difficulty paying attention to us? TWICE! Repeatedly he kept turning to watch the basketball game that was on the TV at the back of the store instead of interacting with his customers. Half way through our time there my husband had to lean in toward his face saying I have a question for you, in order to regain his attention. He didnt seem to want to explain things and we found out later what he was telling us was incorrect. If there was a manager on site, he didnt seem concerned about the difficulty we were having with his employee. We were so frustrated we left and drove to Brighton to a different AT&T store. (Kyle if you are reading this, you dont have to do multiple clicks in settings to access photos you store on an SD card. They can be made available in one touch through your gallery like any other photos) . Hats off to Brandy at our new AT&T store in Brighton for her patience and for solving my phone issues.
Don and Kyle were very helpful in solving my phone issue and went out of there way to make sure I got the right color and size. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a phone or tv services. They are very helpful in answering all of your questions and concerns and are there for you when you need them.
Our Sales persons name was Joe and very friendly and helpful. Would work with him again anytime. His bosses name is Joe also and I witnessed him do a very nice thing for a elderly person. He told her she would not like or use a smart phone and to stick with her flip phone after one of the other sales people had tried to sell her a smart phone. All she wanted to do wss make phone calls. She left happy with a new flip phone.

Warning: make sure you read the contract you are signing before leaving this store because your sales rep may not be entirely clear on what youre signing. I was informed about a promotion that involves getting a brand new iPad mini 2 with the purchase of a new iPhone 7 for $50. I said yes with intention of selling it, which I told the sales rep at the store, his name is Joe. I sold the iPad, as I said in the store and intended to do from the beginning, and went to the ATT store to cancel it and turns out the iPad mini 2 is on a data contract for 2 years and I cant cancel the line. Furthermore, I was told the extra line would be $10 a month when in fact it is an extra $40 a month for unlimited data plan I am on and wasnt even told the iPad mini would have a phone number. I hope this information protects others from going through the same dishonest service that I had to experience.

2021-12-07I will never go back into this store. Initially they were very helpful in helping me upgrade my phone plan and order a new phone. When my phone arrived, I decided I wanted a different color. I called and asked the best way to do that. The new phone was in all the original packaging, never opened. They said I can mail it in, can’t return it at the store, and there is a $55 restock fee. None of that made sense to me. When I called the 1-800 number, they said the store should be able to return it and there shouldn’t be a restock fee if it’s unopened. I called the store back and they were far from helpful. They stated I can buy a different case if I don’t like the color and that it’s Apple’s policy once the phone is sold they can’t return it because it cannot be resold and it will be trash if I return it. Made no sense due to the chip shortage that they would throw away a brand new untouched phone. I ended up calling the Novi store and they were so helpful, returned the phone for me and ordered me the one I wanted, no restock fee because the phone was unopened (BTW the At&t website states “no restock fee for unopened Apple phones”). Also they informed me the New Hudson store added a fifth number to my account after they stated numerous times they were not doing that and basically were charging us more for that. I was told at the initial purchase of the phone there would be a return slip in the box so I could return my current phone and there was not. The 1-800 number said the store would be able to help me with that and they were clearly just unwilling to help with anything. The New Hudson store is practicing poor business habits, resulting in scamming people and unhappy customers. They are giving At&t a bad image and they are unwilling to work with people, in addition to not knowing company policies and giving out false information. No wonder it’s always empty in there when I have gone in. I would not suggest anyone shops in the New Hudson location if they want an easy and honest process.
