AT&T Store in other cities:
I came in to upgrade my phone and my wife’s phone. Noah and Matt both helped me and went above and beyond what I had expected. It’s rare to find someone who will take the time to sit down with you, talk about your bill, save you money AND get you exactly what you wanted. That’s not even mentioning how friendly they both are. This was a fantastic experience and I know that if I ever need anything else, they’re getting my business!
Forest and Jared were AWESOME! They were very patient and helped our family find the best upgrades for each of the four of us, taking great care to make sure we were all individually happy with our upgrade choices. Additionally, Jared did an amazing job of working through an upgrade on my sons phone that proved to be very difficult, patiently working with my son and the device for multiple hours until finally reaching a resolution that secured all the data and migrated it to the new device. They also worked to make sure we got the best deal possible. Overall, we are very happy with their customer service and would gladly recommend them - if you’re looking for AT&T service and live in the Plymouth area -0 this is your store. If you live a little farther away - I would still encourage you to make the trip - you will not be disappointed!
I walked in this store for under sixty seconds and then left.But... I still smell exactly like the store! My mask, my clothes, my hair....There was a very strong stench of cheap fragrance. A spray can of Febreze sat on a table and a table top solid/canister air freshener was perched amongst the phones. The employee told me that many customers like it. You know what? Many people like cheeseburgers also, but that doesnt mean I should be forced to consume one when I walk through the door.I came for four new phones and a new cellular carrier. I did not come in to have public restroom caliber fragrance liberally applied to and in my body and lungs.I dont know what theyre trying to cover up with that mess, but if you dont want to leave smelling like a pallet of scented tampons, you might also choose to shop elsewhere. If you have asthma or suffer from migraines, it probably isnt safe for you either.
I received superb customer service, here.Derek patiently & thoroughly explainedthe details & charges of my new ATT plan -saving me money !Then, he promptly authorized an exchangeof an iPhone 6 S when that phone surprisinglyoverheated & had difficulty holdinga charge.(My first defective Apple product - ever !)He even stayed well after closing to help mecomplete the exchange & configurationof my new iPhone.I watched him interact with other customers &staff.Happily, exceptional customer service is routine.
Mark and Marcus helped my son set up his new phone yesterday. It was complicated, and it took us a while. These guys were so patient, kind, and funny - we actually had fun while we were there! I would never have been able to set up his account the way Marcus did. Great experience.
Both my sister and I visited the Plymouth location in order for us to get new phones and renew our contract with AT&T. Jack helped us and went above and beyond through the entire process and made it easier than it was. He was very helpful and we got what we wanted! Excellent service and results for which we are thankful!
I just upgraded my very old iPhone. I was so pleased with my experience at the Plymouth AT&T. My associate, Jack S., was wonderful!! Patient, knowledgeable, kind and thorough. He really listened and got me into the phone I wanted and the memory I needed. I strongly recommend this store and Jack. Very grateful for Jack, his help and his kind spirit!!
Forest helped me from the time the store opened until after the doors closed. He went well above and beyond for me and my company Falcon Film Studios. His effort was pivotal in our success. It’s employees like Forest that make make a mega corporation feel like the local home town shop. Employees like him are the reason I will continue to do business with at&t (12 years strong)
Signed up for a bogo deal changed our numbers went w a new plan etc. Went back up there to verify bogo bc it wasn’t applied yet. Another representative changed our plan to where our bogo was no longer valid and swindled is out of one of our new phones. Wouldn’t go with att any longer broken trust like that will never be fixed.
Ive been to this store on three separate occasions but have never been actually helped as I always leave after waiting for 30 mins. No more than 2 workers in here ever, so I am not sure if they are just understaffed or just taking their sweet time. It took them 15 mins to acknowledge my presence after I had walked into the store with a we will be right with you
Nicole Casper , saved me today. AT&T should try to clone this young lady. She went far beyond her duties she stayed with me until my problems with my phone was solved. Please give her the credit and promotion she deserves. She is excellent in customer service which is Human Service. Do what you must to keep her , Ive been with AT&T since 1994, your customer service just improved because you have Nicole Casper working for your company. ...Debra Fisshaye Michigan
Skeptical of signing contractsI have to first start by saying , I have been a at&t customer since 1997. My very first phone was with at&t and my phone now is with at&t , ive been through a lot of changes with this company from when it was cingular and even when cell phones offered free nights and weekends when calling. With that said I vowed after getting my iPhone 4 that I would never sign another contract w a cell phone company again since they had all decided that they were either going to make you sign a contract and or make monthly installments to pay for your phone. This made me angry that they no longer were offering to give their customers a free phone just for having their service . Iphones were way too expensive for me to just buy out right and I didnt want to pay for one monthly either so I started buying my phones used , usually through ebay . It wasnt until at&t decided to run their special buy one get one free and I walked into the Plymouth Michigan store that I would have even considered signing another contract with this company . If at&t would hire more employees like Jack they would probably have double the customers within a year. Jack is a no nonsense type of person when explaining things. He made everything understandable to me which in turn I signed a 2 year contract with at&t and I now have a new iPhone 8 . The customer service in this store was excellent . I have to say that Ramy , the manager of the store, was also very helpful and made me feel comfortable to sign the contract too. All stores should be like this , the atmosphere was great , all the employees were extremely polite and helpful , and most importantly they all knew their facts!! Nothing worse than someone trying to sell a product when they no 0 about it!
Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Lilly and Ford. I have nothing against at&t and I would even say they have better coverage in this area in general. This is a authorized retailer not owned by at&t. The Ford one is a company store. If you have an issue, like I did, you will just be shunned away. I was told a lie about how much my bill for a single line phone plan and a discount with my employer would be. I changed to another provider within 3 days and I ended up losing money. The manager was not helpful and even after assuring me that my bill would be around $60, I got a preliminary bill from att showing $101 there next day. I come in the same day I saw the bill and the manager acts like he told me my employer doesnt work for the unlimited plan I purchased. He then tries to convince me Im just spending a couple more dollars and $15 will be deducted but 101-15 does not equal around $60. I switch over to another provider the next day and luckily I called customer service and they informed me I wouldnt be charged for anything because of how fast I dropped that plan. I called them the day after I switched. Before I called them I went to the corporate store and they were a lot more knowledgeable and friendly and helped me out a lot. My bill was settled but the store charged me $15 dollars for a sim card which the corporate store said they would only charge $5 and according to the customer service, it wouldve been free if I got a plan through them. All that was left was to return the Sim card I had for 3 days and was sold with false pretenses and I wouldve come out with just a minor credit check and a lot of wasted time but as I was saying, they were not helpful and would not refund me. I asked the manager if he could ask anyone else and he said he asked his boss and he also told him not to return the sim card. I went to the corporate store and they informed me they couldve returned it if I bought it from their store. Sadly I made the choice to come here. The Canton store has more gadgets and gizmos anyways because its cooperate owned. Again nothing against at&t but this store is not one you should go to. I was quick to fix their issue but even then they did not want to help or do good by their wrong. Too much manipulation and small things that dont add up. Find a corporate store near you
I am one of the 1st customers of the AT&T TV, making its debut March 2nd, 2020. I stopped by this specific store a week before the AT&T TV introduction and spoke with Matt Kunka. I explained to Matt weve been a Direct TV customer for approximately 12 years, but fed up with their price increases and my recent phone conversation with Direct TV Loyalty, who was a total jerk and not willing to provide any kind of promo price. Matt then introduced me to the AT&T TV product coming out March 2nd, I was sold. This wireless TV system does not use a satellite dish, but communicates with your in house internet system. To set up, connect a HDMI cable to your TV and plug in its power cord. DONE. The unit walks you through the setup process including the remote control, which has voice commands. The latest and greatest!I HIGHLY recommend you go to THIS AT&T Authorized Retailer, at 1043 Ann Arbor Rd, in Plymouth and meet Matt Kunka. AT&T TV is offering great packages during this introduction period. Tell Matt, Ed sent you in.
By far the worst possible place to try to deal with. I went in with a screwed up iPad and was talked into a new phone to save money on the iPad. I was so overcharged for the next three months it was unbelievable They were supposed to mail in my iPhone and they never did so I was charged over $225 for a phone they have. The manager kid he is a joke and has lied to my face numerous times. I do not have enough time to try to deal with these people anymore. Needless to say as soon as I can I will be high tailing it to another company. So very sad that a company this size allows this to go on. Stay clear of this store
Horrible upselling experience. These people just oooz used car salesmen aura. Don’t not go here unless you like being robbed, upsold all the while they high five each other behind your back. AT&T will hear from me on their loose franchising standards. They just lost my business forever.
Fantastic place with fantastic employees. Such helpful young men . I was helped by jack Garcia stamp who was attentive And seemed like he really cared about making sure I was well set up and taken care of , he was funny and did his job right , what more can you ask for in an employee.
Horrible experience with the store manager at this location. He was rude to not only me but the associates working there, he was condescending and disrespectful. I went in there to move my service from Verizon but after how I seen I would be treated from what I was told was the new manager, who is just a kid, I will just stay with Verizon, I recommend everyone does the same if this is going to be your home store.
Marcus is a great person he know his apple products I’m telling you go to him before you go to the apple store he is the best it’s almost nothing Marcus can’t do I love Marcus he rocks stop by AT&T Plymouth before you go to a apple store Jason’s is a great man as well and it never packed and they help always
Rabih is the BEST!!! Please ask for him when you visit this location. He will explain everything to you thoroughly, find you the best product in your budget, and assist you like youre the most important customer hes ever had!!! If Robih is with another customer when you walk in, do yourself a favor and wait- hes well worth it 😉

2022-03-21My mom went in with Uverse questions (I know, they don’t do anything with that, she is very confused) and was talked into a new phone (she is very confused) with a big bill which she did not need. Her and I went in to get details and we were told they will take it back. She returned it the next day but they never processed it so she is getting bills for a phone she returned. No clue what they did with the phone and we I’ve spent several hours talking to customer service but not getting far. Please watch what you do if you go here.Feel free to shop here just make sure you don’t get taken advantage of like she did.

2020-11-15We went to 3 AT&T stores this evening. The first one closed 2 hours early with no note on the door or on google. The second one was so full they had a wait list and asked us to leave the building to wait out side. We still have not received a call yet and they closed 20 minutes ago. The third one, we called ahead and was told there was 2 people in the store. We drove to the store and was able to walk right in and be helped. Noah, upgraded 4 phones, added 2 more lines and put protection on the phones in about an hour. He had a great attitude and a nice sense of humor. He also was super knowledgeable about all the products. We will definitely remember this store next time or if someone ask where to go we will say the AT&T store in Plymouth across from Lee’s Chicken and make sure to ask for Noah.

2021-09-03I came into the Plymouth store yesterday Because I got phone service from a different AT&T store. Long story short my bill was a lot higher than I anticipated it being. I know it wasn’t TJ or Noah’s mistake but I didn’t want to go back to the store that I originally want to do the poor service. TJ and Noah went over my bill Piece by piece and explained everything to me. They even got me a military discount to bring my bill down a little more. Noah brought up my DIRECTV and Internet bill as well because I was paying a lot for it, he got me switched over to Direct Tv streaming. And save me another $40 on my TV service. When I say these guys go above and beyond for their customers to give them the best deal possible, that is the truth and I Will only recommend the store

2021-09-03Tj and Noah are keepers! They helped me get set up with my first smart phone after coming from another store that was very rude to me called me stupid and had me in tears for asking questions about my phone but Tj and Noah were far from that they were nothing but excellent and understanding in all aspects. Tj constantly lets me know if there is anything I ever need not to hesitate to come in and see us! (Tj and Noah) these guys truly go the extra mile to help us seniors get familiar with our phones! So hard to find young people that are willing to sit down and help you learn your new smart phone these days..Thank you so much Tj & Noah

2020-07-11I needed to upgrade my existing iPhone 8 to a better device for taking pictures with a wide angle lens. I called and spoke with Noah and he was very informative and walked me thru my options on the phone. I drove to the store and met him at the arranged time. I had to wait in my vehicle until he was free, but he kept me updated by coming out to my car. Once inside, I noticed the store was very clean and he efficiently and effectively took me thru my options and we did a number of test photos. Noah transferred my data from the old to the new phone in a matter of minutes. It was an excellent experience. Thanks Noah!

2019-12-05My wife and I went out shopping for phones last night. Our goal was to visit all 4 carriers and make a decision. Our 1st stop was this AT&T store. Matt was very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. After getting our quote we went off to do some price matching. We ended up coming back to AT&T and this time we were helped by Matt, Noah and the District Manager.(Sorry I cant remember his name) All 3 Gentleman were so helpful, patient and more than friendly. Their customer service went above and beyond. I was so impressed that I am sending my parents to this store tonight so they can update their phones also. Thank you Matt, Noah and the rest of the team that made us switching to AT&T a very pleasant experience.

2021-03-14Disgusted. Walked in there to possible add 1 line and upgrade our phones. Walked out with what were told was a great deal?! 2 bills later our amount has doubled after being told it would not change, being billed for 3 phones that we were told were free when we added w lines, which we did. Told initially our trade in was fine, and one needed a screen repair. Came back to be told the 2nd trade in was not eligible and told to go buy a eligible phone for trade in...or repair a small crack in the back of the phone (which was there when we were the first time, told it was eligible).. Still my discounts have not been credited nor have they been applied on either bill like I was told. We are leaving ATT, as is many of our family and friends after this experience.
