I just want to give a shoutout to this store. I was extremely well taken care of in the store. Ryan helped me with accessories and make sure my time was Valued. I come to this location above all others. The good service is nothing shy of excellent. I will be bad as always.
9.16.21 I had come in to switch phone services and get a new phone. Ive never felt more welcomed by a company in my life. Jay and Theresa were over the moon kind. They answered any question I had and took the time to have actual conversation aside from just business talk. I highly recommend coming to them for your phone needs. I will definately make my way back for future services!
Purchased a screen protecter from Amazon and was told at 2 different att stores they could not put it on, after waking into this location not only did Teresa and ray help but they lowered my monthly bill and also got me a new line for my daughter. Great place do to business.
After a visit with Norman the district manager all of my issues were resolved professionally and kindly. He was very informative and understanding to the situation and made sure I got the same great deal that I was getting with even more features added. It is his kind of customer service that will make me a return customer for years to come. I highly recommend coming to this store for anything you might need for your mobile phones.
Just moved to Michigan from Canada and signed up for att. Gio our sales rep was amazing and provided me and mu husband with excellent service. The store manager Ray went above and beyond for us as well and did a great job managing a store full of people, I totally recommended you go see these guys If youre in the market for a new phone.
I recently came in to add a new line to my account and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I was offered. The staff is incredibly helpful, they even went over my plan and saved me money in the process. This store is clean and everyone was very professional. I will be back to shop here again and highly recommend.
This is the only store my husband and I will go to. Customer service is above and beyond. Scott and Jacob have been outstanding in helping solve issues in the past and this has been the reason we keep coming back to this store. Michael has absolutely no idea what he is doing and neither did his coworker. I just wanted to port in my number from another carrier, I had to go to the store twice in one day to do this. They never checked when I left to see if my phone was working and they ended up giving me a completely new number. So I go in to try and fix this , they say theyre not going to help me. After HOURS on the phone, I find out in order to get my number I originally wanted to keep , I have to pay another $75 , because of Michaels error.
Norman and Jacob made switching from Sprint to AT&T painless today. Been with Sprint since 2007 and finally left because the service with them is so bad. I was nervous about switching over thinking it would be complicated but the customer service at this location was excellent. They got me a new phone, new plan, and everything transferred way faster than I expected .
New phone after one month having network issues with apps? I stopped in the store to be confronted by an employee. Which basically did nothing to help me didnt even try to get on his tablet to check for any network issues nothing. He told me to go to where I bought the phone and return it. I thought I could stop at any store and get help?
Manager, Rita, was great! She was able to check into available promotions for my ATT services. She also let me know when new promotions would be available. I was very upset when I was in the store, but Rita listened, and was concerned, and actually helped! Thank you Rita!
If I could give zero stars, I would. First I was not greeted when I entered, instead I was gawked at for atleast 30 seconds then Jacob told me someone would be with me shortly. I waited at the register, Alexis approached and asked how can she help me. I told her I was interested in a business account, she then asked what was my business and where was it. I answered. She then asked did I have supporting documents, I pulled them out my bag. Jacob was flagged down and he looked over my paperwork and then said they would start the process. Alexis started the application but failed miserably. She couldn’t even enter my tax id in properly, she didn’t want to help me and she profiles me before I even opened my mouth. She then told me that my tax id kept saying error and that I should go to another store. Does ATT know you guys are turning away business accounts? They do now. You both should be fired for incompetency and judging me based on my skin color. Alexis also snapped a picture of me and my husband as we were leaving. That is what prompted me to call corporate and leave this review.
Im impressed! The customer service I experienced at this store is one of my best experiences with retail yet. Thank you Mora for helping me with all my needs. I used to be scared to walk into a cell phone store because of the horrendous service I would get but not anymore. I found my AT&T store and I wont be going to any other one... I highly recommend this store to all!
I was misinformed by this store manager and her 2 employees in February when I did the switcher offer. The information they told me regarding the ATT payback was totally incorrect. And due to the extremely slow process by ATT to pay us back, I just found out now - 5 months after switching - that I LOST $815. And to add to the miserly, ATT customer care supervisor Sarah told me 3 days ago that she cannot do anything for me to help me with my financial loss. Sarah said to go back to the store, which is useless since the manager I dealt with and her 2 assistants were replaced in March by new employees . I told Sarah that the store manager of the Rochester ATT store should have given me the correct info in Feb, and she replied that the fine print protects ATT. Therefore, ATT is logically correct, yet I consider them morally wrong, and I was a fool for listening to the store manager. Totally unacceptable from this store .... and shame on ATT for not standing by their store managers promises. I am at a loss and ATT customer care does NOT care.

2022-08-03Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible experience, untrained staff and not willing to help unless your purchasing something new. Just needed help with paring my watch to my phone and their unwillingness to help was made well aware, fairly certain being a franchise store had much to do with this. Ray the store manager needs to go back to customer service training 101. Left this store and went to a Troy location. Not only did they fix my paring issue but I spent $300 on accessories after being assisted by 2 lovely sales associates.

2022-06-18So I don’t leave reviews super often but I was so frustrated with my experience I wanted to disclose. I stopped by with my mom in the hope of buying a flip phone outright. Theresa (?) assisted us, but she quickly informed me the only way to switch to a flip phone was to pay off my entire balance on my current phone. Which would make sense if I was trying to upgrade or trade-in perhaps, but if you are using an old phone or an unlocked phone I’ve never known this to be the case. This would mean if you lose your phone or break it you need to pay it off before using an old unlocked phone?Regardless, she was adamant that this was the case, not at all helpful, didn’t even offer to order one (as they didn’t have any in stock) and was more focused on ensuring she got the commission from a sale with my mom. She was ill-informed and unhelpful and overall wasted my time. I went to the AT and T in Troy on Rochester road and they helped me in less than ten minutes! Perhaps the other employees at are better-so that is why I didn’t give them one star….

2022-08-10I came in because att was charging me for roaming because I live near marine city, ray the store manager changed my plan and get me free calls to and from Canada, best part he saved me money, got me into a s22 for freeeeeeee. I absolutely recommend you go see this guy, oh and let me add that he also made my new phone have everything the old device did and got me all set up. Thank you so much

2022-08-04Do not ever go to this store! Lazy and all they do is sit in back taking on the phone whole I waited hours! This company is a total joke- use Tmobile instead if you must use at&t go to any other store. The manager Brett has to go for anything to change

2019-11-10Alexis was extremely professional and knowledge. She helped us upgrade 3 phones and was very patient when we had questions and made the whole process easy for us. The store is very clean, and the other employees in there were polite and moved through the other customers quickly without seeming to be rushing them. Well done.
