I went to set up a new line and Nancy was the best help. She explained everything and made sure I was happy before leaving the store. If you go make sure you see Nancy, you will not be disappointed!!
So I would like to start off by saying this is a great company I have been with them for over an year now. Now for me it’s the quality service that I received across the board, However on individual at the story in Troy. James Cook-Ross his quality service and none stop intent to help has been unmatched and undeniable. Every time I need help with my account it advancements he has had A1 or 5 star service. I don’t live in the area currently but thanks to him through phone calls and his mobile link I have been able to always got through him for all my AT&T service needs . As long as I am with the company he will be my main contact and this should be for a very long time or forever 😂. I hope to visit this great store soon and work with James in person again. As a server of 3 years I know good customer service and felt I it was most definitely worth leaving a powerful review. If your going to the Troy AT&T location ask for James C-R!
Tony has been very hospital and is very knowledgeable about products. He helped my family switch over from Sprint and has kept us up to date regarding any promotions and campaigns.Any questions I have had regarding my plan, Tony has always helped me out and educated me about policy details and such.Their costumer service is always great and would highly recommend!
I am so pleased with the service at this particular store. I am even more impressed with James, the assistant manager, who never failed to impress me. He is bright, motivated, helpful In so many ways. Big thank you!

I recently moved into the area and I came into the store to check out the local AT&T store. I was welcomed warmly with a young man name James. He was really nice and made me feel like I was a neighbor and a friend. He helped me restore my phone and reconnect my service. I asked if he was a manager, because it was almost crazy how he had everything under control. I really thank James for making me and my family’s experience worthwhile.
I recently bought an IPhone 12 from James and he was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to my purchase. He broke down the various features that came with the new iPhone that not only meet my needs but helped me to understand why the new iPhone would be the superior phone versus other phones. Service was 10/10 and would definitely recommend his service to others. Also, he should get a raise.
I went into the store with lots of questions on which phone to upgrade to. Anthony was very helpful with all my questions and was so patient to finding the right one for me. He was also super friendly which made me not feel pressured or rushed into just buying something. It was a wonderful experience during such a busy time of the year!
I switched services from sprint to AT&T and was very worried about the experience I would have. Anthony made this experience a wonderful one! He treated me like I was a lifelong customer of his. Coming to the AT&T store in Troy has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I wish I can give 10 stars!! This store was super helpful!! The three gentlemen there were very nice, knew what they were talking about and made sure I understood what my plan benefits were. Great services!! Very friendly staff. James helped to resolved my problems with Billing issuing and discount offer that was not applying when I changed my plan over the phone a month ago. He took his time and went above and beyond to resolve issue. There was other gentleman also there in the store and he also provided guidance also on the issue. Both were very helpful!!!!!
Was the best service I’ve received by far, the workers sat for 4 hours try to help me with my phone doing any an everything they could think of. They even ruined 2 new phones just to try to help me out even tho it didn’t work they still didn’t give up. They tried everything until eventually they found something that work now I successfully received a brand new phone thanks to the devoted hard working employees.
I hate dealing with cellular companies, but Anthony made my time there enjoyable. He was friendly and very helpful. Competent and patient since I had a couple questions. I would recommend coming here even if its out of the way.
Minus the slight delay with the construction to get there, was well worth the trip, they DO KNOW what there are doing there. Anthony helped me out with a broken iPad service and also to open a new Mobile service. Fast and efficient ! Helps too that the store was super clean!

I have found my go-to AT&T cell phone store! I can honestly say that the service and level of knowledge at this location is far above MANY locations I have been too in the past. I’ve had a cell phone for over 15 years and have dealt with countless stores and associates and this store did not stress me out or give me an attitude like I’m just a sale. I no longer have anxiety when I have to think about going to the cell phone store in fact, I look forward to going because I know that my problem will be fixed, and I won’t get hustled. They make things very clear on what to expect and give me the feeling that they want to help first before they just sell me something. The store manager Anthony has been in cell phones for many years and it shows. He is very smart and makes sure everyone is serviced in the store. I’m very happy that this store is here.

I have just recently moved to Troy and needed to change up my phone plan for a decent price(Verizon was taxing tooth and nail). I walked into this store branch and I was dumbfounded at how great the service was. From being immediately greeted at the door to having someone walk me through the whole process of choosing a plan. One of the employees, Anthony, was really patient in explaining everything to me and had me walking out that door with a new iphone12 within 30 mins of me entering. Even when he left to the back to grab me the phone, other employees were offering their assistance. Couldn’t be happier with the switch. If you ever need a new phone,plan, or having any issues with your current phone I highly recommend this branch and Anthony!

2022-06-07My new SIM card strangely wasn’t making or receiving phone calls.The manager Anthony went out of his way and made sure I get a new SIM card. The ID verification wasn’t going through due to ATTs network. But he verified all the phone and SIM card details and issued me a new sim.

2021-12-13Such a great experience; I had gone in to update my phone service and get a new phone, I was quickly approached by the sweetest and most helpful employee Nancy, she was quick in assisting me and showing me all AT&T had to offer, she helped compare my existing plan to my new and current plan, and she even walkthrough the spec differences between each phone. Furthermore, Nancy is such an amazing employee if you get a chance to catch Nancy on your shift then you are golden. Nancy is very passionate about her job and very friendly and is willing to help. Nancy’s customer service is beyond spectacular and I haven’t seen anyone so driven and passionate. She is a team player willing to put you first. I would highly suggest this store just because of how I was treated and valued as a customer I will be visiting Nancy again if I need anything 10/10 on all cylinders.

2021-11-20James and Nanssy were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a really pleasant conversation with James while I was waiting for my data to transfer to my new phone. My 5 year old son was with me and Nanssy kept him entertained and even found a show for him to watch on the big TV. Theres about 5 AT&T stores within 5 miles of my house and this has been my best experience.
