I have owned my Audi for almost 5 yrs and have always had a terrible experience with any Audi dealer I went to for service. I purchased the service package and I used to dread going to Audi for anything. The employees would treat you like they were doing you a favor. The first time it changed in years was when I happened to see Emily the advisor. She is simply amazing and they had my car finished when she was supposed to. They even valeted it back to my house. Super friendly and just a great experience. I have a different outlook because of Emily. .
I used to be a very big fan of this dealership and would actually recommend friends and family to receive service from this dealership. I think after Covid something has happened to the technicians that were previously working because they have not been to the highest quality. The front office portion where they take your information are very polite but lack the insight into the technical aspects of car repair. Im very upset with how my last visit to the dealership went. I had come into the dealership to install a RS style grille and order a new front windshield. Granted they do not install front windshields; they only order the part and have a 3rd party company install. They charged me 100 dollars over what going directly to the installation company would have cost me which was unfortunate but expected with a dealership (I had to pay for the windshield earlier just to get it). Now for the grille, I warned that it was an aftermarket component and that it would require removal of the front bumper (a little more attention than a routine replacement). They assured me they could get the job done. I was gone for a week for a work trip, so as soon as I returned, I went to get the car. They had not warned me that a support section of the previous grille would leave a silver bar behind the grille. I had requested to be notified if this was the case so when the grille was off, I could paint. They neglected my request. I came to pick up the car and at first was happy they were able to install the grille (aside from the silver showing through) with minimal fitment issues. I noticed they had conducted a complementary wheel alignment. I paid and left and instantly noticed that the car was making horrendous noises. The steering felt insanely heavy, and I could barely drive the car. I took the car home and assumed it might be the ambient air filter might be adjusting. The car was leaking green liquid (power steering fluid) underneath when I parked it overnight. I took it back and the manager stated that my power steering fluid was just low. The car is under 60xxx miles and is leaking fluid like crazy. I was frustrated and irritated that they gave me a wheel alignment and had failed to notice that the POWER STEERING wasnt working. I explained that the order of these problems had something to do with the service preformed, I was dismissed and told they would look into the issue. The ambient air filter was not plugged in and somehow, overnight my power steering had gone completely bad. After coming back the 3rd time they stated I needed a whole new power steering system and that in no way it was their fault. Whole situation was fishy. I went to two mechanics afterword to get their opinion. The first was overbooked but just looking down he could see mist spraying from the hose and stated theres no way that the power steering is bad, and they probably dropped a wrench and dislodged a cable. His words not mine. The second mechanic solved the problem by moving the power steering line further onto the pumps feed and put two clamps to secure the line. Problem solved. No power steering pump issues, just a loose line. I know this is quite a bit to write but find a good mechanic. Ive overlooked some problems Ive had with this dealership. They do a great job at procuring parts and selling cars, but dont go to them for service or repairs. Burns a whole in your pocket and they arent the same as experts. Honestly, maybe they were genuine, but not being able to tell that the power steering was shot before handing me my keys back, stating that everything was all green raised a major red flag for me. If they had warned me prior to sitting in my car and had acknowledged my concerns, I would not be writing this.
Audi Farmington Hills Service Department is nothing short of outstanding!! Customer Service Excellence throughout the process of bringing in my Audi for service, beginning with a prompt greeting, thorough analysis of my service issues and ensuring the customer is completely satisfied with the service received. Emily is a fantastic Service Advisor that knows her job well and goes above and beyond to provide customer service excellence!
Took car in to repair the A/C and was provided with a brand new loaner in the meantime. Quick and friendly customer service. Provided a detailed and honest walk through video of issues found and repair options. Convenient to select repair options through website and messaging.
Jerron is the best! Compared to other Audi dealerships, Audi Farmington Hills is top notch. They are accommodating, friendly and keep you updated. They resolve issues in a fair manner and I always feel well taken care of for service/maintenance and with their customer service!
Audi Farmington Hills is by far the worst Audi dealership I have ever encountered. Audi service doesnt call you back, and when you call them, they have zero knowledge as to what is going on with your vehicle. Their managers do not return phone calls. My Q7 has been tied up with warranty work, a repair that has been done for the third time in two years. The service advisors seem to have better things to do than provide service. We plan to find a better dealership/service department, which will increase our drive, but this isnt worth the close proximity. Hopefully, they get their act together. As of 4/12/2022, the Audi Q7 that was supposed to be repaired and was returned to us a few days ago is having exactly the same problem again. This was warranty work that took three weeks to get completed, with no loaner vehicle to replace our primary car for a family of seven. Now youre scheduled to pick up the Q7 again tomorrow, and still no loaner. So far, youre not representing the Audi brand very well.
We purchased beautiful Audi .It was amazing experience with Marino ,he made the experience very enjoyable and easy, he want out of his way to accommodate us we really thank whole heartily for his wonderful service and we will recommend him to all family members and friends. He is a men with integrity.
The service department sucks. I took my car in to be serviced for a coolant issue and they were absolutely no help, they kept my car for several days, no loaner, no nothing and said they couldnt find anything wrong(clearly something going on because where is the coolant going), but kept trying to charge for something thats suppose to be covered under warranty. They didnt even fix what they were told to fix neither did they fix the coolant problem. Jessica has a bad attitude, she gives you the runaround, and ducks and dodges your calls and the mechanics are no better. They even wanted to charge $900 for an oil change. If I could give this place negative stars, I definitely would, so irritated!!!!! If you cant give service advice, have better attitudes with customers or fix cars then what are you doing?!!!!!
I bought Q3 around Sep21. Its has driven only about 7500miles. In Mid May 2022 the AC didnt KO and wasnt able to start at all. Reached out to service at the dealership, they kept for 2 days and then returned the car saying that there was a minor leak from the pressure switch The gasket was assembled upside down. Didnt know there is no control in Audis part quality. Anyway, its been 5~6 weeks and I was travelling for the last 4 weeks. So drove after 4 weeks and the AC doesnt cool, just hot air. Called the service department and the comment was that they cant get the car in until sometime in August so I loose another month without AC especially in this hot weather even after paying for a premium brand and for a premium car. And then they claim that they care. I asked for the Service manager, only voice mail. Left VM - no call back. Called the Sales Manager - same only VW and no call back. This is so bad. I wont recommend buying Audi to anyone in my network. This is a worst customer service/care experience. I had even submitted my comments on their web portal but no one contacted me. I dont know how they manage their customer base.
I have been searching to purchase a vehicle for a while and finally made our first Audi purchase this week. Marino helped us through it all and he was very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. This made the process of car buying much better! He responded quickly and attended to all of our questions. Thank you Marino!
I had the best car buying experience at Audi Farmington Hills with the most helpful sales person, Mr. Marino Touma. I hate shopping for cars. I went to Volvo, Infiniti, BMW….. They didn’t seem interested to help me…. I went to Audi and expected to see the same. But Marino was very sincere and helpful. So I happily bought A5 there.
I made an appointment to have them diagnose my Audi S6 they said it’s $170 fee to find out what’s wrong with her, next day they called and said they couldn’t find out what’s wrong and they need to charge additional 3 hours of labor and replace the battery so they can find out the problem. I decided to take it somewhere else due to their lack of knowledge in these cars, when I got the car back from the dealership they didn’t put back the parts they took off(last pic shows how they got the car) ..I found screws and covers sitting here and there some broken parts while they were taking them off and the engine cover sitting on my rear seat. How can you not put the parts back where they were? Totally unprofessional. Never going there again for any service on any of my Audis. The lady who was working with me on the phone was nice and professional.
I had the pleasure of working with Z on my new A5. She was very attentive to my needs, budget, specs, timeline and gave me everything I wanted in the car, specially that I had a very specific spec I wanted in the A5. It was the best Audi buying/leasing experience I have ever had. She was very proactive and delivered on their promise to deliver the car on time and collect my trade in.Audi Farmington Hills will certainly be my go to Audi for my next car. They are very customer service oriented. Five stars to them
Marino Touma is a breath of fresh air! This young man has excellent manners, and is extremely professional. Buying and/or leasing a new car can be stressful, but he made my decision an easy one. The time he spent before, during and after the sale making sure I was satisfied with my purchase spoke volumes. He definitely went the extra mile. Thank you Marino. Wishing you much success in your future! Loving my new Audi!!!!
Hassle-free, convenient, prompt and courteous service. Jessika remained in constant touch pre, during and after service - well deserving of five star recognition. Got to love the fact they put customer first. Thank you Jessika. If there is anything they can improve on, it is the complimentary car wash. To ensure that dust patches dont remain on the exterior.
This service department does not possess the level of customer service one would expect from an Audi dealership. I received an email offering a remote start for my vehicle. After reading thru the details I immediately scheduled an appointment for that and a maintenance package. First available was about 2-3 weeks out. When arriving for my appointment, Jessika advised me I didnt have one. I had received several reminder text messages in the days and week prior. She proceeded to help me and printed an estimate that attempted to charge me for many of the services I had recently done at the same dealership. She finally found that those services in fact were not needed. We proceed to discuss the remote start, agreed on a price and I leave my car for the amount of time she advised (5-6 hours)... To then receive a call 30 min after my appointment advising the only person that can install the remote start isnt in. I was supposed to receive a call the next day, I did not. I continued to have to check with the dealership because I wasnt receiving any updates from them. Finally a week later they were ready to install the remote start. They picked up my vehicle and I expected it back the same day. That didnt happen. They had my car for 10 days and every day I called they had a different story of why it wasnt ready. When finally receiving my car, I ordered an additional key since they used my spare and I wasnt comfortable not having a back up. The manager offered to waive the service charge for programming the new key... But when Jessika called for payment, she of course overcharged me and included the few that was supposed to be waived. When finally attempting to use the new remote start, I was surprised at the fact that this product required a monthly subscription that was never mentioned verbally, never listed in the email offering the service, not listed in the paperwork provided.I have been trying to reach Jessika since December 22, called and left voiceless.... No answer and no return calls. I have attempted to reach call the manager Jerron.... Also no return call. Im usually hung up on or placed back in their call que. Its been 2 1/2 weeks since i paid for this spare key, I do not have it, I cant reach my service rep or her boss, and neither of them value my business enough to get back with me.
Service is excellent! My advisor, Jessika D., is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The place is very clean with good amenities while waiting for my car to be serviced. The shuttle service plus the dropping off my car to my house make it so much convenient! Now, who wouldn’t want that kind of above expectation services?
Zahraa represents among the highest levels of customer service/support I have experienced. She is informative, accurate and very fast. With her help I was able to quickly decide on getting a new Audi. She made processes for multiple transactions so smooth and easy. I was in and out of dealer in minutes! Thank you Zahraa for being so helpful, quick and honest during process!
I recently had service work at Audi of Farmington Hills. My car was picked up within hours of my service request by a valet driver who arrived at my home at the appointment time. I must admit I was surprised during this stressed labor and supply situation to enjoy that kind of attention and excellent service!J
I made a appointment two whole months ago regarding my drivers rear tail light malfunctioning (not working) requesting a loaner vehicle. I work 7 days mandatory and let them know that I would be in need of a loaner, plus I take care of my grandmother that has Alzheimer’s. I have called every other week up until my appointment date checking for early turn ins on loaners. I was told none was available and that my date is still good and I would definitely have one. The day of my appointment I was contacted by my service advisor that a loaner would not be available. I asked why when I had been calling confirming my appointment. I was told that it was never one available for this date!!!! So why would you give me an appointment under false pretenses. I was told it’s because of the chip shortage. I would in the auto industry the chip has nothing to do with service repairs or loaners ( they already have chips). Mean while they flood my emails with reminders or service coupons and purchases. I have asked for the dealer manager to call me back in regards to this and it’s noon and still no call back! I will keep you posted on my outcome. Mean while I will continue to get pulled over due to no tail light!!! After waiting 2 months for services. I also feel that this should fall under some type of warranty!!! To many Audi TT’s have bad parts and wiring, that you have to pay for to be repaired.
Love Audi not a fan of the staff. My husband has been to this location on several occasions and each time he’s assigned Cheryl at the welcome desk. Each time she’s brief, impersonal, and seems to be only tolerating him them being there. His wait time is always lengthy and when asked for update he’s made to feel like a burden. Today he waited 4 hours for an oil change. I hate that he’s had that experience on several occasions with the same staff person because the mechanical service is great but we will have to try a new location due to Cheryl and the lack of customer care.
I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed with the service department of this dealership. My car was picked up for service for the replacement of an airbag, as per a factory recall. At the same time that service was scheduled, I also scheduled the repair of the TPMS (tire pressure) light not going out and replacement of brake lights. After the inspection, at 4:12 P.M., I was informed by Jessika Dlugosz (via email) that I needed a 900 dollar brake job, which I declined to have done at that time, as well as the replacement of a brake light bulb, which I requested be done while my car was in service. The time of my reply was 4:17 P.M. At 4:20 P.M., she contacted me and informed me that the brake light would have to be ordered, and that they simply did not have time to address the TPMS issue. At that time, my car had been in Audi service since approximately 9:30 A.M. My car was back in my driveway at 4:35 P.M. Even in light traffic, the distance between my home and the Audi dealership is at least a 23-minute drive.I found it odd that a dealership with an expansive parts department would not have such a run-of-the-mill item as a brake light. I called to inquire, and was told that indeed, that part was in stock. Clearly, there was never any interest in performing that service, since it is obvious that they were in the process of returning my vehicle to me before I even replied as to whether or not I would accept their recommended services. They kept my car for nearly 7 hours to perform what I was told was roughly a 2-hour job. I am glad that I have a regular, trustworthy mechanic. I will never have any service performed at Audi Farmington Hills.
This was one the best car buying experience I ever had. Z was amazing, knowledgeable and was so nice. She worked fast on getting us in and out we were very happy and could not ask for better service. She got everything ready before we even got there and we were out driving the new car in less than 20 minutes and she gave us a great deal!!!
The customer service is EXCELLENT. Chery Knox handle my appointment and repair service Top Tier . The concierge service was a pleasant surprise as well . My vehicle was picked up , repaired and returned in a timely manner . Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly . I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles to Audi of Farmington Hills . Keep up the good work!
Z is the absolute best! She’s very professional, helpful and efficient and she made the entire process so easy to follow and understand! She has a great personality and very nice to work with. I had a great experience leasing my car with her from this dealership. I would definitely recommend her. Everything went so smoothly and the service is phenomenal!
I recently bought a Audi Q5 at Audi Farmington Hills. This is my first car in the US. The sales person was Z. She was very kind to all of my many requests. If I have another chance to buy a car again in the future, I will definitely buy it again here with Z. It was a very good experience to me. Thank you Audi Farmington Hills!!
I was extremely disappointed in my service.I waited over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and some fluid changes..My service rep left my paperwork on another persons desk without communicating with either of us. Abandoning us.We discussed not washing the vehicle because of its new ceramic finish , but made no attempt to communicate it to the shop..The car was washed and the $1800 finish was impacted..Ive been driving 25 miles, 8 years to your dealership for service. That will cease now.Mike Perry
I bought a 2015 CPO Audi Allroad on January 20th, 2017. This will be the fifth Audi Ive owned and second that Ive purchased through a dealership. The guy I mainly dealt with was named Che and he was wonderful. Super humble and welcoming, and he quickly resolved any questions I presented. Their prices are on the higher end of the spectrum, but after reasonable negotiations, I left feeling like I bought an incredible machine at a very fair price. Heres to rolling 200K miles!
Z was amazing to work with. She made my experience of purchasing my new vehicle so smooth and easy. She was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions. I told her the exact vehicle I wanted and she worked so hard to make sure I got it! She was even sweet enough to check on me a couple of days afterwards! Amazing customer service and I would highly recommend her to everyone.
Efficient online scheduling for my S7. Great communication from Cheryl both before and during service. All services done well and quickly. Overall a very good experience for scheduled maintenance. Also had the winter tire/wheel package swapped for the summer package and really appreciate that the tires/wheels are stored there until needed again next fall.
Unfortunately I didnt have the same experience at Audi Farmington Hills as most of the other reviews I have read. When I went in to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, I could see the salesman, Patrick, laughing in the window as I drove off. When I returned we went over numbers and they offered me a ridiculously low amount for my trade in. The entire time I felt like the salesman was acting as if I couldnt afford the vehicle I was interest in.. I left the dealership and saw the salesman laugh once again as I drove off, very disrespectful. I knew immediately I would not be purchasing from this dealership.I sold my vehicle for 6500 more than what they offered me and purchased a new Audi from a different dealership, who actually treated me like a customer. I would not recommend Patrick as a salesman
First time there and won’t be last!! Got my first Audi and Z Ambaz was wonderful!! She was so helpful and checks on me. No other dealer or sales person has done that. Z goes the extra mile and would recommend her to anyone. Everyone was so nice, helpful and fast. Straight forward and great deals.
The service department has really degraded over the years. At one point I would only take my car here for service, now I will drive out of my way to not bring my vehicle here. My last experience, which was recently, because of an emergency tow which Audi insisted the vehicle be towed to the Farmington Hills location. So many things wrong with the service, the oil was changed and the oil service notification not reset, the oil level was not filled completely (2nd experience with this happening), a greasy glove was left in my cup holder, greasy hand prints left of my car and car was not washed. I could go on and on. If others are like me, I buy a luxury brand for the entire experience and quality service level. Well, the last several experiences I have had with this location has made me rethink my loyalty to the Audi brand. Mercedes is starting to look better and better.
My wife and I worked with Z when we purchased our Mazda CX9 through Suburban Mazda and it was a great experience. We have been wanting to purchase a new Audi Q8. I called Z to see if this was something she could help us with through Suburban Audi of Farmington. Interestingly enough Z said she now works on the Audi side. We picked out what we were wanting and drove off with it last week. Z is great at what she does. No pressure and no stress. Any issues that have come up she has been able to guide us and work through them successfully. I will always recommend Z to my friends and family as well as go to her in the future for my new and or used vehicle needs. By the way I have never been able to give this type of review for a car sales person. Z always makes the experience a pleasurable one.
OK. So, Ive been buying cars from this dealership for a few years now, and Im never disappointed with the experience or the service. This year, Lee Sadek, the wonderful salesman helped me get my new SUV. Lee went out of his way to expedite the paper work and deliver my beautiful car. I am so happy and grateful. Adrian Kozakov in finance was also so kind and helpful.Do yourself a favor and introduce yourself to a wonderful experience at a really awesome dealership. Ask for Lee Sadek. Hes plain awesome!!!
Service was supposed to be completed the same day, instead it took 5 days as a component was broken during a recall fix.The check engine light was not addressed , light went back on soon after leaving the dealership , service advisor said this was not looked into as I told her this was due to the recall issue. The service tech did nit reset the Due service notifications so this come up when we turn the on.Tire rotation was ?performed , check tire pressure light came on soon after leaving the dealership.Poor service experience.
Cheryl is wonderful!! She organized for me to get a rental and although I had to return to drop my car off, she made the process very smooth! Always great and timely customer service in Farmington Hills! Thank you!!Jessika was wonderful, took care of me promptly! Farmington Hills service department always provides superb customer service. Thank you :)
I was in the market for Audi Q8. I stopped by Audi Farmington but unfortunately they didnt have one in their inventory. However, I wanted to should out Z , shes amazing at what she does: customer focused ,friendly, and data driven. I am not a big fan of car shopping due to my super busy schedule, but awesome people like Z make car purchase a fun experience.@ Z you rock! Thank you
Jerron and Cheryl are awesome! My Check engine light came on and when I called a few days later to make an appt, I was told I’d have to wait at least a week for an opening. I then contacted Jerron directly and he got me in the next day! Cheryl worked with the manufacturer to get a part that was leaking covered at no cost since it was supposed to last at least 60,000 miles and needed to be replaced around 30,000. Now thats great customer service from both Jerron and Cheryl! I originally came in just before the pandemic hit because the previous dealership I went to refused to honor my car’s warranty when I needed a new battery so I took my business elsewhere and I’m so glad I found Audi Farmington Hills!
If youre going to come to this dealership, make sure youre working with Zee!!! She gets the 5/5 stars, the rest of the dealership gets 1/5 stars, so if you want to have the experience you want and get the car you want, save yourself the time and effort and make sure Zee is working that day. If shes not working that day, dont even waste your time like I did!!! She has all the inventory memorized along with all the details and specs of every vehicle in inventory, and has an idea of what will be coming in and when they may be getting something new in.So the way my experience went before we got Zee to help us, is I went in on a Friday (In which Zee was not working that day) and was trying to get a new vehicle for my wife who was starting next week, so we needed something pretty quickly, our time was very valuable, but when we arrived there trying to get the sales department to help us find something, but instead we were being told word for word It seems like you guys are just wasting our time. As if our time was not valuable at all, and their time was infinitely more important (Keep in mind, I work 6 days a week and I practically work the hours that the dealership is open, so coming to the dealership is not easy for me, im sure a lot of you experience this issue as well!) The financial manager basically walked us out as we were still trying to figure something out, while others were still being helped, it was very rude. We left very frustrated, but called back the next day because we were still interested in getting a vehicle. Thats when Zee answered and basically made the process so easy! She had us come in Monday morning, met all our needs and did not hesitate once to help us! She got us the car we needed in no time and even helped me set up my insurance. She walked me through everything, and we made the purchase. After the purchase, she even stayed and sat in the car with us and went over all the features in the car in case she missed anything, she was simply amazing!
I hadn’t visited this dealership in quite a while. Decided to get a oil change. I called and made a appointment. When I arrived I was meet by a younger woman who was the current service writer in the Audi service department. I informed her of my appointment and my desire for a oil change. After obtaining the information from the car, she informed me of some additional work that I might be interested in without checking service records or even asking about the history. ( additives for gas tank , tire rotation, additive for engine)I informed her that I didn’t require the additional services and that everything was up to date with my service suggestions, she caught a attitude. And walk alway saying smart comments.I remember now why I didn’t come to this dealership anymore. After the one guy who had the office in the corner left the service department, customer service was not the same. I’m sitting here waiting on my car and I haven’t noticed her act like that with any other customer. However they don’t look like me either. I won’t spend my money here anymore.
The experience with the service department has really declined over the past few years. I made an appointment a few weeks back for service and specifically requested a loaner car to still be able to get to work and back. Because they are short on loaner cars, my appointment for service was going to be a few weeks out. No problem. Until I drove 30 minutes to the dealer and only to find out once I pulled into the service bay that there are no loaners available. With no other options than to wait, I left extremely frustrated. If there were no loaners available, why arent customers notified before spending an hour or maybe longer in the car driving to and from the dealer? Poor customer experience. How many more customers will waste their time?
They get paid to fix my rear differential they didn’t fix it and start leaking and I find out with other mechanic .. I want there to audi and talk to them and they told me we did fix it but basically .. they didn’t touch it and they scam my money bad service they charge and they don’t fix !!!!!
So far so good, except for receiving 4 requests for leaving a review, so heres your review: the work is not yet complete so I have nothing to review yet. I brought my vehicle in, you did the 85k mileage work on it, seemed reasonable at 700. waiting on a part to come in and for the mechanic to have the same day available as I do which will be on Saturday the 27th, so I guess Ill come back and correct the stars rating and edit these comments after the work is done and I have something to review.
The dealership quoted a timing chain replacement. My extended warranty company denied the claim based on the information provided by Audi of Farmington Hills. How do I have faith in Audi of Farmington Hills after this. If I did not have the warranty I would have authorized a needless timing chain replacement. Very confused!
Phenomenal customer service!! After a slide warning while visiting from out-of-state, I brought my car in last-minute for a check and was given a loaner for a dental visit. I left an hour later with a full report, washed car, water and snacks for the trip home .. all at no charge! Very happy customer!!
Every time I’ve been to this dealership for service they have always been helpful and kind. Even when they couldn’t duplicate a problem they made several attempts and explained what they tried. On top they usually get the car back to me on the same day, providing a shuttle service whenever needed. Overall, these guys are my first choice when servicing or shopping Audi.
They do a good job most of the time as long as you verify and question their recommendations. My breaks and rotors were at 50% wear and they recommended instant replacement for about $2k. The detail cleaning is not recommendable. It wasn’t detailed. Had to go through and do several touch ups.
Unfortunately, 0 stars isnt an option. This place is nothing but headaches. I have had my car serviced here a few times and just about every one of them are absolute horror stories. My first visit was for an oil change, and an inspection to see the condition of the car. At the end of the inspection which was questionable at best, they ran it through their car wash. When I get into my car I realize I now have a broken center console lid. I talked to the person I was working with during my stay, Cheryl, and she took some pictures and said she would get back to me. The dealership did the right thing saying they would replace the lid and fix the plastic that was damaged. It took about a month to get them to order the part, then another month for it to arrive. About half way through the third month the lid was replaced. However, the person they had to fix the damaged plastic wasnt available so I was told I would get a call about when they would be available to set up an appointment for that. The damage occurred in January. On top of it being nearly impossible to get a call back from them, they finally fixed it in June. I cannot imagine purchasing a car here, let alone even getting one serviced. I would avoid this place at all costs, not worth the headaches.
I purchased a beautiful Q5 Quatro TDI from Audi Farmington Hills and have been incredibly happy with the performance of this fine machine as well as the team effort from Audi Farmington Hills.Everyone from Slava who was my sales person to the service representatives like Senneca and Erica have all been high quality encounters. Many little things are so appreciated like washing the car after a service, providing a loaner when the car is down for multiple days, general courtesy, and great communication. This is a high quality value added business. 5 stars
Took car in for normal 30K maintenance and a few other issues. Had car for 10 hours and never got one update on status. Shuttle service was closed by time I made contact on my own so had to get a co-worker to drive me to dealership and ended up requiring a loaner. On way home on Day 2 I got a low tire pressure warning and update needed so will have to take it back. Issues were partially resolved. Not really happy with overall experience.
I could not believe the Service I received at this Audi dealership. I had just bought an Audi Q3, and needed assistance on navigating the inside portal. I walked in hoping I would be greeted and no one even recognized me to say hello. I was hoping it wasnt the color of my skin that deflected what my outcome was. However there is still no reason for someone to be waiting 15min while employees just look around you and not be acknowledge on what brought you in today.
Z was great to deal with. Z was very professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns. They worked hard to get a deal but unfortunately they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. Not Zs or the dealerships fault. I’d go back there in a heartbeat if I needed a new or used car.I regret not purchasing my car through her at Mazda of Farmington Hills. I ended up going to Ralph Thayer Mazda and what a nightmare that has been. They delivered the new car to me with dents, scratches and damage and almost refused to fix it until I showed them photo evidence the damage was there prior to my purchase. They finally got the repair approved by Mazda corporate, which I am now waiting on to be complete.TL;DR - buy your car through Z at Audi/Mazda or Farmington Hills. You’ll enjoy a much more pleasant experience. Trust me.
Very disappointed in the service department at this dealership. Brought in a Audi coupon (who know what vehicle I have) with a $70 oil change offer. I was told that I have a V6 vs. a 4 cylinder, which the coupon was for. So, I expected it to be maybe $80 or $90 for the extra oil. Nope - $150, Over double. When I questioned it, she said there was nothing that could be done. Yes there is - but you chose not to. Also, had an appointment (which really doesnt matter) and for just the oil change I came in for it was 90 minutes?! Tons of work to do here as customer satisfaction is key to retaining customers at that dealership and for the brand.
I continue to receive great service at Audi Farmington Hills. For my 30,000 mile service appointment, they made a loaner available, and completed the work on my vehicle when they said they would. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating this time was a slight snag with the online billing. Other than that, everything went well. Thank you Serica (my service advisor) for your help and keeping me informed throughout the process.
I had a steering shaft issue. I originally got an appointment for a week later. Cheryl guided and helped me to tow in the vehicle and had it fixed by the end of next day. I really appreciated the quick service and excellent advise by Cheryl. I was able to make my trip that weekend!!
Had an unexpected issue that required my Audi to be towed in to the dealer, arriving after hours. Service center was able to get me scheduled for first thing in the more and had the issue resolved by 3pm the next day.Dealt with this dealership over 4 years and the service is always kind, caring and quality.
I have been bringing my Audi A4 in for service for several years now. Cheryl in the service department is the best! If she is not available on my initial call she ALWAYS responds promptly & goes above & beyond to give great customer service. I hate to share my “secret” publicly but she deserves the recognition. Thanks Cheryl for helping me out when my car needs service!!! You are appreciated!!
The service center greeted me when I arrived at my appointment for an oil change and another service issue. The waiting area was nice with the coffee, water, snacks while waiting. My sales rep came over to greet us and went in the back to check on the car status. After about an hour, the car was ready to drive home. They did not find a cause for the clunking that I heard 3 times when backing up, but suggested if it continue to bring it back in and leave it over night so they could test it and do another study.
My service advisor was super friendly, efficiency and fast. She even drove the vehicle into the shop for me. Labor cost was much lower than my old Ford Dealer. There is a waiting lounge with comfortable chairs, and an area with free coffee, drinks, snacks and tables to use your laptop or charge your cellphone at. The Technician was very fast, and got me a free car wash. Everyone was in good spirits. I was totally amazed by the quality of service. Parts were ordered from Germany overnight, and that made me very happy also. Im coming back to test drive the E-Tron soon. Dealer is a must keep and recommend to family
My husband and I bought our 2014 Audi Q7 here for service after receiving a faulty oil change from somewhere else. Our service rep, Trent was awesome! He was very informative, down to earth, and an overall nice guy to work with. He made sure all of our questions and concerns were properly addressed and we immediately felt like we were in good hands. I would definitely recommend in the future!
Great overall service and customer relations. Worked closely with Amy on day one when I ended up testing for the PODS recall. Cheryl did an amazing job following up daily about any progress with regards to the insurance for the wheel and tire. Final day went smoothly with Serica. Glad she was able to acquire a last minute loaner.Couple minor issues. The first one is the lack of digital infrastructure. Some notes taken between members were not posted online so the transference of information was lost. The second one was this survey itself. I was sent the survey before my car was fully serviced. I received about 6 notifications before and after, whereas only 2 notifications after would have sufficed.
They have improved compare to last time. Luxury brand should provide a phenomenal customer experience that stands by the brand. I still had a little issue with my vehicle few months after it was with the dealership for a month and no follow up. I need to see whats next.
The service experience was pretty good. My check engine light went on and it was covered by warranty. One thing I didnt like is that one person did the intake and then delivered the car to me while the other person was listed as my main contact on the paperwork. I think that for customer service continuity it would have been nice to work with one person from beginning to end. But overall everyone was super nice and courteous and thats what counts.
Now that’s service! I took me Audi-Q5 in early for a recall repair and was initially told I could use the shuttle service. I asked how long the repair was checked and the response was 30 minutes. I was informed the technician arrived at 8:30am and I could potentially be out around 9:45am. I sat down to read my book and within 33 minutes I was informed my car was ready. The repair was explained as well as the free multi-point inspection. Did not receive the car wash, due to rain, but I was pleased with the experience. Great job!
Amazing service through and through. All the staff were very pleasant and I really felt well taken care of! Turn around time was as fast as its gets. They even addressed other small issues I didnt even bring up (at no charge!) and thats worth its own weight in gold. I was hesitant to bring my car to any dealership considering all the horror stories you hear but this dealer definitely changed my mind about dealerships. I will certainly be returning here for future services. Also Serica, my service advisor was absolutely amazing. Seriously cannot recommended this place more!!
Very pleased with the service I received on my car. Always leary of going to a dealership service department when I didnt buy from them as Im uncertain of how they will treat me. Serica was very helpful in making sure I knew what was going on with my car and helping coordinate my services needed. Id come back again for service on my car.
I bought my car from this dealership. The customer service is always great. You are attended to immediately upon arrival into the service bay. Serica has always taken care of me and explained everything in detail. Very knowledgeable reps who are ready to help you. Audi of Farmington Hills has been a pleasure to deal with.
The service at Audi Fh is always very professional, fast and great! I have been supported byJessika the last few times and I am very satisfied. She has been excellent in communicating with me during the process and making sure everything is taken care of. I will use Audi Fh service again and would definitely recommend them - you are in great hands :)
Although I’m sure my service regarding a recall repair was performed to quality, the process of transacting the repair was very inefficient. First of all, I requested a drive back when I made the appointment. When I actually dropped off my car before 9 AM, it which took over a half hour to get coordinated. Then the repair, which was only supposed to take a couple of hours, wasn’t completed until after 2 PM leaving me without a car for most of the day. And finally when I actually arrived for the pick up it took a good 15 minutes to find the keys. During my last visit the forecasted wait time was off by 2X, so I think I’m going to have to find other alternatives for future work.
Very busy and efficient dealership that prides itself on being able to help you. When we were faced with a difficulty with our Q5, the service manager made sure our needs were met and had us leaving happier than we came in. A dealership should be able to listen to its customers and provide them the adequete help they need... Suburban Audi of Farmington Hills was no different. Thanks!
Always a great experience at Suburban Audi. My service appointment and loaner were set up with ease. When I arrived, Trent (service manager) patiently listened to all my concerns and and did a wonderful job of answering all of my questions. I was back in my road-ready car in no time. The lady at the checkout desk is also very helpful and kind. Thanks, Suburban Audi!Update November 2020:I continue to have fantastic experiences with Audi Farmington Hills. Not only did I have an excellent in-store service experience with Jessica, but also on a recent phone-in. I brought my car in for service, took the shuttle home, and was able to pick up my washed car later that day.Where this dealer really shines is in helping customers outside of regular service visits (the phone-in). I was recently locked out of my car (no extra key, app not working, and roadside assistance failed me), and Serica and Jarren came through in a HUGE way. They both went above and beyond by making a housecall to get me back into my car and on the road very quickly. I couldn’t have asked for more kindness or better service. This dealer and its employees truly care about its customers! Thank you again, Audi Farmington Hills!
Needed an in between interval oil change service (30000). Audi Farmington Hills was able to take me next day and perform my service while I waited. The staff was professional. Work was done quickly. Facility was very nice. Work done to expectations. Thanks guys and girls.
Feb 2018: I upgraded my rating for this establishment from 1 star in 2016 to 3 stars. This time I was in here for a routine service. The staff member who handled my service was incredibly professional and made me feel very welcome. Even the shuttle driver who drove me home was very professional. And of course, the service was done well. I would definitely go back here for my next service.June 2016: The salesperson started out great, explaining our options to us and accompanying us on a very educational test drive, but as we got closer to the decision making point, his attitude became quite brusque, simply because we werent in complete agreement with the offer he had presented to us and were still trying to decide if the Q3 was the right car for us. I was quite disappointed with his curt and sometimes, even patronizing attitude towards the end and so, I took my business to Audi of Ann Arbor. I ended up closing a great deal with them on a brand new Audi Q3.The Ann Arbor dealerships quote or vehicle wasnt leagues better than the Farmington Hills dealerships quote. But the difference in attitude is unmistakable. I live in Farmington Hills and despite the proximity of this dealership, I am happy that I did not establish a long-term relationship with Audi of Farmington Hills.
The issue was addressed promptly and the service was completed as soon as the part was available. The service staff was great. The option for vehicle pickup and drop off was extremely convenient. I received text messages and emails with updates. I was quite pleased with my experience.
The Audi service department is absolutely amazing. I have always received nothing but first-class customer service every single time Ive had my car serviced. I truly appreciate their efforts to make me feel like a valued customer. Thank you to all of the gentlemen in the Audi Service Department!!!
Very professional personnel.Work was completed as stated along with a complimentary vehicle inspection as my vehicle had never been to this dealers before. Some expected routine maintenance options were provided to me via a text message link, then I also received a call. Via the text link, a full explanation of each option was provided with an accept/reject follow up option for me to use if I didnt want to talk directly over the telephone.First impressions never lie and so I recommend Suburban Audi.
Always helpful and thorough, this is my 5th Audi purchased through Suburban Audi Farmington Hills. Although there are other Audi dealers that are closer, their valet service makes service appointments easy and saves me the time of driving out and back, plus the sales staff is always very professional.
Amazing customer care in service department. Easy to get appointments. They have a nice lounge with snacks and beverages -hot and cold. Their service advisers provide you with an update in a timely fashion. Love them; actually drive a longer distance to them even though I have a dealer near by in Ann Arbor(who, BTW, would maybe get just 1 star from me). Trent in Service is very cordial and kept me updated about the status of my service.
My experience from start to finish was amazing! Matt Moore made my transition seamless from my old to new vehicle. I’m a busy working mom so time is not my friend. He worked with me so that our communications could be done via email and phone calls and all I had to do was sit down, relax, sign, and drive away! He even kept in touch while he was on vacation! Dedication, respect, and thoroughness 🤗 Highly recommend Audi at Surburban Imports, I may have to return again when my next vehicle’s lease is up because the experience was so awesome...and the vehicle, well....it’s a precision piece of machinery.
Came in on a Wednesday morning without an appointment after having a bad experience at the original dealership that I had bought my Audi at. The service dept was busy so I thought I might be there all day. Jerron greeted me and listened to my situation. He came up with an immediate solution and took care of me with ease and attentiveness. My car needed a new battery after only having it for 4 days. The original dealership said I would have to pay for a new battery + labor and told me the battery was not under warranty but I was certain that my car was still under warranty so I started calling around to other Audi dealerships. I’m so glad I found Audi Farmington Hills. They looked my car up, it was in fact still under warranty and replaced the battery and did a 16 point inspection free of charge. My entire visit only lasted about 1.5 hours and I was more than happy to wait while they took care of me. Jerron checked on me several times and communicated with me with every step. Thanks to their due diligence and great customer service, they have gained a customer for life! Thanks Jerron!
I am disappointed with my last experience at this dealership. Ive been a past customer of this place and was looking to buy another vehicle. I had been in contact with an agent to make sure the car I wanted was available since I had a 2 hour drive. The agent confirmed that the car was available and that if anything changed they would let me know. I even secured financing as I was ready to buy the car. Well... I arrived at the dealership only to find out that the car had been sold. I understand things happen and the car was sold, what I am really upset about is that they did not inform me and I wasted 4 hours driving ( round trip). This is just a lack of consideration for client... and a returning client at that.
Im surprised you sent me a link to post my review directly on-line, and not sending an internal customer survey first. Id rather deal with service departments directly, rather then posting. But since you asked for a review and gave me only this choice, here you go (A poor customer service move I must say).Mediocre service is how Id describe my experiences at this service department. Its not that the service techs do a poor job or anything, their work is great. The car is always running perfectly. However, normally they dont top off my fluids or wash the car unless I ask, this last visit, they did both. It was a nice change from previous visits. The main reason for my 3 star review is the way my return pickup was handled. When your car is finished, its typically just a quick interaction with the service rep, pay the bill and youre out the door. I took me over 45min to get my turn to get the keys.I arrived after lunch and hours after I was told the car was ready. There was one person in front of me, checking in his car. For what ever reason, this was a difficult one and the service tech had to run around several times to finish. The frustration really kicked in when I watched one, two, THREE, FOUR, FIVE people come in after me to check in, all FIVE were waiting on before me. Even though I stood in the service lobby a few feet away from the service rep checking each person in. Someone would pull up, and instead of giving me my keys so I could leave, I had to wait my turn. FINALLY after everyone else that came in after me was finished, and it was my turn.It would have been preferred that youd provided a way to discuss this matter directly and possibly make amends before making a public statement on my experience.
I scheduled an appointment to test drive the Q5 and was politely greeted by Lee. I had been considering the Q5 for some time, explained what I was interested in, and he quickly found a vehicle for me to drive. He cleaned off the snow, warmed up the interior and invited me to take the driver’s seat. He explained the operation of the vehicle’s features and controls and gave me a very good overview of what to expect during the test drive. When we returned to the dealership, I decided to purchase the vehicle, and Jennifer made the financing process easy and understandable. Overall I am very satisfied with the customer service I received at Audi of Farmington Hills. I look forward to working with Jerron during my first service visit. Thank you and keep up the good work.
My car buying experience at Audi of Farmington Hills was exceptional. It was the end of the month and the dealership was very busy. However my seller Reginald Soares took great care of me throughout the buying process. He remained professional at all times but also made me feel comfortable offering water and snacks. If youre in the market for an Audi I would definitely recommend this dealership and the services of Reginald.
I switched from an Audi dealership near my home to this one due to the outstanding service staff. The service advisors and techs are knowledgeable, respectful, and provide excellent service. I have been working with Torben to find a new car recently and found him to be very helpful. He truly goes out of his way to try to find the exact car a customer is looking for. I would highly recommend working with him, and coming to this dealership for both sales and service.
Im quite satisfied with the Audi Farmington Hills service department. After checking in, they asked if I wanted to wait for my airbag repair,(approximately 2 hours), or If I wanted a ride to any location. I requested oneof the local movie theaters. They said no problem. Said they would text mewhen its ready. They picked me up when I returned their text. My car was ready. All this equals excellent service!
Usually receive a good service and great customer support/feedback. Went in today morning to get my car checked for troubleshooting. I was told if the issue with the check engine light is not severe I can go about driving it. The attitude from the person was not great at all, seemed a lot disinterested. I literally told him I would get it checked from another dealer. I have an appointment with Audi Birmingham tomorrow. At least the service person was courteous enough to fit me in schedule.
I was not given a rental car for my appointment. I had to follow up several times with service on my airbag recall. Had some brake work done and the labor charges were extremely high. My service manager Mark was very nice as well as Mike in client services. Based on cost I may not be a return customer.
I was pleased with the staff & service, until I realized I had a small dent on my door that was not there when I arrived. What I didnt mention to Serica. I had a dent on my door. Cadillac of Novi had repaired before I signed on the dotted line. The dent was on the passenger side, rear door.We went over that truck with a fine tooth comb we wanted to make sure there were no more issues. we would have had it addressed while the repair person was there.I am still waiting on the manager of the service department to call me. Which I feel should have happened sooner. I would like to get this matter resolved ASAP.
I dropped my car off in the morning for an oi change appointment that was later in the day, and they were kind enough to give me a ride to work.I just wish they would have been able to pick me up from work back to the dealership instead of taking an Uber. Very friendly and professional staff. Thank you Emily Mcknight.
The oil change service was ok and the car was washed upon completion of the service. The scheduled appointment and time estimate were very good as well. My challenge to you is why wasn’t a courtesy check completed on the car as most Audi dealers do. Several of the other Audi dealers have a coupon for this type of service and the costs is much more in line with what I would expect to pay.
Had great experience with dealership. Had after hours flat tire and long road trip the next morning. Service department was closed but sales department (Sales Mgr) stepped up big time. Arrranged for a loaner (even when there were no loaners on lot) and I made my appointments. I really appreciated the excellent customer service.
I have always have a wonderful experience with the shuttle drivers Mike and George, who are both very friendly and courteous. I own both a Nissan and an Audi. The Suburban Nissan service agents Kyle and Ashley are always exemplary. However, during my recent service at Suburban Audi, I was disappointed because my vehicle was not washed after maintenance. Its a little thing that sets Nissan apart. My colleagues and I often refer to the car wash after maintenance being one of the perks of servicing our vehicles at Suburban.
Wonderful experience. Lee Sadek was a great brand specialist. He helped me get the car I wanted, and listened to what my needs were.Everyone was friendly, and they worked with me a lot on getting a fair price. The economics of leasing a new Audi actually ended up being a lot better than buying a certified preowned BMW (at least in my circumstance).Buying a car is always a litttle stressful, but Lee and the Audi Farmington staff made the buying experience a very pleasant one. Highly recommended.
I went in for a tire change and found the service professional very effective. He predicted the time it would take accurately. The waiting area is well appointed though simple without the popcorn and foosball other dealerships boast, although possibly thats due to efficiency with service issues. Also, the car wash was beyond what I expected in its excellence.
So I can into the dealer about a month ago looking for more information on the 2018 Audi S4. I was greeted by Terry who made me feel very welcome. At the time there was no S4 yet but he said I could put money down to hold. Fast forward to a month later cars in. And its gorgeous it everything I was hoping it would be and more. Everyone at Audi that I dealt with was great. From sales to finance. I got decent trade on my 2015 Charger SRT. and they did a decent deal on the S4. I could not be happier. The car is amazing and so is the service. I think I will now be Audi for life.
I brought my car in for two reasons: 20k mile service and repair of the emergency call function (this issue causes a very loud beep sporadically while driving and is quite annoying/distracting, especially since it goes off every few seconds at times). While I was at the dealership dropping my car off, I was informed that the repair of a recall item could be done as well. I was told that all three issues were resolved, so I picked up my car. I was told that there was a faulty sensor re: the emergency call function that was replaced. A few minutes after leaving the dealership, the emergency call function alert went off indicating that it was not repaired. The alert still displays indicating that the service needs to be done (I can and did turn this alert off myself, but it should have been done as part of the service). I called the dealership to report that the emergency call function issue persists, and I was able to make another appointment to have it repaired again, but I have to wait over a week to go back. All of the staff I interacted were friendly and professional, but I am disappointed that I have to return for an issue that I was told was repaired. On the bright side, the shuttle was able to drive me to and from work, and Mike, the driver, was great.
If you are looking to buy/lease, go see Lee! Phenomenal experience and he really pulls out all the stops to make sure youre getting the exact vehicle you want. Very responsive and he doesnt pressure you, which is always nice when shopping. The Sales Manager even came out to meet us; very nice guy as well, really all the staff was great. We pass two other Audi dealerships to come to this one and well certainly be back. Also, I would be remiss if I didnt mention Shira as well- without her initial contact and being completely upfront/honest about pricing, lease terms, etc, and communicating with me back and forth made me feel extremely comfortable right from the get-go. We probably might not have ended up at this dealership if not for her, to be honest.
The experience at Audi Farmington Hills far exceeded my expectations. It started with a warm welcome from Lee Sadek. After being greeted, I told Lee that I was not going to make a purchase that day as I was still evaluating different vehicle makes/models. Lee still took the time to understand what I was looking for, demonstrate vehicle features, and take a test drive. Of note, other local dealerships lost interest in me the moment I mentioned I wasnt making a purchase decision that day. Lee left me feeling very well-informed and very comfortable with Audis product and his dealership. When I was ready to buy, Lee identified the vehicle that met my requirements and made the purchase very, very easy. During the overall process Lee did an excellent job with communication; my calls / emails / texts were promptly answered and I always felt up-to-date. Lee and the team at Audi Farmington Hills delivered a first-rate experience and have earned my highest praises. I will absolutely be back.
I bought an A5 Sportback during the Covid19 Pandemic and my Brand Specialist, Travis, completely hooked it up! Travis and everyone on staff were very conscious of the current climate and provided impeccable service while still adhering to strict guidelines/social distancing.Setting up an appointment to view the vehicle in person, sanitizing, financing and detailing were a total breeze. During a time when business must go on, the team at Audi Farmington Hills found a way to go above and beyond. I am in love with my A5 and look forward to working with Travis and the team again when Im ready to upgrade!
I have had very good experience with Suburban Audi in Farmington Hills for about 4 years now. They have great service and you can trust they will service your car without any faults. The sales team is also very good because they are not desperate nor aggressive. Always enjoy the loaner they provide as well.I will continue to come back as long as they keep up this level.Note, I have had Audi dealers (not in Michigan) that has been dodgy. So thats why I keep coming back even though I have to drive 40 mins.
Audi of Farmington Hills is an excellent example of how a dealership should be. Whether you walk in the front door or drive in to service, they are friendly and professional. Serica in service was another example of the great people working there. Made sure I was informed of updates on work being done.
Ive had great service for years, past 2 visits fell short.Ive spoken with management though, they arent letting me fall through the cracks which means they care about their reputation. They want to earn 5 stars. I think in the long run a business relationship is worth a lot.
Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Great experience from start (booking appointment) to finish (repairs done in a timely manner, car cleaned, warranty/recall work addressed, all work explained in detail, follow up call). Well worth the 40 minute drive to go to Audi Farmington Hills.
Took my Audi A4 in to get serviced and of course like always Bo and Idris took excellent care of me and my car. I drive 45 minutes to this location because of the great service that I receive each and every time. From the time that I purchased my Audi till now the service has been A1 and I would recommend this location to anyone.
I just took my 2017 A4 in for my very first service at 10K miles. I was greeted by my service consultant Trent who was very nice and friendly. He got me in and out very quickly and had the car ready exactly when he said it would be. An overall great service experience.
Dealership took excellent care of me as a loyal customer. Explained everything that needed to be done on the vehicle, supplied audi loaner for the day. accomplished a minor recall and all needed routine service in one afternoon. Returned a nicely washed car and service adviser walked me to my car and opened the door.
My wife and I walk into this place and are immediately greeted by a not so friendly salesperson. She says how can I help you? Why else would I be at a car dealer? I explain we would like to look at an S3. She explains they dont have any and cant check if other dealers have them and cannot help me look at a brochure and look into ordering one. While all of this is going on, pretty much in the doorway, the other salespeople just sat there and watched a sale walk out the door. I guess this place gets enough sales they didnt need ours.We literally drove almost an hour(I called ahead and they had one on the lot) to the next dealer where they were more than friendly and willing to help. Ended up test driving at the other dealer and having an amazing experience that restored our faith in the presentation of the Audi brand for us. We will be buying at the second dealer. This place needs to learn customer experience is everything in sales.
Suburban Audi texted me to make an appointment for an air bag replacement, both sides, which I did. When I arrived the service manager, Trent, only had parts for one side, which means I have to go back. I have to drive a long way to get there and drive time plus service time takes the better part of the day. Had to drive in snow and salt which I NEVER do with that car. Not a happy camper. Trent was great to work with, got me out in good time, promised parts would be reserved for me next visit. This is the first problem I ever had with Audi Service.
I have used this place quite a bit for my audis over time. This is mostly related to the service department. It is a mixed bag as far as results. On the good side, Ive had quick appointments, mostly for recalls, work was done quick and well. On the bad side, I have had leftover parts on the back seat when I had some door handle sensors replaced. Ended up wrapping up the job myself. There were other situations where work was not exactly properly done. Overall though, its a decent service department, advisors are pretty courteous and its a good alternative to the fred lavery dealership (which tends to do all sorts of shady things).
Amazing Service!!! I live in Arizona and have purchased a few cars from out of state. This Mini Cooper purchase by far has been the best/smoothest one yet! My salesman Danny Berry was awesome, always responding to my calls and texts in a timely manner. I would definitely purchase another car from him again!
I took my car there after an accident. The staff memeber were friendly and attentive. They called me a few times to let me know the progress of my repairs.A few weeks after my repairs I experienced an issue with my tires. I walked in with out an appointment and they fit me in within the hour. I got the answers I needed and am working with the tire manufacturer to fix the problem.I will continue to be a customer and recommend them to anyone I can.
I have always had a positive experience with the Service Department. This occasion was the same. I was a getting a tire underinflation warning and took the car in for a check up. It was found that a nail had punctured the tire which they repaired. At the same time they also went ahead and took care of a recall issue which I had forgotten about because I did not think the parts were available at this point in time. I was very relieved that they were on top of that issue and took care of it.
WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!! Sadly no option for zero stars!Heres how it happened...So I went in for a test drive of the A5. I was greeted by Lee and he explained me all the features about the car. After the test drive, I sat down with him to get a quote. Since they didnt have the trim and the color I was looking for I decided to put in a custom order. Lee said he could give me around 6% discount but refused to give me a written quote and negotiate on a price because I didnt want to purchase/put in the deposit on the same day and wanted to do some price matching. So I did a bit more research and went there again next week to put in a order. This time, Lee backtracked and said he could only offer me a 2% discount and refused to negotiate further. I understand that theyre a business and they have to have their margins but I felt like Lee was simply wasting my time and had no real intention to work with me.I would never go back to this dealership again and would advise you the same.Simply a waste of time and resources!!
I went to a couple Audi dealerships in the area to shop around. I could have purchased from any of the 3 I visited however I chose Audi of Farmington hills based on the experience I had with Travis. The professionalism displayed was exceptional compared to your typical car salesman. He was a true gentleman, wasnt pushy and very knowledgable when it came to the right vehicle and package for me. I would suggest him to anyone considering a new vehicle.
Great People, Great Service. Great Experience . . . I was on the waiting list for the Audi e-tron and Audi of Farmington Hills could not have been more professional about keeping me in the loop and proving me with all my options when it came to purchasing or passing on the car. First, Travis Kassak, the brand specialist assigned to my e-tron, knew everything there was to know about the Audi e-tron and he even taught me a few things about using the options and MMI system on my Audi S7. After a well traveled test drive with Travis, I met with Jennifer Robison, Audi of Farmingtons Finance Director. I asked Jennifer to price out an aftermarket warranty for my S7 but she discovered that my S7 had been previously Certified by Audi which gained me an extra year and unlimited miles on my warranty. Jennifer helped track down the information and transfer that warranty to me for a small fee, saving me thousands of dollars over buying an extended warranty. At every step, this team of people were very pleasant, informed and I never felt pressured to buy anything other than exactly what I wanted. This really was a great experience to the point that I will keep my business here and the experience has helped to reinforced my willingness to work with dealerships in the future. Thank you Travis and Jennifer!
When I first called looking for a simple oil change I was very frustrated when no appointments met my needs. I was headed up north and couldt wait 2 weeks. Mike the Service Manager reached out to me the next day and volunteered to drive a loaner out to me for an oil change and tire rotation. Thanks so much...You went above and beyond!
The service reps are really awesome - Jerron went above and beyond to make sure that they were addressing all of the issues I reported when I dropped off my car. Since they needed a couple weeks with my car they also got me a loaner - just a superb job by the service department as a whole.
Christopher Pugh was a pleasure to work with. He was not an aggressive consultant, which can be a turn off. He was always polite, patient, and attentive to my needs. I had done my research before coming to the dealership, but Mr. Pughs knowledge and endorsement of the Audi heightened my interest. The process was very smooth, and Chris kept the lines of communication open from beginning to end. I must also add that his colleagues including the finance managers were also extremely pleasant. I would recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a car in the Audi/VW family to visit this dealership.
Very poor customer service. I emailed my interest in a car on a Saturday, and received a response relatively quickly. I responded almost immediately to the salesmans email with a couple of questions regarding price and condition of car (since the CarFAX indicated a minor accident), and never received a response. I sent a second email follow-up almost immediately, reconfirming my interest in buying the car. On Tuesday afternoon, after not receiving a response, I contacted the sales manager only to be advised the car had been sold. The car was still unsold as of Tuesday mid-morning on the dealers website. I will buy an Audi A6 from somewhere, but clearly not from a dealership that has no interest in responding to high potential customers.
This was my first service experience with Audi of Farmington Hills and it exceeded my expectations. I expected that my car would be washed, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had washed my salt encrusted floor mats!. In addition they increased the duration of pressure required on my key fob to trigger my trunk release to prevent accidental opening.
I was very impressed with the effort, and professionalism from the staff. I would like to thank the salesman Patrick Hamama and his willingness to go the extra mile and find the ideal Audi A6 I was looking for. Also, Che Shaydak who was persistent and willing to negotiate on a lease agreement that I would be satisfied with. Both Patrick and Che exceeded my expectations and patiently worked after dealership hours. I will reference Audi of Farmington Hills whenever possible. Also, it was a pleasure meeting John Chatzopoulos and I look forward to working with you in the future!
My current lease was about to end soon and I was looking for a new car to lease and I have been dreading this for months. It’s a time-consuming and stressful process, looking for and compaeinf cars models and specs on one end and finding a dealership that you can trust and can get you the car you want at a reasonable price. I have been to multiple dealerships and test drove four or five cars, one of them gave me a relatively good deal but with a bulling attitude to signing same day, which I found very offensive, disrespectful and unprofessional that I left that dealership immediately and decided not to go back for good. The Suburban Audi at Farmington Hills stood out with their extraordinarily customer appreciation. They are sure of the quality of their product, provided professional friendly environment, listened to my needs and went above and beyond to accommodate them. I knew I could not go anywhere else after dealing with them and I am delighted with my new car. I already have recommended them to my friends and colleagues who are looking for a new car.
This was the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had from a premium manufacturer. Corporate Audi has already been notified. These people should be ashamed of how they treated me and my family, and wasted our time. I am a busy professional, have owned 4 prior Audis, and I have limited time for car shopping. I was interested in purchasing a particular CPO vehicle and spoke with the salesperson several times. The hood of the vehicle was damaged as the clearcoat had been rubbed off in large areas according to their own collision expert, and would have to be repainted. They refused to have this corrected, but said I could pay for it myself at dealer cost if I chose to. I was told they could not lower the price as they were below their own cost, yet in the course of about two weeks the price was lowered twice on their own website and on Autotrader. Each time I was first told by the agent that it was a mistake but then they later agreed to the price. I called the sales agent on Christmas Eve and told her I was committed to a purchase after the second price drop, but needed my spouse and kids to see it and at least sit in it in the light of day. I spoke with the agent before they opened today and made an appointment to come in and purchase the vehicle at 3:00 pm, I spoke with the sales agent at 3:12 pm because we were delayed in traffic. On arrival at 3:46 pm the agent and the vehicle were missing and she did not respond to my call or text. She finally showed up after 4:00 pm and informed us that the vehicle had just sold. She and the sales manager blamed me, insinuating that it was my own fault for not being on time or buying it sooner (apparently at the higher price and with the damaged hood). I am now grateful that I did not purchase from them as they are undeserving of my business. Lesson learned, I love driving Audi products but this experience has soured me. Regardless of how good a product is, if customers are treated like this they will not get their business.

2022-05-13Went to get a oil change and tires rotated and had a excellent experience. My service representative Emily is absolutely AWESOME!! I don’t want anyone working with me but her. She was able to put me in a quiet space to work while my car was being serviced. And was able to inform me of upcoming service that is needed on my car in the future. I love her!

2022-01-13I bought a used car here earlier this week, and the car is great for a great price. It was well cleaned and is in great shape. Z, the saleswoman, was very helpful in finding the best car for me, and getting the process done quickly. I would definitely come back!

2022-03-24Solid Experience.Due to the state of the car industry, I had to look about 2 hours away to find the Q5 Prestige that I wanted. Farmington Hills came through remotely for me and accommodated my needs. When the time came to drive out there and pick the car up, they have all the paperwork done, car ready, and I was out of there in an hour.Z was helpful and pleasant to work with. Prompt with her replies and never wasted my time.I would recommend them to anyone in the market for an Audi.

2022-02-21I was traveling from Wisconsin to Detroit for a wedding when my tire blew out in Farmington Hills and we needed new tires put on to get back home. I had my car towed to the dealership Friday night and called the Service department in the morning when they opened. Emily went ABOVE and beyond to get new tires for my Q3 that morning so we could still make it to Rochester Hills in the afternoon for a wedding. They called around to other dealerships to find the right size tires since they didnt have any in stock. They were so helpful and made a tough situation a bit more bearable. Highly recommend!

2022-01-30Great service experience in total. and the service advisor was very attentive and helpful. On the down side, somewhere in the service process someone got in and out of the car with dirty shoes, and left a bit of a mess on the beige mats and trim. And a control button is now missing from the side of the drivers seat. On finding out, the service advisor promptly oredered a replacement button.

2022-03-17Hands down the best Audi maintenance service available. Emily McKnight is one of their best service advisors. She is very patient, understanding and will do everything in her capacity to make sure every problem with your car, no matter how small, is taken care of. She along with the centers very skilled technicians helped me sort out every issue I had with my S5 (even the minor ones) which I had been struggling to get fixed with other dealers. I drive almost an hour, cross two other Audi dealers to get to Farmington Hills and its one of the best decision Ive made. Thank you Emily and Audi Farmington Hills.
