They do not honor their commitments. The General Sales Manager, Chris Blair, is a coward. He does not honor his word. The Finance Manager Dean Vetricek is a liar. He said I would be contacted by the EC BOND people and no one ever reached out to me. When I contacted them, they never followed through after several emails; there is no number to call. LOUSY customer service. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DEALERSHIP. Typical run-around when I asked for a refund. Audi sucks! I should’ve stayed with BMW where I was always treated well.

Comment: I sent the following email to Manager Emil to try to get some sort of accountability and he didnt send a courtesy response, so I figured I would post my experience on google for others: I contacted the dealership about a week ago interested in a 2021 audi a7 on the lot. I am a serious buyer and expressed that to all three sales reps (Adrian, Brandon, and Anthony) I spoke to. I let them know I live far, but I am interested. This would have been my third Audi i would have purchased from LA prior to even driving the car - if the sales rep is good enough, we can make it happen. As long as they answer my questions and theyre honest about the imperfections, I will drive out there and pick it up. I have reached out a couple times, to no avail. I would be told they would get back to me, and they wouldnt. Its disappointing to see we couldnt close a deal.I ended up buying an Audi A7, same year, similar miles, one owner (vs two), longer manufacturer warranty, at a local dealership for a $1000 cheaper. Everything happens for a reason, but I think its important you are aware as to how your team is handling sales.

We have a working relationship of mutual trust that goes a long way, and I am a proud and loyal customer because of that.The dealership is good. It is neat and modern with plenty of inventory. Their service department is attentive and performs reputable work.The car I chose this time is a 2023 A5 Sportback in District Green. The car stands out with that color and is very low and sleek. As much as this A5 and my previous two cars, a 2018 A4 and a 2021 A4 are on the same platform with the same engines and interiors, the shape of this body is a game changer. This Sportback design has been around for a bit and when it originally came out, I thought that was one of the dumbest ideas ever. But low and behold, its design has held up better than the coupe design and it has terrific flexibility in its space. This car is amazing to drive.My salesman has been Raymundo Lopez, and I can share with you that he is extraordinary. He knows his product line and tailors his sales approach to his customers. He does not put the pressure on, he advises so the customer can make an informed decision. Raymundo is the main reason I return to this dealer; not because I dislike them, but because others are more convenient for me. But this provider/customer relationship is a great one and one that I wish to continue for some time. It is my strong recommendation that you consider Audi of Ontario and I would also say that you would be very well served to work with Raymundo. Terrific cars, great service and respectful work being performed by that team.

Comment: Got my car serviced to check out my engine to see why tool light came on & I noticed oil in driveway but of course to simply diagnose your car they charge so we had to pay for oil change Diana suggestion to bypass the $255 inspection fee then conveniently a lot of the things they could fix was under warranty just had to pay deposit cool right ... nope ...then literally two weeks later my car starts stalling when Im stopping or at a stop light ... Im like no way ... mind you Im irritated because this is my third time purchasing a new car and never have I ever had issues this soon with a new vehicle ... then we take it in ... its the PCV Valve and unfortunately this happens suddenly so they say & is not covered under warranty ... but Im discovering alot of the major parts in the engine of Audi are plastic ... its frustrating because the inconvenience I took my car for inspection and your mechanics didnt notice this makes me question the mechanics they are hiring I would of preferred/expected my vehicle to have gotten 100% inspection from a high end dealer ... my vehicle is 2019 I purchased January of 2020 its 2024 just so this is understandable .... I was fooled because thought we got taken care of choosing Audi to inspect but no it is a business ...for all I know they did notice vault but failed to address or there mechanics are poorly trained ... because the inconvenience I prefer to get serviced elsewhere because all I need is next week something else to pop off coincidentally... now Im more mad because we mentioned oil leaking so obviously this is telling me they did what was convenient for them rather than understand the client concern

Comment: I purchased a certified pre owned Audi Etron RS Gt for $96,000.00 in cash and another $20,000.00 in add ons (extended warranty, tire & wheel protection etc etc). I went in there with a certified cashiers check from BofA. They made a big hoopla about these checks being fraudulent many times and said if I wire the money it will make the process go faster. Oh yee of little faith, so on day 2 I wire $111,000 (I used my card to put down $5000 the day before). I received the vehicle 16 days later. They treated me like crap, like some fresh off the boat immigrant who was not aware of his rights. What happened was they put car up for sale without doing a presale inspection (they should have caught this when they purchased the car). After inspecting the vehicle the protection plates under the car were damaged so it failed inspection. They took there sweet time getting in the parts. On day 6 I asked if they could refund me my money as they have not meet there part of contract (money for car). No was the answer, not only that they then realized on day 8 that there was a recall and they would need to order the part from Germany. Oh I forgot on day 3 my salesman quit. I asked why this was not ordered before and got no reply. Since they refused to release my money, I turned to Audi corporate they offered to initiate a buyback but that could take up to 60 days. So no car and no money for 16 days, you think they would offer some incentives to take the fact they messed up badly a little easier to swallow. So what great offer do they give me, a free tow from Ontario to San Diego. Wow $200 dollars for 16 days with no vehicle. Then to pour salt on the wounds they then try and tell me a 1 year old RS GT with 4800 miles is not certified pre owned. They only gave me one key and said they did not have to provide a second since it was not certified (however in the system when I take the car in for service it states that it’s Certified preowned). So they gave me no charger for the vehicle and only one key. They offered to sell me another key for $600-800 and then another $500 to program it. I am all good on that. I know there is isn’t much money in selling used cars but to be treated like that is disrespectful and bad business.

Comment: Bought a car at a great price. The only 2 things to be aware of is that Dean, the financial person, made it seem as if the LoJack was included. He never said I had to pay for it. Just said they had to install them in their vehicles because they were getting robbed but that it was included. Understandable, but when Dean said it was included he made it seem as though I didnt have to pay for it. He said it several times and my husband and I both understood it as free. Dean also never said how much it was. I can only assume is it was to sneak it in. It cost me just under $1300.The other thing is that I purchased 2 warranties and when I asked for the phone numbers for them Dean said they were in the paperwork he gave me. It wasnt. If Im paying a lot of money for warranties its a must to have the phone numbers and paperwork to show what is included to refer back to. Im still waiting on someone to call me back with that information.On the one hand I had a great sales person but Dean the Financial person isn’t someone you want to deal with in a business.THREE WEEKS LATERDean finally sent one of the 2 warranty numbers 3 weeks late but I had asked for them just 2 days after the car purchase. He responds in an email “You have a Copy of both, which was given to you at the Time of Sale. Here are the Copies again.”That’s not how a professional should talk to a customer. But I should have known because after just minutes of meeting him, he was passive aggressive and then the dishonesty of the LoJack and now this email response. I’ll have to contact Emil the manager or my sales person for the Tire and Wheel Warranty.

Very professional, responsive, and patient.I mentioned to Dani that my lease was almost up on my Q5 and that I wanted to talk to sales about trade in options while I waited for my car to be serviced. She referred me to Anthony Lee which took it from there.During the entire process I felt taken care of not just by Anthony, which was awesome, but by the whole staff. Rene, the sales manager, came out multiple times to check on me and even the General Manager checked on me to make sure the team was taking care of my every need.You know the story, I didn’t intend on walking out with a new car that day but the entire staff did such an amazing job I couldn’t resist. 10/10 would recommend!If you need to service your Audi go see Dani and if you want to buy/lease a car make sure to ask for Anthony! Comment: Honestly its all great when you first get your vehicle but when you gotta get service or theres problems with the vehicle thats when the horrible service comes they are extremely cheap and not helpful I had vehicle problems I scheduled an appointment with a loaner vehicle and when I get there they tell me I cant get a loaner I have to wait 2 hours before they might give me one and I ask them do they atleast have one they said yes but I still have to wait to see if they want to give me a loaner and to add I asked for a lyft they told me they only do one way and I have to pay out of pocket for the way back so I called the west Covina office and they immediately provided me with a loaner the exact same day and I didnt even have an appointment with them honestly the Ontario Audi is extremely cheap I recommend never to go the to add to offense Ive taken the vehicle many times for service and its always that same story and/or excuse by the way they only got one star because there isnt an option for zero or negative stars but if there was it would be a negative 3 stars.Thursday April 18th I came in and you guys changed your policy now you refuse too properly inspect the vehicle and only do a sign scan but to add onto the problem you make me wait 2 to 3 hours just to wait for the car scan a car oil change is way fast the worst is that it wasnt even packed.

As a mother, I just came along to help with the limited knowledge I have with regards to price, interest rates, etc. We had some difficulty with getting a full coverage car insurance policy. This was NOT the dealership’s fault, but an issue in California in general. Little did we know, it would take almost 3 weeks to get a full coverage policy. We were worried we’d lose the car due to the wait on the policy effective date. But Farzi and Audi Ontario worked with us and secured the car for us. They didn’t have to do that, but they were more than willing to. Today we were able to finish the transaction and get the car!!!! It was probably the smoothest car purchase ever. Everybody involved was very honest, professional, accommodating, kind and took the time to explain everything without being pushy. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend Audi Ontario. Comment: This is going to be lengthy but I urge you to read it if looking to purchase from this dealership. I recently purchased an Audi Q3 from this dealership about 3 months ago and have been hesitant to write a review in order to give them time to make things right but so far nothing. I bought this car and the first rain of the season this car started pouring water into my car from either the windshield or sunroof I am not sure because I took the car back to the dealership with ample amount of video evidence and they said We are going to have to charge you over $400 just to see if what you are saying is true and to see if the car is actually leaking water. I have plenty of video evidence to prove this but instead they were going to charge me just to see if what I was saying was true. The day of driving the car off the lot I called my sister and my phone connected to Bluetooth but the microphone in the car was broken and not working most likely from water damage from previous rain before I bought the car so I have been driving for 3 months with a headset on if I have to talk on the phone. The microphone is located where my car was leaking so it makes me assume either Audi knew about these issues with the leak and the micro phone and sold it without saying anything or they were incompetents while doing their inspections of the vehicle. Because of the water in the compartment where the cab lights are, while I am driving he lights will turn on and off on their own which is especially irritating driving at night and my cab is lit up and there is nothing I can do about it and they wont turn off until enough water has leaked out. Either they knew about this problem when they had possession of this vehicle but realized they could sell it because it was sunny and not raining and would be someone else problem, or they were not thorough in their inspection of the vehicle. I guarantee if it was raining the day I drove it off the lot they would do something about it immediately... Just really seems like they car more about making a profit on a car then giving someone a reliable car.

He told us that your dealership has a Mercedes Benz sister store and they can just take our leased vehicle without us paying any fees, such as the excess mileage fees, tears and wears. When he and Javier Rodriguez, finance manager, were both in the office room, we asked the same questions again and they both confirmed that with a “Yes” and no additional documents were needed.We had many options when we were shopping for cars. And Your dealership was not the first on our list. But The reason we chose your dealership was because the EV incentive, the car return offering and we thought we could trust an automotive group that has more than 50 years. 

This proves us it is wrong and your dealership will lie everything to get your customers to sign the contract. And once they figure out your lies, you said you are not responsible for that.2/19/2024I have never written such bad review for a car dealership but I feel like I should. I want everyone who is going to purchase their cars from this dealership aware of these and avoid getting cars from them.My overall shopping experiences in this Audi Ontario dealership was horrible, disgusting and very dissatisfied. You wont believe how bad the services you will receive from such a big automotive group -Walter’s automotive group (est 1964).Here’s the why:1. Misrepresentation and Auto Fraud & ”Bait and switch advertising practicesTheir sales and finance department do not have good knowledges what they are selling and offering. I don’t see any sincerity at all and I think they should be exposed.It is really Funny that they said they are helping us to make our car lease return easier and convenience but their lies are just making us very inconvenient. With all these events, it proves me that there is no way as a customer to trust this automotive group even they have such long history. And its pretty clear that they don’t really care about their customers and keep what theyre promised. I feel like I got tricked to sign the car contract.** If you want to be the next one, feel free to purchase the cars from them.

I was charged for an item I didnt agree to - over 3K. To provide a clear overview of my purchase experience, below is the outline the sequence of events:1. We exchanged emails discussing the car listed online and its price.2. After comparing prices at nearby dealerships in Los Angeles, I chose Ontario Audi to save a few hundred dollars on the car.3. I discovered information about LoJack and its cost ($1,000) on the sales floor upon arriving at the dealership. Despite initial reluctance, I agreed to the additional expense. My intended savings have been already evaporated at this point.4. The term EC Bond was mentioned casually for the first time in the finance office, but I was not informed about the separate cost involved.5. On the itemized agreement, the bond shares the signature page with LoJack but the cost is not disclosed6. The amount for the item was only indicated on the printed finance agreement, which was presented after all digital signatures had been obtained. The document was handed to me folded and tucked into an envelope.In retrospect, I acknowledge that I should have taken the contents out of the envelope, unfolded the document and thoroughly reviewed the details before leaving the dealership. However, such incidents are not typically anticipated, especially during a transaction with a reputable dealership.I find the lack of transparency regarding the charge for EC Bond to be deceptive and malicious.Hopefully I can update the review with some positive outcome.And, NO. Comment: I purchased an Audi less than a year ago. During the sale process, they treat you like a luxury brand customer. Post purchase, my Q7 had MMI issues, a tow hitch electrical problem, a seat belt that locked up, a melted park button, and a camera coax cable that required replacement. The service department acts like they are doing you a favor by helping you. You have to get on a wait list to get a loaner. They dont supplement loaners by using a rental agency. In sum, when I took my vehicle in, they said it wasnt covered by my warranty because of evidence of rodent droppings. Never was an inspection done in front of me. Fast forward to returning the loaner and they claimed the same rodent issue and filed a claim against my insurance for $8700. Let it be known that I had the MMI and Camera issue from day one on both my car and the loaner Additionally, we have several cars on our property and the Audis were the only vehicles with the issue? My Audi and the loaner were not parked in the same vecitnity. I escalated my concerns to the service manager and was dismissed. The videos they sent on both occasions showed missing parts (not chewed wires). The dealership likely has rodant issues on the lot as my Audi had issues from day one. I was so bothered by the service managers condescending attitude, i escalated my claim to Audi of America. I truly believe Audi is a good brand, my issues is strictly around my experience with thr Ontario service center. .Buyer Beware!

Comment: Audi Ontario is excellent. So excellent that I drove up from San Diego to buy my next car. They had a few things going for them - 1) Their express purchasing site was extremely transparent with the discounts that the dealership was willing to offer on each car, as well as the incentives offered by Audi. I was able to price out a number of vehicles without having to haggle with an Audi Brand Advisor or their sales manager. 2) The people I worked with are great - Anthony Lee was my main man and sent multiple videos of cars for me prior to me driving up. Rene Orellana is one of the sales managers and he made the transaction easy and painless. 3) They have a solid selection and werent overly busy.The experience there was a stark contrast from another large Audi dealer in Costa Mesa, where it was like pulling teeth to get a price/offer from them. They had me there, checkbook and trade-in (with title) in hand to make a deal, but their tactics sent me packing. There was none of that nonsense with Audi Ontario. Just solid people and a good experience.The only area for improvement Id offer is the actual transaction time onsite. We were there a solid 2-2.5 hours from entry to drive away. This probably speaks to the dealership experience as a whole, rather than being an explicit knock on Audi Ontario. If there was a way to more effectively use the Express purchasing site with in-person delivery, that wouldve been welcomed. I wouldve gladly gone through all the paperwork ahead of time.All in all, one of my better car purchasing experiences.

Comment: December 30, 2023: I realize this review, my first negative one ever posted, is lengthy, but it will be worth reading because I simply want to warn people not to do business with Audi Ontario. These guys are completely unsympathetic and their promises mean nothing. After many phone calls with Darrin in sales to confirm a 2023 Kia Sportage X-Pro is truly as advertised, we told them we definitely want the vehicle for my daughter who had to drive 2 hours from San Diego to buy it. I explained the situation in detail.Darrin assured me that he made a specific 4:30 appointment with the sales manager to fill out the paperwork and complete the transaction. Darrin also said the sales manager approved holding the car an hour which is the legal limit. We asked for 2 hours but were denied. Still, we understandably thought the deal was done, and they clearly understood it was sold. I even offered to give them a $1000 nonrefundable deposit but they declined. Ive purchased many cars in my life and I know plenty of dealers who wouldve done the right thing and held a car while a customer is rushing to buy that same car, even without a deposit. Poor excuse. Hopes shattered, four hours, and gasoline wasted.They could have at least done the right thing and told the other customer the car has likely been sold and asked them to wait. Im sure any serious buyer would have waited but I guess 30 minutes was too much to expect. Waiting a brief period seems respectful and logical to me, having had my own successful medical practice for over 30 years. Successful from doing the right thing for my patients and making them my top priority even over personal profit. After this miserable experience, I called asking for the sales manager to call me back to discuss the situation but of course he hasnt. Uncaring, no guts.They certainly project an image of just being greedy and dont care about anyone or anything just to sell a car. I know dealers who will hold a car as sold and park it around back and give a customer a reasonable time to get there. We didnt ask for 24 hours, not even 3 hours. My daughter arrives, an ordeal frantically getting a friend to drop everything and hastily drive her there, only to find out they just sold the car a half hour before she arrived. She got there on time within the 2 hour expected arrival time.Whatever happened to common professional decency? What happened to ethically treating a customer just and proper? My daughter and I exhaustingly looked for weeks to find the right car, her first vehicle purchase on her own after college. What a let down. Bottom line, I would never buy a stick of gum from this heartless, untrustworthy dealership, over promising and under delivering. They certainly give the impression its all about money, not helping someone in 30 minutes buy her dream car at THEIR NON-NEGOTIABLE PRICE. I kind of apologize to the readers for the length of this review, but I want everyone to know with whom they would be dealing. So, never, never, never waste your time with this dealership. They will clearly do, say, and overpromise anything for money. And I wouldnt trust them after a sale, let alone while agreeing on a deal before the sale. Stay the heck away.January 3, 2024: Not valid Mr. Litchi. If you cant hold cars why did Darrin promise to do so? We clearly told him she wants the car and on her way, and reminded him again when she was one hour away. Its not like she didnt show past the 2 hour mark that day. Comment: Use Extreme caution! This place is a disaster! Normally Im for taking your car to get serviced at the dealer, but this place has some of the worst techs. My first experience; a technician broke my glove box handle for what reason? Who knows? I dont have locks on the wheels, I didnt ask for a tire rotation. On another visit I ask the front desk to have my timing belt checked. Front desk comes back tells me the technician is not able to perform such a task. Do these technician not get paid enough? Its two tabs on the side of the engine and voila, you can see the timing belt.... On my next and final visit I get an oil change maybe 🤔 the verdict is still out. The front desk contacts me to inform me I need a new timing belt, I need new brakes, I need ect.. confused I ask how this could be, prior to my visit, I had those items taken care of and would like an explanation!? Well it turns out the tech did not check, review, and or possibly service my vehicle. The technician copied the the previous technicians notes on my vehicle. What a disappointment!...

Comment: Dealer does not take care of customers. When a concern was raised, dealership did not get back to us. Even after filing a complaint, dealership continued to ignore. Will take our business elsewhere.Update. The issue was the USB ports had fallen into the console. After Audi dealership turned us down for warranty work and then Audi of America did as well, we researched the issue and found tons of Audi blogs where this was a known issue.Took the car to another Audi dealer who confirmed it was a warranty issue at one point and then Audi decided to stop repairing.Dealer should make this right. The General Manager only seems to respond to reviews he feels he can handle, mainly positive reviews. Why would Audi all of a sudden decide the ports falling out is not a build issue?Been a week and no call. I have the vehicle at a local shop who is repairing what should have been a warranty repair for me. I will have the poorly built part for you to see that should have been covered under warranty. I will gladly bring the part for you to view, however, we will never do business with your shop or Audi again. Can’t even live up to your word on calling me.

Comment: Bought a CPO 2021 Q5 from Audi Ontario last Saturday. Our salesperson was Brandon. The overall buying experience was great. The sales manager Chris was very pleasant to talk to, and we finalized the deal over a phone call. Since we were driving up from San Diego, the car was prepared for a test drive prior to our arrival. Dean at Finance was also very friendly and didn’t push any of the add-ons on us. He gave us all of the information we needed, and left it us to decide if we wanted the add-ons or not.I’ve removed 1 star from my rating due to the following reasons -1. We felt that the salesperson was irritated/frustrated at us when we were fleshing out the final numbers of the trade-in and the Q5. When I bought to his attention that the out the door price of Q5 was higher than what we had discussed with Chris the previous day, he was like you can go talk to Chris yourself and clarify. I felt the tone was a bit dismissive. When my wife asked about a few scratches she observed on the Q5, he responded saying “what can I do about it?” in a condescending manner. I understand that scratches can happen due to usual wear and tear, and a friendly response from the salesperson could have been just fine instead of a condescending response. My wife was ready to walk out the store after that comment.2. For whatever reason, the CPO inspection report was not available when we bought the car, so the salesperson said he would follow up with the service department and provide me with an update on Monday. I didn’t receive any update from him afterwards, I reached out to him through message and email for a couple of days and didn’t get any response from him. I found this to be very disappointing. We had to call up the dealership directly and Brett/Dean were very responsive in sharing the CPO inspection report with us asap.Except for the above 2 minor inconveniences, the overall buying process was great! We were very happy with our purchase at the end :)

After a few days of communication with Farzy who is an amazing communicator we were on our way from Long Beach where we live less then 2 miles from an Audi dealership to Ontario. Farzy who is consistent and respectful met us upon arrival, he was never once pushy or uninterested. Farzy listened to what my partner wanted and did all he could to make an amazing deal. We left in a beautiful car! Just two days later I had reached out to Farzy because I was in a very bad lease situation with Volkswagen and I was curious to see if he could work some of his magic. First is sales- Test drive cars and find your perfect fit. Second is finance- $$, add-ons and interest rate approvals. Tania Ashraf (sales) and Beatrice Rodriguez (finance) alone deserve the full 5 stars for their professionalism and detailed knowledge. Couldnt have picked better people to help me out through the process.I also want to call out things that stood out in each part of the process.Sales:Tania patiently answered all the questions we had and definitely has more knowledge on cars/tech than I could find online! Communication from her team (incl Jessica) was prompt and there was a willingness to work around changing schedules.Finance:This is the part that everyone dislikes about dealerships (pushy sales tactics, higher interest rates etc); but I was completely surprised with my experience. 100% transparency throughout the process, gave me enough time and space to weigh in tradeoffs and come to my decision. I was anxious about this walking in from my past experiences, so if you are in the same boat, Id request for Beatrice specifically for this part.Hope that helps!
