Unfortunately I feel like I had to visit far too often on my car within the last 1.5 years of ownership but that is more of a manufacturer issue. Peter has always taken care of me and made sure I got the best service while they tried to figure out the electrical gremlins in my car. I never had any major issues beyond basic maintenance and minor repairs expected from a ten year old car. (Replace battery, etc.) They are great cars. Mine is proof that if you keep up the maintenance they are also reliable and long lasting. When you take it to Audi they make sure your car remains in good shape.

I was unlucky enough to have the unfortunate experience of the etron’s growing pains. The etron was totally disabled. Comment: I love Walters Audi!! I needed to wait for my Car services and ended up being there for approximately 3hours. The wait was pleasurableSnacks and water were provided as well as the large TV! All employees wore masks, the environment felt Safe as the waiting lounge provided social distancing and it was very clean.The only thing I would suggest is providing hot tea in addition to coffee for us who don’t drink coffee. Otherwise it was a GREAT DAY AT WALTERS AUDI IN RIVERSIDE!

Comment: Three hours from our home on a hot Saturday afternoon, our Audi Q7 began to shred cord and steel strips from the front left tire. As run-flat tires, there is no spare. We called 15 or so tire dealers within a 20 mile radius of Banning, CA (where we were).and none had our size in stock. Special order would take 2-3 days. Thank goodness my wife called Walters Audi in Riverside and spoke with Alex Ortiz. They had 4 tires in stock. Although they were a pretty good distance away from us and closing soon, Alex said to come on in and they will be there to put on the tires. We got there and arranged everything with Alex. He even had the car washed. We were treated so well by Alex as we waited, it turned a nightmare of a day into a pretty enjoyable experience. He even gave us suggestions and directions for restaurants in the area. Great service is apparently not a lost art.

Very friendly and professional and the dealer ship is a great place to hang out, lots of really awesome cars to look at, especially the R8.Alex Ortiz was the service consultant that I dealt with and explained everything they did, great person to deal with. 2 thumbs up.Follow up on check engine light, all is fixed, hasnt came on since they worked on it and A3 runs great.Just had the oil change done and as usual they did a nice job and Alex is always great to work with.Just had the transmission service done and Alex was great to work with again, kept me informed on the progress and had my A3 done when he said it would be. Another 2 thumbs up.

I feel like Im always in good hands when these two gentlemen assist me with all my service-related appointments. They communicate with me in a timely manner and efficiently. I trust that my car will always be in great condition whenever I take my cars for service in this service dealer. I dropped my car off Saturday morning for routine maintenance and an A/C issue, and I assumed it would be several days before I got my car back since the issue required some investigation... To my surprise, I was told the part was in stock & they would be able to complete the job same day. Not only was that fabulous news, the service team was actually staying LATE to get the job done for me to save me the hassle of commuting back to the dealership during the week. All throughout, Alex Ortiz was communicating updates via text & was gracious to answer all my tedious technological questions about my new car (first time Audi owner here). I’d also like to mention that I live in Los Angeles, and after several failed attempts at getting a mediocre-at-best interaction with the service department & staff at my local Torrance Audi dealership, I chose to inconvenience myself by taking my car an hour+ away to the Walter’s dealership where I purchased the car because I had such a positive car buying experience there. Here we are a few months later, and Walter’s is 2-for-2 and has outdone themselves again. I sincerely wish I could leave 10-stars. Thank you Walter’s & Alex for surpassing my expectations!

Comment: I live 6 hours away from this dealership, but the experience from the initial inquiry, to driving our Q7 off the lot, was FIRST CLASS every step of the way. I inquired at 5-6 Audi dealerships, and this was by far the most responsive, and informative dealership. And they did it all without being overbearing, literally the exact opposite of the stereotypical aggressive sales-y dealership. Roman, our sales guy was so helpful. They didn’t have pics of the Q7 up on the site yet because they just got it in when I inquired about it, so he went to where they detail their cars and took pictures and videos and text them to me, then he called me and broke down the condition of the car to me. This was my biggest concern because we were going to drive in from 6 hours away to get it, so I didn’t want any surprises, but Roman was upfront, and everything was just as he said. From the moment we arrived at the dealership, we felt like Roman was on our side every step of the way, it literally never felt like he was trying to sell us anything, he was just trying to genuinely address any and all concerns. We even had an issue where the car was making a small noise as I drove it that was unfamiliar and Roman, instead of brushing over it and trying to close the deal, slowed the sales process down to address my concern there, he got multiple service techs to drive the car with me, take a look at it, and he got the GM, which I’m really thankful for too, to agree to cover it should the sound be anything - although it could be nothing, I wouldn’t have bought the car if it wasn’t for that reassurance. Comment: Wonderful and amazing staff here at Walters Audi! Based on Yelp reviews I was deciding between Walters Audi and thr Audi dealership at Ontario. I decided to go with Walters Audi and now Im an extremely happy new Audi owner and glad I decided to do business with this team. I actually started at Walters Audi then headed over to BMW of Riverside and Spreen Acura. What I didnt tell all 3 dealerships was that I did tons of research (months, really) before coming out to purchase a vehicle. Wanted to physically get my hands on and visual see the Audi Q7 55 TFSI 2020, BMW x7 2020, and Acura MDX 2020. I knew the ins and outs of leasing, sniffing out spotty sales and bogus fees, and how to go about auto sales negotiation. I wont spend so much time going into negatives but long story short, tons of pressure from BMW of Riverside (Training/Service fee for $180??? Seriously?! They want me to pay the fees for training their employees???) and moderate pressure from Spreen Acura (incorrect info from the get go led to a disastrous outcome for their sales team). Absolutely no pressure from Audi thanks to 3 fantastic gentlemen - Chandler M. (Audi Specialist), Joshua R. (Sales Mgr), and Andy B. (Finance Mgr). Chandler helped me right off the bat and was professional, easy to talk and work with, and hit all my concerns as if he could read my mind. He was extremely patient with my questions on Q5 vs Q7, 2019 vs 2020 Q7 differences, package variations and primary differences (Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige), and much more. Sales pitch was relaxing and I felt as if I truly was being helped to purchase the best vehicle for me versus being pressured into getting something I wasnt looking for. Joshua was very helpful to coordinate things with Chandler to get us going in the right direction in regards to paperwork, finances, and was also very professional and patient with even more questions I had. Lastly, Andy B. made the typical endless paperwork seem like a breeze and even helped me personally with a few categories, especially the package deal to make sure I dont get hit hard with fees surpisingly at the end of my 3-year lease. I was adamemt about putting 0 down with 12k miles per year and Andy crunched the numbers to fit me and my business needs seemlessly. This trio was amazing to work with and made my first Audi purchase an incredible experience! By the end of the night, I was a happy owner of a beautiful silver 2020 Audi Q7 55 TFSI! Chandler, Joshua, and Andy - excellent work and thank you for helping me throughout the entire process.
