Not big on writing reviews, but after purchasing a digital streaming device I had an issue. Expert staff solved my problem! Very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I do not recommend this place. I brought a defective product in that they sold to me. They took it in the back, brought it out and lied to me that they fixed it. In reality they did nothing. When I called them out on it they just denied what I was saying. Very terrible customer service for products that cost so much. I feel they are very inexperienced.
Great sales and customer service. Have the products I have researched at a fair price with excellent, fast delivery... very pleased.

2022-04-29My Experience, dont trust the advertised prices, the issue is when is a contract established. I ordered an advertised product on their site, I received an invoice thanking me for the purchase. I received an email for my evaluation of the purchased product. In my mind a contract was established and this is a breach of contract on their part for not fulfilling an established obligation. Bad guy to do business with.

2022-02-05Great guys at AA, Jay Daku is my man, helped me out with a set of KLH Model 5 speakers, they were demo units... They looked like new and the sound is incredible, I am done looking for speakers, I think I am set for many years to come.

2021-05-09The folks at Audio Advisor are really great people to turn to for excellent advice and a wide selection of audio equipment; really top notch.I worked with a very professional (and patient!) representative named Pete who guided me through the process and went well above and beyond as far as answering my questions in great detail. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave me all the information I could have wished for. I spoke with another representative who also was extremely helpful to me.I would highly recommend Audio Advisor for all your audio and home theater purchases; they will get the perfect set-up for you with ease.

2018-08-23Helpful and friendly staff, but no showroom. For being open to the public, it is expected that one would have a small store at the least, but it more closely resembles a business office. I was able to get everything I needed and expert advice though, making the overall experience very positive. The prices are very competitive, very near if not lower than Amazon, and many products are stored in their wearhouse. I was able to be in and out with exactly what I needed and had a great conversation with the receptionist.

2017-03-31Just had a great experience with these folks after a recommendation from a colleague. They went out of their way to diagnose and assist with repairs on an old turntable. I plan on upgrading some of my components this year - Ken will be my first and only phone call.

2019-10-15Found this site searching the web for elac speakers. Thank you Audio Advisor. I stumbled upon a sale price. Sceptical of the price and free shipping. I thought this must be an open box or used. No this was brand new in box never opened. Will definitely be coming back to site when i want to expand my system. Bought elac debut 2.0 center speaker

2017-05-17Ive been a customer for almost 20 years now, and have had only positive experiences. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are often outstanding. Its usually the first source I think of when I need something for my system. One of the best businesses Ive ever dealt with.
