2022-02-04I would highly recommend Austin & Warburton for any jewelry repair or custom design. Craig is so kind, patient and knowledgeable, and Brenda is unbelievably talented at crafting fine, quality jewelry.I love that your precious jewelry never leaves the building, and you can even melt down your existing metals to create a piece of your own. I am so thankful I found this wonderful jeweler in Ann Arbor!

2022-04-10Craig helped me design my wifes wedding ring. And sold me my wedding ring. They still take care of it and are always respectful, caring, and honest. A much better experience than I have had in other jewelers.

2021-11-09I cannot recommend Austin and Warburton highly enough. They helped me design a stunning necklace pair from my grandmothers jewelry. Craig was wonderful to work with. I didn’t feel rushed at all during the design process. I wanted the jewelry in time for my 50th birthday so Brenda came in over the weekend and worked on it to ensure I would have it in time. Her craftsmanship is unparalleled. The necklaces came out even more beautiful than I had imagined!!

2020-08-11We needed an engagement ring resized. Everyone else was quoting us a couple of weeks and a few hundred dollars for a fairly simple ring. They offered a much more reasonable price and were able to get the ring back the same day! Its been a couple of months and we havent had any issues with the jewels being loose or anything like that. I will definitely be going back!

2020-06-05Looked for silver repair on google. Craig was very warm and welcoming, gave me a fair estimate and return date. When time came to pick it up, oh, my! The item was highly polished and the crack was undetectable. And a reasonable repair cost. Their showroom is filled with beautiful works of artistic jewelry. Will shop there for future needs.
