Comment: We choose this business for our collision repair because the reviews seems good and they were near to our home. Needless to say we were very disappointed having to deal with a business that is dishonest. They reel in customers by low balling them with the initial estimate compared to other places and in the end triples the total cost for the insurance company to pay. They dont even communicate the status of the repair to the customer till theyre ready to hand over the bill an by then its too late. We cant get the car back without having to sign for the final cost.They held our car as hostage. This is why our insurance company dont have them as their preferred shop for its customer after communicating our experience with this place. The repair to our car still had noticeable dings and chips on the hood. They even replaced the car emblem that was noted on the car repair statement. Plus, the blending of the car paint is poor where the transition is noticeable. When we pointed these issues out to the rep he came up with a different story.Overall a very dishonest business to work with. Please be cautious when dealing with this business. There are many choices to choose from, we made our mistake and hope with this review will help others avoid making the same mistake we made.

They delayed the due date multiple times, and they also increased the final cost dramatically compared to the estimates. The customer service was terrible and the level of quality for the repairs were just average at best... Do not ever come to this location!

Comment: So I had to take a minute to write this review because I was very very pleased with the costumer service Matt and Lauren gave me. They were so kind so professional. I wana start by saying at first I was so skeptical because I never trust anyone with my car it’s hard to find somewhere, where you feel they will take good care of your car. I had gotten into a car accident and my car was so damaged the side door and back had to be fixed I was hit on i5 and could of been terribly hurt but by gods Grace I wasn’t, however my car was very damaged my insurance sent my car to this place and let me say I’m so glad they did. It did take a month to get the part and fixed.. and when I got it back something else was wrong but let me tell you when I say Matt was so amazing he truly was he took my car back that Monday and got me a rental and got me to my rental. Having 7 kids and a busy schedule and just chaos all the time he was so kind made everything so easy! He truly loves what he does he’s so professional and so understanding and very good at his job! I would recommend anyone here and if you have any issues Matt will take care of you! Lauren upfront was so sweet and just so quick with paperwork and having everything ready! My car looks great shiny and waxed as well. Thank you auto expressions because of you Matt and Lauren and whoever fixed my car in the back, made my experience better and I’m so thankful for your hard work. God bless (before and after pictures)

We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Matt. Before he even inspected the car, he asked how my husband was feeling and wanted to make sure he was ok. He did a thorough visual inspection of the car and noticed damage that insurance adjuster didn’t catch. He kept us updated during the entire process and our car was ready when promised When we picked up the vehicle, Matt walked us out to the car and gave us a detailed explanation of the work that was done. I overheard him at a store next door to his business talking to store employees about how he owns 2 Mercedes and then asking if he could return a mattress after he screws his wife on it like congrats that you’re doing well in life, no need to put others down. Comment: I was recommend to these guys after a rear end collision. Since walking in the door the entire staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They asked what they could do to make this easier. Matt was extremely helpful and very understanding of the situation with My Car. He even went as far as updating me on tbe progress on the work done, explaining in feyail the progress. The work was done on time with no problems. Looking at the car You could never tell what happened, the paint matched perfectly. They even went as far as arranging a rental when My Car was in the shop. Great job and I will highly recommended this place to friends and family. Thanks again for the excellent job and outstanding performance and treatment.

The front lady clerk was extremely friendly and offered water which another lady clerks gladly gave myself and my kids bottle water. An employee name Shad came out in the hot heat and rescued us. I offered a monetary thank you but he refused it.So I highly recommend this place. They will truly take care of your needs!

Comment: It is hard to believe, in this day and age, to find friendly, honest and ethical Autobody work estimator. But Matthew Mullen is an exception. He literally fixed an auto body issue of my wifes Honda Civic free of cost - Dealers estimate came around $ 673 and the Insurance Company recommended guys estimate came at $ 1318. WOW !!May your tribe increase Matt !!
