They handled State Farm expertly and kept me regularly appraised of the situation. I was working with Corbin and he was super responsive the entire time. And of course, the car looks great too!

Comment: Wow who was working who. I was charged an inflated hourly rate because it was a Tesla, and the insurance company did not approve the hourly rate. It caused delays in getting my car fixed, and ultimately i did not have to pay the difference. Obviously they do this to get more revenue and sometimes the carriers will pay. $550 for a charging fee for my Tesla when it was full charged, $110 hourly charge when the carrier would only pay $70.14 days to replace a bumper.Dont come here unless you want the run around after a car crash. Horrible.

Comment: Auto Body of Escondido was recommended by BMW Vista to restore the front damage on my BMW 740i that was caused by another car brushing by my front end while stopped at a traffic light. They took me in the next day and even picked up the car at my house. During the process Alana kept me always updated about the progress and after just 12 days I was able to pick up my car on the day as originally promised. The result was stunning. My BMW looks as good as it was when it was new, it was meticulously detailed and the paint quality and color match are incredible! The whole team is very professional and polite in their customer service for their customers. I hope I dont have to be back any time soon for a paint job but I will be back any time a job has to be done on one of our cars! Comment: They did a fantastic job fixing my car after a crash. It took more time than expected due to Parts shortages. However, when the car was ready, it was good as new. There were some misalignments I noticed after the repair and they were able to get those fixed really quickly as well. One thing I would do make customers more happy is to keep them up to date on the progress without the customer having to follow up. Sometimes I went weeks without any update. Even after I follow up with email, I waited close to a week to get a response.

When I got the estimate I told him to repair all the damage to the vehicle.After 2 weeks having the car they returned it to my mothers home. When she went to look at it she found that damage to the left front bumper was not repaired. Also, all the contents of the trunk were not in the trunk.It took several phone calls to get this corrected. In the end, I will say they did the right thing. They came and picked the car up. Repaired the front bumper for no additional charge. Returned the contents of the trunk. Then delivered the car back to her. We are pleased with the quality of the work and going the extra mile to take the vehicle back and forth to her home. I would have give 5 stars if the above concerns did not occur. We are satisfied completely now.

Comment: 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 4Matic: Absolutely stellar service!I cannot begin to express my thanks and gratitude to the entire staff of both technicians and customer service for the incredible job they completed with our vehicle. It is literally, and I mean LITERALLY, better than when we originally got it from the dealer.This repair was an insurance claim, and the entire front end was sprayed with gravel, pitted, scratched and damaged down to the metal of the car plus a broken windshield and when I tell you that the car now is perfect, it is in showroom condition. There’s not a mark on it! It is unbelievable! I mentioned to Alex R. at The beginning of this process that the vehicle is a lease, and it was originally a birthday present for my partner and is extremely well kept both inside and out and under the hood. Alex took those comments to heart, and made sure that every single detail, every bezel, every piece of chrome, even hand polishing the headlights, turn signals, the flange around the grill… Every piece of rubber and plastic, is exquisite. There is no evidence of overspray there isn’t even the ‘paint smell’ lingering so commonly overlooked from body shop work. No evidence of any work having been done to the vehicle. This app only allows a 5-star review; they deserve 7! I’m leaving other reviews that only allow 10 stars, they should have 12! I cannot recommend them enough; we needed a rental car, they arranged it. We couldn’t bring the rental car back, he volunteered to take it back for us to the rental car agency. We couldn’t pick up the car on the day that it was done he volunteered to come in on Saturday to get it back to us. It’s above and beyond customer service, exceeding our every expectation. They have the BEST Customer Service and after they fix your car you cant tell there was an issue.They try to do there best to get your car back in a timely manner (but it depends on when the parts are available after ordering them).A pet peeve of mine is...not answering the phone when I need updates, but they DO! However, if theyre busy they will return your call/email within a day.Every person in the front office is friendly, professional and helpful. The auto manchanics do an amazing job fixing your car and they return your car washed and cleaned on the inside YAY!Thanks so much!

Comment: If these guys weren’t in your insurance network you’d never go there! They destroyed my HOV stickers which were specifically mounted on vinyl wrap to make them super easy to remove or reposition. It’s like they went out of there way to remove them from the wrap destroying them and rendering them useless. They didn’t even attempt to put them back on because they can’t! They gave them to me back destroyed stuck to a plastic bag. Thanks! It took me six months to get those from the DMV and now I have to start over. The car wasn’t ready when promised, was unwashed and when I got it home realized they hadn’t put my door back together properly so had to drive all the way back and deal with them again. These guys pretend to know what they’re doing. Don’t believe it!

Comment: These guys are the best. I have a classic car a, 1977 Super Beetle convertible. After searching for three weeks, to find somebody to work on it. I called David at Auto Body of Escondido. He immediately said his shop could work on it. Well after having a few problems with my insurance and being hospitalized for several months. I finally went to pick up my bettle. The work was excellent. The damage to the inside of the front hood was straightened out, all the rust was removed, the fenders & the floor pan were all replaced. The paint job matched perfectly.
