Basically, my Chevy truck was badly injured, and I needed outpatient surgery at the Auto Hospital so that I could drive her home, since it was a long commute. Though it was clear that this was going to be challenging for them time-wise, they got it done for me. So I am grateful for Rob and the staff at Auto Hospital.
Rob at the Auto Hospital is friendly and very responsive. I took my 77 Trans Am to them to have the engine restored, and they did a phenomenal job-no complaints.I highly recommend them!
If you want it done correctly by competent...Honest...trustworthy...Auto Docs with no BS service Add ons...and that genuinely care about the health of your vehicle...and in the end placing you on the road in a safe and reliable car...this is the place to bring your Vehicle. Well I’m not happy how rob treated me as a customer , he did did upgrade my engine from a carburetor to an EFI . But then my engine blew out after a week and he wasn’t fair enough to give me some of my money back or help me out by any way . He just totally took advantage of me and I learned my lesson . This man overcharged me on labor while I had the parts and he wasted his time working on my engine that he knew was gonna give out because he didn’t tune it correctly .he had my bronco In his shop for 3months and kept on Lying to me that he was working on it until I kept going to the shop to check it out . They were times he wasn’t even at the shop . i don’t recommend taking your classic to this shop.
Auto Hospital has the best most accurate diagnosis and they are really affordable! These guys really love what they do and stand by their work. I wont go anywhere else!
Thanks to Rob and Mike I have 20 year old, brand new jeep. These guys are honest, caring and professional people.

2019-09-08My lovely 1981 Chevrolet C10 Silverado was at the Auto Hospital to repair the engine and for an overall check. Rob and his team did an awesome job. The good work is worth its price. I highly recommend this garage! Thank you so much! From now on, my sweetie has a doctor!

2018-02-13Rob and Mike are the mechanics that are hard to find. Not only do they pay attention to every detail they treat my car is as if it was theirs. Quality work with a friendly atmosphere. I cant say enough about the Auto Hospital. Bring your classic car to them with confidence it will be done right.

2017-02-10The Auto Hospital is a unique experiences when it come to automotive repair. They pride themselves on honesty and integrity. Not only did they fix my transmission they found a potentially catastrophic break failure. I would trust these guys with all my cars and recommend them to anyone. If you dont believe me go see for yourself and tour their garage.

2017-01-31Finding a mechanic you trust, not always easy! First auto place I truly feel like Im respected, time is taken to explain the work needed and follow up to the service is provided.Went in for a routine oil change and was called to see how I felt about my service, amazing!Took another vehicle in for a tow hitch issue and they went above and beyond to help me out! Highly recommended!

2019-06-20We took our 1985 Mustang SVO to the Auto Hospital to be painted. We had two other estimates but this business was highly recommended by a friend who has a 1967 Mustang. They also had a some other old cars waiting to be restored. They did a beautiful job on my car. In fact, it looked better than the day we took delivery back in 1985. They repaired a number of paint flaws that came from the factory. Thank you Auto Hospital. You get my thumbs up

2017-04-06Ive taken my car to Auto Hospital a few times now have have always been provided the highest level of service and care. Mike and Rob are both extremely professional, place an emphasis on educating the customer, and charge a fair price for their services. Theres no reason to go anywhere else.

2018-01-23I always feel respected and well taken care of when needing repairs on my car. Its hard to find trustworthy technicians who take pride in their work. I will always rely on the Auto Hospital because the techs are men of their word, and have the experience and knowledge it takes to run a successful collision shop. 2019-05-31This place did a horrific job on my car!!! If you truly love your car please do trust them with it, they over charged me and kept adding on prices! My car sat there for months before it got worked on and still turned out worst then when i brought it there! If you own a classic or a newer model car take it to J&D Auto in Oak Park they are much friendlier and trust worthy!

2017-01-17Honest assessment, fair pricing, friendly service, and up-to-date, in-depth automotive knowledgable. Rob and Mike are the ideal mechanics. Unlike dealerships that push unnecessary work on you, Rob and Mike will recommend what repairs need, should, or dont need to be done. Their shop is tucked in an industrial complex off of Groesbeck; so its only about 200 feet off the beaten path so to speak. Personally, I dont let anybody else touch my car and gladly drive the 30 minutes for their extraordinary service and exceptional results. I suggest checking out their Facebook page and read the rest of the reviews here to get a full idea of how many people trust their vehicle needs with these two Detroiters.
