I have bought 4 cars from this leadership in last 5 years. Syed, the owner is a gentleman. He has sold me reliable cars at a decent price with excellent customer service. Hard to find used car dealerships like these. I am glad to have found this dealership. I have also called him up on other car related issues and he has always provided me good advice and has gone out of his way to help solve issues.

Great experience! Honest, trustworthy, helpful. I tend to avoid buying cars from dealers, especially used car dealers, so I was a bit wary. However, after searching for about a month, I saw that he had the best deals and decided to stop by. Drove off with a beautiful 2015 Honda Accord and couldnt be happier. I will also be back to purchase an SUV from him in the near future.

Eventhough I didnt buy Car from Syed because of my budget, Whenever I call and ask any questions about car, He is responsible and answer my all questions without any hesitation and provide valuable suggestion. I definitely recommend Syed and his dealership to consider and purchase the vehicle if it meets your budget. He does have good quality cars and trust worthy person.

Autorite provided the services as required on our vehicle. They were a great alternative to specific import dealerships that may not have your best interests (cost/time/location. The staff advisors were friendly and followed up with the required communication on the service progress.

Recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer. I was told there was a tire repair kit in the car. I checked for the repair kit when I got home and it was not there. I called the dealer and they refused to get one for me, despite the fact they said it was in the car. I was told to go find one at a junk yard or buy one on Ebay. This seemed pretty immoral, but perhaps what to expect from most used car dealerships. The vehicle was also sold to me with a headlight out. Also poor form in my opinion.Be weary of promises made from this place. Will not be returning. DO NOT RECOMMEND. (This review will be edited if they change their minds)In Response to the owners response - Let us know if we can rectify the issue. Yes, you can send me the $150 that I spent to build a spare tire kit for the vehicle. If you do this, the above rating will go up significantly

As far as car dealers go, Rashid at Auto Rite is the best Ive encountered. And by best I mean that he was genuine, accommodating, and fair, without a trace of the slime that tends to ooze out of lesser car salespeople. I knew what I wanted, he worked with me on the price, let me take my time with a test drive and a trip to my own mechanic, and a week after buying I still feel good about it.

Auto Rite has cars in great condition for very reasonable prices. When I had trouble registering the car I purchased in a different state, Syed was very responsive to sorting everything out quickly. Overall, Im very happy with my car and the customer service provided.

Syed is the owner of these Autoritellc. He is a fraud dealer he buys cars from auto auctions and those cars are accidentally damaged they do some painting and do mechanical work and sell them to high price. I bought Honda Accord 34 miles for 15k and that car worth 12500$ got a quote from Honda dealer. Please don’t buy cars from him. He is a fraud dealer. He won’t answer the calls. Especially he loots money from Indians. Indians please be aware of him. He do lot of crime. Car is dream for everyone so please be cautious before buying though we can not sell them quickly. He is fraud please trust me guys. Before going to him please check the car twice and thrice.

This place is terrible.Went to go look at an Audi they had for sale and I walked in with my girlfriend, and all the people inside just stared at us blankly which was really unsettling. They pretty much handed the keys off to me and didnt come outside to help, all of their cars were covered in snow, nobody offered any help whatsoever while we were outside.their lack of professionalism shocked me to a very far extent. I wouldnt recommend them to anybody,also they are parking their cars in the middle of the street due to the construction on auburn which just shows the rude capacity they have in them.Im writing this review late into summer because I have had it with this company and their lack of respect. As you can see other reviews further down, their cars are unreliable wholesale garbage
