Tom at Auto Value is amazing. I somehow ran over one of the snow stick which got lodged under my car and would not come out. Even though he was busy trying to help clients he took the time to fix my car. .He could have told me to go elsewhere and have it fixed. It’s nice to know there are good, kind people that will help other’s in need.Thank you Tom. You are the best!!!

I needed a steering knuckle for my Mazda B4000 and Tom went out of his way to find a part no one else could. I can keep a vehicle on the road that I cant afford to replace. Thanks Tom for all your help!!

Its really difficult to support a local business when they blatantly disregard the science regarding the covid-19 pandemic. I was very happy with the help they provided in finding the correct trans fluid for my Mazdas manual transmission, and the ability to have it in by the next morning. But walking into a business where not a single person was wearing a mask makes me feel unsafe, and regrettable about my decision to shop there. I work with dozens of other people, in close proximity, and I dont appreciate myself or, in turn, my colleagues, being subjected to such unnecessary risk by my visiting another establishment.Please wise up people. Youre risking not only yourselves, but everyone who walks in your doors.

Wasnt really there as a customer. I worked there. The store is out of the way a bit, but has a huge inventory of import parts, and an increasing inventory of domestic parts. This isnt your Big Box auto parts store. If you want actual parts vs. a dashboard hula girl, come here.

Called looking for parts. Very fast lookup of parts and everything I needed was is stock. Picked up the same day and prices were about the same as Internet retailers. I could tell guys at counter had a lot of experience. Very happy customer!

Good to see SG responding to concerns. I havent been in lately but used to use you guys all the time 20 years ago when I had VWs exclusively. Currently working on a sand rail, Porsche 914, and a Westfalia. How is your air cooled knowledge these days?Thanks!!

Ordered a gasket that I needed ASAP, placed order on Saturday and was told it would be here Tuesday or Wednesday. Called back Tuesday to see if it came in and was told they couldnt get it at all. Waste of time, I could have ordered the part online and had it here by now.

Not sure why these guys ratings are so low! Only problem Ive ever had was first finding the place! No one else in the area provides the services that these guys do, with all the import parts I could need! Heading in soon for a new CV axel!
