So I had my 2016 Range Rover Sport in there for some detailed painting. I wanted to Black out all my trim pieces that were silver.So after working with Alan with being specific on what I wanted he went to work on what I wanted done! Alan has an eye for detail and understands my eye for detail and has done a great job!We have a couple things to finish up on and when thats done the Rover will be what I wanted!! Thanks Alan
The collision repair looks good. I havent had a chance to look closely because of the weather. They (Christina) did a fantastic job of keeping me updated once a week to let me know what process was being made.
Had a windshield replaced with Automark today. They did a great job! Kristina and Allen were a pleasure to work with and fit me in on my busy schedule. The car was returned to me quickly and with an added interior detailing! Allen made sure to get all the parts in ahead of my visit, he handled all the billing with my insurance, and assured me of the quality OEM parts to be used! Kristina made arrangements for alternate transportation and made the drop off, pick up, and schedule a breeze. Their work is quality, their staff is kind, and the lot full of high end cars for repair speaks volumes to what they do! Ill gladly be back should I ever need.
I recently needed to replace my front bumper due to hitting a dear and my drivers side fender from a hit and run when my car was parked and chose this shop to do the repairs since I heard they do the repair work for many high-end vehicles. This was the second time I needed my bumper replaced as I had a dealership replace my first bumper a couple years ago and never thought the paint matched very well.When I came to pick up my car I was blown away. Not only was the new paint perfectly matched to the original, but they washed and waxed my car and thoroughly detailed and vacuumed the interior for me. It looks like they even touched up the rock chips on my hood. Very impressed and wouldnt take my car anywhere else for body / paint work.

I have a 2107 Mercedes E that I lease. The day I picked the car up I got hit in the rear by a sleeping bus driver. Yup. First day. Asked around all of the premium car dealers who they thought was the best and they all recommended Automark. The work done was first class ! you can not tell my car was hit. Drives right and looks awesome. Now it did take me an enormous amount of time to get the vehicle back and this seems to be a common complaint. I didnt care, I just wanted the work done right and it was. They were very communicative during the process and very, very good to work with. Drive around their parking lot and youll see that all of the really expensive car owners come here for bodywork. That should tell you something. I own a BMW 550i and that was recently backed into in a parking lot causing damage to the front end hood and bumper, because of this I was very particular about how I wanted the car to look since I got somewhat of a clean slate when it came to the front end styling the car, that said I did an M5 conversion front bumper and an Agency Power carbon fiber vented hood that I wanted a custom paint job on. This facility far exceeded my expectations of the fit and finish on the car as well as the professionalism that was presented to me as a customer. I recommend this place to ANYBODY looking to have ANY sort of bodywork done on their car. The staff is fantastic and the techs know everything about these cars! 5 stars all the way!!
AMAZING WORK!!! Theyve repaired multiple vehicles for me over the years and they ALWAYS go above and beyond. The paint matching is always perfect and the cars look like new when theyre done. Andy always communicates with me throughout the entire project and stays right on budget with the original estimates. Mike H. is THE painter to see! He treats every car as if it were his own and is a perfectionist! I will not take my cars to anyone else but Automark and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who wants there car to be as perfect as it was when it left the showroom floor. Let me tell you, this is the most amazing facility. The customer service they provide is unprecedented. They are accommodating in every way possible. My work schedule is hectic. They even bring my car to my job after they are done repairing it. How cool is that? I have been coming to Automark for many years and will never stop. I inquired about getting my vehicle fixed with Automark and Craig handled my claim. He was absolutely wonderful! Our insurance company was giving us a hard time about the repairs and Craig communicated with them directly. I got my vehicle back in a very reasonable time and it looks brand new. I needed some repairs before I turned my car in ( end of lease ) and they did a phenomenal job. My car looks brand new and it’s three years old. Awesome repair work after hitting bambi. Bambi ran off so not the worst possible scenario. Staff frequently kept me up to date and answered any questions I had during the process. Not going to complain about the time it took to repair like others as, lets face it, when you purchase a luxery foreign car OEM replacement parts cant simply be secured at AutoZone. Would not hesitate having future body work being performed here if unfortunate enough to need it again.
I recently had some hail work done at Automark Collision. I own a Subaru Outback and took it to them from hearing about the phenomenal work they did from a friend. When the insurance did my estimate they had expected repairs to take 19 business days to be completed. They not only kept me posted every step of the repair process and informed me how my car was doing, but also got it done in much less time than that, thankfully. When I got my car it looked better than brand new! You would never have known my car was ever in a hail storm, and to top it all off they cleaned it up inside and out. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process I wouldn’t imagine taking my car anywhere else. It’s a relief they do all makes, all models, and all insurances because I wouldn’t trust my car in anyone else’s hands. What should have been a very stressful time for me turned into a pleasant experience and I highly recommend anyone who is very particular about their car to take it here.
Someone cut us off and then took off leaving us with the accident and repairs. Automark was great doing everything in their power (Covid delays) to track down parts, get the repairs done, and correct everything on the car even the stuff the adjuster missed. They handled everything and all was fantastic in the end.

I had a damaged tailgate on my pickup from failing to secure my trailer to my truck. I contacted Automark and spoke with Craig. Craigs team was able to repair my tailgate without taking the whole truck. I got it back and the paint was an absolute perfect match. Same experience with my wifes SUV repair. They perfectly matched the pearl white paint! Will never go elsewhere again for any collision work.

I stopped in to see Craig at Automark about a little parking block incident my wife had. Craig was able to get everything to fit back together and put some touch up paint on the scratches. I was not expecting that but was delighted that he was able to handle it in less than 10 minutes. They did great work on my car. The only reason they get 4 and not 5 stars is that the work was delayed by over a week (a little frustrating considering they dont have loaner vehicles so the cost and inconvenience falls on the customer), the back logo was misplaced (causing me to drive back there and having them fix the positioning which is a slight inconvenience), and my wheel lock was misplaced (which they are re-ordering and shipping to me).Their service was very exceptional. Ian was great help and kept me updated at all times. I would recommend this collision shop to anyone who wants their car to look like it did before an accident.Update: I received the wheel lock in a timely manner, and am satisfied with the repair quality because I’ve had no issues since the repair. I also called for a quick question and their team member, Ian, was exceedingly knowledgeable about the subject matter. I’m upgrading my review from 4 stars to 5 stars considering the post-repair assistance and level of comfort I have in returning to Automark if I unfortunately am involved in another auto accident.

Alan was super in diagnosing the problem with my trunk hinges on the BMW 535i x-drive. He took care in not only replacing the broken part but found an additional issue on the other side bracket. He replaced that part for no additional charge. Customer service at its best.
Mark, Nick and Nicolette were amazing in a time when insurance companies have fewer adjusters and parts are difficult to get shipped. They kept me up to date pro-actively via email and phone calls.I asked for a tour of the facilities and they proudly showed me around and explained the processes to ensure quality.I had to have work done on front left quarter and drivers door. The work is immaculate and they detailed the car!I dont write many reviews but, this was an excellent experience. Cant provide a higher recommendation.
Nick and the dudes at the Bloomfield Hills Automark location are the BEST! After I totaled my 08 e92 335xi, Nick worked with me to figure out the best plan of action in terms of buying the car back and fixing vs. cutting my losses and moving on. He didnt charge a dime for the diagnosis and expertise, even though the car was on a hoist for multiple days at a time. Fast forward to my next car, another 08 e92 335xi, that needed a windshield replacement. Nicolette worked with my insurance to get me the best parts possible (yes, OEM Saint Gobain glass) and Nick was able to get my car in and out in a day, even though the shop was busy and low on man power. He even ordered a new a-pillar trim piece free of charge after a tiny speck of adhesive got onto the edge of it. Also, this is the cleanest body shop (or vehicle repair shop of any kind) youve ever seen. Thanks guys!
It would be a 0 if I could. I dropped off 2 fenders to be painted with a Critical deadline of 9 days (7 business days). The Service advisor had Everyone including the painters and techs, look at the project and PROMISE me that they would be done. They wrote up all the paperwork and then... 9 days later I showed up and they Have Not Even Been TOUCHED!!!! I am Screwed!!!!
This is the best repair shop ever! my truck was hit in the rear. Nick and Mark did a fantastic job making it like new. They detail every job, most repair shops will do a quick cleanup but nothing like these guys. I once was in the business of collision repair and i can tell you this shop is the best that i have ever seen! They went well beyond just a repair and offered the best in the business.

I was able to get my vehicle in quickly, set up a rental car, and parts were ordered. They were a preferred partner with my insurance company as well. Its been ten weeks and they finally finished my car. I was in a rear end collision they ended up replacing my bumper and tail lights but will not fix the wiring issue with the tail lights so hopefully i dont get into another rear end accident because these disgusting people dont believe tail lights being operational are important. I would never take anything here again or suggest anyone go because you will be sorry I know I am.
I had the good fortune to be recommended to AutoMark by the Porsche dealership in Birmingham, MI. It was great to meet and work with Mark. He was straightforward, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He handled the insurance claim without any obstacles. Thankfully, the car had a minor bump, some door dings, and some scratches. When the car was ready and I picked it up, it looked like it did when I first bought it. Im thrilled that they have such skilled technicians that I can depend on. I highly recommend them. Do not deal with this collision center. very unprofessional, the manager is the worst. Andy was extremely rude, not understanding and treated me in a very poor manner. Use one of the more reputable repair shops, Andy clearly needs a new job because he is miserable to deal with and should not be speaking to customers. I am contacting the dealership to advise them of such a poor manager.
The service from this shop is nothing short of exceptional. The body shop manager Nick not only went over and beyond to satisfy my requests as a customer. But he took the time to understand my concerns and rectify them all and ensure that my experience was nothing short of customer for life. The work produced from this shop is fabulous, flawless work, things performed in a timely manner and vehicle delivered meets all the factory body gap measurements. Shops like this are far and few. Great team, great experience.
Brought my car to the dealership for an oil change and had Mark from Automark take a look at some damage from hitting an object in the road. He was very efficient and arranged everything from the rental to working with my insurance company. While it was a slight delay in parts availability due to the pandemic. The team worked it out and my BMW looks like new! They kept me updated along the way! Would definitely recommend!

As a mechanical repair shop i get a ton of customers asking about body work. Automark is the only place i send them to. Craig has been taking care of us for years. The work they do is fantastic and their customer service is great.
Awful. Own a BMW and Automark claims to be the only bmw certified shop in the state. I have a great dealer relationship and they suggested Automark (which they own). Other shops told me my repair would take 3days, and best case scenario is it is going to take Automark 2 WEEKS. If they had properly examined the car when the recieved it they could have taken care of everything at once. They waited 10days to install what they thought was the problem only to figure out that wasnt the problem. When you call you are put on perma-hold. The young woman who calls you back is polite and professional, but the rest of the outfit is terrible.I will not be back under any circumstances. You have to really hate your money (in my case insurance money) to spend it at AutoMark. There are far too many good shops out there that want the business.
Repaired and painted rear bumper on my 335i after a lady backed into me while I was parked in a shopping center. Mark said it would look like new and it does. Great job. Highly recommend!

Best repair experience I have had in over 45 years of driving. I would recommend this place to ANYONE. Car looks beautiful, inside and out. As painless as could be imagined. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with AutoMark! After being side swiped in a parking lot at an extremely inconvenient time, the AutoMark team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, including contacting/working with the insurance company and making sure I was set up with an adequate rental car while my car was in the shop. They made everything so effortless and stress-free and did an incredible job fixing my car - you can’t even tell there was previous damage. I would, hands-down, 10/10 recommend AutoMark to anyone who needs collision work!

AutoMark has been taking care of my mistakes (acidents) for years and Ive never been disappointed. Anything from a minor scrape to a bumper on a $200k car, they make it look like it never happened. Always professional and courteous staff makes the experience a pleasant one. Keep up the great work!
I had my BMW OEM windshield replaced here and it was an incredibly simple and fast process. Nicolette went out of her way to get me an appointment quickly, answer any questions I had, and ensure I had the vehicle back when I needed it. Ive been to many service shops over the years and this was one of the best experiences Ive had. Highly recommended.

The entire team was very professional. They worked well with my insurance company, they kept me updated regularly on status. They also picked up my car, delivered a rental, and returned my car and picked up the rental when my car was done. The work looks great.
Unbelievable- Pathological liars and unprofessional! They claimed that they are the only certified BMW body shop in the state of Michigan. So when I had an accident, I took the car there. My cars rare bumper was damaged and it took them more than 33 days and the car is still in the shop...My insurance covered rental car is expired. I have to pay out of my own pocket at this point. The shop only called me to ask for more money, the differences between the amount of money they need and my insurance company is willing to pay. I guess the shop has reached the world record of inefficient work. Take your car to any bodyshop but this one.
We took our car in for collision work. The team at AutoMark did a fantastic job! They worked with us on ways to keep the cost down and went out of their way to communicate throughout the process. We received regular text messages about the expected repair time, etc. and their were highly professional on the phone and in person. Weve used a number of bump shops in the past and I would go out of my way to use AutoMark again in the future. My family has used their services several times over the past few years and the work has been consistently strong- great quality.

It is never a good thing, going to a body shop. That being said, they are extremely professional and friendly. Their work is excellent, whether you have a Focus or a Ferrari.
I had my windshield replaced. The service was wonderful. Everyone is great to work with and my car is cleaner when it’s returned than when it went in for the repair.
I unfortunately have been in 2 minor accidents with my car. After my first accident we looked at nearby collision repair centers. AutoMark Collision had great reviews so we decided to give them a try. I was more than happy with their work so I took my car there after hitting a deer. They are so nice and Nicolette provides you with updates every step of the way. My car looks better than it did when I bought it. They also detailed the inside of my car both times which was a bonus I eas not expecting. They do great work and are genuinely nice and very knowledgable people. I will not take my car anywhere else.
Best customer service I had had in a while! My car was hit pretty badly while I was inside a store in February 2019. Nick, Mark and Andy (from the Bloomfield Hills location) all took care of me. They kept me updated along the whole process, got my car quicker to me than expected and made sure to answer any questions quickly and with details! They even detailed my car so it came back cleaner than I turned it in to them. You will not be disappointed using them for your collision needs!
As a retired mechanical engineer, a previous design and development engine engineer for Ford Motor Company and a founder/ business owner of automotive axle/gear manufacturer (also an Inc 500 company), Ive learned what it takes to make and keep customers happy. AutoMark Collision of Bloomfield Hills, MI knew nothing of my background when I asked them to do the tricky windshield replacement in my 2014 carbon fiber body BMW I3. They just know how important it is to do quality work, communicate effectively and deliver on their promises.With the BMW forums available to research this delicate process, I was fully aware of the nightmares (body damage, water leaks, uncalibrated sensors, inoperative cameras, etc.) that have occurred in taking on this task by those who are not well trained, equipped or experienced in this particular task. As a result of the complexity, very few windshield companies are even willing to try to accomplish this job. However, Automark Collision of Bloomfield (attached to Bloomfield BMW) called me and set up an appointment the same day that they received the authorization from my insurance company (a Friday). On Monday morning they were ready to do the job. The staff was in touch with me every step along the way, either by text or phone call, just to be sure that I was aware of everything that was going on. The BMW app also gives you an indication of certain actions that are taking place with the vehicle. No surprises, no un-kept promises and no hassles - only quality work done quickly as promised. The vehicle was completed on time, returned cleaner than when dropped off which included dressing the tires and wheels so as to make the car look new.When I picked the vehicle up, all those involved in the process greeted me, answered any and all questions that I had and were professional in every way. One couldnt ask for anything more. My Dad was a car dealer in the 50s and 60s - when it was an honorable respected profession - and I felt both honored and as if I took a step back in time! Many other establishments could take a lesson from these people!

Great experience! My BMW M4 bumper and hood was slightly misaligned so I took it to AutoMark on Telegraph. Nick worked with me and fixed the problem in 20 minutes on the house! I highly recommend this place after this experience - great people, great work.

I was rear-ended a week before Christmas 2018. Since I work for Erhard, I brought my vehicle (with back end damage) to be repaired at AutoMark. The service was PHENOMENAL! AutoMark is great! I took my BMW i3 in to repair some damage from a car accident, and I couldnt be happier! They arranged everything, dealt with my insurance company, and returned my vehicle in better condition than the day I bought it! I know thats a lot of exclamation points, but Im just really happy with their work! :-)
Once you go to AutoMark, you’ll never want to go anywhere else. These guys are seriously the best. The insurance company was giving me many issues since BMWs are expensive vehicles and insurance wanted to lower how much they paid out. I was dealing with it for weeks and it was a headache, but then Nick over at AutoMark took over and started handling everything. They’re very experienced and know how insurance companies act, and how to handle it in order to get the best outcome for you, the customer. Highly highly recommend them! Can’t say enough good things. I honestly dont know where to begin the work and quality is great , the customer service couldnt be any better from keeping updated and giving me progress reports on the stages of repair they were doing on my car answering any questions . the friendliness of the staff , I am a big car guy was worried to death about the paint matching , to the fitment of the bumpers and drive ability of my car . From beginning to end, Nick McCready and his staff, provided me flawless service and reduced my stress at every turn. They did a very good quality work but the manager or whatever is one of the guys that handles the claim and is in charge of ordering the parts and putting the work order together which in my case was the youngest guy there cant remember his name it could be Andy but I probably have on the work order was so not organized by ordering the parts a week after they have the car ,waiting time was couple weeks for the parts, than the roof liner was wrong and they need to revire the interior lights so I spent over a $1000 on rental car for over a month and what really frustrated me is that his estimate was around $3200 hundreds plus repairing the wheel rim scratches around $100 if I pay myself,but when the insurance paid almost $5100 they were happy to take all and when I got call to come and get the car I asked if he repair the wheel rim he said it was not in the claim but he reviewed the claim and got no other option than to put a new rim,for the record I needed the two side airbags curtains and the interior roof liner to be replaced cause they where activated do the rear blown tire while turning in to the subdivision,so when it comes to money from the insurance the repair cost was almost a double than to pay out of the pocket and they dont even have a loaner car but takes forever to have your car done as I mentioned there was no colission job on my vehicle
I used AutoMark Bloomfield for a BWW OE windshield replacement. Being affiliated with the dealership I knew I would get the proper parts and installation. Nicolette did a great job working with Safelite to get all the approvals without me having to be involved and completed the work timely. The service and communication were great and I recommend using them.
Plain and simple, wouldnt bring my BMW anywhere else...... Staff is extremely knowledgeable, goes out of there way to help you and ease concern, not to mention that my car looked better then the day I bought it upon pickup.
I wish I had read the reviews before taking my vehicle here. It sat for almost a month before they touched it. It has now been almost two months(58 days) and I still do not have my car. I keep hearing next week. UPDATE, over two months now...more delays.

Automark in Bloomfield Hills provided excellent service from beginning to end. Mark was excellent in informing me about how my X3 would be repaired (deer dent) and I received periodic updates regarding its status to completion. When I was unable to leave work early to pick it up, Nicolette arranged for it to be dropped off at my house. I was told it had been cleaned. They have done excellent work on my M5, from an animal strike, to fixing the issues that arise after 185,000 miles.
They did a great job fixing up a small fender bender on my i3. They are a CFRP, iCertified body shop and after talking with Mark and experiencing their customer service first hand. I wouldnt take my i3 anywhere else. There have been lots of cases of i3s getting totalled for minor damage and I have no doubt they will fix before totaling your car if possible.I will likely have them do some paint work on my other vehicles moving forward.

2021-07-08My car; 2016 BMW 340 X-Drive was hit in the back while it was parked. My friend David Vdx -auto detailing recommended AutoMark Collision Center. These guys are the professionals, if you want your car repaired correctly. From the minute I dropped of the car, the Technician will explain what they intend to do, to the Administration who keeps you posted on parts arrival, and the progress of the car is going through repair process. 2022-01-31This was about as pain free an experience as we could’ve hoped for. This was the first time we have ever had to have a car in for collision service and our first time ever, obviously, using Automark. They were professional from the get-go, stayed in constant communication with us the whole time and everyone we spoke with at the shop were courteous and attentive… not to mention that they restored our car to perfect condition. We couldn’t be happier with the service and the results of the work that they did on our car (2017 BMW X1). Well done Automark would certainly do business with you again.

2022-03-23I came here the other day with my BMW 335i coupe, my fender wasn’t connected to my front bumper and needed 2 screws in it that I had but didn’t have the proper tools! So I talked to Nick, and he said they could help me out really quick by installing it, for no charge either!! Then when he showed me that they completed it, he also informed me that he added touch up paint on spots that need it on my car! That’s amazing customer service and never had anything like that before. I 200% will recommend all my friends to their shop, and I absolutely will be back for my future body repair needs too.

2022-06-08They dont do any rust repairs, but would rather do repairs for a dealarship. I was told theyre understaffed & wouldnt guarantee rust work, but if it would come from a dealarship, it would be done for the dealer, even though I offered to pay whatever it takes, I was shrugged off with a NO. Not a great experience !!
