Comment: Happy they now pay for a ride service back and forth. Service reps are working hard to stay on top of their apparent workload as appears they could use another service rep. Im concerned the issue with my smart cruise control was chalked up to a misfire, and only a driving test to see if it could be replicated was done. I can understand the alert message on the dash couldve been a misfire, but the entire care was shaking BADLY until the cruise control was disengaged by not using it. I was dismissed and told to come back should there be a reoccurrence, that further investigation could be referred to their tech dept. I disagree, but was flat out (kindly) told nothing they can or will do now.

Comment: Always friendly, and theyre pretty reasonable with repairs. The only real downside is the lack thereof for loaner vehicles when it takes more than a day to complete, so you end up on a wait list. Usually best to figure out something else, but if youre not in a bind, they do offer ride share or shuttle service. Also, every time Ive had service on a weekend, theyre always short staffed on mechanics. Not sure if that has been the case for anyone else, but your best bet for getting anything done in the service center is a weekday.

Comment: Had a 7am appointment to have an EV service (basically a tire rotation). If asked if any other issues I said there were USB problems. At 6pm I got my car back with just a tire rotation and said they didnt even look at the USB. Communicated 4x with the service department for status throughout the day and received zero feedback. When I picked it up they said because of the USB they kept skipping my tire rotation. Was a complete waste of a day.

Comment: My car is brand new Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid, only three months old, under 5,000 miles. One day after driving through the severe rain and hail, the lights on dashboard were all light up. After the car was in the shop for two weeks and fixed, I got the car back. But within two days, the engine light was up again. My car had to return to the dealerships service department again. I was frustrated and very upset with the car. Luckily, this time I had a very good service advisor, Avery. She made this car repair a completely different experience. She was genuinely care for customers concern. She tried her best to help me. She arranged car rental and later loaner car without delay, saving me a lot of time. She explained situation thoroughly. Most importantly, she kept the communication channel open, didnt leave me in the dark. If anything out of her ability, she would explain it well in detail. I wrote this review because I really appreciate her effort and great customer service. Her good service deserves to be recognized and thats the reason I give this review five starts.

Comment: First offCalled Bluelink to setup an appointment for recall. Bluelink sets it up with Honda, where I clearly have a Hyundai…I go and get dated to come back another day for having no appointments… CLEARLY THIS WASNT MY FAULT.My EV lost almost 100 miles of battery life and it’s only 2 years old. AND THERE WAS NOTHING DONE IN REGARDS OF THAT “except that there’s only recalls we work on”.Experience was terrible, phone service was worse, Bluelink are mixing up appointments.OVERALL THIS WAS VERY BAD IN EVERY WAY SHAPE AND FORM.

Comment: Simply the worst service ever! I went in with an extended warranty to fix the problem with my car and they ( the Hyundai dealership/service department ) straight up told me that my warranty did not cover any of the parts and only part of the labor fee, so I took it upon myself to call the warranty company and they told me that the part in fact was covered and yes, they only covered partial labor. so why would the service department lie to me and tell me that I had to use only Top of the line parts instead of the aftermarket parts and tell me that the warranty did not cover anything? sounds like a scam to me. So I asked them to put my car back together, and I will take it somewhere else! a shame we can’t even a dealership to be honest about anything. when they gave me the list of everything that was wrong with the car nowhere did it mention the part that they told me the car needed, but it did list all the least expensive things that the car needed and did not tell me about, they only mentioned the expensive parts that I had use or replace! DO NOT USE HYUNDAI DEALER SERVICE IN VALENCIA

Comment: Eli, our salesman, was excellent. However, his manager was a real obstructionist. We came in because of the sale ads on TV. They denied knowing about this. He asked me to describe the commercial and where we saw it. No decrease was given to the stick price, but they added an additional $10,000. When we got up to leave, the manager ran after us and asked what we needed. We reinterated that we wanted $5000 down and no more than $500 per month (lease). That was what we had been saying for 2 hours. I told Eli I did not want to play games. Give me their best deal and I will take it. I was at the dealership for 7 hours. This was the most horrible experience I have had in all my years of buying and leasing cars.

Comment: Krista was very attentive, when I dropped off the car in the morning; except that she left for the day without sending me a Lyft, right after telling me that shed do it now. Once my car was done, I called Auto Nation multiple times requesting a ride back to the Dealership, and the receptionists were unable to locate ANY Service Writer OR Service Manager to order a Lyft. I left multiple phone and text messages for Krista, all going unanswered. Also, I was told the car would take approximately 1-2 hours to complete; I dropped it off at 0800, and finally picked it up around 1600.Luckily, a kind Service Writer named Andrea, somehow (finally) received a communication from the Receptionist around 1530 and texted me back, albeit 7.5 hours after Id dropped off my vehicle. She finally called me a Lyft.I was told that my car would be washed upon being finished. This obviously did not happen, as the vehicle had the same amount of dust and marks on it as when I dropped it off. I was told it had been washed, however.The waiting room leaves a lot to be desired - no snacks and bare-bones.On a good note, the technician made a video to show me what was going on with my car - very helpful!

Comment: The staff was friendly and eager to help in any way they can. I took one star off because of AutoNation itself; their back office takes a long time to run approvals, estimates, cut checks etc. and I was left at the dealership waiting for 4+ hours on two occasions. I had to bring my car back a third and fourth time to get something repaired that should have been caught in the initial vehicle inspection - 3rd time for them to verify what they missed before (via an independent mechanic inspection I had to pay $145 for) and 4th time once the part arrived. Given that the commute is just under an hour one way, this wasnt ideal. Otherwise, staff was great just wish efficiency and attention to detail on the operational end was improved.

Comment: Had a service appointment (booked two weeks ahead) for a current recall issue. After I dropped off my car, I got no communication from the service team: they wouldnt return my calls; I had no idea the status of the car. After leaving the car overnight, I called to let them know I was coming in to pick up the car. (Still no response.) When I arrived, I was told that they would need to order the required part. So: (a) its a known recall issue -- they should have at least ordered the part before I arrived; (b) they had my car for twenty-four hours and did no work on it; (c) zero communication. If I ever go shopping for another Hyundai, it certainly will not be at this place. If I could give negative stars for wasting my time, I would.

Comment: Window was left cracked open during a storm day. Drivers seat was VERY wet. Appt was at 7am, the dealership had parked a car in the entrance to dealer and was not moved until 7:20am. Oil change and tire rotation w/three recalls (one being a trailer hitch issue, which I do not have) took over 9hrs. Did a recall repair on a trailer hitch issue which I do not have a trailer hitch. Multiple attempts to contact service advisor, without reply.

Comment: I would like to give 5 but with communication and updating your customers about your vehicle that tough to understand. I bought my car for oil leak dec 18 and didnt get back till Jan 13. That time I only have 1 update and I have to go there to ask. No phne call from. The dealer. Then return it jan 14 for a weird sound and check engine light on. Same thing no update on whats going on. I got the vehicle Jan 24. Sometimes there are things that are not in our control. But for just a phone call and update will give your customer a big relief . It doesnt mean that this dealer is not good in service. I think they are just overwhelmed by the situation. I still believe that they should put time on updating there customer before the end day. Thank you.
