Comment: OUTSTANDING, SPECTACULAR, COMFORTING is as close as I can come to describing the team at Autopark Collision. To their front desk, estimators, mechanics, and especially to their team leader, Marty, I have nothing but GRATITUDE and PRAISE. I havent had the need to go to a bodyshop/mechanic in the past so I was a novice to how things would turn out when I had gotten into a front end collision over the holidays last year. It was like a godsend to have had APC recommended to me by my insurance company to take care of the collision repairs on my precious Lexus SUV. My insurance was limiting in terms of how long I could have my Enterprise (another incredible experience there!) rental car and even before APC found out, they were extremely diligent about making sure my parts were already ordered from Lexus and my car was in their bay being repaired! They were able to have my vehicle repaired, and calibrated before my rental was due and Marty made himself available on a weekend to hand me back my keys! APC was thorough, and communicative throughout the entire repair and were a breeze every step of the way. Daniel, my estimator was a comfort as well, he was so accommodating and always willing to answer all of my many questions!I will forever and always refer anyone in need of repairs to this wonderful team at Autopark Collision. They deserve the business because they are honest and treat you like family. Im so very appreciative for everything theyve done for my family and I.

Comment: This is my second time choosing your shop to repair my vehicle. I was very impressed at the assembly of new parts that were replaced last time. Hence why I chose you guys again. This second time was a bit more of a challenge, since there was a lot more damage. Electronic components in the door, wheel alignment, more exteriot parts to be replaced (bumper, panel, fender, door etc.). Once again your laborers did a good job at putting all parts together. Last time I accidentally forgot my jack and box of tools in the trunk, so I was worried stuff would be missing, but everything was right where I left it, so thats awesome. Front office was also very professional, communicative, and most importantly polite! The estimator Daniel informed me on everything that would be replaced or looked into. Jessica and Liz answered any questions I had, to the best of their knowledge. The manager (didnt get his name) also does a good job at making sure everyone handles themselves in a professional matter. So far Auto Park Collision is my go to for any repairs having to do with accidents. Also they work really quick. With the amount of damage done to my vehicle, I expected the car to be gone for at least a month or two. The whole process took about 2.5-3 weeks.

Comment: I have a 4runner that was poorly repaired at another shop that I did not want to return to. The car had a front end collision that needed front bumper replacement along with the hood latch and other parts involved on the front end. Its my daughters car and she needed it back because she attends college in Northern CA. She was home for winter break so I took the opportunity to get the repair done again. I took it to Autopark Collision and they were absolutely fantastic. Its always hard to fix mistakes or shoddy work from another shop. Marty was very professional and a great communicator along with the office staff. The work was completed 1 day earlier than originally planned. I received updates along the way via text. When I picked the car up, I did a very detailed inspection. Everything was spot on. The hood and bumper lines matched up, the pearl white painted bumper matched, the fender liners were right, there were no gaps, and the hood latch functioned as it should without any missing parts. The staff and the shop were excellent. 5 stars all the way around. The shop did what they said they would do in the timline they said it would be and the work product is superior.

My only complaint is that Autopark collision overpromised to gain business and at the end it felt like they underdelivered. For example, I was told getting a new bumper was inexpensive and a given for the damage on my car. However, when I got my car back I was told that only the bare minimum was done (paint was removed and repainted, but the bumper was not sanded down and now the paint has more imperfections then it came in with). At least that was my experience when dealing with an insurance claim. Maybe paying out of pocket is a better experience.

Comment: Great service and great communication from Marty and Christie when my wife and I had our 2018 Prius serviced for collision damage! Very hard time getting my insurance provider to communicate which caused over 2 weeks delay, but Autopark Collision did a great job explaining the issues to me despite Wawanesas failures to cooperate - they were even able to finish a few days before the estimated completion date! The car looks great now and we would recommend Autopark Collision to anyone needing good work done for straightforward prices.

Comment: I took my Honda to get serviced for two different accidents and they did such a fantastic job! They did a whole bumper replacement as well as replacing the two right hand side doors. I couldn’t be happier with the final results.The staff were all extremely helpful and had the customer’s interest at heart.The receptionist also did a phenomenal job at giving me updates on my car and was very accommodating. On top of that, they went ahead and gave my car a wash and cleaned the interior. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will be returning for any future repairs! Comment: When the dreaded fender bender happens, my biggest worry is will it look as good as new when its repaired. My wifes Genisis had front end and rear end damage. I took the car to several shops to get an idea of what the repairs would cost. Then I called the insurance company and they recommended CARSTAR Autopark Collision. I made an appointment and met with Ryan. His quote was low enough that filing a claim and losing our good driver discount wasnt worth it. He worked with us and gave us a very fair price. Ryan kept us informed every day on the progress of the repair from start to finish and had the car ready on schedule. Carstar had the car for about a week. The car has a 3 stage pear paint job and I was worried the paint would never match. They did a fantastic job and the paint matched perfectly! I cant tell you how happy we are to have chosen CARSTAR. Thank you Ryan for making it easy. You guys are pros!

Comment: I used them because they were highly recommended and used by State Farm who was fixing my car. They told me that they would be calling or texting me with updates on my car which I liked. They started off good for the first few days and then it went downhill from there. I was the one having to call for updates on my car because I wasn’t getting any and it had been a week. That was the estimated time they gave me. It ended up being about 10 days which was fine, I’m just big on communication and didn’t feel like I got that like I should have.

Comment: Repair took twice plus as long to complete. An additional cost was passed on to me without my knowledge. I had to initiate all communication. The only time I was contacted is when car was complete and additional money to be collected. This was an insurance repair, original quote was 1/3 of the final ( just under 1000 to 3200 plus, unauthorized cost passed on to me 110). Repair was done well, although it seemed to me to be a simple, replacing a fiberglass front bumper. Repair took 2 plus weeks - I was told they needed 5 days. Ive used the shop before and had excellent experience, this time not so much, may be under different ownership.

Comment: Going through the events that landed my vehicle at CARSTAR Autopark Collision were infuriating and it seemed like each day brought a new issue, like watching a soap opera unfold. It was stressful to say the least BUT what wasn’t stressful was working with the fine people at CARSTAR. From the very first call to the final paper work being signed and what little was left in my car to retrieve. Scott and his daughter were nothing short of kind, empathetic and accommodating. Scott even went out of his way, driving to my home retrieving the car key. When I expressed certain concerns I felt were over looked by the insurance adjuster, 15 min later my suspicions were confirmed, which I felt displayed the respect he had for me and the situation, actually listening and taking me serious. Given the situation I was thrusted in, I wouldn’t have wanted to have my car any other place. Highly recommend and thank you again CARSTAR for your generosity and compassion.

When I picked up my car, it was only fixed at minimum expectations and not back to how it should have been before the accident. Although they have a warranty on the work, I was not impressed and will just take my car to a shop of my choice.

Comment: My experience with Carstar in Escondido, Ca was outstanding!! From the minute I walked in the door with Dominique, the receptionist, greeting me warmly to meeting my knowledgeable repair specialist Steve, I felt completely at ease and trusted that my car was in good hands. The assessment & estimate of repairs complete with photos was emailed to me the very next day and repairs commenced that same day. I received frequent text updates and calls from Steve regarding the progress of repairs. The repairs were completed 4 days early and I was very happy with the results. By far, this has been the best experience I have ever had with any car service as I am illiterate when it comes to cars and have always felt taken advantage of. This was not the case with Carstar. Superb service and I will recommend to all of my friends.

My car is better than when before my accident, they gave it a full detail when in the shop. They even fixed some other minor problems without even bragging about it. I didnt realize the extra effort they took till the next day. They kept me informed all along the way and were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Even gave me a ride home in the bosses car when I dropped mine off. Easy 5 stars!

Comment: I brought my car here after being rear ended. They replaced the bumper, rear left fender and tip of the exhaust pipe on my 2012 Honda Crosstour. From beginning to end everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. I dropped off my car on Monday and it was ready to be picked up Thursday evening. They handled the claim with the insurance company, I wasnt out of pocket for anything. The new paint matches exactly, everything is perfect, like it never happened. They even washed my car, dressed the tires, and conditioned the leather interior. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I will recommend them to my friends and family.
