The battery in my vehicle went bad when my daughter and I were in town. I had knee replacement surgery done two weeks ago and Im in no condition to be wrenching on my car. I called Auto Zone and Holly answered. I explained that what I needed and my situation and without hesitation she got me the part I needed and installed the part for me.Holly truly saved the day for us. You are a great business to deal with and have great employees.
If you know what you need youre going to be fine. If you dont know what you need you need to pray extra hard that you dont get one of the younger staff members. They just dont know their stuff yet Ive been there multiple times and had to come back after being given the incorrect part. Theyre always apologetic and do their best to try and help even when they made a small mistake.
An employee or manager named Daniel E at the AutoZone Fenton location was extremely rude and didnt even listen to me or my Fiance the first time we told him what we wanted and what the car make/model / and year was. He had us repeate our selves 3 times then he said he would have another employee come out to put the license plate light in for us and we waited 15+ minutes for and employee when there was only one customer in the store I get that they need to be helped first but is there really no one else besides two people working here at 8pm? The other employee working with him, I think his name was Dave, he was extremely nice and helped us and answered all of our questions after we finally got helped.
I am a hands on, I want to fix it, kind of guy. With cars getting harder and harder to fix/understand, this store is a great place to shop. The guys are helpful, the store is well stocked, and the hours are great. This is my “go to” Autozone for all of my repairs. I recommend this store.
In no world should I have to go back to this store 3 times in one day because Ive been given ALL incorrect parts for a brake job. Go to OReillys. Ive spent more time driving to and from this store than a brake job should take for both front and rear. An Absolute joke.
This has been my goto place since my year or so living in the area. Even though you walk in and can read stress on their faces at times, theyve never projected that on to me as a customer. I can sense these things as Ive worked 10 years in retail myself.Thanks for all your help and for my future visits Autozone Fenton.

2022-01-30I usually never write reviews on places, but Nate and his associates were extremely kind and helpful. They came outside in the cold weather multiple times to help determine what part I needed. I would definitely recommend this location!! Thank you, Nate!

2022-06-19Stopped in for an oil change kit, wont be back. Not very friendly, didnt ask me about my rewards card, not helpful. Will go a mile down the road to OReillys from now on. Get it together guys.

2022-02-23Holly wouldnt help me with a return, 2 months later of trying I went to the fenton autozone and it was handled immediately. They are a wonderful group of people!

2021-08-09I had an issue with my battery today. I had some extremely great customer service from Donald who went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get the help I needed. Thank you Donald. Wonderful job! Keep doing you!

2021-04-20Always above and beyond with their helpful advice and installations of simple things, like batteries and wipers. Pretty good rewards program. Their staff have saved my hiney many times over the years, when I had issues with my car while on the road. I wont consider going anywhere else.

2021-07-30I think they should change the jingle from get in the zone 2 were getting stoned. I had one of the customer service Representatives get me the wrong part three different times before he went back and found the right one. If that is the Zone hes talkin about on the commercial then I understand it. But if not we might want to pay attention a little better

2020-10-29I’ve always been treated with respect here, the male employees don’t act condescending toward me. Sad, but this is a huge problem at some places like O’Reillys.And the employees seem to actually wear masks here.

2020-01-24Ive shopped at this AutoZone for many years. My experience the other day will be my last with them. The lady working was beyond ride to both her coworker I was working with and with me. That was probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I felt really bad for the gentleman employee who was trying to help me out. I wanted to apologize to him for her behavior towards him. When I asked a question her response was Im not going to argue about this with you if you dont want to buy it here dont so I didnt and wont be back.
