This store has absolutely NO customer service. The young girl with the long blonde hair acted like I was interrupting her day of not having to work even though there was NO ONE ELSE in the store when I came in. I will NEVER use that store again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am an older woman that needed help and completely felt like I was sabotaging her lazy day of not having to do anything. Again, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I give 2 stars because the staff is friendly... however, I couldnt even get an engine air intake filter here for a 5.7l challenger which I know they carry. The manager here didnt even know what I was talking about when I asked for an air filter for the engine and thought I wanted an oil filter, then told me they didnt have an air filter for the engine. Kind of shocking your manager cant differentiate between such basic maintenance parts. Guys across the street are much more helpful.
David offered great information for my vehicle after checking the engine codes and found the part I needed. 4 out of 5 stars only because the man and woman working with David seemed uninterested in interacting with us or assisting David to find a solution, meanwhile mocking David for taking time to give us more information and accidentally stuttering.
They went above and beyond working with me on the warranty for my car battery. They installed it within 30 minutes of me showing up at their store. Super friendly, helpful and smart. A pleasure to do business with! Which a rare and refreshing find these days. Thanks Autozone!!
They were absolutely great!I bought wiper blades in SC before i left on a trip.Six weeks later in Michigan i finally had to use them for the first time.The blades kept getting caught on each other.So i went to the Auto Zone in Plymouth Mi and they figure out the SC branch grabed the wrong passenger side blade.He reomved the wrong blade and gaveme a refund then put on a new correct blade.THANK YOU Plymouth store!
Im giving this place five stars due to the fact that I had a battery that I purchased less than a year ago and they were able to give me full credit for a new battery. Roughly just under $200. They do have a lot of stuff in the store I would check it out AutoZone is a great place and if you do five purchases over $20 you do receive $20 off your fifth purchase.
Friendly sales representatives. did not have cash to process a return and apparently debit card transactions cannot be returned to the card. this was a huge inconvenience as I was asked to return another time (maybe call first). they should be prepared and able to service the customers instead of requiring them to make multiple trips to the store.
I purchased a small floor mat for my new car and Jesse, the salesmen, took it out to my car to make sure it fit. During our conversation I mentioned that I was not comfortable with the dashboard, etc. Jesse took the time to explain all the features. It only took minutes but it meant the world to me as far as confidence. That is superior customer service. Thank you Jesse.
I went down to buy a pair of wipers that I wanted, thought I could pick it up in store but they had to order it, so we ordered it, they said it would be there in a day;the next few days, FedEx had problems delivering because of the snow, fine (but they dragged on for 3 days even though the roads were fine). I went in again on Saturday, the guy said the system was down and he didnt know where it was in the shop, so I said I would come back again. And then I went back again, and it was different staff from the people who placed my order, they claimed that there wasnt any parts, and the system had no such way of finding the part. They said they could reorder or told me to come back when the other guy (who helped me order) was there.I still havent gotten my parts. This is so ridiculous, like what kind of system is unable to pull up a customers order? I believe it should just be a receipt scanning sort of deal. This is so stupid, I dont usually write bad reviews and Im not a whining person, but seriously Ive been here too many times and its getting frustrating. (My part wasnt cheap either). Consider buying online instead.
Employees were nice. However, inexperienced in battery replacement on newer cars (specifically 2015 and probably up). Ended up shorting a wire by connecting it wrong, which caused a expensive and not needed wire replacement. My recommendation to the employees is somehow better gauge whether you can do a replacement or not, before attempting. Regardless, this is my last time at autozone :(
Employees are unfriendly and unhelpful. I had to return an item and they gave me a hard time accepting my request. I had to call customer service but, the employee was just reluctant to talk and help understand. I even saw the employee punching wrong numbers in the computer, may be just to send me back, not sure though. Finally it was good for me that an excellent customer executive was on line to help me go the return process through this store only!! Will avoid going here for sure.
Was in here today and was not impressed. The staff member that helped me couldnt have been more useless in the end. He looked up my car for what filter it takes and rambles off the part number and points me to the back.Once back he scans my items and I give him my rewards number and ask to use my rewards, he said I dont have any and to just call the 800 number to figure it out because its not on his screen, I asked if he could double check and he pretty much said no. Put the stuff back and wont be going to that location anymore.For a store that is still relatively new to the area and competition a walk away youd think theyd help more.
Devin was very sweet and looked up info to make sure he was doing it 100%. Meanwhile the older white guy smoked a cigarette while showing Devin how to do it aka put the Freon in my AC! I was very turned off by that. They never shook the can and My A/C still isnt blowing cold air. I bought the $50 ac pro. Damn.
Great Work and Thanks!! I brought my car battery in, Tyron was the service representative that helped me -- Tyron diagnosed the issue with the battery immediately and efficiently, determined the battery was still under warranty, and, the battery was the wrong size for my car – great work!
Very disappointed - looked up hours online for this location; and it was supposed to open at 7:30 a.m. Got there at 8:45 and an employee came to the door and said she wasn’t letting anyone in until someone else showed up at 9. Hours on the door also said they opened at 7:30. If a store advertises hours when they are open, they should be fully staffed to support their customer base. I run a business and find this experience to have been very unsatisfactory!

2022-02-21I can honestly not say good enough things about the employees at this location, particularly Alan. I was driving on M-14 and got a notification on my dash telling me that I had a charging system malfunction and to pull over to a safe place. I figured I would make it to this location to get my battery checked and Alan was immediately attentive and extremely helpful. After diagnosing that my battery health was alright, he noticed that my serpentine belt was torn and no longer attached to my alternator. He spent some time thinking and ultimately told me that if I purchased a new belt he would be able to assist me in putting the new one into place. After some time finding the tools and looking up manuals, it took him about 15 minutes to get me back up and running again. I had it looked at by a mechanic today and he said that Alan did a great job. I feel incredibly lucky to have ended up at this location, and I can definitively say that this was one of the nicest things that a stranger has ever done for me. If it had not been for him it would have been a much more stressful end of my day.I highly recommend this location! Bravo Alan and the rest of the AutoZone Plymouth team. My sincerest gratitude for all of your help.

2022-07-15Chris and David provided excellent service for my battery replacement. They provided individual attention, taking the time to first clean off the terminals off my existing battery before verifying that it actually required replacement. They then installed the new battery and got me back up and running quickly. They made the process very painless.

2022-04-06I am BEYOND impressed with the customer service I received from Alan at the Plymouth, Michigan location. His professionalism and knowledge was topnotch. This young man needs to be acknowledged. Its service such as his that will bring me back. Definitely an asset to Autozone. 2022-03-29These guys refused to help me with changing the lightbulb on my car. That being said, they were extremely rude about it. The one fella was outside smoking a cigarette and he clearly did not want to work so he told me he couldnt help me. I will always go to OReillys from now on.

2020-01-25Went in tonight for some oil and filter for my whole house generator and to have them test the battery in it as well. Dwight was very helpful and very polite and made my evening even better.

2022-03-30The staff told my bf they wouldnt have a certain part until 2:30pm. I wanted a serpentine belt and he was admitt that Was given a print out of the part that needed replacement but not to me, the purchaser. my bf said it was a sepertein chain and ended up with a lemon I go and hopefully will replace the part my bf requested but couldnt afford to replace for me.
