Comment: I contacted Avenue West when I needed a short term furnished apartment in SF. They were extremely helpful in finding a place that was not only nicely furnished but convenient and quiet. Chani was helpful, prompt in replies, worked hard to find exactly what we wanted and went the extra mile to be helpful in every way as soon as we arrived in SF. Thank you so much for working with us. I will be certain to contact them first when I return to SF and need housing.

Comment: I have been trying to get information on a rental and the manager, or whatever she is, will not return my calls. Ive called the main number and talked with a gentleman from Colorado and he has been so helpful. I was hoping to rent a place for three months in San Francisco through this company, but Im so hesitant because the person who is suppose to be the contact is useless. I used this company when I was in Colorado Springs and had no trouble at all, apparently San Francisco could care less about getting their units rented out, because their customer service sucks!
