Excellent customer service from Avery Oil. They are timely and they communicate well.
Avery Propane is a well-run, small company that has reasonable prices and kind staff. We had the smell of gas on a Sunday and they sent someone out right away to check it. I recommend this company to everyone who uses propane. Their prices dont include extra fees, unlike some of the bigger companies, nor have they ever engaged in price gauging unlike a few bigger companies.

There was no communication about our delivery except when the driver called as he was leaving the house. He was rude and hostile toward us. When I called to speak with management they took the drivers side and basically said we will not come service your home. For being a locally owned business I’m thoroughly disgusted that they would not put the customer first and have rude employees who are unable to communicate. They said they would issue my refund, but did not. I had to call days later to get my money back. We will go somewhere else from now on

2022-03-21I transferred to Avery two years ago and it was a great decision. Their propane prices are below the going rate and they have several option choices to fit your budget. I have always dealt with Ashley and she is fantastic. I am extremely happy with the service I receive from Avery.

2022-03-21Easy to work with! We had a new furnace installed and chose Avery for our new propane tank install and hook up. Since then, we’ve had multiple fill ups and never have any issues. Staff are polite and efficient too!

2022-05-16We have had Avery Propane for 27 years. We couldnt ask for a better propane provider. They offer several pay options at competitive prices. The tank always has gas. Sometimes I forget we have one. Avery Propane has also connected our dryer.

2022-05-16I love the automatic refill option; takes the worry out of having to check my propane tank in the winter. I think the prices are compatible with other propane companies and I have never had a problem with Avery Propane. And, whenever I do call them, the customer service is always spot on.
