I had a great experience here. The ultrasound techs are really nice and make the visit well worth it. The room, itself, is humongous (probably sits at least 8 other people) with a big bedroom bed that makes you feel comfortable and at home. You get to see your baby on a huge tv that sits on a soothing fire place setting. I would recommend this place!
Great experience, came here because my doctor is still not allowing partners in for ultrasounds so I surprised my husband with the comfort scan , our tech heather was wonderful so nice and took her time we will be back!!
The women at the front desk was very nice and personable. The woman that did our ultrasound was extremely socially awkward and made me and my husband very uncomfortable. She barely responded and sometimes just didn’t respond to my questions. She did things without explaining what and why she was doing them. The equipment seems very out of date and the quality of pictures were very poor. I am 22 weeks today but the pictures I got from my OB at 9 weeks were better quality than these. They are so dark you can barely make out anything. The only reason we did this scan is because my husband has been unable to come with me to any of my appointments so I wanted to have at least one scan we could experience together. I was so uncomfortable during the whole scan and felt like it was a total waste of money. It was a better experience with my OB holding the phone on FaceTime for my husband to see. I wish I could get my money back.
This is my first baby so my husband and I really wanted to do everything. We have heard mixed reviews about the 3D ultrasounds but decided we would try it. They make the whole experience great! You are the only family I’m the waiting room at one time so it is covid safe. I was able to bring my husband and my mom to see which is awesome because only my husband has been able to come to the doctors appointments with me so it was fun to share the experience. I overall recommend this place 100%! The staff is super friendly and kind. I will be going back for every child!!
The entire Babyenvision team has made this pregnancy wonderful! I have scheduled multiple comfort scans and gold packages and every office (Troy, Brighton, etc) have not only outstanding staff, but the ambience, professionalism, and quality of the experience is amazing!
This is our first baby, and my husband has had a hard time not being able to see her ultrasounds due to COVID. We absolutely loved him being able to see her for the first time! The customer service was lovely, and everyone was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. We got to watch her move and kick and got many images to cherish between now and when she arrives. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
My husband and I chose the bronze package and it met out needs. The experience from the check in to capturing the 4D experience was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The sonographer answered all the questions to the best of her ability and I appreciated how she took time to show us our babies hair flowing. There were many good images captured and the dvd is on replay on my computer. I loved how the images and video were easy to copy onto my computer to share with our family that is far away. My husband and I would go to this place again in the future :)
I had a scan today for my birthday to see my baby boy! The tech Rachel was absolutely amazing. My baby does not like ultrasounds and was in the worst position possible. Rachel was patient, kind, and persistent. She made sure I left there with good images. All the staff was very nice. I would highly recommend this business and if I have more children in the future I will be coming back!!!
We had a great experience. The staff is super friendly and the office is clean. I received some great pictures and my expectations were exceeded. The ultrasound included in my package lasted about 15 minutes which was plenty of time. Will definitely do this again for future pregnancies.
I had my second scan at this location on May 15th. I was greeted by Nicole at the front desk and Rachel was my tech. Both were super friendly, inviting, and personable. I loved the experience I had here and definitely will come back if we ever have more children in the future. The pictures turned out great and I love having the heartbeat animal!
I hands down loved my experience! Amazing nice people. Very friendly atmosphere. Forgive me as I’m not good with names but the ultrasound lady gave me a look at our baby in 4d a couple times at no extra charge plus got them on picture. I was very appreciative of that and thankful. I’d definitely recommend this place to any pregnant mommas!
UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner through one of the managers and they make it up to me very well. I did chose to go to the Brighton location though and honestly it was a total different experience than my original one. Kudos to their customer service because they actually cared. My stars are still low because this is not the location I received the great service I am talking about go check out their Brighton location.Front staff was wonderful he was on top of everything. Reason for my review is more the sonographer vibe. I didnt felt as welcomed as I felt with the front desk attendant. Unfortunately my babies were not cooperating to get the 4D photos, but that is not her fault it just it felt very impersonal nothing special at all. And the way I was being poked wasnt the very best one either I felt sore afterwards. Just as a recommendation for the future.
The pictures I received were very sub par I only got 1 3D photo…even for my gestation of 21W.. the ultrasound tech barely applied any pressure when doing the ultrasound. I don’t feel it was worth the money spent. I doubt I will be back.
I wouldnt recommend this boutique. Their machine is extremely low quality compared to competitors, and their printer is even worse still. The tech seemed lost and confused, and the manager was rude to both employees and customers alike. They didnt inform of the 12 miles of heavy construction, but were very pleased to take time out of our appointment because of it, and still charged full price. After our complaints, the began to inform of the construction, but gaslit us on every point. The entire experience was absurdly unprofessional.While they claim that their equipment is the same as everyone elses, there is a very clear difference in image quality. Perhaps experience is the difference? I wouldnt know.Also, on posting a complaint they retaliated by banning us from their site.There are far better boutiques with much better machines and much more professional staff out there.Babys Image in Grand Blanc yields far better print quality and clearer ultrasounds, and are extremely friendly. While more expensive, they are certainly worth every penny.3D Baby Boutique in West Bloomfield also provides clearer prints and imagery, and are vastly more professional.
Thank you for the AMAZING experience! Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for the best ultrasound images! The staff is super sweet and caring and we were FINALLY able to know the gender. I love the dvd they give of the ultrasound and the bear I purchased with the heartbeat 💓 most relaxing and calm experience to share!! Thank you again!
This place was amazing! Its in a great area, its extremely clean, and it was also extremely comfortable. Well worth the price and travel. I came from Canada to go to this specific clinic and it was well worth it. The ultrasound is done while you are in a large comfy bed and you view the ultrasound on a large flat screen TV. The technician definitely knew what she was doing, she was kind, and professional. Overall wonderful experience. I went just to learn gender but might make a second trip out later in pregnancy to get another look at the baby since it was such a positive experience.
I was worried about quality because I’m 34 weeks but they did an AMAZING job. It’s so cute and cozy in the room and the staff is so considerate and friendly. The prices are fair and the experience was amazing. Thank you so much!!!!
It was an extremely enjoyable experience! Very comfortable bed with an ambiance relaxed atmosphere. And the staff was very nice too. During the ultrasound she switched over to 3d 4d vision for a second so I can see my baby boys sweet face (even though that wasnt apart of my package). I lost my phone there and the staff was so helpful in going out of theyre way searching for my phone. Unfortunately I never found it but after I went back to look for it they kept the office open extra late so I could look as she helped me look too. Id definitely go back.
I came here for my 3D/4D scan and they made it a wonderful experience. My pregnancy has been rough due to everything being closed with covid-19 and all the panic and this was the first fun thing I’ve been able to do! Highly recommend coming here very comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
Loved this place! We went for the early gender reveal and the tech was able to tell us it was a girl at 15 weeks 3 days. We recently had our anatomy scan at the doctor and she was correct. The tech and the whole office staff was awesome! I have recommended this place to a few people.
The ladies were so sweet and professional. The pictures of my son came out so beautiful with the HD live! Also the bed was very comfortable. It was such an relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend Baby Envision.
Very good experience! Prices were cheaper than they offered me as a patient at Henry Ford.I got a CD with my photos, a DVD of the ultrasound and a photo to take home.I took the CD to Walmart to get my favorite photos developed and this is the one I have framed in my room. ❤️ Overall a wonderful experience and just what I wanted.
We were here for a 4D scan and there was a miscommunication between the staff, so they didnt record the HD live though we wanted one. But they were kind enough to reschedule for HD live, when we went the next time the lady (sonographer) was shaking the tummy with the scanner (transducer) to get the baby in the expected position. We then told her not to do that, she should have asked us before she does anything like that to the baby.
This is the second 3d place I went to, I wish I found this place first! It was half the price, way nicer, and they did a way better job! Im 28 weeks pregnant and we got a smile♡ plus we got way more then the other place gave us. I would highly recommend this place! We went to the troy one.
Im writing this review in response to a few of the ridiculous negative, personal and customers 1 star reviews. To use this over your OBGYN. as a gender reveal is your fault anyway you slice it, I would only allow a Licensed Doctor tell me the gender of our loved one. We appreciated the extra time the sonographer took in helping us get the baby in position, with my wife doing jumping jacks to running in the hall, if you Dont want someone jiggling on your stomach then thats something I would address right from the start, its obvious you have no idea what your baby does and does not feel in its protected womb but a little jiggling is something that happens when you walk and if your that worried about your baby then only go to your doctor.. its over protective parents that should not go here, the ones who like to open góogle review accounts to bash wonderful, caring business such as this.. We didnt get the best results because our baby would not move and appreciated all the extra time and suggestions to get our stubborn one into position but we in no Way blame them for our baby not cooperating and she did end up getting the best shots she could and his profile was enough for us to enjoy and boy did he come out looking just like the ultrasound.. We all know how important this time is and if you are worried and overprotective in anyway dont get one wait till he/she is delivered or see a Doctor.. This place is wonderful and we highly recommend them.. Reviewed by me a Google trip Advisor, not a blamer or non-communicator...
Comfortable atmosphere and pleased with our ultrasound. I only wish they would offer a USB or Cloud Download as opposed to the CD/DVDs.
Ruined finding out the gender with my spouse, the technician did not talk loud enough, so my husband didnt even find out what it was until i told him when we were back in the waiting room! So the whole time she was scanning, I thought he was upset, and he was...because he wasnt included... :( It turned what should be a fun happy time, into a frustrating one.
Second pregnancy and second time coming here. Worth it!!! This last visit our baby wasn’t cooperating and couldn’t get good pictures so we get to go back and no extra charge!Highly recommend this place
I would like to start by saying the staff is very friendly..no issue here. However, trying to reach someone via the telephone provided on google is nearly impossible. I had questions regarding my appointment and tried calling a week and a half prior to get my questions answered. They do have odd business hours..but i always called during the time they stated they were open. i called a total of 6 times, and only spoke to someone 2 out of six times..and they werent able to answer my question and said they had to take a message for someone to call me back. The rest of the times the phone just rang and went to a voicemail, where i left a voicemail but it didnt do really any good.
EXTREMELY disappointed. Completely terrible pictures. Tech rushed and equipment subpar. Pictures were absolutely indistinguishable. Waste of time and money.
Came back twice. All we saw both times was nothing but blobs!!! Big waste of money and the girl that works behind the desk is super rude and had a bad attitude!!!!

2022-07-10Absolutely amazing experience! My midwife doesn’t allow ANYONE in. Even the fathers to the baby. So the 2 ultrasounds they provide my husband can’t be there and it was very disappointing. I came across this place and they allow up to FOUR people! The set up is so cozy and home like! I got the gender reveal package and our son immediately showed us what he was 😂 I was so happy my husband could finally see our baby!! The tech Rachel who took care of us was so nice and got so many cute pics of our little guy! Like one of his tiny foot, him doing a peace sign ✌️, we both left extremely happy and excited. 15/10 do recommend!!! It’s worth the money!!

2022-05-22Cant say enough good things about this place. Everyone is friendly and love the ultrasound tech, Rachel. My OB only provides 3 ultrasounds so its nice to be able to come here and see the baby in between and see the growth and development each time. Truly an amazing experience. Love that they give you the option to purchase a DVD of the scan as I really enjoy watching them from time to time. Thank you so much, Baby Envision.

2022-05-11I dont understand at all how there are bad reviews of this place. First of all it is the only place around that doesnt tack on a ridiculous surcharge because I am pregnant with twins. Upon walking in the front desk, the staff is super welcoming and friendly. The techs are all super professional and really do try to get the best pictures. It isnt their faults if someone decides to only show the back of their head. More than once they have tried having me move or different angles just to get better pictures.This place also not only allows my spouse but I can bring my mom or mother in law where my OB will not. Is it cheap? No, but it gives me peace of mind and makes me so happy to stare at my fridge full of smiling baby pictures.Also they have the cutest heart beat animals. When Im feeling down, I can go squish my crab or lobster and hear my babies heartbeats.Id recommend coming here to anyone. If nothing else, at least for the gender scans. They were right about mine 2 weeks before my OB would tell me :)

2022-02-26I loved Baby Envision! It was very welcoming when we walked in and there was veru friendly staff. I liked that I was able to bring my Mom and my little brother including my fiancé. 🙂 The room was very cozy, relaxing and nice with some soft music playing in the background. It was really comfortable and inviting. The ultrasound tech was sweet and answered any questions that I had. Overall a great atmosphere. We decided to get the winter package which included photos on a dvd also a dvd with the video of the babies movement which was nice to have especially since he is so active. Also 2 color images and 2 black and white. 😀 For a little extra $20 for a small animal and $30 for a larger one they have an option that you can capture the babies heartbeat and put it in the stuffed animal. I thought that this was a cute keepsake. Overall we had a great experience at Baby Envision and I definitely think that it was worth it. I would definitely return 🙂

2022-04-22I must say this was my first time ever going to get a ultrasound anywhere eles beside my OBGYN. From the moment I arrived the lady at front desk was super nice and helpfull she defenitly made me feel welcome the lady who did my ultrasound was very nice and did an amazing job!! I was blown away by their amazing service will be back again for my 27 weeks.

2021-05-27I went here to find out the gender of my baby, because Im too impatient to wait for my 20 week scan ha. But I had a great experience. The receptionist was kind and the ultrasound technician was super friendly and easy to talk to. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will recommend it to anyone who is looking for extra experience outside of their normal OBGYN appointments. We may go back in the next couple of months to get a heartbeat animal, because they had the cutest selection!

2021-05-28Wonderful cozy facility with kind staff! Our ultrasound technician did a fantastic job capturing our little bundle of joy (who was playing shy during the ultrasound). We felt very welcomed and relaxed during the ultrasound itself and left with some great photos of our first baby. Overall I would highly recommend!
