I know it can be struggle to find a good coin laundry in Pontiac but my friend and heard shining reviews of this place. I will tell you this... the staff is rude and I will not be returning. We put in our loads at the same time to wash and left for 25 min to get a bite to eat. When we returned my clothes were finished and remained in the washing machine, my friend however had his clothes taken out and put into a cart by the woman who worked there. When I asked why, she said someone needed the machine. Now, I have hard time believing that because there a total of 8 people in the building. I know there were more than 8 machines in the building. We were not happy about this but simply decided to throw our clothes in the dryer and get out there. The employee walked past me a couple times snickering and I found that to be extremely rude and even a little antagonistic. While loading our basket into the dryer, my friend asked if 30 min was enough and I answered, “ as long as nobody takes it out.” The employee got in my face and said” I heard you and if you leave I’m gonna take your clothes out” I just thanked her and we tried to find a place to sit but there are no place to sit and wait so we stood outside... this place is horrible and I wouldn’t suggest wasting you time with the nasty staff. If I could rate this no stars I would.
This place is always kept really clean, they have nice staff and a good variety of washers and dryers. You cant beat a 24hour laundromat!

If I could put a 0 I would. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. The washers are full of black mold and make the clothes smell terrible. The dryer scorched and burned my bed sheets which used to be white and are now completely yellow and brown. The operators remark was you can set the temperature so its your fault.. are you kidding me? I have dried on high heat in laundry nats for 20 years and never had a problem. They were in there for 30 minutes. Feel like taking them to small claims court for the 40 I spent and now have to re wash and the 80 my sheets cost that I now have to replace
Clean facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Tons of amenities including 2 TVs to watch, one computer with internet access for customers to use and free cookies! Plus, washers and dryers large enough for my king sized comforter!
Its nice here, just be advised that the dryers have a $3 minimum, so add a quarter to dry you clothes a bit longer BEFORE the timer runs out, or else youll have to pay an additional $3 even if you dont need that much drying time.
Kinda pricey, and the staff is really rude, no accommodations for the disabled. My disabled veteran friend asked for a chair so he could sit down while loading the machine. She argued with him, and then , lady on duty almost threw her chair at him, and said Here use this one!! How about: Sir I will let you use mine. A little bit of kindness goes a ling way. We understand that there is a pandemic going on. What happened to the American Disability Act?
Always clean.. the staff is very friendly
By far the cleanest, most convenient. Open 24/7. The parking lot is well lit. Security cameras are everywhere and there is someone monitoring them at all times. In fact over the past 10 years they only had 3 problems involving the police and the response time was under 6 minutes and the people that committed unlawful acts reserved no less then 10 years. Final, the staff exspecially Kim, Great work!
This laundry is amazing! The washers clean my clothes until theyre sparkling and the dryers are sooo hot I could bake a ham in it! The workers are very nice and the owner is very accommodating and is quite cute. The building is almost as clean as my clothes after I wash them there. Sometimes...they even have free food. I couldnt have a better experience anywhere else.
Very clean. Open 24 hours. I really like to use the large four load machines put all my dark clothing in one machine and all my lights in another. The dryers are super fast.
My husband and I always go here to do our laundry. Its clean inside and outside. They also have cookies and coffee to serve their customers. They also clean their Machines daily thats for sure per the manager who told me herself.
Convenient that it’s 24/7. The lady working there was actively walking around and checking on the machines. More expensive than others that I’ve been to but the hours make up for that for me.
Its always clean now if they can get some of those washers fix it will be more than 5 thank you and have a good day stay
Went to use the Giant Washer to do my camping gear and bags. Extremely helpful staff and a highly addictive quarter dropping game.

The lady who works there is so nice. Went there to wash my uncles clothes ect. A pillow blew up in the washer lol. I cleaned it though, no worries.

The owner Jim is very rude and in my opinion racist. Work on your people skills Jim Also your employees could be a little more friendly it does not hurt to speak to your customers a simple hello or hi how are you goes a long way.
The lady working there is useless. I told her there was black mold where you pour the detergent and she got offended I said black.. Its not blue mold. She said I could clean it out.. No. Not doing YOUR job. Horrible, unprofessional worker should get fired.
Best laundry mat in Oakland county. Added 12/11/2018. Not only is this laundry mat the Cleanest laundromat in Oakland County, its open 24 hours a day and the security is top notch. There are cameras everywhere. Over the past 10 years there has been only 2 robbery attempts. Both criminals were apprehended. And one was given 12 years and the other was given 25 years and both were caught from the identification brought on by the camera.
We keep our laundry mat clean. we clean after each use. all of our employees r very nice and helpful. if u have any questions or concern. they will help any way they can. we have people coming from st. clair. holly .Lapeer Madison hghts. southfield. because we r so clean and our dryers r the best.
Great service and equipment. The 24 hour aspect is what gets everyone there and then you return here for the price, the hours and of course the efficiency of the washers and dryers and you are all done at once
Great clean place to do laundry. They sell the big cloth laundry bags that you can wash over n over to put your clothes in. Big washers to little regular ones.

Expensive laundry dryer are $.25 for every 4 minutes, Jennys laundry on Perry is .25 for 8min and washers are cheaper in price to use
Showed up to do a load of laundry for deer camp because it said it was open 24hours a day only to find out that you have to have your load in by 6:30 pm.not good business practice in my opinion...

2021-12-07This laundry mat is a joke, the prices are absolutely ridiculous, local competitors are nearly half the price, I spent double washing here, clothes didn’t even dry all the way, it’s dirty, the soap dispenser flaps are covered in mold, the staff is rude and unhelpful, and my clothes smelt worse after “washing” then they did dirty, the machines do not fill with water allowing soap to suds up, I asked staff why some of my clothes were still dry, where is the water, she said look there’s a sud, it was a tiny bubble, I measure out 4 cups of detergent for washing with large machine, never in my life of doing laundry have a i seen such a dry wash before. Definitely will not be returning and will be letting friends and family know, not to wash here. Also all the little washers were conveniently out of order forcing customers to use larger more expensive machines.

2021-09-18So that I listen to the reviews, very clean, super friendly, and they lock the doors after you for safety. I thought that was pretty awesome. And the big 4 load washers are great if you have alot. And only $7, or $11 for 8 load.!!My new go to laundry palace.

2020-12-12Went to Baldwin 24hr Coin Laundry in Pontiac this afternoon. It was absolutely the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been in. Had been here a few times 20+ years ago - and very pleasantly surprised at how well it looked. Lots of washers and dryers - all in working order. The attendant never stopped - she kept busy picking up, sweeping, wiping down the machines and tables the whole time I was there. Very nice atmosphere!! Thank you for making a not so fun task pretty easy!

2021-10-25Clean laundromat. Been coming here for years but the machine prices have gone up to $7, and a quarter gets you 4 mins to dry. and not all the dryers work. Thats a disappointment. However, I know they will fix the issues.
