I have an old well service, a deep water jet pump brings the water into my house from an 80 foot deep well. Since purchasing the house about three years ago, I have had issues with this well. B&D was called several weeks ago after finding new issues with pressure, from 20 pounds to nonexistent. B&D came up with several options, and as you can tell from the photos, he went right to work. Pulled the old pipe, blew out some nasty chunks and put in some new parts. My well pump seems to be running as good as new! Thank you so very much Bill, you come highly recommended from me!

Bill came out the same day we called and was able to replace our pump and pressure tank with new that he keeps in stock on his truck. He was very professional and worked steadily to finish the job in 2 hours. We would highly recommend him for any well repairs.
This company rocks! Bill is the owner and gets the jobs done. Two businesses could not come up with the answer to our sulphur, bad tasting water. But bill did! After a new water pressure/pump and a new hot water heater, we have the best tasting water weve ever had. He was professional, right down to business, wiped his feet 100 times in and out of house, cleaned up debris...he only uses quality components he had to get out of Traverse City. I cant say enough about getting our water back to top notch! You will not go wrong with this business!

Bill is a great guy and very professional. We were out of water at our cottage in Rogers City and called all around and he was thee only one that was able to come out same day after a few other appointments he already had. Was watching a football game on Sunday and our water went out. Called B&D and he came out and crawled under the house and said the tank was bad and pressure switch. He had both replaced in about an hour and a half. Thats what service is supposed to be like.

2021-11-22We were having issues with our well pump maintaining pressure, and at times would lose pressure completely. Bill came out right away and got to work. He professionally installed a new pump and pressure tank. He got our water working right. Bill is very knowledgeable in his trade. I highly recommend that you give him a call if you are having any issues with your well.

2022-06-10Werner Plumbing assessed our sudden “NO WATER” problem last evening and they were able to get us operational for the remainder of the evening and referred us to Bill at B&D Well Service to evaluate our pump, controller and pressure tank. I left a message on B&D’s service last evening and Bill called me promptly at 8:30 this morning. He was able to assess our well needs and replace the needed new components. 2022-05-23B and D saved our summer! I wish that I could give them an extra star, a virtual hug or something more than five stars!Our 1973 artisan well at the summer cabin gave up the ghost this month when we tried to open the cabin for the summer season. The plumbers said we needed a new well, but well drillers are booking out 11 to 13 months from now. Our plumber gave us Bills name and he saved our bacon! We managed to tap into the well next door, replace a couple of pressure tanks and send water safely from one house to the other. My family coming from FL to Northern Michigan will be very pleased to have a functioning well!When others said, All is lost, Bill stepped in with ingenuity, integrity and great knowledge to get us out of a real dilemma. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

2022-09-09Amazing. Fantastic. Prompt. Professional. Knowledge. Caring and considerate. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would.This man came out to me the same day I called to inspect the problem and told me I would probably need a new well pump, gave me an estimate and another idea to troubleshoot in the meant. The idea did not work so he came back out the next day to change my pump for $300 cheaper than what he estimated me the day before AND THEN found out it was a problem with the way the wiring had been hooked up. He fixed it and gave me a LOT of useful suggestions and advice because I know literally nothing about wells. There are companies out there who would have just done the expensive job anyway to make the profit because I clearly dont know anything about the problem or the solution.I cannot say enough good things about B&D Water Well Services! Do yourself a favor and CALL THIS COMPANY! Im telling you, you will not regret it.

2022-08-09Wow - first of all Bill returned my call on a Saturday - when we had no water! He helped us figure out that the problem was electrical. Finally Great Lakes Energy fixed the electrical problem late Saturday, but we still did not have any water. We spoke several times late Saturday as he helped us try to diagnose the next problem. First thing Sunday morning he was here & checked everything - finally discovering that we needed a new well pump. Before he left he made sure our well water was working great! Thank you!We would highly recommend B & D!

2021-10-12We lost all water pressure on a weekend and Bill was super responsive and came out on a Sunday. Our pressure tank was bad and we asked to have both the tank and pump replaced at once since they were over 20 years old. Bill was able to replace both in less than a couple hours. Over all, Bill is terrific to work with, pays attention to detail, is reasonably priced, considerate and prepared, and will walk you through everything he is doing. Its not easy getting a good contractor these days and Bill is a bright spot for sure. We appreciate the hard work and everything is working great now!

2022-08-01Bill did a great job replacing our well ball valve that was leaking badly! He was very quick to respond, came out that day to look at it, ordered the new valve and when it arrived he came right back out to replace the old one.Excellent service and support! I would highly recommend him for any work needing to be done on a well!!

2022-09-10My wife already gave a review on here but Im also giving a review so he does get the 10 stars he deserves. On top of everything she stated, he made sure to show me exactly what was the problem and how he was going to fix it and how to diagnose any other issues I might have later. He also called to check in on how things are working and we asked if hed chlorinate our well, he said he would but its simple and you can do it to save $$$ he gave instructions on how to chlorinate our well ourselves.
